    MOC: The Nightwing

Hello everyone! The Nightwing cruiser was an idea I got while thinking of a crossover idea for DC and Star Wars. The Nightwing takes it name from its color scheme, which reflects the colors of the DC character Nightwing. Updates coming soon.

    [LDD MOC] Ferrari F1 Car

I recently built this MOC (my first posted here) of a Ferrari F1 Race Car. Comments and Criticism welcome. Click the link for more pics and LLD file. http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=530361 Image
  6. I'm not new to LDD or Friends (or legos in general), but got some new person/stupid questions. 1. How can I get, find, or create the Lego Friends pets/animals? 2.How can I add some of the Friends sets to the "Official LEGO Sets made in LDD" even with the pets or stickers missing? My daughter loves the Lego Friends and LDD. So she wants them on LDD, so now I got some done and no pets or stickers. I also figured I could add them to LDD index. I'm also working on building a compete Heartlake City in LDD with all the sets and adding to it as more come out.
  7. To celebrate my 500th post on Eurobricks, I made a very special MOC... KNIGHT OF JUSTICE Click any image for a larger version. LXF File - Brickshelf Gallery I somehow recall Furno XL's decoration being available for the visor, but I can't seem to find it anywhere. If you can help, please let me know. Any questions, comments, and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. -Toa Of Justice

    (LDD MOC) Mini-scale New York

Found this on my computer today, apparently I've never shared this anywhere before. Created in LDD, and rendered in POV-RAY. I'm sure the scaling between the buildings is all off, but when it comes down to it, I'm quite proud of this little thing. The city that never sleeps, good ole' New York. Hope ya'll like it! 9. I've seen some topics suggesting the idea of cutting the axle to length when a axle is to small for the given axle connection by the axle connectors. Here is a simple example that show a 1-2mm gap that is between the axle and connector. What should you do in a situation like this?
  10. I made a special MOC in honor of veterans everywhere. WarHero Click any image to enlarge it. WarHero's gun, BigBoss, rapid-fires huge plasma bolts and comes with a green targeting laser. BigBoss also fits on WarHero's back, thanks to a retractable clip. Feel free to use any of the above images as a desktop background. [LXF File] - [Brickshelf Gallery] -Toa Of Justice

    Valholl Pharmacy

The Pharmacy of Lasvor Nirhad is located in Valholl on the main street, where many customers come by for the latest medicines that the owner offers. On the ground floor is the pharmacy itself. While waiting, customers can sit on a bench. The balance on the counter is an important instrument for all pharmacist! Behind the shopping area is the storage room where Lasvor can experiment with his new compounds to create even more effective drugs. On the second floor is the living area with a fireplace - which comes handy during the long Mitgardian winter - and among others a table with a couple of chairs.
  12. A render of one of my minianimals with LDD and LDD2PovRay. Hope you like it:
  13. The Triclotron is a 3-wheeled vehicle that demonstrates some building ideas. In particular, check out the front wheel mounts and the rear wheel! Click any image for a larger version. < The front wheels are able to tilt left and right independently. < Here's how I built the rear wheel. Unfortunately, LDD does not recognize this as a valid connection. I used a similarly-sized hub in the tire in order to position it properly. LXF File - Brickshelf Gallery -Toa Of Justice

    >MOC< Swifta-Angel

Swifta-Angel is the opposite of Speeda Demon. However, her bike is much faster and more powerful than his bike! Click any picture to enlarge it. "Check out my ride, baby!" Speeda Demon once challenged Swifta-Angel to a race. It did not end well... for him. (Now we have an idea as to why he turned criminal. ) LXF File (Swifta-Angel riding her bike) - LXF File (Swifta-Angel posing next to her bike) - Brickshelf Gallery Loser Speeda Demon is available for download here. Vroomly yours, -Toa Of Justice
  15. I can't recall seeing how they handled these smaller updates, but LDD was updated today. The only new thing I can find it the Iron Man visor. If this needs to be merged or deleted, do so. -Sci

    Skeleton Dragon

This is something I have been working on for about a year. The first design was utter trash. Over the months I've made more and more improvements and now I've nearly perfected the design. Right now I only have an Ldd version of the design. But once some last bricklink orders arrive I will have the proper pieces to finish a real life version. The real life version will have different colors due to some of the pieces in the Ldd version are in colors that don't exist. I give you my Skeleton Dragon Gallery (Public. Contains Lxf file for the creation) http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=503091 Any suggestions on how to improve the design are welcome. Comments and critisim appriciated. Edit something is wrong with brickshelf. I can't post links to the pics here. They just bug out. So to view the dragon just go to the gallery.

