  1. Hi guys, this is my new creation! It's my entry to the Colossal Battle Contest V 2017 for the category . CBC V - Dread Ambushers Category I choose to create a great battle from the ancient Hellenic Wars, known as Peloponnesian War. A small force of Spartan army was cutted from their main army of Sparta by Athenian army and their navy on the island of Sphacteria. The Athenian forces manage to land on the island after a surprise attack and forced the Spartans to surrender! It's one of the few times that a Spartan army was surrendered and did not fight until death. I hope you like it! You can see more pictures in my Flickr page! C&C are appreciated
  2. Waldred the War Master

From a young age Waldred had an unhealthy interested in war. But now as his days grow short, he retires from his years of advising and training to live peacefully in a small tower. This has been busy gathering dust while I am rushing to finish my other Brick show mocs (not to mention a very, very large moc (Hype!)) I am very proud of this, to me the stone work is good, landscaping great and the Tudor/roof better. The roof was the most challenging part, but thanks to 40+ angled plates I was fine :P Credit for most, if not all techniques go to of course @Legonardo , who gave me the inspiration for this build a couple years ago at CBS (yup this thing has been floating around for two years). This and the rest of my mocs were on display at the Christchurch Brick Show last weekend, It was great seeing the public's opinion and they seemed to love the "Rapunzel" tower. Hope you enjoy and C&C needed.
  3. Hi guys At first, we want to introduce ourselves: We are three excited Lego builders: Budo, Paliason and Bedo. Each of us has built many of our own MOCs in the past. Before the recent, we decided to do something together. The main condition was to do something untraditional, original and with many details. This is the Lego project, which we will introduce to you now. It is the scene from the PC game Command & Conquer: GENERALS and its expansion ZERO HOUR. Three factions fight against each other: USA, CHINA and GLA. USA: CHINA: GLA: Our common goal is to make a large map of approx. 6.25 square meters and on it the combat scenes of vehicles and the infantry of all three opponents. The map will also include several civilian objects (farm, houses), industrial buildings (Oil derricks) but also large USA base. The model will be dedicated to exhibitions and commemorations of the great PC game C&C: GENERALS, at this year's 15th anniversary of this masterpiece. Finished 3D CAD models: USA - Vehicles: USA - Structures: CHINA - Vehicles: GLA - Vehicles:

  6. GRID E4 STUDICA – GRID Q6 GENERAL MAP (APPROX) After the successful offensive movements of the COAC, it was time to seize enemy territory. This is a territory divided by a river. Erotema is on the left and Briolui on the right. Not a very wide and deep river, but enough to difficult the crossing without special means. A lonely combatant is searching the area, with his .50 sniper rifle. He doesn´t seem to wear the standard Briolui uniform. Maybe a mercenary? A member of a local militia? Who knows… 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr A few minutes later, an EROTEMA MRAPv (Mine-resistant, ambush protected vehicle) arrives at the area. They are inspecting the border. 3 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 3 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 3 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr This vehicle features a quad 7.62 mm machine gun to provide support and self-defense, however other versions can carry a mortar, a TOW missile… Suddenly, the MRAP crew spot the sniper, who opens fire against them, so they have to do something... -Sierra 1, we are under sniper fire, we return fire, we return fire. 4 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And the machine guns take no time in silencing the enemy. 5 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr After this small skirmish, the 2 members of the crew decide to inspect the river… 6 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr -We need the bridge layer tank, call the HQ. Call for an EOD team and the HUMINT cell, we need to get info from that fighter´s gear but there may be bobby traps or IEDs; however we will have to identify him and take his body for a proper burial. -Yes, Sir. They left the area and a few minutes later a bridge layer tank arrived. As many other armoured vehicles in Erotema, it shares the same hull than the previously seen SPH and AAA tank. 7 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 7 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 7 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr This model can save obstacles up to 14 metres long (approx). A future version will have a longer bridge (the real Leguan tank can save obstacles up to 24 m). The first thing the tank must do is lower the front support. 8 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr And after a short time the bridge is laid. The advantage of this sliding bridge is that it is difficult to be seen from longer distances, as the overall height is lower if we compare it with older bridge layer tanks. This model is inspired on the German Leguan bridge layer tank, in use in many European Armies. 9 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 9 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr So the tanks can cross the river. Let´s slip the dogs of war!!! 10 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr Another member of the same-hull-family. The MBT has a 125-mm smooth bore gun, a coaxial 7.62 mm machine gun and a remotely operated 7.62 mm machine gun on the turret. 16 multipurpose grenade launchers (smoke or fragmentation grenades) complete the weapons array. As it has the engine in the front, it can be used as an APC. 11 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 11 1 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 11 2 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr 12 by green helmet spanish AFOL, en Flickr The bridge is left so other members of the COAC can enter Briolui with heavy vehicles.

  9. Hello everyone. This is my last diorama and the bigger one I've ever made, work started last summer. I've spent about 5 months to build it (included all veichles, buildings etc.), in free time. there are about 25.000 pieces, I don't know exact number and I don't care. Diorama are based on 12 bases 48x48, 5 bases 32x32 and 1 base 16x32, approx 210x120 cm. I hope you enjoy it, please leave a comment and follow me on flickr, there are more pictures. Thank you very much to all and sorry for my bad english. Andrea, Kriminal, Italy.
  10. MOC: The Siege Of Troy

The Trojans have captured Helen, the wife of the King of Sparta. All the Greek Kings made an oath that if Helen ever got captured, they would save her. However, the Greek kings just used this as an excuse to conquer the Trojans. This scene here depicts the attack on Troy before its fall. The Greeks attack the Trojans and try to get over the wall, but the Trojans fought back fiercely. Helen is behind the wall, guarded by her captors.
  11. G.O.I. Operation

Hi today I'm presenting you the new Mini - Moc made by CustomBrickITA ! I' ve made a Mini Moc because I do not have at the moment the pieces that a bigger diorama requires, but I tried to make it detailed and " clean " . The GOI is the corp of the Italian Navy Special Forces , they are involved in the most difficult missions of our country . All the minifgures are Custom made by me and the have the m4 because the GOI preferes light weapons to be as faster as possible . The environment is composed by approximately 100 pieces. Here you can find the video of the Moc , please if you like it leave a like and subscribe to the channel :) Have a good day CustomBrickITA VIDEO :

Yes, Anthony, in hard times I always visit the statue of King Caesar to be inspired by what he meant for our country. We are in a war we didn´t want, we have been forced to declare the war and we are doing everything to win it, with the help of God and the courage of our ancient heroes”. 13. To all the citizens, nations, and peoples of the Brick Seas! The nation of Eslandola, being currently busily prosecuting its war with the preying nation of Mardier, brought on by said nation’s ruthless and unprovoked attacks upon Eslandolan shipping of all kinds without the slightest discrimination, does this day (October 12th, 616) offer a letter of marque to privateers of the honourable nations of Corrington and Oleon (and Eslandola, of course), as well as to any free-lancers of good reputation, granting the captains of ships holding said letter the right to attack and take any warships sailing the Mardierian flag, as well as any warships sailing under a Mardierian letter of marque – which ships shall be considered as right and lawful prizes of war in all courts. The High Council of Eslandola shall further reward any captain that may accept this letter of marque with full possession of any vessels taken by his ship, as well as a reward of 110 gold doubloons for any Mardierian warship (or any warship allied with said disgraced nation) sunk or captured, to be paid by the crown upon proof of the fact. Signed, The High Council of Eslandola - E. T. Wilkinson de Chauncourtois Guy K. Wyndzon In order to receive an Eslandolan letter of marque, please either sign up for it in this thread, or PM either Kai or me (or both preferably, if you have the ability) for one, which we will attempt to confirm before the deadline for the next MRCA (the 15th). Fire away!
  14. As the Secretary of the Eslandolan Navy I have quite some control over our navy - and every now and then I also need to invest a bit into it. We're sending out our flagship, under the command of Admiral Brickwall Adurnos, out against the Marderian Scum blocking our island. Their basic defenses stand no chance against the firepower of a ship of the line! Off course we can also transport lots of troops to land them there. Sadly, the landing didn't go quite as planned... View from on top: And the end of our dear Admiral Brickwall Adurnos: (quick note: I'm quite short on time this month, so excuse the little time spent on taking pictures. If interest is there I can retake them in about a week) (Also, if anyone is interested in a picture of all the guys here - click here) (Lastly, this is well within the size limit at 16x96 = 1536 with 48x48 = 2304)
  15. for a future exposhow, I prepare a little scene about 1870 First, here are the French, I will dot some german next time

  17. Inspiration

In the waning light of the day, on a nearly empty stretch of beach south of Terreli, Viscount Alexander Doblin tries to do his part to inspire the troops headed into the fight with Mardier. "I had this spear specially forged to be an exact replica of the one my ancestor wielded on The Day of Blood." Alexander waxes unnecessarily, "Bloody it well." The soldier doesn't really believe the drivel the nobleman is spouting. He accepts the spear with grace, though, expecting he'll get to enjoy some female attention tonight for the honor. He ships out in the morning. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Just a quick build. It took less time to build it than it did getting these two 'okay' shots.
  18. [Moc WW2] Battle of France

The Battle of France, also known as the Fall of France, was the German invasion of France and the Low Countries in 1940 during the Second World War. In six weeks from 10 May 1940, German forces defeated Allied forces by mobile operations and conquered France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, bringing land operations on the Western Front to an end until 6 June 1944. Italy entered the war on 10 June 1940 and attempted an invasion of France. I wanted to start creating some mocs with WW2 theme and Brickwarriors with their amazing new figs, gave me the inspirastion !! I created a diorama with the Germans after a fight.. in the roads of Paris! The main moc.. The squad.. The buildings.. I hope you like it!! C&C are welcome!! P.s. The Panzer IV Ausf. G Tank is a design from Brian Fitzsimmon with a little upgrade in some parts from me for stability and to move turret around and up-down.
  19. I put together this build for the Flickr group, Lego War, which held a contest during August and September. It is a scene from the book/play/movie Les Miserable where the students build a barricade and fight against tyranny in the June Rebellion of 1832. Behind the Build I'm a firm believer that Lego MOC's should be sturdy and playable, so I made each of the buildings in the image able to open up and included internal details such as furniture, wall hangings, internal walls, and doors and in some cases stairwells. This was helpful to me as builder since to make the scene, I could empty the furniture from the surrounding buildings to make the barricade to join the rebellious minifigures in their fight against the "National Guard" minifigures. Making the plaza and street sections took a lot of round tile pushing and left me with sore thumbs. The good part about this is that now that the tiles are on the plates, I can reuse the plates! For those of you familiar with some of castle Lego sets, you might see that I styled my buildings after the buildings from Lego's Medieval Market (set 10193). In fact, you can see the top of the tan building from the Medieval Market included in the background of the image. The National Guard soldiers are using muskets and hats purchased from Brickwarriors.com which I hand painted to highlight the metal parts. Funny Fact Though, this is the "June Rebellion" which in France would have been at the start of summer, I portrayed the plaza as if it were taking place during Autumn. Having myself only seen the TV Movie (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0077936/), I didn't know the time of year that this was occurring until I did more research on the topic. Apparently in my version of events, June that year was particularly cold and caused the trees to turn colors. 20. [MOC] "The Blacktip"

hi fellas, This is my first Spaceship i actually got to finish, so im quite new here. I usually build cars, so im really out of my comfort zone with this one^^ Tell me what you think of it! I tried getting it a retro, near future look with edges and a beaten up/heavy duty paintjob (just like the star wars rebel ships). It fits one fig and has movable engines + engine covers. Also 4 blaster guns are included in the main frame. Overall size is left small on purpose, so it can be like a dogfighter with small area of possible impact (thats why there are no wings;) ) cheers. 21. The father of a family is angry about the refugees. However, in a dream he becomes himself such a refugee. He experiences the problems of a refugee. When the dream is finally over, he has to make a decision.... The film is the second one of a team of students on our school. They are between 12 and 14 years old. The film was made for a German audience.
  22. Just played around with some ideas for a new hexagonal part you could use for tabletop-games like "Settlers of Catan" etc. By the way: Please support my "Life-Sized Human Skull" project on LEGO Ideas (if you haven't done jet)! :-) https://ideas.lego.com/projects/142026 Thanks! --- UPDATE 01 --- Some more experiments with my hexagonal building bricks... @DraikNova: As you see above you can easily extend the distance between the "bases" by inserting plates or bricks inbetween them (so you could easily place a 4x4 round plate or brick on top of them). By using bricks with side-studs (as the green one in the bottom-left corner) you could also add extra playfields you could step or build on. The spacing betwen the hexagonal bricks would also allow to make "impassable gaps" (as you can see at the blue brick on the right side). --- UPDATE 02 --- Slightly updated my design by "drilling" holes in the side-studs and changing the connection on top of the brick (1 stud instead of 4, so the 2x2 round plates can rotate freely). As Eurobricks-user Philo mentioned there might be a little problem in connectiong the pieces directly, but if you build "bridges" between them, the connection should work just fine - and you can also place different bricks on the inside of the triangular spaces (in this example a 2x2 round brick with plate on top).
  23. So for the past few weeks I have repeatedly attempted and given up on this model. MOC car building is not my strong suit by any means and I like modifying existing sets to make them 'better' more. so I attempted this on the disappointment of the black panther pursuit set and its horrific representation of the car driven my cap in the movie. But I cant get my attempt to look right, whether its the proportions or just the overall design. So with that being said I would like to offer up this design of "start" to anyone out there with more experience and expertise in this sort of thing. I am going to try and attempt another project for right now, like the MAN truck that Ultron and cap fight on in AoU. Cheers! http://tinyurl.com/z6ka9fl
  24. After Jan Zwartbaard set-up a miningspot on Isla Philip, he travelled back to Prio. This time with 2 platoons of MAESTRO Elite Soldiers with him. And also MAESTRO General Samu, aka "The Dragon" came along. They did not went to Prio to start a campfire and sing some happy hippie peacefull songs, but to prepare for the upcomming war against Mardier. This was the first batch of hundreds of soldiers MAESTRO will send in order to help the cause of the Duke of Prio. Their camp will be the beautifful white mansion Jan Zwartbaard received as a gift from the Duke. It was not located in the city of Alexport, but somewhere strategically outside the capital. Hereby I present to you, General "The Dragon" Samu. A military genius, ready to lead the MAESTRO troops and its mercenaries to a gloryfull victory. For MAESTRO, For the Duchy of Prio!
