Hi! I bought so many Bat Lords... and I finally have to build something for them... After a few months of break, I'm back in the world of Castle with a new project - the Witch's Tower! The Fright Knight's land is not a pleasant place, dark, gloomy, large spiders, poisonous plants, black dragons and corpses everywhere a perfect place for the home and laboratory of the main character of this project. To build this moc, I specifically went back to the past and bought a new dragon and a witch from 1997 More about this project on my channel, Edge of Bricks. If you want to know the Witch's name, her relationship with the Bat Lord and other interesting facts, come visit! For construction I used several unusual elements from Lego Super Mario, do you know which ones?

I really love DnD, therefore the Red Dragons Keep set was an imediate aquisition for my collection. I like the design of the set with all its details, monsters and DnD references. Since I build it, I have startet to wonder, what that ruined keep might have looked like when it was still intact. So I started to experiment a littlebit in studio. Lego DnD Tower Restoration, auf Flickr I tried to expand on what was already there and use the original design features to complete the keep so far. Iam not quite sure how to proceed. Maybe I am going to finish the tower of with some kind of roof in dark blue.

Hi everyone! This is my first MOC of 2024, finally out after a 2 month effort! I had this dome design idea in the back of my head for a couple of years now and never had the chance to use it before. This MOC is part of a new RPG that I've just joined.

(Afoland Castle Game. Meronia) After the end of the war, the question arose about the need to build guard posts along the border of the kingdom. One of them was the North Tower, which is located near the village of Kvynn. Its garrison consists of a dozen soldiers under the command of the always grumpy Sir Norman. While Sir Norman scolds the warriors for the chaos, Vigmar cannot contain his joy when the supply wagon arrives. And there will definitely be a bottle or two of Ormston wine in it! Technique:

This is my entry for the 4th round, a very detailed defensive tower with several elements such as: a improvised stable, a crossbow in the upper part, a habitable floor, etc. The number of pieces is 2991 and it has a modular system so each floor can be built separately. It can even be extended from the 3rd floor. Very easy to build and many possibilities. I hope you like it and if you want to support it (Voting and commenting your feedbacks) -> click on the link below. https://www.bricklink.com/v3/designer-program/series-4/1379/Ballista-Tower

East of the Whispering Woods lies the kingdom of Kadan. One of the peculiarities are the towers. These "Towers of Kadan", are build by the many nobles and mages in the land, each trying to make it even higher and more magnificent than the others. One such tower was constructed by the mage known as Kalla, his tower 'Azlarmuth' was extra special, because during construction a special seed was planted within. During the years, this tree grew, and the tower had to be renovated at some points because the roots and branches would seek it's way to the outside. Azlarmuth - the tower of Kalla by Ids de Jong, on Flickr Photographing and editing of this was a lot of work, mainly because of the height of the tower and the backdrop I used which was almost too small.

