  1. Full RC Conversion of 10269 Harley Davidson Fatboy After many hours of trial and error, broken bits and gray hair I have finally a working Remote Controlled Harley. And it actually works wery well and are not more fragile than the orginal set. My goal was to create a slower motorbike that you can play with in your living room, so self balancing was not an option as this requires high speed to work. My bike runs on "training wheels" all the time that leans at the same time as the handlebar stears. Have tried my best to hide the electronics an keep it as close looking as possible to the orginal set. Motorized wtih Buwizz/CaDa battery to save space and Power Functions motors.   2. Hey guys! I present my new model, a BuWizz 2.0 powered Baja Truck! It features: Independent double wishbone front suspension, with servo steering and positive caster for better return-to-center Live axle rear suspension, powered by a buggy motor and BuWizz 2.0 My goal with this truck was to make a small, lightweight truck with excellent offroad capabilities and smooth suspension travel, while also giving it a realistic look with the least number of pieces. Overall I'm quite satisfied with the result!   3. Hi, It lasted a bit, but I managed to finish this project and here I am. I would like to share with you my latest MOC - Armored Trophy Truck. It was designed mostly to test new Buwizz 3.0 unit and Buwizz motors. I also wanted to increase my own experience in building fast MOCs this time. As there are many trophy trucks out there created by many great builders I tried to take some different approach. So to protect cabin and motors, I put armor on my creation :) Thanks to panels both motors and cabin are protected from dirt, dust and stones. I also added roll cage to protect the driver.   4. Hey folks, I want to share with you one of my current projects, the RC Superbikes. It is another of those self-balancing motorcycles, but has some nice additional specs which might have considered to not work in the brick-universe. Unluckily I couldn't finish the superbike project this summer, final highspeed runs will have to take place in the next summer to have some warm tarmac again for giving some additional grip. I present you the most accurate, functional and highest performing supercar I've ever made, the BuWizz GTA Spano: The main goal behind this scale version was to be as faithful to the design and configuration of the real GTA Spano as possible while maintaining a high degree of performance and functionality. This 1:8 scale model car has been designed, developed and manufactured in close collaboration with Spania GTA and has a total of 3,880 LEGO pieces, ten BuWizz Motors for propulsion, five motors for other functions and five BuWizz 3.0 Pro controllers, which allow it to reach a maximum speed of 36.5 km/h, a new world record for such a heavy and accurate model. It features the following functions: 10 BuWizz motors used for the rear wheel drive with vector control 1 PU L motor used for steering and rotating the steering wheel 1 PU M motor used to lift and tilt the rear spoiler 1 PU M motor used for the fake V10 engine 2 PU M motors used to open the doors Full independent suspension on all wheels Opening hood, engine cover and the rear trunk Today I’m going to go a bit deeper into the design process and technical details of the model. First in order to achieve the required level of realism I imported the manufacturer’s 3D file of the car's body in LDD and used it as a reference, here in blue: As mentioned before, the power is supplied by 10 BuWizz motors which use the outer outputs geared up using 40 and 24 tooth gears giving a 1.67x gear ratio on the rear drive wheels. Without load, the wheels can spin with up to 50 km/h. Power is transmitted to the rear drive wheels using the new heavy duty CV joints. To support so many motors and BuWizz bricks, the rear axle was designed to support a weight of over 2,5 kilograms. Here the shape of the BuWizz motors was of a high advantage, since you can easily stack them on the same drive axle. As you can see on the following image, the rear axle is one of the densest; most interconnected and complicated parts of the whole car. The front axle is designed to feature a positive caster angle, which gives the model additional stability when driving at high speeds. The steering uses double steering links in order to reduce the play of the system. A single PU L motor steers the wheels and the steering wheel. Along with the 3D model of the exterior, I also used the 3D model of the interior to design…well, the interior. I took great care to model the seats so they are in proper scale and very detailed using a combination of studless and studded bricks. For highly accurate details, custom stickers were used for the gauges, central console and of course the logo: As with the interior, the engine bay also uses a combination of studded and studless parts in order to match the real one as close as possible. I also used tiles in Light Bright Orange color to represent the space grade gold foil heat shield of the real car: The wheels are custom elements which I personally designed and 3D printed. A big challenge was to design them in a way to be accurate to the original source, yet strong enough to support this 4+ kg model at speeds over 35 km/h. With all the mechanical and functional parts completed, it was time to create an accurate representation of the bodywork. As mentioned before, using the 3D CAD model came really handy in capturing all the organic shapes and curves of the original model. Here are some highlights: Analog to the real car, this representation also features a lot of opening surfaces. The doors and the rear spoiler are motorized while the front boot, rear engine cover and the rear trunk can be opened manually: To summarize, the whole project took some 6 months to complete from receiving the 3D files to the speed-breaking final version of the model. For me, this was a really nice learning experience and I’m proud to say it’s one of the best models I’ve designed so far.   7. Hi, new here, need some help, I'm searching for an app that can control buwizz 3 and the PU hub, at the moment I can control the buwizz via their official app and control the hub with the BrickController2, but not both using one app. hope there is an app that can do that. thank you.
