  1. We had great fun with my daughters building the Rubik's cube solver: http://mindcuber.com/. I built the version for NXT 2.0, but I see that there is a version as well for EV3. The same people have build a version powered by a smartphone that has beat the world speed record for solving the Rubik's cube:
  2. Hey Guys! I have been building with Mindstorms for just about 4 years now. To think of that is pretty mind-blowing! So I decided to re-create a video on a creation I built almost 3 years ago: My Lego Mindstorms CUB3. Description: "Built with LEGO MINDSTORMS and Technic components, this creation includes: 2 EV3 Large Motors, 1 EV3 Medium Motor, 1 EV3 InfraRed Sensor, 2 small linear-actuators, a pair of hidden caterpillar tracks, and more! With its insignificantly-looking cubic structure, CUB3 is engineered to look like your ordinary box just lying around. Decoration, anyone? Your neighbors will find out soon enough. Just watch!" Hope you guys enjoy! P.S. - Some of you EB users gave suggestions on my video editing of a previous video. I tried to follow that advice when editing this video. What do you think? Thanks!
  3. Who is the first to provide legal instructions (legal as in 'not making use of slack') for this cube? It is possible . LXF-file here.
  4. Just played around with some intersecting-cubes-design... More pictures of my creations can be found on my homepage!
  5. The last entry I will be making for a while (still need to start on my next project) is about a small Tracked Cube that I designed during a long weekend. The challenge was to make it as compact as possible (but still looking cool and studless and still possible to operate well with the RC. When I posted instructions on Rebrickable I got quite positive responses so I also want to whare it with you. Looks boring at first, but the fun part is seeing it in actions. Due to the closely spaced tracks the turning speed it quite OK. Not my best video (actually my very first, hence the professional editing ) Hope you like it and when you have the parts, just build it :sweet: : http://www.rebrickab...tracked-cube-rc
  6. So plenty of you probably have heard of the Cubestormer II robot that could solve a Rubik's cube in 5 seconds. Well, here's a new version, using the EV3 and a Samsung Galaxy S4, which managed to solve a cube for a record time of 3.253 seconds. And just to be clear, it isn't mine. :P I was just sharing the video,
  7. After making my 15 Iron Man armors I decided to make a villain to fight them. LDD file available for download when Brickshelffolder public (but if you cant wait just PM me ) Comments and criticism welcome. Check Out My Other MOC's Here, Here and Here.