1930's modular railroad interlocking tower MOC - real world MOC (finished 2/13/23)
Murdoch17 posted a topic in LEGO Train Tech
I was inspired to build this industrial-looking old fashioned interlocking Tower by set number 60009 (Helicopter Arrest) and a number of old towers in my hometown of St. Louis, Missouri. In addition, the unusually-placed signal arm attached to the building is inspired by an mid-1960s WWII-set black and white film, (The Train) in which a French signal tower very similar to this one is used for some sabotage of a German train and is subsequently blown up in an Allied air raid... and yes, they really did blow it up - no miniatures were involved! Here you can see the chimney flue on the rear of the building. There is an abandoned OCTAN tank car also visible nearby. Upstairs is a heating stove for those cold winter nights, six lever frames for moving switches and a signal board for showing which route is currently aligned. The bottom floor features a (empty) gas tank, a chest for emergency flares and torpedo's, a trash can, plus a telephone. "This is getting out of hand... now there are two of them!" The one on the right is my original switch tower, while the one on the left is my Dad's (slightly different) copy. He paid for the model and I built it. I ordered the parts last Sunday (Feb. 12th), the three orders arrived Wednesday and Thursday and construction on the copy was completed last night. (the 16th) Thoughts anybody? EDIT: 2/13/23: Real world photos added! -
At the lake of the windy mountains, far up north, a lone tower stands to guard the hideout of the band of the Wolf. After pillaging the villages down river, Asger looks as his men bring in the loot. The band of the Wolf hideout by Ids, on Flickr The band of the Wolf hideout - details by Ids, on Flickr And the band of the Wolf: The band of the Wolf by Ids, on Flickr A fearless band of robbers of the north, led by Asger (middle). From left to right: - Bjørnar, as strong as a bear, wielding a double bladed ax. - Karina, quick in the night, with her two daggers, she can strike down any soldier before they even see her. - Asger leader of the band of the Wolf, who is a master with his spear. - Ingólfr, right hand man of Asger, always keeping his calm, even when Asger is in battle, he always keeps an eye on him to keep him safe. - Agnar, fearless with a sword or a crossbow. This build started of course with the minifigs, then I build a boat for them because they somewhat reminded me of some Vikings (especially when I named them), thus I gave them a Viking inspired boat. The tower originally was planned as a tower in the lake, but I moved it to shore and added a docking area for the boat. Thanks for looking, let me know what you think.

[MOC] SpaceX' Starship lifting Tower "Mechazilla" - Finished!
cyberdyne systems posted a topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Happy New Year, everyone! Finally, I've finished building this monster. I will add nice and long article later in the next year. And now you may watch the video of the results of almost year of my work. Well, I think the time has finally come to start creating the biggest thing I have ever built - "Mechazilla". Officially known as Orbital Launch Integration Tower (OLIT) located in SpaceX' StarBase in Boca-Chica. Boxes that I want to be checked: -Tower should has as much functions of original one as possible. (Like QDA and Launch mount) -Functions are in higher priority than looks, but it nonetheless needs to resemble the real structure -It has to be power by C+ Hubs and motors -The most important - Tower has to be able to lift something Starship-ish (But i'm still no sure what exactly, may be I'll make something from Saturn V) For the beginning, I've made this prototype of a "chopstick" -
Majisto's Tower Reimagined Majisto’s Tower Reimagined I reimagined Majisto’s Tower #1906 for the CCC’s Return of the GOAT contest. Dragon Masters has always been my favorite LEGO theme (and favorite castle faction). Initially, I planned to re-do Majisto’s Magical Workshop #6048, after building a micro version. But others have created their renditions of it and Majisto’s Tower seemed more fitting for a castle contest. Original Majisto’s Tower; Set #1906 Released in 1994, Majisto’s Tower, set #1906, was sold only in (North?) America. I came with many terrific parts (190 pieces total) for the price ($20), including: Printed wall panel and 8-wide arch pieces Dragon Masters Flag & Shield Spiral Staircase Tower roof Two BURPs Several castle wall/corner panels Horse 3 figs Castle-printed box with play features Castle on the Back and Side of the Original Box That last one, the custom printed box, has some awesome castle designs, which I incorporated into my build. The color scheme of the paved ground came from this depiction while the foliage covered ground came from the green baseplate of the original set. Sadly, I do not have the box anymore (or cannot find it). Comparison of the original set and my reimagined MOC My recreation is approximately twice the size of the original in each dimension. The building portion is about 60% bigger; I expanded the ground and landscaping to fill up the rest. I kept the prominent features: the two towers and gateway as they were in the original and the rocks are in approximately the same place as the BURPs. Comparison of the back side I imagined this tower being built at the top of a hill with a cliff drop-off to the left and behind. For this reason, I built the rockwork along the whole back side without a proper wall, true to the original. Spiral Stairs A key element from the set is the spiral staircase up to Majisto’s tower. I built mine in the reverse direction as exiting the stairs off the model seemed strange. But to make it fit, I added a balcony off the back of the tower. Workshop I added some potions, candles and a bookshelf to the expanded tower. Like the official set, I kept this room open. This makes it both easy to see the magical equipment and keep the play features from the original set. Bookshelf Gold Dragons Above the Gate As a kid, my eye was quickly drawn to the printed dragons over the entry arch and tower window. Rather than reuse the printed pieces, I brick-built them. Gold Dragons around the Tower Window Stable Another change I made was to add some space for a stable under the tower for the horse - complete with a manger. Chariot And speaking of the horse, I scaled down the chariot while still keeping its flamboyant wings. The chariot design was inspired by GJC15344. The Front Door Besides the chariot, there are two other movable pieces in the original set: the front doors and the secret passage. While the front doors do open and close, they are a bit stiff and fragile. Secret Exit on the Right Side The secret exit of the set opened with a horizontal hinge. I used a vertical one (using a Mixel joint). This allowed me to blend in the hidden door fairly well. Guard Tower’s Inner Door Another change I made was to the front guard tower. I decided to enclose it. There are three non-functional doors: one at the base of the tower, one leading out to the parapet over the gate and a trap door to the top of the tower. Parapet over the Gate I had planned to build the tower with the corner wall panels, but I didn’t have enough pieces for a 1x4 panel technique and the large corner panel this achieved the look I wanted while staying true to the original set. Guard Tower I hope you enjoyed my reimagined Majisto’s Tower creation! Back Side View Barred Window Front Door - Perspective Majisto in the Guard Tower Right Side Tower from Below Tower Roof

