  1. I present my latest crawler: http://www.brickshel...ry.cgi?f=545871 It's main concept is similar to my previous crawlers: nothing unnecessary part and weigth, as simple and reliable technik, as it can be. The chassis is enoug flexible to do this: http://www.brickshel...Crawler/021.jpg - so you don't need more advanced suspension in this concept. Two XL motor drive, one M motor steers the vehicle. For power supply there is one LiPo battery and a V2 receiver built in. The front part is heavier, thanks to the small wheels in the front rims and the ship weight. The chain holds the weight in position. This crawler also has the usual rock crusher tires, in my case, from RC4WD. The body is partly from the 8437 official model: http://www.bricklink...em.asp?S=8437-1 http://www.brickshel...Crawler/001.jpg I lookde around my room in the beggining of body building time, and the 8437's body in my showcase just gave himself to connect with the chassis. I wanted to make a tubular body/frame. Has a fake L6 motor in the back too: As video, there is the first part (from 00:40 to 20:55) of this video: (720p) This was an RC track test, for more information see this topic: http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=97879 I made it in LDD, this is the instruction: http://www.brickshel...crawler-no4.lxf Feel free to ask or comment.

Features, XL motor for driving. Servo motor for steering. M motor for 2 speed gearbox. (1st 5:1, 2nd 3:1) M motor for working front and rear LED lights Four wheel drive without differentials. Long travel suspension. Working fake V4 engine. Openable hood, doors and tailgate. Video Building instructions and more pictures: https://plus.google....4977943/albums
  3. Hi. it's been a long time since last moc. on account of me moving. however i have been working on a articulated truck inspired by the Uniknick. like this one: Here it is: the model features (at the moment): - XL-motor for steering. - 2 x NXT motors for drive. Features i would like to implement: - front and rear hitch. - winch. i also mean to build a unimog u4000 or 402 cab for it. however i am not too good at building those sorts of things. i hope you can help me there. Here is the LDD file: http://www.brickshel...thout_motor.lxf Enjoy! Will upload more pictures to my brickshelf soon. http://www.brickshel...gi?m=KopMaister

  5. Hello everyone! My latest trial truck, an 8x8 Oshkosh HEMTT. Powered by two XL motors, independent steering by two m motors. Live axle suspension on each axle, portal hubs, etc. And, of course, a movie.
  6. Hi guys! I am new here so I wanted to show you my trial truck! http://nxt45.files.wordpress.com/2013/11/img_0705.jpg Full description & YouTube video on my blog: http://nxt45.wordpre...go-trial-truck/ (how do you post YouTube videos?) As always Happy building! NXT45
  7. Hi guys. I'm back with my latest ongoing build, an 8x8. Each axle has it's own ball-joint suspension, so the ground clearance and articulation are both very good. Independent steering on the two front axles using two M motors. Two XL motors for drive with a final ratio of 3:25. Overall a very sturdy and well-performing truck.
  8. hello, hello! i'm currently working on a new trial truck. it features: -Tandem axles on the rear axle. - Articulated steering. - 1x NXT motor for propultion. - 1x L-motor for steering. - 1x Battery box. Now, here are some pictures of the work in progress: And to top it off: Hope you like it :P
  9. After my most recent toyota hilux trial buggy build, I wanted to build a simple trial truck that was very strong. My goals were: No gear "grind" in steering or drivetrain Powered by XL motor and steered by M Normal battery box (non-lipo) No special parts so that many people can build The strongest (in my opinion) suspension type is ball-joint with reinforcing link. So I used my ball joint suspension idea with internal gear reduction from last year: Total gear reduction is 3:25 on 1x PFS XL. It has very good suspension and climbing capabilities, as well as meeting all my goals of no gear grind in steering or drive. Video:
  10. Lego Tatra T813 4x4 RC Trial Truck The famous Tatra T813 in lego version remote controlled, Versatile and durable as the original. Modular Design The scale model made by me after several months of work, contains most of the features found in the real version, to significantly affect its performance are the axle shafts, transmission, suspension, chassis structure and weight distribution. It's powered by two powerful xl motors through a four-wheel drive, it has half-axles and various gear reductions. 11. Captain Nemo

    MOC: Batman: "Trial"

Trial A recreation of the episode “Trial”, from Batman: The Animated Series. Ah, Trial. This is one of my favorite episodes from Batman the Animated Series. It’s similar to Almost Got 'Im in regards to the villains playing off each other, and I think that’s one of the best parts of the episode(s). I have to say I was a bit nervous building this since I didn’t know if I’d have enough 2x2 Dark tan tiles—turns out I do! With two to spare! Enjoy ~Nemo
  12. Greetings, fellow builders! i am happy to announce that i will be featuring my most resent build in this very topic. And as the title states it will be a Tatra 6x6 with following features: - Propultion 2x NXT motors. - Steering 1x L-Motors. - All wheel drive. (duh :P) - Full Tatra suspension with 4 wheel steering (the first two axles) - 1x battery box. pictures and hopefully a video will follow shortly.
  13. If you follow me on my youtube (http://www.youtube.c...ser/1nxtmonster) you might have seen my RC crawler project. It used 2 RC motors and was quite fast and well performing. You might have also seen my RC rally car videos, they were fast and nimble. However, I want to combine the best of both worlds in one trial buggy package. So after a lot of trial and error, i was able to incorporate a 2-speed transmission into a crawler with RC motors. The ratios are 15:1 (slow crawler) and 3:1 (fast buggy). It is shifted by a mini linear actuator via an m motor. I'll do some more testing, and as usual this most likely isn't the final version. Pictures:
  14. Hello. I want to present you my new creation - Trial Crawler. The idea to make the crawler for trial appeared long ago, but had neither the time nor the energy, ideas. Having studied many designs, I decided at all costs to build model for trial. The main problem that I faced was the suspension. To reduce friction loss, I decided to put the motor on the axle. Patency at a decent level, but sometimes clings motors of obstacles. Features: - 4x4 with XL-motor - Steering with Servo-motor - IR-receiver v2 Suspension: That's all. Thank you for your attention. Your Sicil. Sorry for my bad english.
  15. [/img][/img] 9398x8 day one... the parts are a chrismas gift from me to me.... thanks to bricklink.com
  16. Hello. I decided to build the crawler for trial. So far only the chassis is ready, but the model will be updated. At the moment there are only a few photos. The drive two XL-motors, one for the axle. Servo motor for steering. I would like to hear the opinion of experienced builder of trial trucks. That's all. Thank you for your attention.
  17. Hey everyone, back with a smart solution to the negative caster on axles with unimog ball joints, and a compact start to a chassis with two xl motors. I scrapped my old trial truck start but it was too complicated, and I need to stick to simplicity, with less gears and weight pics: ^while testing strength, I underestimated torque and it pulled my finger in...still hurts I guess it will help steering and just look better, and maybe suspension will twist/compress better... hope you like it!
  18. Hello again, this is part 2 for my 8x8 TrialTruck. First part was design and optimize the truck virtual with Lego Digital Designer.
