  1. I built a new ride on vehicle for Brick 2015 at London Excel. It was super popular and I am so tired now (3 day event, 20,000 + people) Uses 10 NTX's 22 motors, rotacaster 125mm wheels! Made in 5 evenings powered by RedBull
  2. The Leopard 2A7+ is the latest development of Leopard 2 German MBT series and is designed to operate both in low intensity and high intensity conflicts. The tank's protection has been increased by modular armour; the frontal protection has been improved with a dual-kit on the turret and hull front, while 360° protection against RPGs and mine protection increase the survivability of the tank in urban operations. The turret mounted MG3 has been replaced with a stabilised FLW 200 remotely controlled weapon station. The mobility, sustainability and situational awareness have also been improved. The main gun is a Rheinmetall 120 mm L/55 smoothbore gun. The engine is a MTU MB 873 Ka-501. It has been chosen by numerous armies all over the world thanks to his performances and abilities. 3. The last time this older 7-wide industrial saddle tanker steam loco design was seen in complete form in the real world was in 2014. I have since added working pistons and an "American" style headlight for use on my US layout. (These working pistons were inspired by Hunterdobb's 2015 replica of Lady from the Thomas and the Magic Railroad movie as seen here on Flickr.) The bulk of the original model was a ScotNick creation inspired by Thomas and Friends engine "Stanley". Here we see the @ScotNick engine circa 2013. The rear of the loco, with the "glowing" firebox showing. As you probably know by now, BRS (as stated on the tank sides) stands for Brick Railway Systems, my fictional railroad company. Anyway, I thought this engine looked cool, and I don't think there was a thread about it that was a stand-alone or at least recent enough to bump up and edit, since just added the pistons two weeks ago. As usual Comments, questions, and suggestions are always welcome!
  4. Build myself a SiegeTank from Starcraft as i love that game :P
  5. ICE PLANET IS BACK! My latest build is an armoured vehicle decked out in Ice Planet livery used by the peaceful men as a mobile research laboratory. Ice Planet 2002 was a subtheme of LEGO Space introduced in 1993 and marked by a very cool color scheme: white, blue and trans-neon orange. Even if I've never played with these paceful guys (at that time I was a teen with other interests on my head) I've always appreciated this series. The ground vehicle is not equipped with weapons but with a lot of retro space components. Ice Planet are in fact engaged in secret researches about renewable energy rather than interplanetary wars. The canopy opens to expose a detailed little interior with such an assortment of retro-tech computers and equipment. More info and pictures here. I hope you like it The Ice Planet vehicle joins the other space armoured vehicles I built in the last few years: 1) Space Tank in Classic Space livery; 2) White Tiger Futuron Tank; 3) UFO Shado Mobile Evo; 4) B-59 Blacktron APC. Thanks for stopping by.
  6. This super heavy military tank has 4 indipendent tracks, that guarantee movement even in the event of one of them breaking, configuration which allow to face the most difficult terrain. This tank it also has a hull in ultra-resistant composite materials with specific deflecting angles to deflect enemy projectiles. It has a 2 main hatches, and an hatch in rear position in the hull. It mounts a M1128 Mobile Gun System as the main turret and employs a crew of 3 members. This is a modified version of the 7297 set. 7. Blacktron is back! Hello from Italy! Tonight I share my latest build: a big, bad and totally black armoured personnel carrier. It's based on U-59 Explosive Truck from Joe 90, a 1960s British science-fiction television series created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson (the same producers of U.F.O. It's called B-59 where B stands for Blacktron, in fact this six-wheel APC is the new and lethal groud vehicle of Blacktron. The little ATV on the right is based on the Amphicat, a six-wheel-drive, skid steer amphibious all-terrain vehicle manufactured in the '60s by Mobility Unlimited Inc. of Auburn Hills, Michigan. The Amphicat was also used by Moonbase Alpha personnel in the television series Space: 1999. Back view and tank entrance. The interior with many details. This time thanks - to a friend of mine who is a pro-filmmaker - I produced a presentation video of the B-59. Below on YT. I hope you like it. Thanks for stopping by! B-59 on flickr.
