  1. Discuss the past, present, and future of DC Animation here, whether it be theatrically released feature films, direct-to-home media, TV shows, and everything else in between.
  2. Alright, where should I start? I've been leaving this place for quite a time, so I lost track with some of the old posts. But anyway, I think it might rather be simpler to put all things together in one thread. So I choose to slowly restart in this post from now on. Thanks to the help with a new local print provider, the newer redesigns has a better chance to improve (my decal skill is still awful ). As a new start, I begin with the original franchise with the minidoll lineup Friends, which just began a series of reboot design in this year. 3. Dear all I am new to Eurobricks but felt it would be a worthwhile experience to join up and share something with you. In essence, I am looking for some help and or advice. I have been a serious collector of LEGO for around 7 years and have manged to build up, in my most humble of opinions, a rather large collection. All of my items items are either Marvel, DC or Cuusoo/ Ideas with a very small amount of loose Star Wars minifigures, promotional LEGO giveaways etc. Every single set, polybag, book, DVD, comic etc has been purchased, bubble wrapped, boxed and stored safely. 99% of the collection is mint and sealed with a few exceptions which are near mint but still sealed. Not one item has been opened. It has been an obsession of mine for a while and the collection has been built up and cared for extremely well. However, space is now becoming a bit of an issue so I posed the question to myself, "What on earth am I going to do with all this LEGO?" In summary, I have 310 lots made up from sets, keyrings, books, dvds, polybags and specials. I have multiples of some sets. I have every single Cuusoo/ Ideas set every made, 116 DC Comics lots, 123 Marvel Comics lots and 35 Marvel/ DC keyrings. With Comic Con and USA exclusives aside, I have every single DC and Marvel set, polybag, magnet, book and keyring released since 2011. I honestly do not know what to do. Do I keep going knowing that Marvel and DC sets will continue to be released probably after I have gone, do I bite the bullet and sell them all or do I just stop buying and sit on them all for a few years? Any help or advice would be hugely appreciated. I have a detailed spreadsheet of the entire collection. If anyone would like to see it, please just ask. With thanks in advance

Yep,the Guys in Billund decided it would be a good Idea to put this violent and quite mature DC character into Lego Minifig Form, and i couldn´t agree more. The Bike he comes with is quite a bloaded Mess, but nothing a bunch of Frag Grenades, some Booze and a Wrench couldn´t fix. I shrinked the Bike a bit to make it fit more into Minifig Scale but still kept the Design mean and gas guzzling badass. Hope you like my new Version of Lobo´s Spacebike.....if not,get the fraggg outta here :D

I show you my MOC of the Batwing from the Arkham Asylum Video game. This MOC has 429 pieces. Let me know what you think about this MOC! :) Tell me which one would you like to see next time or tell me what you want me to build! Special Thanks to Lucas / The Incinerator14 (https://www.flickr.com/photos/theincinerators) for the advice and his kindness! I credit Giulio Manuelli too (http://www.moc-pages.com/home.php/102785). He made an Arkham Asylum Batwing too but 4 years before mine. Although similar, I didn't copy his design. It's just a big coincidence but by respect, I credit him! :) The Display is highly inspired by the MOC of Outer Rim Emperor. 10. Ever thought of collecting all the official LEGO Batman? It's quite tough to get them all nowadays, so today I'm compiling the richest superhero (is he now?)ever released officially by LEGO. 11. Christmas Eve. ... The opposite of New Years: It is the time of year for family reunions, for Yule logs and trees blazing for gifts, and for the eating of special foods and the drinking of special drinks. It is the personal time, rather than the social time; it is the time of focusing upon self and family, rather than society at large; it is the time of rimed windows, star-coated angels, of burning bushes, captured rainbows, of fat Santas with two pairs of trousers (because the youngsters who sit upon their laps are easily awed); and the time of cathedral windows, blizzards, carols, bells, manger scenes, season's greetings from those far removed (even if they live but a short distance away), of broadcast Dickens and holly and candles, of poinsettia and evergreen, of snowbanks, firs, spruces, pines, of the Bible and Medieval England, of "What Child is This?" and "Oh Little Town of Bethlehem," of the birth and the promise, the light in the darkness; the time, and the time to be, the feeling before the realization, the realization before the happening, the trafficking of red and green, the changing of the year's guard, of tradition, loneliness, sympathy, empathy, sentimentality, singing, faith, hope, charity, love, desire, aspiration, fear, fulfillment, realization, faith, hope, death; a time of the gathering together of stones and the casting away of stones, of embracing, getting, losing, laughing, dancing, mourning, rending, silence, speaking, death, and not speaking. It is a time to break down and a time to build up, a time to plant, and a time to pluck that which is planted... Roger Zelazny
  12. [MOC] TAS Batmobile (1992)

This Batmobile appears in the best TV show ever (for me)! This Car is very closed to the minifig's scale. Special Thanks to OneBadawan who inspired me for some parts of this Batmobile. 13. [LDD MOC] - Lobo´s Space Hog

I really can´t wait for some of the new Lego Sets that come next Year, and one of those is 76096 from the DC Superheroes Line. For the first Time ever a certain raunchy Bountyhunter from Space will start to exist in real Minifigure Form (makes me wonder if he will pull a Lego Deadpool Move, seen only one Year and then Goodbye forever) and he even comes with his own Space Hog in the Set.But let´s be honest, that Thing is kinda terrible.Nice Parts Selection but the Proportions are way off. Well,i gave it a go in LDD and designed my own Space Hog for the Main Man. I took some Inspiration from the 90s Lobo Comics and from his short Cameos in various Episodes of the animated DC Universe when i designed the Space Hog. I really liked the Skull Build from the original Set but tried to shrink down the Bike a bit to make it look better next to the Minifigure. With the powerful Turbine in the back a mangy Bountyhunter...errrhm,i mean a legitimate Businessman can speed from Slam City to the intergalactic Bounty Hnter Agency in a Heartbeat, even if it is your last. All it needs now is the famous Hook on a Chain and Lobo is ready to go. What do you think?

