[MOC] Dental Chair in LEGO IDEAS.

This is a dental office MOC with a dental chair installed in the middle of the room with side cabinets and a water sink for handwashing. I myself is a dentist which is the main reason I really wanted something related to my occupation to be built as a set using LEGO as a dental clinic is rarely found in LEGO sets. This would make a great LEGO set as it would be a very nice display in dental clinics everywhere globally and kids wouldn't be so scared of the dentist anymore if it is displayed in LEGO form. I believe this can introduce dentists to kids in a cute and friendlier way in a LEGO set. In a matter of fact, dentists are not that scary after all. It's opened for voting in LEGO Ideas! Please help make it an official set. Thank you very much! Support in LEGO Ideas My reviews in Eurobricks. 2. Hello Speed Champions fans, Trabant 601 is a legendary car of Eastern and Central Europe. This is its studless model in Speed Champions scale. If you like it, please support on Lego Ideas to become a real set: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/77b0428c-c46c-47b0-984c-1fd7c97a2948 I wanted to create a relatively accurate model, and some details were challenging in this small size. Firstly I needed smaller wheels than my other builds in this scale, the size of the actual ones are equal to the Mini Cooper (Lego 75894) ones. It was clear too that the City mudgards will not fit to this size, therefore I created a brickbuilt one. The connection of the wheels are tricky a bit which helps to keep the room between the wheels and the mudguard proportional. I wanted to create an accurate front, and I added simple white stickers to the direction indicator lamps to keep the orange parts visible on the front only. The most common colors of this car are the light blue and white (broken white). I decided to use white pieces as the roof element of Mini Cooper (part 6018101) is ideal as hood and roof, and I have this item only in this color. The rear of the car is a bit tricky too as I wanted tilted lights similarly to the real ones. The back lights could be red transparent elements, but I was not able to buy them in that color. I had to buy some elements of "brick, modified, 6191" to the sides too, and it was available only with "Nitro" stickers, but my son said that these stickers are cool, so I kept them. I wanted to use as less stickers as possible as I don't really like them, because they restrain the applicability the stickered elements in different builds. There is picture without the "Nitro" sticker and an other one without any stickers. The set includes a minifigure with a baseball hat and with an additinal red helmet. 3. Hello Speed Champions fans, my son asked me to build a white Audi R8. Both of us like the Speed Champions sets, therefore I choosen this scale. If you like it, you can support it on Lego Ideas: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/ead4242e-8bae-440d-930d-0c840d86ce5f It is a studless build from standard lego elements and modified City wheels are used instead of Speed Champions ones to keep the height to length ratio more realistic similarly to my earlier ideas. The front of this car is iconic and it was a real challenge to recreate it in this small size. I made lots of versions and I think the actual one with a tricky solution is the best. I tried more solutions to the black side blades too, the actual one was inspired by "LEGO Audi R8 instructions (MOC #96)" by "Jerry Builds Bricks" on Youtube, however I modifed it a bit as I wanted tilted blades similarly to the real ones. Only one sticker is used which is the Audi logo on the front as I'm generally not a fan of the parts with stickers, because of the lack of flexibility in using them with other builds. The set includes the minifigure shown on the main picture on the Lego Ideas. It comes form the set 75873 but with red helmet. I have added a rear wing to make the car more dynamic. It differs from the custom Audi wings, but I think it fits to the style of the car and to the side mirrors. Hi everyone! Dedicated to all those who's looking forward to meet summer! :) I'm not that great in MOCing, but I'm really happy how this thing turned out and I'll be more than happy to hear your thoughts and suggestions on this little build. (it's 540 pieces). If you like how Lifeguard's Shack looks you may also find it on Lego Ideas website :) https://ideas.lego.com/projects/93574c09-16cd-4076-98c1-996224fa7e9c
  8. Hello everyone. I am here to present one of my creations: The central perk coffee of the serie "Friends". Being fan of this series for several years, I found interesting the idea of creating this set knowing that no proposal of the central perk has been proposed to date. Friends being a cult and timeless series has attracted millions of fans, as well as BigBang Theory, Ghostbuster and Back to the Future, this set would complement a long series of Lego on movies and TV series. Phoebe behind her microphone and singing her famous song "SMELLY CAT" Gunther the manager of the central perk. He always fantasizes about getting married with Rachel For this, I propose my project on the official website lego ideas. Currently I have more than 3150 supporters and hope to reach the next 10000 to have a chance that my idea is selected. If you find the idea great, do not hesitate to support this creation and also left me a comment to know what you think :) Thanks to all https://ideas.lego.com/projects/156030