  8. The recent Brickmania magazine featured instructions for a Type 97 Ke-Te Tankette from WW2. I did a bit of research into this obscure vehicle and discovered it spawned a couple of variants which I decided to try and recreate using the chassis of the original vehicle. The Original Brinckmania Type 97 Tankette (the real life version performed reasonably well against the Chinese but was no match for US and Soviet forces) Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr Type 98 So-Da Troop/Ammo carrier The first variant was a troop and ammunition carrier. The turret was removed and the engine relocated to beside the driver freeing up the rear to carry troops/cargo. 9. Hi guys! Recently I bought a bunch of blue pieces to mod my 7676 gunship but ended up selling it. That left me with a lot of blue bricks so I modded Lego 75151 Clone turbo tank in to a 501st version and the AT RT that came with it. Enjoy! A shot for both vehicals AT RT Here you can see it still folds up Turbo tank Interior, I fitted it with another plate so I can put troops or cargo in it Close up of plate here you can see the AT RT still fits but you will need to take the plate out I also modded the cannons because I do not like stud shooter very much So that was my mod of 75151! Hope you liked it! I would be happy to get feedback!
  10. This LAV fitted with an electric turret mounting a General Dynamics GAU-12 Equalizer 25 mm (0.984 in) 5-barreled Gatling cannon, and two missile pods each with 4 FIM-92 Stinger missiles for Short Range Air Defense (SHORAD) duties. 11. This version of LAV-25 is equipped with a very accurate and fast laser cannon: the ATHENA Laser System, a super weapon in development by USA. Has been developed to face the threat of missiles, aircrafts and drones. It's very effective and fast to tack the threat (thanks to his in-built radar) and delete them with a powerful laser ray. Actually ATHENA is only a prototype. Informally, the weapon is also called the heat ray since it works by heating the surface of targets, such as the skin of targeted human subjects. The ADS works by firing a high-powered beam of 95 GHz in microwave spectrum. Lego LAV Microwave Active Denial System (ADS) by Jordan Parmegiani, su Flickr
  12. - Train station 1944 - Finally I can show my new diorama 100% complete. I hope you enjoy my scene. Was so funny to build it. Please, check out my flickr page for more pics. about train wagons, tanks and other WWII veichles. Credits: -My BR23 was inspired by Ben Benekes model. -Panzer III it's a copy of Brickmania's set. P.S. I know, BR23 it's wrong to put into 1944 diorama (it's a 50's train) like the D.236 locomotive (this scheme of colours are post-war) but I love too much these 2 locomotive, especially with this scheme of colours. 13. This is an all terrain vehicle, a mortar carrier armed with a 120 mm mortar on his rear side, maneuvered by a specialized crew, with a rate of fire of 16 RPM max, and a lethal range of 7 km, with blast radius of 60 m. It's still much lighter than field artillery pieces. His mortar is a modified version of the RMS6L 120MM mortar USA made. It has two door, two upper hatches, and a rear hatch for the mortar, also has a remote controlled heavy machine gun on top. His name come from the infernal judge, Minosse. 15. My first IRL MOC! Just 20 studs long. Also my first real BL order, man is that a learning experience in itself. I made three with the intent to sell two to cover my cost in the third, but they look good together so I'm keeping them all! [MOC] - Sci Fi-esque Tank

It doesn´t happen very often that i build a tank or a military vehicle in general,in fact, this is my first Lego tank ever. I got the idea from finding a bunch of olive bricks that originated from the Marvel Hydra Tank and the Chima Crocodile Boat. I put them together loosely and all of a sudden it turned out as a shape for some futuristic tank or recon vehicle. I added some armoring plates on the sides, one of those ball shooting thingies as a cannon and even some sort of crude suspension,so the tank has all 6 wheels on the ground at all time.At least it didn´t have any problems crossing Mount Couch Cushion or Office Desk Plains. Hope you guys like it,comments are always welcome. IMG_20180630_150541_1 IMG_20180630_150558 Rotating turret, Bionicle Ball Shooter and simple suspension. IMG_20180630_150841 IMG_20180630_150623 IMG_20180630_150759 Not pretty, but works IMG_20180630_150902 Hope you like my first tank, comments are always welcome

