  1. The Ténotlaxcan hat maker It is well known the Ténotlaxcans are fans of bright tribal headdress. This is making some of their Artisans the best hat makers of the Colonial territory of Eslandola. Strong of this, Felipe de la Manzana invested in a Ténotlaxcan Hat Maker in Elysabethtown and formed him to the modern Eslandolan Millinery industry techniques. Thanks to that formation, now our Ténotlaxcan friend is also serving classic Eslandolan customers in addition to his native usual ones. Here is a little build I wanted to do a long time ago but didn't have the opportunity to do. Will be licensed as a small artisan for Elysabethtown.
  2. Eslandola’s Colonial Council is where business of state is conducted in public, unless national security merits private deliberations. Eslandola’s Admius Legistrad, the leader of the Colonial Council, is Willem Guilder, Eslandola Secretary of Trade, Governor of An Holli, and Director of the MCTC; The delegations representing the colonial regions and the trade companies are made up of three representatives each. The East Trade-Wind Company is represented by @Garmadon : Agent Gilles Guelds Lieutenant Horatio Hillsboroughbergmachier, retired of the ETWC Elites Willoughby The Merchant’s Colonial Trading Company is represented by @Kai NRG : Captain Edward Argentum Esterhazy de Troir Chef Jalape The MAESTRO Trade Company is represented by @Legostone: Jerome Monezterrell, Eslandola Secretary of the Navy, Governor of Isla de Victoria, and Mayor of Fuerto Unido; Captain Lamar Evercrees of the Santiago; and Farrucio Paraja, naval architect extraordinaire The Independent traders of Eslandola are represented by @gedren_y: Commodore Hammish Grei Lady Valentia Cantoni Viscount Alexander Doblin The Sea of Storms Region (An Toli, An Holli) is represented by @Capt Wolf: Willem Guilder, Eslandola Secretary of Trade, Governor of An Holli, and Director of the MCTC; Aaron van der Meede, attorney and chairman of the Weelond town council; and Pieter Reyngout, tavern owner and Weelong town council member. The Sea of Thieves Region (Nelissa, Berreli, Ferro Azure, Torrach Bonn, Isla Philippe) is represented by @Umbra-Manis: Revon de Crocodil, mayor of Salida Este Captain Reginald Haddock, retired pirate hunter Councilor Hadelson, jewel merchant The Prio Seas Region (Isla de la Victoria, Otoño, La Sombra) is represented by @Faladrin: Lady Condora, officer of the MAESTRO Green Messenger Agency Chief Apulo, of the Mehuãtajir people, and mayor of Mehit Doctor Ayuda of Fuerte Unido The Colonial Council of Eslandola is in session. ---------------------------------------------------------------- It was in July of 620 that the council last met. Among the order of business was the offer of assistance to Archduke Oldis of Terraversa, in light of the rumors that a foreign power was fomenting an uprising on the island. Subsequently, Oleon's invasion became public knowledge, and, with the outbreak of war in September of 620, Eslandola sent mercenaries to aid in Terraversa's defense. Now word has reached all of the Brick Seas that Kings Port has fallen to the bluecoats, and the Colonial Council reconvenes to discuss what Eslandola should do now.
  3. The 22 guns Frigate : The Applecid Felipe de la Manzana commands were top priority for the Elysabethtown shipyards. They achive in a time record a heavy Frigate for the Apple lord and baptised it the Applecid (an easy pun ) as it is a war ship made to kill (Cid...) and it's belonging to the Apple trade empire of Felipe... This ship will be licensed as a Class 6 Frigate. It is the fastest ship I ever made. That's why it's mainly built upon the new BSB style and plan just in order to spare me some headache in development and win me some time in building... And it's the best way to show my new green sails taken from the BSB red ones !