    (MOC) - The 60163 - Tornado

"In 1972, a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if...." No wait, that's not what I meant!! In 1990 a group of people came together to share an extraordinary ambition – to construct a brand new Peppercorn A1 Pacific. They formed The A1 Steam Locomotive Trust and after nineteen years of incredible effort that locomotive, No. 60163 Tornado, moved under its own power for the first time in 2008. - https://www.a1steam.com Having created my first MOC (link), I was keen to improve. Mostly the running performance (the pistons never worked that well), the look of the engine, the carriage, its ability through switches and the playability.... so, basically everything. Looking for inspiration on the 'net I came across 60163 in her blue livery and loved it. I had found my Emerald nights' partner steam train. 3 years later, I'm very happy to present my Blue Tornado! Full Flickr album here - Link The dual axles for the smooth running of the pistons isn't very realistic compared to the original, but this was a trade off between usability (kid proofing), smooth running and accuracy. 7 Wide for the train and carriage allows for so much more detail and usable space, but presents some tricky issues. The white lines are thin modelling stickers the rest is all genuine lego, with no modifications. Only two parts aren't in current production (in the right colours) the 6L grey axle and 'Roof tile 2x1x2' in blue. I liked the challenge of production parts only, and the lower BL cost, even though the proportions are now off. Design details: The driver wheels are inset by about 1/2 a plate into the body to make them appear bigger than they are. It also allows for a lower centre of gravity to make sure it doesn't derail at full speed around corners! The second picture also shows how I kept the top 'rail' stable whilst maintaining the colour scheme. The two single black studs on the left side are '1x1 with hole' with a 'Technic, Axle Pin 3L with Friction Ridges Lengthwise and 1L Axle' through the whole section. 3 3x2 black tiles were removed, along with the whole 'boiler' and roof of the cab (it's all one assembly). Front and rear bogies have vertical and lateral movement for non flat lego track. Couple of Youtube videos: (Part 1 (below) and Part 2) Finally I've added it to LEGO ideas. More in the hope of trying to get another Creator Expert train out of LEGO or to show that there is still love for trains in general. It'd be great to get your support :) https://ideas.lego.com/projects/fc675426-9e80-4c8b-bab3-b99be6983312

  19. Hi everyone, I just wanted to share a LEGO model inspired in the city of Cartagena, a Colombian paradise for vacation. Ambienced on a latin american coastal vacation atmosphere, Casa Cartagena is a perfect place for all the passing-by tourists who want to take a break of walking around the 'Walled City' and grab a cold drink or just chill out. If you like it, please Support it on https://ideas.lego.com/projects/69aba0ad-b171-4002-9f2d-797f066f20e4 by clicking on the 'Support' button. Everyone is invited to come inside Casa Cartagena to have a nice fruit beberage! About the model It is inspired by the 'Walled city' (in Cartagena, Colombia), a place full of color and colonial architecture. The building can be opened and closed vertically by the half. Its design is also based on the modular technique, which allows to remove the ceiling and the second floor. Minifigs: Sven, the scandinavian tourist; Joseph, a canadian businessman; Laura, the young girl who runs the business; and Petronila, the local native who provides fruits. It has around 750 bricks. 1966 Lego Batmobile