  15. Hi all I have recently won runner-up in Rebrick's LEGO Batman Returns to the Justice League contest and wanted to share the entry with you! In this contest, you had to create a comic strip no longer than five panels showing how Batman might return to the Justice League after the events of The LEGO Batman Movie. It sounded like fun, so I entered! I used LEGO Digital Designer and Bluerender to create the background of the Fortress of Solitude and photographed real minifigures, cut them out, and placed them over it. I tried to make their poses as expressive as I could, so I popped arms and legs out to achieve poses minifigures cannot usually make, just as is done in the LEGO films. I also erased parts of their faces while editing and gave them custom expressions, and added a slight blue glow to Batman's eyes. Also, the lines coming out from behind Batman in the third panel were photographed "antenna" pieces. I'm really happy to have been selected as a winner of the contest, and I hope you enjoy the comic! Thank you!
  16. I have lost a collection due to flooding. The background information can be found here - The issue I am having is with pricing. I know I am selling as bulk but this is really bulk sets and not bulk parts. I need to know where I should set the reserve price. I am thinking of around .08 per piece. Below is a list of my sets. I will ship overseas but it will be expensive. I shipped one set to my nephew in Sweden and it was $75... This is not going to be easy but it is a great opprotunity for a collector and a great parts hoard for the MOC builder. 23. Items for Trade I've started to go off Lego Marvel, at least, I'm a lot more into DC. I'm keeping all my Spider-Man figures and main Avengers but the rest are going. Also included are Batgirl and Poison Ivy as I have duplicates of them Please PM me if you're interested, I would really like to get rid of these guys. I'm willing to trade two/three figs for every one item on my want list This doesn't count the Hulk big-fig or the À-Wing polybag due to their more expensive nature. For those two it would be one for one In case the link isn't working, I have- Black Panther Batgirl LBM- under offer Gamora (2014) Hulk Big Fig (2014) Captian America (2015) A-Wing Pilot polybag (sealed) Agent 1 Scarlet Spider Scarlet Witch (2016) Ghost Rider Scarlet Witch (2015)- under offer The Ancient One- under offer Vision Blue Gem- under offer Captain Marvel (Masked Head only) Thanos (Big-Fig, not pictured) Joker (Heath Ledger variant I would like- Lex Luthor (Power Armour from 2012, poly doesn't have to be sealed) Martian Manhunter (2014) (Under offer) Superboy (2014) Lighting Lad (2015) Batzarro (2015) Cosmic Boy (2016) Superman and the Krytonian villains from Man of Steel (not including Zod) (Superman under offer)
  24. [MOC] Modular DCEU Batmobile

Hello everyone, I am super excited to finally show you my new and improved DCEU Batmobile. If you remember, last year i built a BvS Batmobile and i actually sold a lot of it's instructions, first of all i want to thank everyone who bought those ! However i felt like that model didn't make Patrick Tatopoulos amazing design justice. Thanks to the feedback that a lot of you guys provided i was able to improve upon those areas. My main goals for this new model were: -Being able to change looks from BvS to Jl. -Be more stable on the wheel connections. -Make the wheelguards more stable. -Make it smaller. -Use the "new" windshield piece. Which led me to some intense months of building and testing. But i am very pleased with the final result, not only is it in better scale compared to a minifg, but it's also more accurate in some areas. One of which i am very proud of are the wheel guards. Here's the BvS configuration, and by far my favorite i think Patrick Tatopoulos and his team did a great job with the design so it was very important for me to get it right this time. Fun fact: this was the first variant i did, i just modded it to change the look to how it appears on JL & SS. So here's the SS configuration, it's basiclly the same as BvS except it doesn't have the turret on, So as you can see this is way smaller, and more accurate in scale with a minifig, i would say it's still waaaay too big to be in proper scale but it's definetly better than the previous one. Here's the front of the thing. It's slimmer and prettier than my previous model imo, not to mention that it is a bit more accurate, i must say that i rally like the use of the grey Galaxy guns to represent the flaps that the car has IRL. (sorry for the blurry pic there) Here's the side of the thing, I must admit that the previous model had more details on the side but i think this looks fine, especially considering this is way smaller. I want to point out that the orange piece does not exist on the actual JL car, i just added it for the sake of having different colors on it, the piece also exists on Dark Bluish Grey so that's a easy fix if you don't like it. Here's the back of the thing, By far one of my favorite views of the model, it may lack some of the details my previous model had but i like this a lot more, i think the wheel guards look really good in this angle too which just adds to the overall look. I also tried some new techniques which help get the look right. And i also tried a new building instructions software which makes for some LEGO quality building experience which i hope you all enjoy. If you want to check it out you can click the image on my signature I hope you all like this as much as i do, as always feedback is much apreciated ! Regards -Prime