My latest creation, hope you'll like it As Radoslaw entered the city gates, it felt like stepping through a portal to a different dimension. The relative peace was broken by the loud bustling of the city streets. The cries of merchants peddling their goods and the sounds of craftsmen hammering about, reverberated off the tall walls. Smells of smoke, horses and spices penetrated his nostrils. Radoslaw could see guards positioned along the battlements, scanning the market square for any suspicious activity. Dromos was noticeably anxious, snorting and pulling the reins, Radoslaw had to work hard to calm down his horse but was sure that it had alarmed the guards. The fast-paced clanking of metal cut through the sea of noise, as a figure appeared from the crowd. A large man covered in heavy plate armour marched menacingly towards them, firmly grasping a hefty axe in his left gauntlet. Radoslaw knew that if he got arrested, someone would surely recognize him. He closed his eyes, gathered himself and reached under for his dagger..

It's been almost a year since I posted my tavern, so it's time to introduce the latest MOC. This time it's a magician's tower, inspired by Goethe's "The Sorcerer's Apprentice". On one level of the tower, the water mage's apprentice made a "small" mistake in the summoning. The rooms were flooded and he just made it onto the balcony. The apprentice has not noticed that on the other side, the Kraken summoned into the tower is about to break out. The other mages of the tower have now gathered to defeat the beast. The Fire Mage has summoned an elemental, while the Storm Mage has taken to the skies and throws the first bolt of lightning towards the Kraken. The black mage has summoned a wraith to fight for him while the white mage is still gathering his power. The dryad has grown a tree so her elemental can fight at the right height. Despite the uproar, the astrologer has not allowed himself to be distracted from his studies. His power is certainly not needed that much... Meanwhile, the church has sent a stoic inquisitor and his two guardsmen. The water magician herself is at the market and hasn't noticed all the hustle and bustle. The tower is approx. 85cm high, unfortunately I don't know the number of parts used. The tower will be integrated into my medieval town, probably on a hill opposite the church. Hey guys, Here's the third skyscraper in Wasabi District: Corporate Plaza! At just over 3 feet tall and over 5000 pieces, this 10-storey building is the first office skyscraper in Wasabi District! Yes, it's smaller than my previous buildings, but I finished it in 3 months, a record time for me finishing anything larger than a car! Granted, it's also a pretty basic design, one expected of modern, run-of-the-mill office skyscrapers. Interior shots should be coming up soon. Please, let me know what you guys think! In the meantime, you know what to do if you want to see more pics, check My flickr account for more shots. Check my Instagram account for more WIP pics of the skyscraper, as well as the general WIP status of Wasabi District. Thanks for looking!

