  1. Hi, Sorry, this one only in photos, the video does not exist - it would be pointless, because the gear cage in rear axle did not withstand the power of 5292 motor and the weight of the whole car, and got allways disassembled after few meters. I wanted just to try some ideas, and make another HotRod. So, enjoy, and please forgive me submitting this non-perfect box on wheels. 2. Dr Anatomini [NSFTB] The worlds only anatomically correct, all-be-it vague minifigur, reveals all. See the innerworkings of what makes your average minifigure into a master builder. [NSFTB] = Not Safe for your Toy Box Full front view Its a 50:50 split, so on one side you can see the muscles, veins and all sorts, in their full splendor and then on the other we've overlayed the bones. Side Shot The detail continue, on the arms, side of the legs, face, revealing more and more of the inner workings of makes a minifigure tick The awesomeness continues Much like a box of chocolates, the awesomeness isn't just on the surface, theirs a hidden second layer! The epic detail continues at the back of the figure making it a full 360 wrap around design, detailing various different fictional elements of the inside of a figure. As with all of our figures, he comes packaged in a uniquely designed package, specific to this figure, making this Minifigure a desirable and collectable gift for any AFOL. Your Feedback We'd love to know your feedback and thoughts on our latest figure, good or bad. We continue to push ourselves and live up to our name as the Uk's number 1 minifigure customisers (as quoted from Brickfanatics). So if you feel we have room for improvement or have an epic idea for our next figure, please let us know.

    We've finally joined!

Hello Eurobricks, We've been reading the forums for a while now but never thought to register (not sure why). Today is the day we finally smartened up and registered! We're really quite excited to be members here as we have a plethora of custom minifigure experience and are more than willing to share it with those interested. Who knows, you may become so good at it, we hire you! Who we are: We specialise in custom minifigures for AFOLs - why should kids have all the fun? We launched in November 2014 at the London Brick Show and already have clients that include Pixar, Google, Lenovo and Fox Studios and Brickfanatics called us the UK's number 1 minifigure customisers... Yes we sell custom minifigures but thats not what we're all about, we also help support a local childrens hospice and have produced figures for the NSPCC that help raise vital funds. Hopefully you'll get to know and love us as we continue to grow.
  4. Hello, I am reaching out to the MOC community for everyone's opinion on the best molding materials / clay? I have done a bit of research and understand that some of these names are the most popular / mentioned: - Sculpey (but so many different variants?) - ProCreate - Green Stuff - FIMO Question / Advice: - My goal is to create / mold a custom hair piece for Scarlet Witch as pictured here: I'd like to attach it to an existing LEGO hair piece (the one pictured above -- over right shoulder) Any suggestions as to which molding clay would work best? (I am a beginner!) Thanks!
  5. Here's a render by HJ Media Studios of our newest and upcoming figure, The Curator, coming soon in January 2015. He's going to be pad printed, feature a double sided face, and leg printing. Pictures of the fig will be coming soon... What do you guys think? 6. I'm looking for a shield with the white tree of Gondor permanently applied/printed on it. Where can you get those? Are they good quality? Alternatively, does anyone provide a sticker or transfer of the white tree? I already have a plain black shield that would look good with the crest of Gondor on it. Thanks in advance, Amps
  7. Hello lego fans who are also fans of call of duty. I made a 2-part series revealing custom figures I have made who are dedicated to the game. I would like for the world to see these customs because I know many lego fans will adore them. Here are the videos: Tell me what you think!

