  1. For the last couple of years I've been secretly working on something different than my previous cars and trucks. This here - I present to you Boxer - Infantry fighting vehicle. It's the same scale as my other car MOCs. But boy oh boy - it is a beast compared to those tiny cars. This one here is larger than the famous Abrams tank in real life. So imagine that this one here is like a heavy duty truck. Full with as many details as I could possibly find in the internet. It may sound silly that I mention it so, but... those military vehicle details, especially when it comes to the interior details and gadgets, those pictures are very hard to find. Probably for a good and secure reason, so - can't really blame anyone for that. Would love to see one of these up close in person. Some day, maybe. Till then - enjoy this one. Hope you like it, couse I sure do :) Oh, did I mention? It has all wheels double spring suspension, all wheels drive with PF (2 x XL) and 2 x front axle steering (1 x M). Custom Rocket Racer themed t-shirt

As you can see from my user name Rocket Racer is my favorite Lego character ever since I saw him in the original Lego Racers game back in 1999. I had been thinking about making a custom t-shirt for myself but couldn't find a stock shirt with one blue and one red sleeve, so ultimately I decided to sew one myself. The Rocket Racer logo was added with iron-on vinyl. Not 100% happy with the result, but I think it came out ok seeing this was the first time I sew a shirt.

    [MOC] ESCORT the EMPEROR

ladies, gentlemen, After the hussars, i went on the chasseurs (really close indeed). I started from this picture: model and decide to go further than what i did until now. If you want to see the steps, please go on the flickr. I had to creat the eagle for the flag, and the saddle, on which i added a clip to put the rifle. escort the emperor by LA BRIQUE DE CAMBRONNE, sur Flickr escort the emperor by LA BRIQUE DE CAMBRONNE, sur Flickr escort the emperor by LA BRIQUE DE CAMBRONNE, sur Flickr escort the emperor by LA BRIQUE DE CAMBRONNE, sur Flickr The chasseur à cheval de la garde regiment was the regiment of the bodyguards of the emperor. In fact, we often see Napoléon the 1st in chasseur uniform napoléon en tenue de chasseur by LA BRIQUE DE CAMBRONNE, sur Flickr because he is the honourable commander of the regiment. In this diorama, you can a little part of the escort which should be at least 25 chasseurs. What do you think about it?
  15. There are a couple sources to get modified parts but 20$ although sensible for the time required to mod, isnt really justifiable for me, and whenever i try it myself it never works out. Ive been toying with the idea of making 3d printed pneumatics that already have lower friction requirements to move, and have wider ports. What im struggling to overcome though is what to do about the nature of 3d prints. The surface finish may look smooth, but it definitely has substantial friction to it when rubbing other parts and if i smooth it with sandpaper then i lose my tolerances. I have not found anyone else trying to do this or anyone else selling ready made lpe valves that are injection molded, likely because so few people want them. Any insights to making something like this would be appreciated because im stumped on how to make a valve design like lego's work in the same or similiar form factor.

  17. Ladies and gentlemen, Since i was a child, i was disappointed byr the firefighters' helmet of the lego sets. French, i wanted a european style helmet, especially a french one which i found really nice. download (2) by LA BRIQUE DE CAMBRONNE, sur Flickr So i decided to make one for my firefighters. i modified a 3d file found on the internet (it was a pencil holder) to put it on the head of my minifigs. Ceremony of distribution of the new helmets at the fire station. by LA BRIQUE DE CAMBRONNE, sur Flickr Kids where happy to get new stuff for their fire station. but we had to make thing in the right order and put some solemnity. So we had to make some ceremony for the distribution of the new helmets, especially because some of older guys where in service since 90s. So with kids we organize a beautiful ceremony for this great event, and still don't know what to do with the old helmets (trashcan?). 22. Hello, everyone. Recently, I've been trying to make use of all my spare minifigure pieces, especially older ones, to make Star Wars customs. I'm really proud of how some of them turned out. Of course, I found a bunch of yellow heads from back in the day, and put together a Jedi Master Tiplar minifigure. Everything was going well until I reached the Lekku-like part. I realized I had no yellow hairpiece, not a single one. Does anyone know what else I can do to complete the figure? It can be a brick-built design, a specific "common" piece, or in case of last resort, some kind of paper-made design. Thank you in advance! (Due to where I live, I'm unable to order anything online. So that won't be a working solution.)

    Parts for Star Wars customs

Hello! (This is a repost from a topic I made in Minifig Customization Workshop, which seemed to be unfitting since most people probably aren't knowledgable enough about Star Wars aside from here.) I'm currently going full Star Wars mode, so I am attempting to make use of all my spare minifigure parts to create characters. The picture shows some minifigs I own, feel free to point-out any character that could be made with any of these parts (added to other generic pieces from my collection), be it from Canon or EU/Legends. I'm really desperately looking for ideas. Anything from a head piece to a cape alone is fine!

    [MOC] The Sacking of Portobelo

The Sacking of Portobelo, July 1668 On the 11th of July 1668, Henry Morgan, the greatest buccaneer Admiral in history, took a force of several hundred privateers to raid one of the largest settlements on the Spanish Main, Portobelo. At this time, Portobelo was a vital cog in the imperial operation that pulled unimaginable wealth out of the Americas destined for Spain. After successfully sacking the town, Captain Morgan and his men remained for roughly a month. During their stay they successfully repelled a Spanish attempt to retake the settlement and eventually forced the payment of 100,000 pesos for the return of the town. Although not explicitly allowed by Morgan’s Letter of Marque, those back in England cheered the Welshman’s daring raid, leading to several more attempts like it during Morgan’s long and successful privateering career.