MOC Presentation I am huge Batman fan and have passed that love to my 4 year old daughter. I have been building LEGO sets with her for some time now her favorite sets are TMNT, Friends & Batman. She was upset that the store bought Batmobiles did not allow Robin to sit in the Batmobile along side Batman. Therefore i made her the most iconic Batmobile, the 1966 version. This era Batman is fun and campy perfect for a four year old. I collected pieces for my build over a month. I dug through my childhood collection, picked bricks from "Classic Plastic Bricks in Ellicott City, pulled some pieces off my other Batmobiles and ordered parts off brick link to complete the build. The construction took about a week with many revisions specifically to the length of the vehicle. It was all guess and check I did not have any plans other than what was in my head Please support my 1966 Adam West LEGO Batmobile on the 'LEGOIdeas' Website. We have nearly 5,000 votes but need your help to reach our goal of 10K. Thank you for your consideration! Sam https://ideas.lego.com/projects/61339

    Ugglug is HERE!

Lets get a great new range of Historial based themes/sets/builds back in TLG's conciousness! "The future is bright... The future is green... The future is armoured... And it sits on 2000 pounds of evil smelling tusked terror! This rider was one of the strongest and meanest in his tribe and has spent its entire life fighting whilst riding the fierce War Boar, which naturally brought the attention of Ugglug the Orc, scourge of Middle Zealand. Having been hand-picked personally by Ugglug himself, and kitted out in the finest armour scavenged from a hundred different battlefields, this Orc is now one of Ugglug's closest lieutenants, a trusted member of the warband known as Ugglug's Armoured Orcs. If you see it on the battlefield, beware! Ugglug and the rest of his band are sure to be close at hand!" But my desire is still the same - build MoC's / themes / sets in order to inspire and stimulate the lego community to get TLG building more pure medieval / fantasy / castle themes... as opposed to mech/medieval fusion.
  23. GhostBusters, Dana Barretts Apartment This is my Lego Ideas model of Dana Barrett's apartment from the eighties classic movie Ghostbusters I Have made the model as near to movie accurate as I could get, I spent a lot of time viewing the film footage and cross referencing from screen grabs, The apartment features several times throughout the movie and the set dressing changes on each occasion, so I have combined all occasions into the model. The features of the set are as follows three mini figures Dana Barrett, Pete Vekman,Terror Dog Terror Dog arms to attach to the arm chair Additional 1X1 Triangle pieces to create the carpet ripple effect Additional pieces to create the apparition in the fridge All the furnishings of the apartment, Piano, Tables, Books (etc) This is one of my favorite scenes in the film I believe this Lego Idea would really compliment the ghost busters Lego sets that are already available.

    [MOC] Case Steiger

This is a MOC I have made based off of the steiger line of tractors. I have decided to put this project on Lego Ideas, and was hoping many you could support it. I am striving for this to become a Lego set. I do understand that there is less of a chance for this to become a Lego set because it is Technic. I would appreciate no negative comments about this Technic creation being on Lego ideas. Only constructive criticism please. If you could share this around, or just support it. Every supporter counts! Here are a few pictures of the model: Link: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/114366 This MOC functions include: Lights All wheel drive Articulated steering Working steering wheel Openable hood to reveal a in-line 6 engine Working PTO A VIdeo of the Tractor: Thanks for the comments and support!

    Retro Arcade & Games

Hi everyone! I`ve just put my Retro Arcade & Games MOC out at Lego Ideas. This is a design I´ve made by my own and I wanted to catch a kinda middle-1990`s-feeling of games and LAN. My brother founded a Internet Cafe back in 1995 and it was the first place in our town to offer LAN gaming/LAN parties and easy internet access for everyone. PacMan was a 80`s thing and I don`t know about you but I sure played the game a lot into the 90` as well. That is the reason for a potential mismatch. There`s three coin-op machines in the 2nd floor. It`s easy to add more by removing the LANcomputers. I`m born in 1979 so I remember both decades very well and have a lot of good childhood memories. The pictures speak for themselves but I`ve used a 16 x 32 baseplate and the building consist of approx 850 pieces. I think this would be a fun and great addition to any Lego City! https://ideas.lego.com/projects/78146 Thank you
