  1. Hello! Recently I was fiddling around with my Hero Factory models. I combined Stringer and XT4 and came up with this: *drumroll* Triclops! An evil 3- legged bot with a slicing blade that spells certain doom to its victims. Also, Triclops is equipped with two sharp- shooting claws either side of its head to capture its prey. Hope you like it! C&C welcome.
  2. Hi! I'm a KFOL & this is my first post on this site. I just wanted to show off my first Lego Adventurers MOC called... SCORPION TOWER. (I only just realised I stole that name from PQ's Scorpion Pyramid. I made a video about it & it's on youtube. You can watch it here: I hope you all enjoy it as it is my first proper MOC I have made & please leave any improvements I could make to it in the comments.
  3. Mark of Falworth

    CCCXI Welsh Warband

CCCXI Welsh Warband by Mark of Falworth, on Flickr CCCXI Welsh Warband by Mark of Falworth, on Flickr CCCXI Welsh Warband by Mark of Falworth, on Flickr Throughout all of history, there is perhaps no people who have ever put up such a spirited and determined defense of their country as those of Wales. A culture literally pushed to the ends of the earth by waves of hostile invaders, they still strive for their precious freedom. Lightly armed, armored, and unparalleled in skill with the longbow, they are very dangerous, to say the least, in their mountainous, rugged homeland. An entry to the Custom Faction Category of the CCCXI http://www.classic-c...t11/prizes.html Thanks for viewing and have a great day!
  4. 1923 Model T Ford Hotrod. Started with Lightning McQueens' wheels. Although they were very modern looking extreme wide and lowprofile, they now look like rims sporting whitewalls. Still, the tires are far too wide, but hey, you can't have it all can you... ;-) The build started out yellow but I soon discovered I hadn't nearly enough usable yellow bricks. So instead I used white. And that helps it in being nostalgic/traditional too. I've also used quit a lot of my childhood bricks, including some robust 80's Technic. But enough of the talk. Go look at the pics!
  5. Hello all, This is my 1st post and my very 1st custom minifig. I did this one based on Paul Atreides from the 1984 Done movie. Please let me know what you think. I am not real happy with the red braids please any tips would be awesome! Thanks, Cetanhota
  6. As the Back to the Future minifigs turned out so well (but are selling out like mad), I thought I'd try my hand at recreating them to share, as well as make a few custom alterations for other parts of the BTTF movies. (aka: Future Doc and Marty, Wild West Marty and Doc, Biff, etc.). I'll start with Doc first, and post the others as I go. Hope you like! Doctor Emmet Brown - Back to the Future I Clear Paper Version:

  8. With the Release of LEGO: MARVEL Superheroes on the way I thought it was time to make an Agent Coulson Minifig, cos this universe needs one! So inspired by the new series of 'Marvel's Agents of Shield' being broadcast and what references on LEGO Coulson exist, that's what I did, along with a few members of his handpicked task-force to accompany him. Agent Coulson Leo Fitz Jemma Simmons Click on any image to go to my Flickr Page, where the full size image can be downloaded for your enjoyment! (Colours may appear a little strange on-screen, this is because they are designed for printing, so they should appear correct when printed) :) If you do use this decal, I would love to see how it turns out and where in the universe it ends up. So do send me a link to any pictures or MOCs you have either through Flickr or any of methods on the bottom of the image, enjoy! This Decal is for Personal Use Only! This Decal is NOT for Commercial Use!
  9. Hey everybody, As some of you will know I am in the brisk of madly creating LEGO Tintin MOC's and so forth, so my question is how would I make tintin's iconic hair? http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcSTTJksAKSEl5g_P0Ev4MEESBstMqsLBmwL-2Ix86Z395BJCau2ZA Obviously I will need to customise a lego hair piece, I'm thinking this piece... http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=62810 In orange, though I will need to create the quiff of hair. I call for help from the amazing customisers or Eurobricks! Kind Regards, Sand

  13. Hey guys, It's been a while since I posted on here and thought I'd share a new round of custom designs I'm hoping to add to over time. A friend of mine requested a decal of Mohandas Gandhi for his History class and thought I'd share it, as it turned out okay. I kind of like the idea of doing real life historical people as figs so I thought I'd start with Gandhi and add figures from time to time here. Anyway, would love your feedback on the design and any suggestions, as I have a bit of time waiting for my business paperwork to go through at the moment for my custom minifigs LLC. I'm thinking of maybe doing a Barack Obama, Erwin Rommel, General Patton, Winston Churchill, Albert Einstein, etc., but I'd love to hear suggestions!! As far as copyright, feel free to use this design for your own decaling purposes or for fun ONLY, but do not use for commercial reproductions and/or selling purposes without permission. I'd love to see if anyone applies these at all to a fig, please share and post them here, or links. Thanks and hope you enjoy! Mohandas Gandhi Use with flesh head, white torso, legs, and arms. 16. With Episode One of Shadows of Nar Eurbrikka now launched and Bespin under invasion, I thought I'd have a go at creating one of Cloud City's residents, someone LEGO hasn't yet had a spin at. The Cloud Car Pilot, part of the Bespin Wing Guard, the security forces on Bespin. LEGO have only released one Cloud Car in the Star Wars Line, 7119 back in 2002 (thats not including the recent mini-build), and that came with Lobot, so no actual cloud car pilots have been made. Because they only feature in the film for a split second, there is little information on the uniform, so this version is mostly constructed from the action figure, which is why he has that awesome seventies moustache. Also included is the parts list so everything matches up. (Forgot to add that he is equipped with a DC-17 tiny blaster) Click the image to go to my Flickr Page, where the full size image can be downloaded for your enjoyment. I would love to see where in the universe he ends up (especially in any Nar Eurbrikka free-builds), so if you do end up using him, please post some pics or links. If there's demand for it, I can make a few more alternative pilot heads and ranks when I get a chance. ^_^
  17. Probably the most famous Meme in the Star Wars Universe, definitely the biggest in-joke. From a simple, podgy extra running around Cloud City with a Ice Cream Maker as a prop, to a Hero of the Rebellion escaping with the City's Memory Core, holding the names of the Rebel's biggest financiers. This guy epitomises the Star Wars fandom and the Expanded Universe, where any background extra can get a back story tightly woven and is integral to the main plot of the films, all from a couple of frames screentime. He's a tribute to the fandom's sense of humor, and devotion they have to the series. After doing a little research into Bespin and Cloud City for Episode One of Nar Eurbrikka, I came across this guy and thought that I just MUST have a minifigure of the guy to play around with. ^_^ Click on either image to go to my Flickr Page, where the full size image can be downloaded for your enjoyment. Surprised nobody's made a LEGO version of Willrow to date (that I could find). Thought he might have turned up in the LEGO Star Wars Games as background joke/tribute, but nothing, where's the Willrow Love? ALSO, THIS GUY WOULD MAKE AN AWESOME COMI-CON EXCLUSIVE!

    MOC: Yellow Shunting Engine

Hi all, I present my second train creation in bricks here An invented shunting engine to power my RENFE Bed-car 9600 Series This is not a nice, or real shunting engine, but works well and have enought torque to move the cars without problem. and work in all Lego train curves The motor is a 88002, that have more power that I thought, the tip is to put weight on it to prevent slippage of the wheels. Is full PF with a custom Li-Ion battery (2500mAh in this case) Detail of the custom PF Li-Ion Battery Pulling the Bed-car The No-Conventional coupling A Conventional Old-magnets coupling I hope you enjoy it
  21. I have to replace 8110's tires (94,8 x 38R) with rc rock crawlers' tires (like those in th picture) to give more traction to my Tatra T813 4x4 RC Trial Truck. Who of you know tires about the size of the set 9398 that do not cost more than $5 each?
  22. This is a bit of an older MOC I did last Halloween - (it's long scrapped now) but I thought I'd share this here as well - especially for those with a small taste of the macabre. Just after building Lego's Vampyre Hearse, a new, slightly-morbid-yet-cool idea spawned in my mind; what if I build a bigger, RC version of this? At first, I wasn't quite sure what it'll end up looking like, since I couldn't figure out what to model it after - a Cadillac? a Rolls-Royce? a Lincoln? - so, I went with all three - sort of, lol. Hearse Front by Octav_spot, on Flickr What's interesting is that the headlamps are actually yellow elements, but mixed together with the blue from the LED's, it came out green. I liked the look so much, I kept it as is. Hearse Rear by Octav_spot, on Flickr The side-lamps idea came to me in the last moment - I wish I'd of made them look closer to actual lanterns (since that's what original hearse carriages had.) To my surprise, the light came out looking almost purple, which seemed strikingly accurate. Hearse Profile by Octav_spot, on Flickr Two Hearses by Octav_spot, on Flickr Just the V8 engine itself was literally half the Vampyre Hearse. I laughed. Hearse Speed by Octav_spot, on Flickr To see it in motion, here's the video. I thought the reaction from my cat was pretty funny, so I kept it in the clip Currently working on an actual Rolls Royce... just haven't decided what model year yet... In any case, enjoy!

  25. For the past few years, I've been drawing pictures of the characters we used to play in ICE's Middle-earth Role Playing system (MERP) back in the nineties. I began with my own favourites but as they were completed I turned to others, some of which had a picture drawn back then but some I had no idea how they looked. That was the exciting part - finally deciding on a look after all this time. Then, when I once again ran out of reasonably interesting characters to portray, I wanted to make physical versions of them. As I had become interested in Lego again, it was an obvious choice. Thus, here's my collection so far. Shaana Meneghan Shaana was my first character when returning to MERP in 1995 after some time with Mutant. Initially based on a character in Ultima VIII, she was later inspired by Laurana in Dragonlance. Shaana is an adventurer to the core: she's brave, strong and independent but she's also rather naïve and has difficulties fitting in a civilized society. Daughter of a southern trader and a rohirric woman, she grew up in a small town in Rohan. After the death of her father, she befriended the guard Kerryn who taught her weapon skills and gave her a strong sense of justice. She gained her armor and the mighty Dragon's Toothpick sword after defeating a wight in a tomb underneath Eriador, but was forced to relinquish this sword after a misunderstanding regarding a thief, a stolen purse and due legal process. Eventually, she replaced this with a new eastern styled sword named Dragon's Fang. Shaana would, after we stopped using her in the game, ultimately go on to defeat a drake in the Misty Mountains and live a long and prosperous life as an adventurer. I'll be posting more of my characters to my blog and here if there's interest. http://www.beardedne.../tag/lego-merp/