1920s Art Deco modular "Ironwood Union Depot" - train station real world MOC
Murdoch17 posted a topic in LEGO Train Tech
This modular station was inspired by a long since expired Cuusso / Ideas project, (not mine), and set 2150 Train Station from 1996 while the clock tower is inspired by Big Bentley Bust-Out (from Cars 2 set 8639) from 2011. I added a removable six track long platform and put a luggage ramp from the street side for use by the wheelchair pieces LEGO recently made. By the way: the logo right below the clock is the official LEGO trains logo built in bricks, while the words in the center (just between the middle pillars) reads "Ironwood Union Depot" in printed 1 x 1 tiles. The street side of the station has been extended towards the edge of the base-plate, allowing for a more room (and more details!) inside the building. The year of the stations completion, 1928, is right above the main entryway. The lower floor has the central ticket desk, plus pizza restaurant (complete with opening oven!) on the right side with seating available on the left wing. These wings also allow for access to the platform under the twin canopies. The second floor has the switching control room and station managers office which floats inside the exterior walls on some tile-topped pillars. This assembly is barely connected to the build by two studs. (NOTE: No stairs to the upper floor were made because that's how the official CITY sets are, so I didn't include any as I was going for an official LEGO set feel.) This a closeup of the four-sided clock tower and brick-built LEGO Trains logo. The modular station features two platform sections, two lower roof sections, one upper roof section, and the removable second floor on top of a cafe (with seating) on the lower level. The station platforms fit via Technic pins while the other sections attach via a few studs. The station building shown above has been built since 2018. I've been trying to add a good looking canopy and passenger stairs to it since about late 2019, but gave up and added one that is solid in roof panels to my Disney-lookalike instead in early-to-mid 2021. Then, in early October I saw 76183 (Riddler face off from the new "The Batman" line) and knew I had found a solution to the pedestrian staircase between both platforms. I hashed out a better, more see-through version of the canopy on the MOD Disney station which should work... it has a half stud gap right now, but it most likely is an LDD problem instead of a design one. (I hope!) The stairs are a color changed MOD of the ones in the set with more space between the tracks and a bit more height in the middle section by way of bumping the whole structure up a brick or two. There is eleven bricks of clearance from the railhead to the bottom part of the arches, meaning the twin staircase's fit most of my trains through with room to spare. However, the pantograph's on electric loco's and a caboose cupola for a freight train won't fit under the bridges. This view also showcases the neat little hanging lights used under the canopy area itself. The bridges are missing eight black candlestick parts for the lights on the part of the walkway, where the stairs have their landings. I'll also have to cut the two 48 x 48's down by eight studs on one side per baseplate to better fit the footprint of the canopy. EDIT 11/9/21: This canopy project would would cost around three hundred US dollars (or more) if I didn't have 850 of the more expensive parts already found from my own collection and with serious help from my brother. Sadly, the Disney Station MOD's canopy has been sacrificed to make this project work as well. (Using those parts knocked it down to about $160 for what you see above.) Thoughts on new development or the original station? Comments, questions and complaints are always welcome! -
Chapter 13. Hideout Rotten and broken were the two words that came into mind the first time I caught eye of Glömt Torn - the forgotten tower. It stood fragile, exhausted. An ancient monolith from a previous time, wreathed in weed, mist and fog, like the last standing tombstone in a decaying and crumbling cemetery. Glömt Torn looked no better from the inside. If anything, it looked worse. No one had been here for the past hundred winters, and it had clearly been abandoned and claimed by nature, left to decay. The walls were blistered and mildewed, the wooden columns torn and pealing. Old, rusted chandeliers hung from a weak ceiling, cobwebbed and disused. Patches of black mold covered all the eye could see, covering the whole interior in one lengthy shadow, like darkness contained in a sealed jar. The walls felt wet to the touch, the air was chilled, and the damp made my skin itch and prickle. No living thing would ever feel warm in this place. We stood before the big and circular staircase that grew along the walls, looking around, speechless. “Big, isn’t it?” said Vekrod. None of us answered. ________ Louis of Nutwood