  18. Waiting for the needed parts to arrive. LDD render made with LDD2PovRay. You can support the Project at Cuusoo: http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/16971
  19. I know I'm not the only one with this problem, but I figured out how to add custom decals to LDD a few days ago, thanks to a friend. I added a few decorations from the CMFs, but when I went to add them, I suddenly remembered - I can't see the whole head palette: [image removed] It stops about 3 rows above where it should end. There's also no scroll button. Any suggestions? Changing my screen resolution won't help. I guess my monitor just isn't that big/wide. -Sci

    LDD Help with Trains

This is no doubt a stupid question to those who know the answer, but I do not and have just given up looking for it. I see lots of trains on here designed in LDD. I have LDD installed on my PC. Hoever when I go into it I do not have an option to get many of the bricks needed for trains. For example there are no train wheels or buffers? Obviously as people have these in their own designs there must be a way around this but I just cannot find out what it is. Maybe someone could help me?
  21. "Tortuga Moon" modified Shirasagi Class smuggling ship by vynsane, on Flickr "She might not look like much, but she's got it where it counts." This modified variant of the Tanuki Corp Shirasagi Class Medium Cargo Shuttle is captained by the notorious smuggler Kaizoku Kortez. Named for the infamous moon used by pirates and smugglers before it was rendered uninhabitable during the piracy crack-downs in this sector of the galaxy, the "Tortuga Moon" has seen better days. While piracy and smuggling has been drastically reduced, it is still the preferred method of wealth acquisition in the small pockets of the galaxy that is too far-flung from the central seat of government influence. Rumor has it Kortez and the mercenary Aliss Oyuki first became romantically entangled while the duo were running guns and fighting, respectively, for the Rendolo Prime Resistance Army. They were, as we all know, on the wrong side of that conflict. Landing Mode "Tortuga Moon" modified Shirasagi Class - Landing mode, Rear access hatch by vynsane, on Flickr Removable Panels "Tortuga Moon" modified Shirasagi Class - Removable Panels by vynsane, on Flickr Hidden Details "Tortuga Moon" modified Shirasagi Class - details by vynsane, on Flickr Details include (above, clockwise from top left) - Hidden smuggling compartments, with removable crates, under removable deck plates - Outer airlock doors/boarding ramps w/built-in stairs - Gear-driven inner airlock doors - 3x light brick per engine, activated by pushing on the cone at the front of the engine LDD file available in the Digital Designer section.
  22. Report all 4.3.5 bugs here You're right. Workaround: Place the visor on a 3842 helmet. Rotate the visor about 7 degrees forward (flip it down). Now it will fit on the 87781. EDIT: You can report in this forum (here is the new topic for 4.3.5). I collect each and everyone and send to the LDD Team. You can also report a bug to the LEGO Customer Service help desk.

    Dune Taxi

Hey All, This build is still a WIP but I like where it is at right now so I thought I'd let everyone take a look. It is a Dune Taxi modeled after a beetle. I was initially inspired by this image. Let me know what you think. Thanks! rongYIREN
  24. Based on a reallife building in my hometown. Actually the outcome has almost no similarity with it.. Made with LDD and LDDtoPOVray.
  25. I used Lego Digital Designer (LDD) to model a 1990 Jeep Grand Wagoneer. It features an opening hood (bonnet) and rear tailgate, a working V4 engine, and folding front seats. It uses 643 parts and has 216 steps in the LDD Building Guide. The LDD .lxf Building Instruction file is available for download via Rebrickable, or via SkyDrive here. I used the LDD to POV-RayTM Converter (LDD2PovRay) software for these sharp renders: The working V4 engine moves when the rear axle turns. You can see the Lego Technic elements used: The real vehicle looks like this (note that the camera created a slight "fisheye" effect and the proportions are distorted a tad): Here are some LDD screenprints of the 12-studs-wide, 35-studs-long, 9-2/3 bricks high model. One can see the slanted, folding seats and other details:
