  1. I don't know about the second part of your "mystery game," but I solved the first mystery by just calling my local store.
  2. Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

Thanks. I don't think I'd seen them side-by-side like that before.

Is the printing quality really better on the old version, like I've heard? I'm trying to decide if I should get a second copy of the old torso for my GotGv2 Drax, or if I should just use the new version.
  4. Purist Superhero Figures

I have Ronan, and a bunch of those pieces are on their way to me. That'll be my second villain, I think, with an infinity stone in his staff.
  5. Purist Superhero Figures

I recently got the idea to use this piece to make a version of Ronan's staff that can have the power stone on it. The original version couldn't have anything attached on the sides. The power stone I'm thinking of would just be a translucent purple stud piece.

I just watched a review of the Old Fishing Store set, and I noticed that there's a white nipple piece used in it. I'm really looking forward to when that becomes available, and have been ever since it was used in the SDCC Captain America BrickHeadz model.

is the tiger available through the online ordering system now, or just over the phone still?
  8. Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

That's interesting, because they eventually released the Disney book from the castle set. I was expecting the Silent Mary book to be released eventually because of that precedent.
  9. Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

I'm waiting for all the pieces of the book from the Silent Mary set to be available, because I've kind of taken to collecting that style of book.

For the new Cheetah, I'm thinking to replace the legs on her hips with the legs I took off my Wolverine figure when I saw how well Catman's legs went with him. That'd give her more of a barefoot-with-bikini look, and less of a top-with-pants look.

Has anyone else noticed that B&P gives VIP points now? I don't think that used to be the case.
  12. Non-Purist Superhero Figures

I didn't say the actor's name or previous movie because I didn't want to spoil the reveal for anyone who sees this and hasn't seen WW, but that's the head I was talking about. That snake head is a good suggestion, but I'm not sure the movie helmet looks like the skull helmet in the set. I was gonna try to perfect the set's Ares when I get the set, but after seeing the movie I'm not gonna keep him built unless I make a figure version of him.

Thanks for showing how the Flash looks with those legs. I'm planning on doing the same thing with my Flash, and I believe it's been talked about on here before, but I think you're the first one to show how it looks, and it looks really good.

Has anyone tried making a Wonder Woman movie Ares figure with the head of a character that actor previously portrayed, maybe with the facial hair besides the mustache removed? I was specifically wondering if such a helmet as is used in the movie, or something similar, even exists in Lego.
  15. When the Guardians of the Galaxy movie came out, and the sets were revealed, I was really hoping they'd include a mini version of the main vehicle (the Milano, in this case), as they had with so many other movies, and I was disappointed that they didn't. When I saw the mini Milano for Guardians vol. 2, one of the first things that came into my mind was wondering if I could alter it to make it look like the large version that we got for Guardians 1. I've gotten a few ideas on how to alter the new mini set to make it look like the big one from the first movie, and I'm interested in hearing yours. So far, I color-swapped the orange pieces to "keetorange," made the canopy piece trans. light blue, and made all the fins on the edges of the wings grey instead of having four of them blue. Does anyone have any other ideas? I'm not only interested in ideas to change the front, either, the more I can make this one look like the original big one, the better.
