  1. Its hard to say that it is a MOC for 100%. It is more like an art / picture. At first I've built a 3D scene in Stud.io (about 1.5k parts), create some unique parts in Part Designer, rendered several times with different angles nad types of light, and than cobine all these pictures in Photoshop. I'm not professional in PS, so it takes me a lot of time to get what I want. Yeah, it was harder than build with real bricks I didn't build every crew for each cannon, but I'm in process. Don't know why I need them, but I want to get finished 3D scene. Btw, does anyone want to unite and make this scene more interesting with 3D programs ( 3D Max, Blender etc.)?

    [MOC] Space Station Radon

Hi everyone, This is another build for the Space contest on the LowLUG forum. One of the oldest stations of the Unitron. This base has excellent communication systems and has an aerial defence system. Spyrius is on his way and the men are preparing an assault. For more pictures, please look into my Flickr album. Sander

Pirates of Barracuda Bay Under Attack!

Ahoy there fellow Lego Pirate Lovers! Captain Redbeard and his loyal crew are under attack from Scoundrel of the Seven Seas, Captain Gold hook green feather and his large ferocious crew! Heres a link to the album with more images of the carnage! https://www.flickr.com/photos/187819550@N06/albums/with/72157713839037593
  4. Since this year Easter is almost cancelled, I decided to use Easter related minifigures to illustrate proverb known in many European countries: Where two are fighting, the third wins.
  5. Soon after I've got my 42100, I decided to use it for making something epic and funny. So, after a month of work I've made this "movie" which tells a story about the last battle between old and new. Don't take it too serious, just have fun! P.S. Moral of the story is that the winner hasn't won at all. Cos' all the fallen gained an ability to be revived into different models and live forever, but the winner will stay useless and untouched. :)
  6. Hi Everybody I am new of the forum but not on the Lego world I am working on a historical representation of 3 scenes of the Waterloo battle, I am gathering an army of minifigures related to sections of the Allies and French armies. as my intent is to be quite historically accurate, I would like to print torsos of the uniforms and then compose the soldiers. please see here my latest designs: https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/534450680782093826/ https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/534450680782093833/ https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/534450680782093836/ https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/534450680782093838/ https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/534450680782093845/ https://www.pinterest.co.uk/pin/534450680782093839/ I am based in London, does anybody know a printer that can print the torsos in a substantial number? Thanks Roberto
  7. Hello SW fans, Wanted to share my Hoth turrets playset. It's inspired by a vintage toys from the early 80s but useful for today dioramas. I tried someting new for the turrets and the radar cannon, hope you like the result. Building instructions are available on my website : Hoth turrets If you want more photos, just ask me ;) and I'll post them here.
  8. Hello gents, There was this contest going on over at LEGO Ideas so I decided to try some Star Wars once again. I hope you like it. I'm glad to have this awesome figure of General Grievous. The most tricky part about this creation was most likely the hanging platform, it broke a couple of times before I managed to find a sturdy construction that would maintain the huge overhang.
  9. *Your entry has earned 15XP* Mission Log from Cpt. Bannon: Our second mission to Dennaskar was to regain control and if possible recover my former squad. We tracked the attackers to the back entrance of B Dock, an old imperial facility, where the outlaws had set up an ambush. We were prepared. Two squads of stormtroopers and an AT-ST neutralized the attackers. The survivors have either been captured, or escaped deeper into the forest. Our casualties have been minimal. No sign of the missing squad. These outlaws seems to be a breakout cell of the former rebellion against the empire. I will try to get more information out of the ones we captured. It will not be an easy task to get these scum to talk subjugated the Galactic Concordance. Hopefully they are not aware. Until the leadership advice I will continue my investigation from our new base of operation. Cpt. Bannon commands and leads his troops into battle... The outlaws are making a last effort... The first squad of stormtroopers supported by Cpt. Bannon's death troopers... Troops behind cover... Star Destroyers above Dennaskar... Some behind the scenes photos: Let me know what you guys think... :)

