Hi all, I figured that instead of hijacking everyone's threads with similar questions about modulars, to just create one thread where people can ask questions and the like. This way we are not junking up specific topics with questions about multiple modulars. I look forward to the discussion with everyone! ------------------------- :-: For Reference :-: We have had the following: Cafe Corner (CC) Market Street (MS) Green Grocer (GG) Fire Brigade (FB) Grand Emporium (GE) Pet Shop (PS) Town Hall (TH) Palace Cinema (PC) Parisian Restaurant (PR) Detectives Office (DO) Brick Bank (BB) Assembly Square (AS) Downtown Diner (DD) Corner Garage (CG) Bookshop (BS) Police Station (PS) Boutique Hotel (BH) Jazz Club (JC) Natural History Museum (NHM) The unique business's that have come out of those modulars are: Apartment (MS) Apartment (GG) Apartment (PR) Apartment (DO) Apartment (AS) Apartment (CG) Apartment (PS) Art Gallery (BH) Art Studio (PR) Bakery (MS) Bakery (AS) Bank (BB) Barbershop (DO) Book Store (BS) Cafe (CC) Cafe (AS) Dance Studio (AS) Dentist (AS) Department Store (GE) Detectives Office (DO) Diner (DD) Doughnut Shop (PS) Fire House (FB) Flower Shop (AS) Garage (CG) Gas Station (CG) Grocery Store (GG) Gym (DD) Hotel (CC) Hotel (BH) Jazz Club (JC) Laundromat (BB) Movie Theater (PC) Music Store (AS) Natural History Museum (NHM) Pet Store (PS) Photo Studio (AS) Pizzeria (JC) Police Station (PS) Pool Hall (DO) Recording Studio (DD) Restaurant (PR) Tailors Workshop (JC) Town Hall (TH) Town House (PS) Town House (BS) Veterinarian (CG)

Hi everyone, For the coming Lego event, Lego World, I have build three landscapes. One of them is based on the Fright Knights and another one is based on the Imperial Armada. This landscape is based on the old Western theme of 1996 and I focused more on the civilian part of the theme. The landscape was already finished in July, but it was a bit boring to look at. Only the house in the front has interior. The house next to the bank has a mechanism to turn the flames on the roof. Someone crash landed very close to the village. For more pictures, go to my Flickr album. Feedback and questions are welcome. Sander

Built for the Used Cart Salesman category of the Colossal Castle Contest XVI, this model is my third entry this year. The challenge of creating the look of a medieval city on such a small foot print was an enjoyable task, and I’m quite pleased with how the tudor houses turned out. Using sideways headlight bricks with tiles for cobblestone is an old idea, that I just made my own version of that design for this scene. Harburg is a bustling city and Lord Karsten often likes to walk the streets and see firsthand what goes on. Today he is accompanied by his daughter Elise, and while they wander around the city they see many vendors peddling various wares from their carts. Baked goods are always one of the most difficult items to refuse – the savory smells wafting from bakers’ wares are so tempting! More pictures: You can see more images on Brickbuilt, as usual. Thanks for looking, and as always your feedback is appreciated

I decided to modify some parts of the Goblin Village set and to add my own structures to make the playset feel much bigger

The completed collab that John and I built for Brickfair VA 2016 where it won Best Castle/Knights. The base is 130Ă—98 studs making it our largest build ever, and it weighs a whopping 87 pounds! Which is 56 pounds more than our next largest build, which was our big collab build last year, Katoren. Every building has a full interior and all the doors actually open. We tried to include tons of little details, and there are some interesting easter eggs to look for: sig figs, thieves, snowball fights, goats, dragons, fishermen, and custom weapons. You can see more pictures of the 7 individual modules on their own build pages: Nordheim Docks, Nordheim Paddock, Nordheim Harbormaster, Nordheim Farmhouse, Nordheim Armory, Nordheim Greathouse, and Nordheim Fjall. Nordheim is a bustling city in Mitgardia. Its harbor and Dwarven mine make it a center of commerce, while its strong walls offer protection from the Northern wilderness. There are more pictures on brickbuilt. We hope you enjoy our latest and biggest collaboration

This is the second of 4 micros I built as prizes for the Guild Creation category of the Summer Joust. This particular model was focused on a city of Rauor. You can see the first build, here. Rauor is just a fictional land I made up, and tried to develop the culture and setting of with these 4 micro builds, the rest of which will be posted soon. Comments always appreciated

A free build for Guilds of Historica. This is my second module for a large collab build with LittleJohn. The tailor and potter's were interesting challenges, being much different than my normal style of buildings. It was fun experimenting with some brighter colors as well. The potter's wheel actually works, and can be seen in action here: link Katoren's marketplace offers a large variety of goods, and is generally quite crowded. More pictures, here: link All C&C welcome, and we've still got more of Katoren coming

Hi All, I have finished the next section of my castle. Nothing too much going on here just a couple of houses and a well. And since this is an internal section of the castle there is no wall which is nice for a change :) C&C welcome.

Hello Everyone! After seeing the wonderful review of the new creator set 31009 by Rufus, I decided to make my own row of them. I also added furniture and tiled the floors. I decided to keep them on 16 x 16 baseplates so I could move them around my city easier. I hope you enjoyed looking at them as much as I did making them. C&C Welcome

I made this for the Daring Escape category in the CCC (colossal castle contest). Inspired by DC, Sirens-of-Titan and LL. Robert has finally been captured and put into prison. His partner in crime, Louie, quickly digs a tunnel for him to escape. Afterwards they rob a wealthy merchant and are making off with their loot, but the how far will they get with it? Any C&C welcome