    Stop motion lego flick

Hello ! I have just joined today and would love some feedback on my first stop motion flick. Good , bad, just to be a critic..... I want to hear it all. Thank you and happy creating! You are all welcome to share this video. The next video should be complete in about 2 weeks.
  9. Here's another picture in my LEGO history book. Ok.. not really a book, but some sort of booklet it could be for sure. At year 2011 I already had quite decent white brick collection and I wanted to see - how curvy I can go. So I looked for one of the craziest and curviest rare supercars I could find. This British beauty turned up in the google image search - so, let's build it. The side intakes and the small increase to the rear turned out quite good, I think. Take a close look - it is not increase by one plate heigh. It is by half plate heigh. It's quite tricky, but have never failed me since then. Whenever I have enough room to make it for the slight window side line increase - I do it. I don't remember now, but I think this is more or less one of the first models I started to use blueprints and LEGO-grid to stick to the scale 1 : 15. If you want more info about that method - just let me know. Of course - apart from curvy exterior if features some funcion too. Doors open, trunk, hood - all three open too. Yea.. this one is middle engine supercar - therefore the engine cover is separate from the trunk lid which has a speak spoiler installed to. I'm really proud of the door-window frame and how strong the roof turned out. It could support it's own weight without any damage. As always - link to the flicker album: Hope you like it Cheers.

    Custom lego builds

Hello lego creators! I am totally new to Eurobricks but not new to lego at all. I have worked on plenty of large and small custom projects both commercial and for pleasure. Check out my first stop motion lego video !! I would love any feedback, good or bad, or even just to be a critic! Thank you for having me here!
  11. Let's continue posting here on EB with yet another historical LEGO model of mine. This time it's a one of a kind supercar - Maybach Exelero. I know - it should be black. But as I said in the other post - I didn't have many pieces to work with in other colors back in 2009. I only had white. But I liked the model - so I built it. That simple. Done. :) I also did a logo stand which I think turned out quite good. For that I have to say thanks to another great LEGO car builder - Ryan Link. He did an excellent logo stand for his Saleen and Ferrari. Of course - model features openable doors and hood. Thou I didn't find any picture if the trunk (if there is such) does open. So... I didn't do that. If you can find a pic of it open, or a statement that it doesn't (or you know by fact that it doesn't) - please let me know. Who knows - maybe I'll give the model another shot cause the way I work around the model now has changed a lot. And we do have wider variety of pieces now too. For instance - we didn't have 1x3 tiles back then. Now we do. And would have used some of those for the integrated spoilers. Ok.. this is more or less it for now. As always - you can see more pics on my Flicker album. https://www.flickr.c...57624577420820/ Hope you still like it. See ya next time. Cheers.

    LB3 Yellow Lantern Batman

Has anyone else here recreated the Yellow Lantern Batman as seen in the LB3 75th Anniversary DLC pack? Here's an image of him so you don't have to google it yourself: I realized that all it takes is Sinestro's body (replace his hands with black ones) and legs, and a Batman head, second most recent cowl style, and cape, so I made him for my minifigure collection, and I think he looks really awesome. The only thing missing is his ring, but that's unavoidable. I'll post a picture here of my version of him now, but I didn't think that was needed before because it is literally exactly like the image above, except, of course, for his expression. -Nomad
  13. Hello, some time ago I happened to read this topic, in which it is said lego pieces can be melt using acetone, and I wondered "Would it be possible to use this molten plastic in molds to create recolored lego pieces?" There are many pieces that have never been made in this or that colour, one could make molds from the 'wrong colour' pieces and create what he's looking for Still, I'm not sure acetone would evaporate properly since there's little to no exposure to air in the mold, and the inner part of the new piece might remain liquid anyway once the outer part hardened. I'm quite new to piece customisation, I have little experience (I've always considered myself a 'purist') and I don't know if something like this has ever been done before. What do you think? I'm curious to hear what you think :)
  14. Goblin raiding party based on the S13 CMF. As you can see, the centre front one is the S13 goblin except with a cleaver instead of a sword and short legs, not long ones. Back row from left: Thug, Sniper, Soldier Front row from left: Barbarian, Boss, Stabber Questions? Comments? Call to arms?

