  7. Items for Trade I've started to go off Lego Marvel, at least, I'm a lot more into DC. I'm keeping all my Spider-Man figures and main Avengers but the rest are going. Also included are Batgirl and Poison Ivy as I have duplicates of them Please PM me if you're interested, I would really like to get rid of these guys. I'm willing to trade two/three figs for every one item on my want list This doesn't count the Hulk big-fig or the À-Wing polybag due to their more expensive nature. For those two it would be one for one In case the link isn't working, I have- Black Panther Batgirl LBM- under offer Gamora (2014) Hulk Big Fig (2014) Captian America (2015) A-Wing Pilot polybag (sealed) Agent 1 Scarlet Spider Scarlet Witch (2016) Ghost Rider Scarlet Witch (2015)- under offer The Ancient One- under offer Vision Blue Gem- under offer Captain Marvel (Masked Head only) Thanos (Big-Fig, not pictured) Joker (Heath Ledger variant I would like- Lex Luthor (Power Armour from 2012, poly doesn't have to be sealed) Martian Manhunter (2014) (Under offer) Superboy (2014) Lighting Lad (2015) Batzarro (2015) Cosmic Boy (2016) Superman and the Krytonian villains from Man of Steel (not including Zod) (Superman under offer)
  8. [MOC] Modular DCEU Batmobile

Hello everyone, I am super excited to finally show you my new and improved DCEU Batmobile. If you remember, last year i built a BvS Batmobile and i actually sold a lot of it's instructions, first of all i want to thank everyone who bought those ! However i felt like that model didn't make Patrick Tatopoulos amazing design justice. Thanks to the feedback that a lot of you guys provided i was able to improve upon those areas. My main goals for this new model were: -Being able to change looks from BvS to Jl. -Be more stable on the wheel connections. -Make the wheelguards more stable. -Make it smaller. -Use the "new" windshield piece. Which led me to some intense months of building and testing. But i am very pleased with the final result, not only is it in better scale compared to a minifg, but it's also more accurate in some areas. One of which i am very proud of are the wheel guards. Here's the BvS configuration, and by far my favorite i think Patrick Tatopoulos and his team did a great job with the design so it was very important for me to get it right this time. Fun fact: this was the first variant i did, i just modded it to change the look to how it appears on JL & SS. So here's the SS configuration, it's basiclly the same as BvS except it doesn't have the turret on, So as you can see this is way smaller, and more accurate in scale with a minifig, i would say it's still waaaay too big to be in proper scale but it's definetly better than the previous one. Here's the front of the thing. It's slimmer and prettier than my previous model imo, not to mention that it is a bit more accurate, i must say that i rally like the use of the grey Galaxy guns to represent the flaps that the car has IRL. (sorry for the blurry pic there) Here's the side of the thing, I must admit that the previous model had more details on the side but i think this looks fine, especially considering this is way smaller. I want to point out that the orange piece does not exist on the actual JL car, i just added it for the sake of having different colors on it, the piece also exists on Dark Bluish Grey so that's a easy fix if you don't like it. Here's the back of the thing, By far one of my favorite views of the model, it may lack some of the details my previous model had but i like this a lot more, i think the wheel guards look really good in this angle too which just adds to the overall look. I also tried some new techniques which help get the look right. And i also tried a new building instructions software which makes for some LEGO quality building experience which i hope you all enjoy. If you want to check it out you can click the image on my signature I hope you all like this as much as i do, as always feedback is much apreciated ! Regards -Prime
  9. [MOC] Batmobile : The Predator

Hello People :) After all this time I’m back with a new creation . The reason you haven’t seen anything for so long is because I went through a process of rethinking the way I build . I used to mainly recreate models from Star Wars or DC comics , with a sole purpose of making the MOC look as accurate to the original as possible , sacrificing stability , playability and overall good structure most of the time . I was no longer satisfied with that . From now on my goals are to build MOCs that both look good , and also are fun , playable , contain smart play features and generally function well as toys. The first result of this “new style” is what you see below : my own original Batmobile. While it draws inspiration from a couple of Batmobiles ( mainly Arkham Knight’s and BvS’s) it is my own spin on the classic vehicle , the Predator . It’s packed with action features : a stud shooter turret , a “hook” style spring-loaded shooter, opening trunk with all the gear you’ll need ( batarangs , a new remote batarang made from some old knight helmet feathers , extra ammo and a line launcher ) and the ability to transform between two modes , one ideal for battles and one built for speed. Also, the turret can be swapped out for a winch , which can be attached to the front spring loaded shooter and then shot - you can catch enemies’ vehicles , bring down walls , shoot it towards a roof and then climb , the possibilities are endless. I have also built a display MOC for my Batmobile - which is the first segment of what will eventually become a full Batcave . It has working lights and spins slowly - as a car turntable should. I would love to hear your thoughts and opinions on this . Do you like this new style of building ? Do you like the look of the car ? What about the functions ? Do you want to see a full Batcave ? Your comments are very important to me :)