THE CLOCK TOWER Hi guys, finally here we have this MOC that I have been working on during months. This Diorama represents from the left to de right; The Whomping Willow, the Stone Circle entrance that connects to the Wooden Bridge that I have omitted for space reasons in this MOC, and Hagrid’s Hut. In the Back we have the section of Hogwarts that represents the Gryffindor Tower, the Clock Tower and also the North Tower, where the Divination classroom is located. After the completion of my last MOC, I decided that from then on each MOC that made the Hogwarts Castle would be based only on one or two films in order to recreate them as completely as possible. Because the clock tower is a new section in the Azkaban prisoner film, I decided to focus on this film, but when LEGO released the new Harry Potter sets I finally dedicated the castle to the first three Harry Potter films, thus recreating the final scenes of the philosopher's stone and the secret chamber. Ütoverögat Entry for GOH's Anniversary Challenge: Tower. (As always, a cup of warm beverage should go well with the following read. Enjoy!) High up in the cold mountain peaks of the white north, where the winds hissed and the storms blew, there was one rule that reigned above all: the rule of the stronger. Younglings were thought to embrace the snow, to cherish the blowing wind and to endure with a hollow belly. The ones who took those teachings by heart were most likely to survive the bleak environment of the vast and unexplored Frozen Beyond. Yet even those who grew a thick skin and sustained through nights of famine were subject to perish on the hands of wild beasts, raging diseases or lingering savage tribes. To survive meant to gather and form a family. For as a group, people were stronger, and for the group they fought not only for their own lives, but for the ones they have learned to share their lives with. There was one village, though, that contrasted from the rising communities. Instead of relying on fishing and agriculture, and establishing trade relations with neighboring families, they trusted on a different source of strength that was unknown to most. This village, called Völsung, was establish up in the North, somewhere past the last remaining road. In the center of a gorge, it was surrounded by two ebony cliffs of frozen black stone, where rivers have dried, trees did not grow, and no animal found reason to walk by. It was a dead land, buried under a thick mist and doomed to remain untouched, hidden from gods and men. But fat wooden towers, heavy timbered walls, and massive speared palisades appeared over time, indicating the entrance to an uninviting nest. It raised suspicion amongst the northern clans. After all, how could these people survive in the middle of nowhere, under an unstopping storm, without provisions from any of the known villages and apparently, without ever opening their gates? Everyone had questions, but no one dared speaking aloud. That same year, as all years past, just when the winds turned colder and the frost covered the crops, people were called to prepare for the time of shortage and ensure their comfort during days of blizzard. But that year, winter came in a flash. Faster and stronger. Even those accustomed to a life of clenching teeth felt tricked by the gods, for the blowing winds came without a warning and brought the thickest clouds and a lingering shadow that enforced an unending night over their homes. A darkness that took away their harvests, their sleep, their children. Everything. People cloistered. They hid themselves from the unnatural force they could only assume was cast by the gods and prayed their villages would not be chosen. Still, a small group of men set foot on the road with only their loved ones in mind, and blades in their scabbards to calm their disquiet. But this winter was different. They fought against time and nature to stock for a time of uncertainty. Yet they strove to understand a force that slipped from the grasp of reason. Fiobvr followed, as it was his duty, and prayed in silence in an unsettling farewell. “I’ll always protect you”, whispered the farmer to his family, facing the spreading clouds over the mountaintops. ... Fiobvr walked the lonely streets of the camp he knew so well, under a black mantel that covered the world. Starless skies swallowed his puzzling dreams and filled his chest with frozen air. The distant glow of a dancing fire revealed at least one man amongst all farmers and fishermen was awake. There was no doubt. He knew who it was, and therefore forced himself to think of scenarios in being summoned at this hour, while all others slept, meant a good thing. But no blessing came to mind. The lingering air inside the tent was thick and warm, and Fiobvr thanked the Gods for feeling the tips of his callused fingers once again. Leaning over a hardwood table, the figure of a man made of nothing but muscle, dwelled over a wrinkled map as his hair, clamped in silver rings hung over the world as a pendulum. His eyes turned to the woken farmer, briefly