    WW2 Battle for Carentan

A stop motion flick I made over the past few weeks. Enjoy.
  11. Hello everyone, So I haven't been active for the last 6 months, mainly because I've been working on this. For my first Large Scale Diorama, I decided to build Scarif from Rogue One. My goal was to make it as movie accurate as possible while still adding in a little fun so I hope I succeed. This MOC is built on 4, 48x48 base plates (2x2) making it 3x3 feet. I started this project in January, unable to see the end, yet here I am. Most of the parts were bought off of Bricklink and Brickowl and cost about $900 in total. I don't have an exact piece count but there are 5600 trans-blue round studs and probably just over 12,000 parts in total. I have spent 6 months building this so I would love some feedback, comments and what to improve for my next big build. Thanks so much, MovieMocs If you're looking for more pictures, here's the Flickr Album: https://www.flickr.com/photos/152950154@N05/albums/72157699670821685

    LEGO Fortnite Loot Llama

Hey friends! Finally ready to share my first MOC on here with y'all. Here's my build of the Loot Llama from Fortnite: Battle Royale! Took me over 24 hours to build over the course of six live-streams on Twitch! Had a lot of fun trying to get all of the details and textures just right. I was so lucky they had all the colours I needed on the PAB Walls at my local LEGO stores! Hahaha... enjoy! Also put together a little video highlighting different elements and features of the build, check it out HERE.
  13. Hi everyone! This is a microscale recreation of the Marvel Super Heroes set 76051 Super Hero Airport Battle for the 60th Anniversary of the LEGO Brick contest on Brickset. Here is a pic of the original set for comparison. I tried to include as many details as I could. And here's a back view of the build: I hope you like it.

  16. Earl of Shrewsbury

The End of the Hundred Years' War

Preparation for the English and French armies at Castillon is underway. The battle took place on 17 June, 1453 and it marked the end of the period known as the Hundred Years' War. The French were lead by an artillery commander Jean Bureau, and the English by yours truly (John Talbot, 1st Earl of Shrewsbury). The armies are incomplete, but this is but a taste of the MOC that is to come. Note the 15th century style custom helmets from Brick Warriors. My goal is to create a battlefield MOC with most of my attention devoted to historical accuracy. Stay tuned for more uploads as the build progresses.

    A simple matter of math

The tales all tell about captains brave enough to challenge larger and more heavily armed opponents. And succesfully defeat those opponents by witty tactics and superior maneuvering ... However, those are the tales. When you face reality, reality in the shape of an English frigate facing a French 64 gun battle ship that is, all kinds of heroics are reduced and everything becomes a simple equation taking into account the relevant numbers. A bold move of the English captain but a stupid one, one full broadside of the French 64 was enough to blast him back to reality. A cooperation with Captain Greenhair.
  18. Hi guys, this is my new creation! It's my entry to the Colossal Battle Contest V 2017 for the category . CBC V - Dread Ambushers Category I choose to create a great battle from the ancient Hellenic Wars, known as Peloponnesian War. A small force of Spartan army was cutted from their main army of Sparta by Athenian army and their navy on the island of Sphacteria. The Athenian forces manage to land on the island after a surprise attack and forced the Spartans to surrender! It's one of the few times that a Spartan army was surrendered and did not fight until death. I hope you like it! You can see more pictures in my Flickr page! C&C are appreciated
  19. I don't know...it just doesn't look right. This is my first base-plate diorama. The Battle of Maerwynn Creek

For many years the forces of Arbenheim have tested their neighboring kings power by pillaging border villages. In an attempt protect his people the king ordered small encampments around the borders. One location was the homestead of Maerwynn, an important location as it was host to one of the few mills in the area. The kings intuition had been right, for only a fortnight later did the horns of Arbenheim sound in the village of Maerwynn. A collaboration between SirWilsonBricks( https://www.flickr.com/photos/133117612@N02/ ) and myself for the CBS 2017. His is the left, my side is on the right. Hay, after me finally finishing editing (which is a bit sloppy in places) here it is :D This was our main build for the show and it is the biggest build to date for both of us. It was great fun planning, skyping, planning, bricklinking, more planning and finally building this whoppa. If I could change a couple things I probably would (namely the ground texturing on my side) but it still came out looking incredible. The reception we got at the CBS was also great, with loads of people loving. I must say though, I may have stared a kid to death after he said "Hey mum, look NEXO KNIGHTS" Speaking of the CBS, it was a real blast and getting to know people better, meeting new people was awesome :) and of course seeing new creations (cough David Hense... Cough) Cannot wait to next year to see everyone again. Another creation on the way and hope you enjoy, C&C always wanted.