  11. BATCAVE INVASION Trailer

The Joker (Lego Batman Movie Version) and his super villain squad invade Batman's Batcave. Batman must form his own super hero squad from members of the Justice League to help ward off the threat! The trailer for an upcoming stopmotion animation I've been working on for the past two and a half weeks. I finished the final cut at around 7-8 yesterday and whipped up this small preview. I will be releasing this on my studio's YouTube channel (the same one you are watching the trailer on) on the 18th (Tuesday) so be sure to subscribe so you don't miss it! Thanks for watching!

  13. Hi there! I thought I'd start this thread because I figured we all have ideas of BrickHeadz we'd like to see made. Especially with the tease of getting BrickHeadz from TV shows! I personally would love to see some BrickHeadz based on the new POTC movie! Maybe some Minecraft BrickHeadz as well. But with the TV shows idea some Flarrowverse BrickHeadz would be incredible! Anyways there you go, fire off your ideas!

  15. [WIP] [MOC] Arkham Asylum

Hello all! As promised in some of my status updates, here is my WIP Arkham Asylum MOC!! (Read the italics in a Batman voice ) Welcome to Arkham Asylum. Walk through the large wooden doors. (The clips holding the rails are skeleton legs. There is a security camera above. But first, take a look at the balcony above. (The grey tile should say "Arkham Asylum", but there's no such print ) Let me show you an aerial view of this place. This is what the inside of Arkham Asylum looks like. But before you walk in, you have to walk through the X-ray. All set. Now see that guy up there, on the second floor? That's Aaron Cash. Here are the two cells which hold the Riddler and Scarecrow. Here's a closer look at the Riddler's cell: And a closer look at Scarecrow's: The other side has two more cells. They hold Two-Face and Catwoman. Here's a closer look at Two-Face's cell: And a closer look at Catwoman's: And here's the eating area. You can catch a bite later if you want, except that the builder of this MOC hasn't built the kitchen yet. So that's my Arkham Asylum WIP MOC! I hope you like it! I do have one request. I don't know what to put in this section. I'm currently considering some crates. Any ideas would be most welcome! C&C welcome too! See you next time! VaderFan2187 out!
  16. It`s already been a Month since i purchased the Catcycle Chase Set from the TLBM. I like it for the Minifigs, but i`ve never been a Motorcycle Fan (i prefer Hotrods, Lowriders, Muscle Cars,Customs or Classics in general). Sure, the usage of that printed Slope is outstanding, one of the big Surprises because usually TLC uses Stickers. Anyways,i was just thinking "what if Catwoman had a Car,and what would suit her?" I think a Hotrod fits her perfectly, they are small but quick and powerful and they turn your Head around,,,rawww! May i present you Catwoman`s "Nine Livez" (yeah,i know that Name is worn out and somewhat corny but it fits. TLBM-Nine Livez-1 TLBM-Nine Livez-2 TLBM-Nine Livez-3 I used the Hotrod from the Speed Champions Set as a Base and modified the Hell out of it. Special Parts like the 4 printed halfround Tiles, the printed 2x2 Slope, the trans purple round Tiles and the purple Rims from the Bike will be reused. The Car will be mostly black but with a few purple Bits build in (motly ones i already have or are easy to get). Windshield and rear window will be trans yellow (luckily i still have a trans yellow 1x4 from the classic Space Age). I also will use Parts from last Year`s Mighty Micro, that black pointy 1x2 Roofslope with printed Cat Eyes and the Tail (i think i have a second one somewhere....) for the Exhaust Pipes or...."Tail Pipes" :D So,what do you think of my Idea?
  17. TLBM - 1950s GCPD Police Car