turned into a warrior, and a puff of air fled from his clenched teeth. “Gather your belongings and empty your tent. You will leave at first light,” said the chieftain from behind a thick beard. “You may form a group of men to accompany you, to make sure your travels are safe.” “All of my belongings, Lord?”, Fiobvr said puzzled. “Where should I leave to?” The Chieftain emptied his lungs and his head sunk between his broad shoulders, as his eyes wafted across the map. “A messenger was sent west to report on our families”. He paused, looking for words. “Many villages remain tall and strong. These have opened their gates to the neighboring families in need. Some other villages, though... had to be evacuated”. His finger drifted across the map and landed over a vast forest Fiobvr recognized in a heartbeat. There was a handful of friendly villages, and amongst them, Høydefür, the one village he knew more than any other. Home. His mind was filled by warm thoughts of Nyeda and his sisters, Phili and Teri. Yet, he shivered, conceding the arrival of the sudden winter, and realizing his task up in the cold mountains of the North was far from complete. “For all we know, Høydefür fell.” Are they safe? Fiobvr wanted to ask, but a sudden freeze grabbed his throat, and he could not find his voice. “Roligsfrakk is well provisioned, and I trust your family will find comfort by their heaths. But I reckon your sisters will feel safer in your presence,” said the warlord, his breath frosting in the dim light. His braided hair swung like a bell, from one side of the map to the other. Fiobvr followed. “The last group... they did not go west,” Fiobvr observed. But in truth, he did not need the reply. He was summoned in the middle of the night, not to bring distress. He was asked to leave before dawn, not to raise more speculation, he figured. That meant all he needed to know, and a sudden shudder raised to his collar. The chieftain’s eyes moved across the map up to the north, and stood over a neck, where two ridges met. The gorge. “Everything leads to the same place. The Frozen Beyond.” He grunted. “We can send men to protect the whole land. But until we understand what happens inside those walls... we and our families will live in fear, waiting for a shadow to swallow the sun and bury ourselves in the snow”. His eyes left the map and stared into the night beyond the cloth of his tent, as the candlelight danced in the silence. Rumors. Fiobvr heard all of them. People spoke of sorcery and Seidr magic. Of a blood-thirsty creature brought from the underworld that meandered with the winds. Of a whisper chanting in the storm. Of the return of the undead... Rumors. Nothing but rumors. That was what he kept telling himself. But truth be told, they haunted his sleepless nights. Because beyond the rumors, Fiobvr saw the villages with his own eyes. Dortvaenir, Khardun, Sjenervandt, once prosperous and full of life, were taken by the storm in a sudden, and were now sunken in the snow. Deserted. Taken by the dark shadows of an unknown strength, blowing from the North, and their people were nowhere to be seen. It all happened so fast! He knew the rumors, aye. But those were not the works of rumors. Those were something else. Fiobvr swallowed and struggled to find his voice. The image of empty cobblestone streets filled his mind and twisted his guts. The chieftain’s words echoed in his mind. “Until we understand... our families will live in fear.” “Aye. I’ll leave before dawn.” A distant glow burned the sky behind the cracked contour of the mountains, taking the night as the falling snow covered the footsteps of the Norseman marching into the frozen mist. ... Amidst the white fog and the cutting storm, the shadow of a structure, tall as a mountain, defied the cruel weather. From atop the wooden pillars flapped the green and golden banner of the northern folk, marking the final stretch of the world known to men. Ütoverögat. The last eye. Fiobvr stopped. His feet hiding in the snow, cloak flapping in the wind. Before reaching the arch of stone that divided the two worlds, he looked over his shoulder, beyond the path that brought him thus far. He glared beyond the mountaintops and the grey sky. Gazing deep into the past, he embraced the warmest of his memories, and begged for the spirits to guide his path. From this point on, what remained was the unknown of the Frozen Beyond. “I’ll always protect you,” he whispered once more, hoping to meet his family once again. ... ... Felt great to do building for a GoH challenge again! The tower style is largely based on my previous Harburg Castle, which is nearly 5 years old now. Crazy. And the roof is the same basic design, and you can find our tutorial for that here. Lord Karsten always makes it a point to personally inspect the various watchtowers situated around Harburg’s borders several times a year, and often Eryl or Elise accompanies him. Recently Historica has enjoyed a time of relative peace, but Karsten won’t let his men fall into carelessness. Few more pictures on Brickbuilt.