  4. The Terraversa Crab Basket Part 2 : Diner at Edwina's In case you've missed the first part of this story : Here it is. Felipe de la Manzana had to be involved in the Terraversa matters since he was back from his quest. The chase for the Golden Apple would wait ! Coordination and orders had to be given and there were only one man to do it in here in Elysabethtown : Felipe himself ! He was joined by Basil at Edwina's, the new tavern in town Edwina is a brave girl from the MAESTRO tradition ! She can cook an apple pie fastest than her shadow and is able to serve dozens of cider bocks without spilling a drop ! Felipe welcome Basil and invited him to sit : - Have you had a proper diner my friend ? No ? Come... Come... have a seat. - I am bringing you bad news Felipe said sadly Basil. Our friend the Archduke Oldis flew from Kings Port and is now retreating towards the north in Pamu. Lady Condora is over there helping the wounded but I am not sure they could hold a siege ! You have to intervene ! - Arrrh ! Yes ! You're right ! It is a difficult situation... Felipe paused and after a thought continued : - I will have to need all the support I can engage ! Basil ! Tell me ! Are our Ténotlaxcan friends ready to use firearms ? - Yes Felipe ! We taught them well ! They are ready ! But they don't want to wear our uniforms; they are arguing the best outfit for battle is their primitive one ! I don't understand why they are so stubborn on that ! - Don't argue with them ! We have no time for that ! Hire them with any outfit they want I don't care as they can raise fire weapons ! - Alright ! I'll hire them... And what about their special forces ? - Special forces ? asked Felipe intrigued. - Yes the special weapon Zumo de Kapaya showed you in Zum'heria... - Aaaaah ! Those special forces ! Yes ! Yes ! Bring them too ! And Basil left Felipe finishing his diner at Edwina's following the mysterious order of the mysterious apple leader... How the Ténotlaxcans could help ? And who are those special forces ? Let's hope the war in Terraversa will find an issue before it gets worse ! The tavern will be licensed in Elysabethtown as a large Commerce. Thank you for reading !

  6. With an influx of newcomers to Interlagos, the settlers in this growing town decided it was time to build a proper church (rather than use the tavern as a makeshift meeting place). Field stone was used for the walls, and timber from the local sawmill was used for the roof. Stained glass was brought in from Fuerte Unido for the windows. Some more pics: To be licensed as a small art & culture property. ------ After working on some micro builds recently, I decided to go to an in-between scale, building this mini-scale build that is big enough to qualify for a small property, but not so big as to require more bricks than I have access to at the moment. All C&C welcome.
  7. Settlement Name: Interlagos Ownership: Eslandola Location: Maldria Mayor: Pip Janszen - @Capt Wolf Size: Town Who can own property in Interlagos: Anyone, from any faction. Who can freebuild in Interlagos: Anyone, from any faction. Fortifications: One large fort. Troops: As of Nov. 2, 619, there are 30 men stationed here, all part of Janszen's expedition. Island description: One of the largest islands discovered by Madrician explorers so far, the northern coast of this island has a more temperate climate likely influenced by weather of the great northern sea. The mountain range that forms an east-west spine along the island contains the highest mountains yet seen in the new world, the peaks of which are covered in an almost permanent mist. This range shelters the southern portion of the island from the moderating effects of the northern winds and a more tropical climate prevails here. Several native tribes inhabit the island, and their relations with each other shift periodically, like rival siblings. They have been quick to trade with the new settlers, but the natives are protective of their lands. More about the native tribes of Maldria can be found here. Rumors: It is rumored that an ancient civilization once worked numerous rich gold mines on this island and that these mines could be reactivated with minimal effort. The peaks of the mountains in the central part of the island are said to be covered in snow where unusual creatures live such as a "snow jaguar." Please post a link to any free-builds that take place in Interlagos in this thread. Island map: Location of Interlagos: Properties: - Fort Janszen (large fort) - Brickmaker (medium factory) - Blacksmith (medium artisan) - Sawmill (medium factory) - Mess hall / tavern (medium artisan) - Warehouses (medium commerce) - Two houses (medium residence) - Church (small art & culture)
  8. Ceniza Bajo is a place for those who take opportuinities. Like this fruit merchant, who established his booth right in front of the leftovers of what may once have been the immaculate masonry of a temple, or an assembly hall, or even a king's palace. As with the wooden totem, enough is left on the Luther Islands to know that where the Eslandolans have now established Ceniza Bajo once rose a massive town - but not enough to tell who exactly had lived here, nor why they no longer are. A Small Commerce for Ceniza Bajo on Eileanne neh Luithhr (aka Luther Islands).