    Death knights

  17. ^ Traditional 1929 Ford Model A-V8 hotrod on 1932 Ford deucerails build circa 1959, featuring fullhouse blown Mercury flathead with open headers, dual exhaust for streetuse, red tuck'n'roll vinyl upholstery, steelwheels painted red, skinny bias ply Firestone tyres up front, Firestone dirtrackers in the rear, Pontiac taillights, chopped windshield, clubplaque hanging from the spreaderbar. ;) ^ Loosly based on this car. ^ I got inspired by the cab-piece that came with the icecreamtruck or RV-camping and canoeingset. I thought that would be the perfect Ford Model A rearend: ^ I build it with a regular red interior, but really want it with ^this^ dark red to give it a more authentic look... I'm just missing a vital piece... And just for fun: ^ Meet Woody. The happy new owner of a hip model A-V8 hotrod. :) ^ Just to compare it with the Charger But to really appreciate this hotrod you've gotta listen to this Jack Baymoore recording: A-V8 Boogie! And please, play loud... ;) [media] [/media]
  18. The reclusive Elves of the Western Shores have had their hands full dealing with drakes and the great dragons of the Wild Lands. Adapting human technologies the elves have built ballistae defenses to counter the foul beasts that, on their own or summoned by the wielder of the Crown of Fire, attack their solemn keeps. With four harpoons, it will fell even the largest dragons, tho, it all depends on the skill of the Elven soldier who mans it. IMG_20141024_160042581 IMG_20141024_160031445 IMG_20141024_160042581

  20. Tried to find any MOCs related to guitars made of technic, but found nothing decent. Then tried to make it myself. Here is the picture for inspiration: Yamaha TRBX174 Pic Made a special stand for the guitar. Stand with guitar The stand is pretty simple. Stand Technic flexible axles give it a smooth silhouette Pic Tremolo pedal on a bass... yeah, weird. Pedal Together with my previous model - Natasha Breez. Pic 1 Pic 2 Hope you've enjoyed that. Final

Train base - what should i do

Hi all, I've been snooping around lately and have decided to officially join the discussion! (WARNING! NEW MEMBER ALERT! WARNING!) I built this custom train base and i'm not sure what to do with it... Ive got a fairly meager supply of bricks, but enough to have 6 bins (plus track). The base is 6 wide by 28 long and dark bley. Pics: https://flic.kr/ps/2WPsUG (sorry for the poor lighting) ((yes those are some mocs in the background, more to come later when they are [more] done ))
  22. Hi there! Like many others I ordered the Mini as soon as it was available. It is a great piece of kit, since I´m very fond the BRG-color I was really happy when it was presented. I think the designer has done a really good job overall - considering the limitations of Lego. It has some drawbacks though; The rear end just doesn't look right, the angles are a bit off. The engine bay is nothing but horrible, the lack of detail is just - well bad. Therefor I've made some customization's, to get it a bit more like I want it. I've tried to get the rear end to look more like the original car, I've changed the tail lights since they were completely off. I have to admit thought I'm not 100% satisfied, but at least i think its better than out-of-the-box. The tailpipe is relocated and enlarged a bit to get the car a little more attitude when seen from behind. I've also moved the fog light since I made it left hand drive - the main reason for this was because i wanted to be able to fit the steering-servo, with reservoir inside the engine bay. And this was not doable due to the air-intake hose. I've redone the front grille to get some more space for the engine-components, but I hope it doesn't show to much from the outside. I fitted some extra lights, (rally-style) and put some covers on them. And yes I've changed to "Mini-lites" to golden ones, this may not be liked by some - but I think the contrast lifts the BRG-color even more. I've also moved the wheels out 1/2 stud to better fill the wheel arches. Well I think that's is whats done to the outside, lets talk a bout the engine bay: New engine block Side mounted radiator, with hose and thermostat Air intake hose, plenum and injection New spark plug cables Steering servo with reservoir Washer fluid reservoir Fuse box Exhaust manifold, (although It cannot be seen in the picture, but it is there) In addition to changing the front grille, I've also made the hood thinner to get enough space for the redesigned engine bay. Well - enough talking, here are the pictures - hope you like them! Cheers!

    Boiler issues no more.

So, I finally finished the Q Class, and I'm really happy with it! Have a gander... The cab area. Tender detail I decided to design the tender so it looked good even without a load of coal. It doesn't go all the way through, but it looks like it does! I'm going to replace the random assortment of small black bits with 1x1 black cheese wedges (mainly so I can use all the other bits more usefully), but they haven't arrived yet. General shots on the railway. Next up the freight wagons for her to pull. I've just ordered the bits for the brakevan, so look out for that in the next couple of weeks hopefully.