  19. Hi This my MOD of Brickmania's Renault FT tank of World War 1. The Renault FT was a French light tank introduced towards the end of WW1. Previous French tanks had followed the British idea of a large armoured box on tracks with the main gun(s) forward and machine guns protecting the flanks /rear. The problem with this idea was that the resulting tank was heavy, slow and expensive in materials and men. The solution that the French came up with was a small 2 man vehicle with driver in the forward hull, a gunner in a rotating turret (cannon and machine gun version were produced) and the engine at the rear. The idea was a success; with 5 FT's being produced for the cost of one heavy tank. On the battlefield the tanks would operate in "swarms" to overwhelm the enemy and their small size/weight allowed them to operate in woods and narrow lanes (essential once the stalemate of trench warfare had been broken). Over 3,000 were produced before the war's end and the basic design became the norm for tanks right up to the present day. This MOD is the command/communication variant, the T.S.F which stands for "Telegraphie San Fil" (wireless). Around 200 of these were built and they were used to improve communication between mobile units and for observing/reporting back on the enemy. The hull was unchanged but the turret was replaced with a fixed box-like structure containing a morse code radio and space for the operator and a commander/observer (increasing the tank's crew to 3) Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr I kept the Brinckmania hull (built using instructions from their" Great War" instruction book) and added my own superstructure. It's not perfect (the observation cupola should be half a stud wider) and the front should be sloped (I tried using cheese slopes but they looked too steep!) but overall I think it's pretty good and reasonably in scale (the tank itself is too tall but that's LEGO for you!!) I'm still trying out hatch ideas - didn't want it too bulky but I did want to be able to pose it open. I'm also planning to replace the Lego tracks with Brinckmania ones. Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr Here's one of the crew... had to remove his legs for the looking out the hatch pic!! Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr Finally a rare colour photo of a TSF passing some British troops (loosely based on a period B&W photo I found online) The "Tommies" are from United Bricks and the helmets/rifles are Brickarms. Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr I'm currently building a few Brinckmania models and many of them I have plans to MOD so who knows you may be seeing more soon!! Anyway thanks for looking!! Comments always welcome...
  20. A few days ago, I decided to make something in LDD based off of a book I'm writing. I think it turned out pretty good, so I decided to share it. Here's a view of the top: From the side: Minifigs I decided to add: A door/hatch I put in the back: The interior, with controls: I also put a cannon on top: Finally, here's the LXF File Feel free to leave suggestions and feedback, I appreciate it!

  23. The T-90S Bhishma was essentially identical to the Russian T-90. It was given a more powerful engine to cope with the new armour and equipments, a jamming system a laser warning receivers, while still relying on a powerful 2A46M 125 mm smoothbore main gun with a thermal sleeve and muzzle detector that can fire a whole range of ammunitions including HE, Frag, HEAT, APFSDS and ATGMs which were developed in India. The improved night sights allowed to detect and engage targets at 700m to 1100m in pitch black darkness, fog or sandstorms while on the move and the gun is fully stabilized. The armour protection level rests on the hardened steel hull of the T-72 with inserts of composites in the turret front, and a layer of ERA bricks (KONTAKT 5) explosive armour. Secondary armament comprises a roof-mounted 12.7 mm and coaxial 7.92 mm machine gun. Mobility is assured by two planetary gear boxes for the transmission and two final drives, plus a snorkel allowing 5m of immersion with a 20 min. preparation. The limited weight of the tank 45 tons, compared to the Arjun allows this tank to be air-transported and compatible with most bridges in India. However The Indian T-90S didn’t have the Shtora-1 countermeasure suite, and the locally-built model is equipped with sights from Thales (France) and the Kanchan composite armour developed locally.(tank ECYCLOPEDIAA ) Manual tiny tank gun elevating mechanism mechanism size:9X6X2 studs

  25. Hello Train peoples :) Here to you I present a Tank Engine I built some time ago. It is probably obvious enough what it's based upon :P It may not be much, but it was the first thing I built after my dark ages. Now, with no further ado, here are the pictures! Please excuse my poor camera quality :( The rods on the wheels are actually single track pieces. This side view shows how big the cab is, i'm not sure if the proportions look proper or not.. The Unexciting back view! The inside of the cabin is a simple firebox and 4x1 tile with controls on it. Another angle of it... And finally, here is a front view of the engine. I think it looks better with two headlamps, but that's just my preference. I think I prefer working in 8 stud wide engines more than the usual 6, which is what I used to do when I was younger. The main reason I put these pictures up is because i'm probably going to dismantle it in a few days to use the blue parts for some other creations. Please let me know what you think of it, or if you have any suggestions that could make this or any future engines I might build any better? There was a great steam engine that used to run through my back garden in the 1850's to the 1950's, recently a book was published on it, i'm considering recreating it in Lego form.. Axle