  9. With the establishment of a brick kiln and a lumber mill in the Eslandolan settlement of Interlagos, settlers have been able to build houses, and the growing population has made Interlagos a proper town. The core of residences has started to give the town a feeling of something more than a military outpost. With the incoming settlers have come chickens and goats. Here Mrs. Boer prepares to get some milk. And her husband shoos the chickens away from the cellar door. Next door, Mr. Cazador heads out to take his son hunting. Small game animals are plentiful in the light woods around the lakes. The streets are still nothing but worn paths with some loose stone scattered about. A sailor and a merchant walk by the new residences on their way down to the dock. Interlagos has already come a good distance from its beginning as a frontier fort. As more settlers come to the town, Eslandian officials hope it becomes a thriving port. ----- This MOC started as way to experiment with the roof on the tan building and grew from there. I'm trying to capture the early growth of a small settlement in these builds. All C&C welcome.
  10. Thaddeus Calvo, the Eslandian adventurer somewhat well known in certain social circles, had extensively explored the island of Maldria for the previous six months. He encountered several similar but independent native tribes inhabiting different regions of the island, and discovered that they were familiar with trading with outsiders, as they traded with the Tyree'De, a non-Halosian people from an unknown land to the south. These discoveries led Eslandolan officials to believe that another settlement on the island of Maldria was needed. The tribes that would trade at the town of Interlagos on the north coast did not appear to travel extensively to the southern coast. A fertile river valley on the southwest portion of the island was a perfect location for another settlement: accessible overland from Interlagos via a pass in the hills that formed the spine of the island, land suitable for farming, rivers that would provide access to the island's interior, and a natural sheltered harbor for sea-going vessels. So Calvo set out from Interlagos again, this time with a crew of men to build a trading post on one of the southwestern rivers. Calvo and his men found a suitable spot at the mouth of one of the rivers. Sandy beach, but with rocky outcroppings suitable as a foundation for permanent structures. First they built a dock to receive ships large and small. Next they built a small structure that would serve as both a warehouse and office. Finally they built a watch tower to serve not only as a lookout, but as a landmark for traders on both land and sea to see from a distance. It didn't take long before scouts from one of the local native tribes came to check out what the Eslandians were doing. And so the trading post of Punto Sur was established. Maps: --------------------------- The main elements of this build were inspired by the classic Imperial Trading Post set: small rectangular building, tower, dock, and crane. I hope you like my take on that classic. The last two pics were taken at a different time than the first three, and so the light was different and for some reason they have a pink cast I couldn't edit out. All C&C welcome.

I love stories! Barbara (the maid), could you bring us some apple cider please!” “You see the golden star in the herald of Stedor? The same golden star that can be found on the flags of Elysabethtown, MAESTRO & Trador? That’s the golden star the Alleenridders gave to their headquarters as it was there where they always would return too, their home as they had forsaken their original homes. The Alleenridders were a brotherhood of knights from every corner in the world who roamed the known earth centuries ago. They helped the people who needed aid and their reputation was legendary. As their reputation grew, their army became bigger and their wealth enormous. Their residing city, the city of Ximus was a place of good living with many palaces and little povery. Envious kings allied together to bring them down, fearing the power of the Alleenridders. Those kings elected a new emperor, who would become known as the Dark Emperor. