[MOC] [LXF] Minifig-scale Phantom from Star Wars Rebels

This is a minifig-scale model of "The Phantom", the shuttle from the TV series "Star Wars Rebels". It's about a foot long and has a full interior, with working hatches at the rear and on the underside. I re-used the cockpit and nose from goatman461's excellent design, along with elements of the sides, roof and underside hatch: and I'm grateful for his kind permission to post this model. As usual, I've documented the build as an LXF file for my own reference, and I am linking the LXF file here in case anyone else feels like building this model. The LXF is nearly-but-not-quite correct. I can't place the roof (the angled pillars at the back prevent it from attaching) and the tyre with tread at the front of the engine should be an old smooth tyre (part no. 132) - something which does not appear to exist in LDD. Update: Many, many thanks to @monkypaws for making the instrctions available for free on rebrickable - link here. This page contains both a step-by-step set of instructions and a parts list. The details section contains a list of rare parts to check before attempting a build. Before someone asks: yes, I am pondering building the Ghost in scale with this shuttle. I estimate it would be quite large - 138 studs long, 1.1 metres, or the length of a stay in a local psychiatric hospital. Here are a couple of pictures. After a looong time, I finally finished it! This is the Thunderwasp (from Thrawn. Apologies if it does not look like it) which measures about 5/6 the length of the SSD Executor. Size comparison The bridge The underside And finally the simple interior.( Side panels openable but LDD glitched) Pls let me know if any improvements can be made!

Hi everyone this is my first time posting a new topic here and I figured why not start with something BIG. With over 250 hours in design time and 80 more spend during the first build, our minfig scale Lego Ghost from Star Wars: Rebels is finally alive. Actually it takes a lot of its added detail & inspiration from the Rogue One movie so it's kind of a hybrid cartoon/live-action model. We measured the dimensions perfectly from the 3D images that Disney released with the Rogue one and matched it up with the official sizing. It's bigger than the USC falcon in every way and we don't know where to put it. Like we really don't have room for it... Instructions for this beast are available here https://www.brickvault.toys/collections/star-wars/products/star-wars-ghos Personally I've really enjoyed the Rebels TV show, especially the later seasons and considering how monumental the Ghost was in establishing the rebellion we felt it deserved a minifig scale model to sit side by side with other iconic ships like the Falcon and Slave 1. We will be showing it off at Bricks LA this weekend (provided it survives the trip) The engines were difficult to say the least.. We also modeled the crew quarters area. It would have been fun to do the mess hall as well but we couldn't think of a practical way to remove the entire top rear section of the ship so we decided to just avoid it. Phantoms are in the works :)

MDC is an abbreviation I made up for my digital creation Though I think that these are all existing colour (according to brickset ldd or both) so it could be built non-digitally. Little Phantom 1 by batalfie, on Flickr The Phantom is a modified VCX-series auxiliary starfighter that is used by the spectres of phoenix Squadron in missions against the galactic empire. Little Phantom 3 by batalfie, on Flickr My aim was to make a version of the phantom in a similar scale to that produced by Lego back in 2014 but with space for an interior and at least 3 minifigs. I have not entirely succeeded as using ldd only 2 figs can fit but in real life I am sure 3 or more could fit ,its just that positioning in LDD isn't exactly easy. The shape and proportions could also be better but I am happy with the current model, and maybe after a few modifications I will build it in the brick. Hey guys. Here is my miniature scale MOC of Thrawn's Office as seen in Star Wars Rebels. I only had a limited number of pieces available to me hence it's small size but I think it looks pretty cool as a small model. My first ever MOC, even if it is just a hollow box. [WIP] Imperial Assault Carrier (Gozanti Class Cruiser) from Star Wars

It's been a while since I last posted a new MOC, and this thread is more of a teaser or first look at my work-in-progress. Yes, I'm building an adversary for my GHOST from Star Wars Rebels - the Imperial Assault Carrier which was also played an important role in the show's excellent first season finale. I spent some hobby hours last week sketch-building and coming up with a sturdy framework for this beast. Once I was happy with the proportions and the sketch build proved to be sturdy and durable, I started building the model in earnest this friday. This ship is in scale to my GHOST, which is roughly half-minifig scale at 60 studs. The Imperial Assault Carrier is 80 studs long. There's a lot of room in the main body and the bridge section to fit a lot of interior, which I will tackle once the hull is done. What you can't see in these first two WIP pics is the underside, which is also as good as finished and also sports retractable landing gear! So, here are the first two teaser pics I wanted to share with you, since I'm quite excited to get this thing finished now that all problems have been solved. The darn thing is too big to fit into my light tent, so I will have to come up with another method to get nice even lighting when I will take pictures of the finished model. My GHOST has also been improved further - new pics are to follow in the respective MOC thread, soon. Of course, once the Imperial Assault Carrier is finished, I will also take some pictures with both the Carrier and the GHOST side-by-side. -

[LDD][MOC] Darth Vader's TIE Advanced x1 (Star Wars Rebels) (A New

This listing is for a custom LEGO Digital Designer (LDD) model I have designed: "Darth Vader's TIE Advanced x1" Being an iconic Imperial ship from "A New Hope" and the Season 2 trailer of "Star Wars Rebels," this ship has a place in the hearts of all die-hard Vader fans. LEGO has released many renditions of this model. Specific set numbers include 4484, 7150/7152, 7262, 8017, 10131, and 10175. While all of those renditions are great, however, my design surpasses all of them in its detailing and beauty. Although the color scheme is based on the colors depicted in LEGO's #8017 rendition, the model is based closest to #75082. The cockpit interior has been heavily modified. It's blacker then LEGO's versions, and the controls are also modified as well. The rear design of the cockpit makes this model it's own. Size-wise, it's in perfect proportion to the cockpit, and it's very securely fastened to the cockpit with a combination of pins and plates. The wings are also securely fastened to the cockpit, with the same combination as the rear, along with axle pipes. Definitely the best moc by far. This ship makes the perfect addition to your Imperial fleet collection. Here are some more pictures of the ship taken from different views. -
[LDD][MOC] DF.9 Turret (Star Wars: Battlefront)

This weapon is another one of my favorites from the original trilogy and Star Wars: Battlefront. I was very disappointed, though, with the design included in both 75138 and 75098. It doesn't do the original cannon justice at all. This weapon is one of my favorites from the original trilogy. I'm very happy it also made it into the Battlefront game and allowed me to operate it. I was very disappointed, though, with the cannon design in 75098. It doesn't look anywhere close to the original cannon, so I set out to make one myself. Obviously Lego's own Bo-Rifle design is terrible and many have asked for a good substitute. I made mine using spare pieces so you guys can recreate it as well if you like it. I wasn't able to put any tan straps into it, but at least the bley color scheme is a lot closer than Lego's own black color scheme: https://www.flickr.c...in/photostream/ His weapon has been extended in Bo-Staff Mode: https://www.flickr.c...in/photostream/ This picture shows the weapon in Rifle Mode. An extra exo-force arm has been added as a handle. The other exo-force arm that was already there represents the barrel of the rifle: https://www.flickr.c...in/photostream/ I also tried to recreate the 'collapsed mode', a third option. It doesn't change in length however. The handle changes position and the gun piece flips on top of the staff instead of being underneath it: https://www.flickr.c...in/photostream/ The dark bley handle that gets removed when switching to the staff mode can be clipped on one of the spots that is still available, for storage, though I've chosen to remove it because the handle sits very close to the main staff when folded in. When in Bo-Staff mode, I used trans dark blue studs to represent the energy at the tips, though you can also use crystals elements like in set 75040 General Grievous' Wheel Bike if you have them in the right color. Chima crystals could work well too. [LDD][MOC] Imperial Troop Transport (Star Wars Rebels)

When I first heard that the LEGO company was releasing a rendition of the vehicle back in January 2015, I had high hopes that their set would be faithful to its inspiration. Sadly, that wasn't the case, and their rendition was definitely my least favorite of that wave. I've been wanting to make this vehicle for some time. After finding another great MOC from another LEGO Designer, my design finally came together. If you wish to see his project, which is exceptional, you can click here. The design features many of the features seen in the original ship, namely a rotatable top cannon, a central canopy with space for 2 drivers and a commanding officer, 6 side areas for prisoners or deploying troops, and 2 adjustable front guns. Along with a very sturdy frame design, this is the perfect rendition of the fan-favorite Imperial vehicle. Here are some pictures of the design from different viewing points. Imperial Troop Transport Moc: This is my custom imperial troop transport, seen in the show star wars rebels. The cockpit and gun turret can be removed, and the gunner's seat slides back and forth. the transport has room for six troopers (from the official lego transport set), an imperial pilot, and a gunner/scout trooper. the side doors slide up to give access to the inside, and the gunners seat can be made into a turret. here are the pictures.

Hello everyone! It's my first time ever sharing any of my animated films here, so I thought I'd share some of my newest films of my first series called: STAR WARS INQUISITION Set before the events of A New Hope, the Empires hunts down the remnants of the Jedi who had escaped the Order 66 purge. The Emperor would form an order of Force Users known as Inquisitors to find and bring the Children of the Force to the Darkside or let them share the same fate as the Jedi. These are the stories of the Inquisitors and those who were a part of the Inquisition. Back to publishing MOC with this Imperial Troop Transport. Imperial Troop Transport by Veynom, on Flickr It is based on the Kenner toy from the 80's and that I owned before selling it. (argh) This version is different from the SW Rebels version, mainly because of the front curved face. I also used as inspiration source the LDD model available on Rebrickable. My son truly loves putting stuff inside this vehicle.