Yeah, this Time of the Year you just can`t avoid Lego Batman, especially if you are a Batman Fan anyway. I wanted to build something for those GCPD Cops from the Battlepack and so i decided to build a 50s Style Police Car like the ones they used in the Animated Series. And since Policework in Gotham never sleeps, you can watch Chief O`Hara chasing behind a suspicious Crook. An elegant Hoodslide helps her to get faster behind the Suspect and in the End he was caught. The Car itself was based on the Taxi from the Lego City Undercover Game but modified to be used as a Police Car.I also added some Stickers to the Car and no matter if based on a licensed Theme or not, this Car fits any Lego City perfect, don`t you think? 20170215_192828 20170215_192836 20170215_192856 20170215_192918 20170215_192942 20170215_192958 20170215_193018 20170215_193101 20170215_193329
  18. hello everyone, I decide to make this thread to show decals I have made/am going to make in the future. if you have any suggestions, comments, or any other feedback don't be afraid to reply
  19. Do you ever use parts from the Collectable Minifigures (CMFs) to mod your DC and Marvel superheroes? I used the CMF Series 3 elf's head and Series 16 dog show winner's hair for Aquaman. Spider-Man benefited from the Series 16 wildlife photographer's arms. Are there any dual-moulded blue legs with red boots that match Spidey's colours?
  20. I found the Ra's hideout a bit disappointing so I decided to rebuild to suit my tastes better using parts only from the original build Also while I've got you hostage please check out my Flickr https://www.flickr.com/photos/144751365@N08/ What do you guys think? Critism is welcome but in moderation
  21. LEGO DC Comics Discussion

This is a forum where you can discuss multiple topics on DC and upload an MOCs, leaks, rumours and more. Is anyone doing the Rebrick competition
  22. I can`t imagine that i`m the only one who is wondering about this. I know that some of the newer Lego Games have quite a nice Array of brickbuild Ingame Objects and Vehicles and i`ve always wondered if there is someone or a Group that collects Infos about them and try to build them in LDD or physical Bricks. So,anyone can lead me to some Infos?
  23. In contrast to my last topic, this one is about your LEAST favourite Super Heroes set and why. Mine would probably be the Spider-Copter, since apart from Power Man and MJ, there isn't a whole lot of appeal (unless you like the Ultimate GG). As usual, this does not include the old Batman or Spiderman themes, but only the Super Heroes theme from 2012 onwards (or 2011, speaking technically.)
  24. The Moth-Cave!

Where do those foul bugs Firefly and Killer Moth kick back? At the Moth-Cave of course! But what's this?! Our daring caped crusader has arrived to run these pests out of Gotham Below is the Moth-Cave's power generator designed by the villain K.M himself! Now the Dark Knight has happened upon the duos laboratory (with table shamelessly stolen from the Batman's own cave!) But the crooks guard their trophy room with Freeze guns, Joker cards and Riddler Canes Finally lies the Moth-Computer- used to commit unspeakable evils! Can Batman defeat the dasterdly duo of Moth and Firefly?! Well yeah- it's Killer Moth :p Please tell me what you think :)
  25. I remember that glorious day in 2011 when it was announced both Marvel and DC licenses for Lego. It was my greatest Lego dream come true (although still a lot of the minifigs I want to see in Lego form haven't been made, looking at you FF and X-men). However, there were a lot of things I didn't understand about how things went down, and I have never been able to find much by researching into this. My understanding is that, initially, Lego had the license for Spider-man and Spider-man 2. How did they lose the license against the-brand-which-must-not-be-named for Spider-man 3? Was it because they wanted to pick up Batman? Or did they pick up Batman because they lost the Spider-man license? Why was the Batman theme discontinued in 2008? Did they lose the license for that? Then, what was the catalyst for Lego deciding to go for both of the licenses in 2011? How did they steal the Marvel license away from the-brand-which-must-not-be-named? How did they manage to get both Marvel and DC to be OK with Lego making toys for both under the "Super Heroes" theme? Finally, can we expect Lego to keep these licenses for many years to come, and never lose either to the-brand-which-must-not-be-named? It's funny, on the other side of this story, fans from the-brand-which-must-not-be-named regret the day that Lego got the Marvel license back, and dream of Lego losing the license again. My hope is that Lego's superior quality and status as the #1 toy maker in the world will allow them to keep both licenses for many years to come. 2011 was an incredible year for Lego. They managed to get licenses for Marvel, DC, and Lord of the Rings / The Hobbit, which they added to their already existing Star Wars line! Clearly they started being more aggressive in their search for licenses, and luckily to this day it looks like they're succeeding. I'm curious to learn what brought this newfound competitiveness to Lego, especially when a little more than a decade before they made almost no licensed sets.