  8. Hey everyone! I'm back with a pretty simple design: a Mercedes Uniknick trial truck. It's inspired by this guy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VEsdl_dPoZk The functions are straightforward: - Steering with L motor and two small actuators -Power with 2 XL motors and no diff's -Steering is a turntable at the centre of the truck -PF LED lights -BuWizz power Here's the video and some pictures.   9. Hey guys, I'm starting a smaller project here with the aim of maximum playability. Currently I'm waiting for a huge Pick-A-Brick order to arrive for my New Flyer XD60 project, so I've decided to do a small project in the meantime, especially since I haven't published anything since January. This will be a small and simple ripsaw model equipped with a two-missile turret, using new missile elements from the Robot Inventor set. The model will probably be modular, with the body and chassis largely built modularly and connected together when finished. Currently I have the turret and some of the body built. The turret can also raise and lower, but unfortunately cannot rotate as the BuWizz unit only has 4 ports (and two will be taken by the drive motors). As for the drive motors, I plan to use 4 L motors with one connected to each sprocket, although I might also go with one RC motor per track. Overall, I see this model as an upgrade from my Lime Tracker of 2017, as this one will be driven by the more powerful L motor and feature BuWizz. I think this will be a fun little MOC to drive around. It's nice to build something else after months of work on a single project, and it'll be a great way to pass the time as I wait for parts to arrive for that project. Photos:
  10. Hi, Here is my take on rock crawlers – I present to you an unstoppable and fully customizable rock crawler: „Hornet”! I called it unstoppable and fully customizable not without a reason. Hello, I would like to show you my project it has been a year and a half in the making and is functioning pretty well. - Christie suspension, spring loaded track tensioner - 6 XL motors, easily reconfigurable to 4 or 2 - 1:5 Gear ratio, 1070 RPM - 8 KM/h @ 12V / 730 RPM- 5.5 KM/h @ 9V - Gear ratio reconfigurable from 1:5 to 1:2.333 - 3 buwizz needed for ludicrous speed @ 1:5 - Two versions, 42065 inspired racing tank and "drone" shovel loader - Stud.io files are available in the bricksafe link Drives very good, the track tensioner keeps the tracks from throwing themselves off in corners most of the time. I have been trying to intgerate a gearbox but it gets too bulky or can not withstand the torque required. Any feedback or advice is appreciated!
  13. Hello all Technic fans, let me present you my tribute to the famous Mercedes-Benz G-Class iconic car series. As a relatively new member, I must introduce myself. My name is Igor, I'm from Russia. Adult Fan of Lego, but I usually do this hobby with my 12 year old daughter. In fact, I'm too lazy to upload my MOCs anywhere, but this time I finally decided to do it. As it turned out, creating an instruction also takes a lot of time and is not as fun process as it might seem at the beginning. My MOC is not really an original model. This amazing MOC by Artyom Gabbasov strongly inspired me to build my own MOD. For some reason, it looks like this MOC has not yet been presented here. Basically, what I built was a deep modification of it. I disfigured the hood with system and added a couple more motors. Here is a short video review so that you could form an opinion on the look and functions. Sorry for the video quality, I'm just an amateur with an old smartphone. A few words about the details... Body. Still, time goes on and it seemed to me that the old body was no longer cool, so the choice fell on the new body of 2018-2021. In addition, I decided that it would be a BRABUS tuning. In my opinion, the 2018 body looks really modern and I really like it. The body of the G-Class is square, so it won't be possible to work it out on this scale. Therefore, I focused on such details as the bumpers, the radiator grille, as well as the rear of the car. I especially wanted to make the new optics of the car recognizable, so it took me so many LEDs. The hood was conceived in the BRABUS style, but how successful it is for you to judge. Perhaps some of the parts in the MOC will be rare, but I wanted to make the body as black as possible, without blue dots from pins, etc. Interior. Here I tried to work it out as much as possible on this scale. Moreover, I wanted to keep the rear row of seats, so I managed to fit two BuWizzes in the trunk. Wheels. I used RC wheels in this model because they looked better and were more suitable for drifting. I'm sorry this is certainly not original Lego, but the choice of 62mm Lego wheels is not as huge as we would like. Functions. The car was originally designed for racing, drift and fun. But after thinking for a while, I decided that converting the MOC into a boring regular version shouldn't be too difficult. As the extra functions, in the end, I decided to make the front L-motors removable so that you could quickly change the main transmission ratio. And I also decided that the quick-release rear axle would fit too. So that during the game you can change it to a regular axle (with a differential). I also made two color variations of this car.   14. I wonder if anyone can help answer this question. I've set up my controller to work with brickcontroller and my Buwizz and it's working fine. If I want to change the speed I need to get my phone out to toggle modes. Is it possible to set it up so I can press a button on my controller to do so? I've tried, and searched but no luck.   16. Hello everyone! I was wondering if it was possible making a bike that was fun to drive around while keeping it low price so i came up with this: it's a baja bike, it runs on an L motor geared up 2:1 and like the other bikes i've been making it shares the same principle to keep it upright. These new tires are awesome, they have an amazing grip and the rounded shape makes em really good for motorbikes! I hope you'll like it, here are some pics and the video i shot :)
  17. I continue my mission to motorize the Creator Expert fleet, have already done a bunch other of them. I always try to make the motorization as inivisible as possible, you should not be able to see any electronics without looking very carefully. As the Porsche is pretty big and heavy I used ad Buwizz and a Large motor geared up 20/12 to give it the power that a Porsche deserves. If you do not need Turbo Power it could also be powered with a cheaper CaDa system. Since the PF servo is so big and bulky, i have used an M motor with a rubberband return to center function instead. Also added 2 pairs of Power Function lights, altough I am not totally happy with the front lights, but this was the best I could come up with. Because I am creating instructions for other to build this, I have not used any rare/expensive bricks and tried to reuse as many bricks as possible in new locations. It only requires about 150 extra bricks and electric parts. If there are interest, I might create Power Functions and/or Powered Up versions later. I have some ideas to hide the IR reciever and there is still space for a slightly larger battery and motor. Youtube video Rebrickable Instructions
  18. I present my method of controlling the mini xerion. Along with some aesthetic modifications.I guess I’ll point out the aesthetic modifications first as they are the most interesting I have changed the mud guards, added headlight extensions to the bumper, and added an exhaust stack. How could TLG miss the exhaust stack... Oh yeah three letters, TLG now for the actual post;)I decided to make a trailer to carry all the electronics so as to not clutter up the tractor. The drive is transferred by the universal joint on the bottom, and steering by a combination of cv and universal on top.Here is the layout of the components in the trailer.And now for the driving video.   19. Here is a small vehicle that I built. It is very small and easy to build. You should be able to replicate it from the pictures;) It is fast, stable, and funny looking;) Now I will break it apart so you can see how it’s built:)the track base.and at last the body broken apart. it is powered by BuWizz 2.0 and is driven by two m motors, one per track. It's time to upgrade one more shelf model (the previous one was the Batmobile https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/180543-mod-motorized-batmobile-76139/&tab=comments#comment-3302360). Ferrari 42125 has a lot of free space, so I've inserted four buggy-motors and a few BuWizz receivers. The chassis is very simple, I've removed suspension, V8, driver seat and steering wheel :) And the bodywork is the same as in the original LEGO set. Here is the result: Thanks for watching :)
  21. Hello i would like too present you my MOC MAN TGS 8X8 Version 2 It has a 4 Speed gearbox shifted via 1M Motor and a Stepper other Motors are: 2XL Driving, 1 Servo Streering, 1M Dumping. Version 2 because the first one failed my extreme test 30 deegres incline fully loaded with bricks, i had knob gears wich transfered the power to the rear axels which started grinding at other parts because of the play in Lego and the forces. So i started building a new Gearbox which needed too be all with Straight gears for best stability. And i fitted it with the new differentials. Tipping is done with a M Motor which is down geared and drives a wormgears that work as a spindle and pull the gray part which starts the tipping. There was no place for an Actuator The model is build for maximum power and offroad capabilities if i hould it and would drive it spinnes all wheels in lowest gear it ways around 5kg Its powerd with a Buwizz but IR receivers and Battery Box could also be installed I hope you have some questions about the model.

I’ve always wanted to make a trophy truck, here’s my take on one:) I call it the panther because is black, and the headlights make it look like a cat:) It features long suspension travel just like a real trophy truck. You can find a sneak preview od the 3D printed sample on our IG: https://www.instagram.com/p/CLAKIt3B0PG/ Performance is around 10% faster RPM and torque compared to the 5292 motor (cca 20% more power). The polyfuse protection will be increased from 0,9 A to around 1,35 A - still testing the balance between performance and longetivity. Improved attachment possiblities, everything fits as it should in the studless building system The final version color will be between LGB and DBG.   24. Hi everyone, I ask for help with a problem with the PF connectors of an RC motor (Chinese version of course). As shown by the photos, after a few minutes of use on the Rally Car 42077 powered by Buwizz in ludicrous mode, the plastic swelled and "melted". This resulted in a bad or impossible connection with the extension wire it was connected to. I also had a hard time disconnecting the motor connector from the extension cable connector as they were almost stuck together. Has anyone encountered similar problems? Should I definitely give up on ludicrous mode when using this engine? Would I risk melting the plastic of the Buwizz if I attacked the Rc Motor directly?
  25. Hi, I have designed a series of tracked vehicle using either 4 or 6 L or XL motors with two buwizz. And the problem i keep having is that after about 30 seconds to a minute the power to one side is shut off. If i then leave it to rest for a minute it will go again, but it will cut out sooner after that. The components to not heat up noticeably. I have experimented with different sizes and weights, and the problem is more noticable at higher speeds and weight. but weirdly enough it runs fine before the "limit" kicks in. I have cross connected the motors so it is not one buwizz that is at fault. Is there some sort of power limit i am reaching? Thanks in advance.
