  1. Hi,I thought about making an App for controlling Lego Power Functions 1.0(not PU). And now I am done with programming this app, without any programming knowledge. In the next updates I am going to make a PU remote too, so you can combine different Lego Sets and I want to make a Mini Jack IR Blaster Support for smartphones, that hadn t an IR blaster built in. Right now the App is only for devices with built in IR blaster. I know there was an App before for controlling Lego Power Functions, but this app had some features that weren t pretty good. This is also one of the reasons why I made this kind of App. Please open the Play Store Link on your smartphone.Play Store Link for the App: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pfremote.sucho.pfremoteYouTube Link for Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-QLA-nDtHY
  2. Hi, wanted to share this little gem we put together: https://beta.makerbrane.com/tools/ldraw-viewer/ It opens .ldr, .mpd, .dat into an online 3D viewer, you can then change the background color and angle and export snapshots. It also converts the file into MakerBrane format, and opens it in another viewer with a different rendering style. It can also open in the 3D MakerSpace which is like LDD or mecabricks but more of a Universal Digital Builder because it has parts from other systems as well - but it you can't edit everything because not all the LEGO parts have been fully referenced yet for auto-snapping yet. Promising though, right? If you try it, post a screenshot here and let me know if there are any features we should add.
  3. Hi everybody I had the opportunity to test the beta version of the new Sbrick app, which will be released in one or two months. The new app is convincing. It is perfect for MOCs with special demands. However, to set up a program is more complicated as with the present Sbrick Profile Designer. Nevertheless, there are now a lot more options to create custom functions for your models. Some of the new features of the app: It is possible to create loops Queries from the Sbrick can be made Sounds from the mobile device can be connected to slider positions It should also be possible to control functions with a gamepad (I haven’t tested it until now) mathematical operations can be used in the app I tested the app with my MACK Anthem MOD. With the new app it is possible to automate several functions of the model: [media] Cheers Simon
  4. Hi guys, I'm Matteo, I love LEGO since I was a kid and I actually have more Lego sets that my apartment can fit! Lego has been a big part of my life so I thougth to join my passion with my job and created a small start-up called freeNdie Software with other friends who share the same love we all have for LEGO. We are indie Android developers and our first app is "News for LEGO® fans"! The app feature a slick material design and multi-threding to download news super-fast. News for LEGO® fans gathers news and curiosity about LEGO and provides some nice features like searching, offline reading and mark news as starred. We have many new features that we want to add, but in the meantime, this is the link of the app in beta on the Google Play Store. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.freendie.newsforlegofans We are all really excited of this new journey and we'd love to share this with you guys and hear from you. We appreciate your support and suggestions. For any query and feedbacks please drop us a message here or write to freendie@outlook.com. Cheers, freeNdie team
  5. Hello, I'm working on a new lego styled puzzle game and was wondering if you like the graphics or maybe have suggestions? I implemented hard shadows, but maybe soft shadows would be better? Here is the new Android version: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alcyone.games.brick.unblock&hl=en There is also an IOS and Windows Phone version, but these are using older graphics and don't look as good as the new Android version. I'll update these soon: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/unblock-red-brick/id696242970?mt=8 https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/store/games/unblock-brick-me-puzzle-free/9wzdncrd28b4 Thanks