So I have (slowly) begun working on a castle, the Castle of Syndrifel. I started on the great hall and kitchen, because let's be honest, even minifigures get hungry. After building the great hall, I began to realize just how big this thing will be. I'm planning on building it in modular secutions due to the real estate it will take up. Do the colors look ok? Too much dark grey? Etc. The first two photos are the great hall and kitchen, sans furniture for the most part. A minifigure is there for scale. The white arch there is also just a place holder, as are the transparent bricks behind the royal table. Some furniture I've been working on. The far left might be counters, but I'm really not fans. The middle tan and black will probably be shelves and tables in the kitchen. Far right are 99% sure to be benches. Should I start building from the ground up? Right now I have ane idea of the walls. Ignore the white bricks, they're place holders, as are the full on dark gray. I'm thinking 12x12 for the towers, aside from the main gaates which might be 12x14 or something to give a bit more room. The center 4x4 will be filled in as well. I have six of those built, which are the amount of towers I plan on building.

The Witch Den is a old tower, which is destroyed by a dark power. Witches uses this place to perform their dark rituals. An outpost and watchtower near the Black forest, keeping a look out over the forest border. Many eagles live in the forest and keep the guards company, circling the tower, on the lookout for a prey. Rindle Tower by Ids, on Flickr Some additional pictures: The tower is modular:

Hello, I'm proud to present to you my newest MOC, Willis Tower, formerly Sears Tower, at a 1:400 scale. Pieces - 23,037 Height - 131 Centimetres (51.4") My take on the iconic Willis Tower, formerly Sears Tower. The structure of the tower itself is relatively simple as it is just the same four patterns repeated. That said, The base more than made up for the tower's lack of complexity. Featuring sloped roads and split level entrances it took a lot of trial and error and of course, time, to get to this result. I am really quite happy with how this model turned out. It was worth all the effort. I cannot wait to try my hand at more skyscrapers in the future. The Willis Tower is a 110-story 1,450-foot (442.1 m) skyscraper in Chicago, Illinois At completion in 1973, it surpassed the World Trade Center in New York City to become the tallest building in the world, a title that it held for nearly 25 years; it was also the tallest building in the Western Hemisphere for 41 years, until the new One World Trade Center surpassed it in 2014. While it held the title of "Tallest Office Building" until 2014, it lost the title of "Tallest Man-Made Structure" after only 3 years. The CN Tower in Toronto, which serves as a communications tower, took over the title in 1976. The Willis Tower is considered a seminal achievement for architect Fazlur Rahman Khan. It is currently the third-tallest building in the United States and the Western Hemisphere – and the 23rd tallest in the world. Each year, more than one million people visit its observation deck, the highest in the United States, making it one of Chicago's most popular tourist destinations. The structure was renamed in 2009 by the Willis Group as a term of its lease. More pictures can be found on my Flickr, https://www.flickr.com/photos/186855130@N08/albums/72157713216189008 -TJ

Hi everyone, A happy new year to you all. I want to show you my latest creation. This castle is the home of the Black Crows. The men are preparing to march through the lands. Some people are moving crates and barrels to the storage rooms. I wanted to use the Tournament Knights. This was a great excuse to do something with the new minifigures. For more pictures, please look into my Flickr album. Comments/feedback/questions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.
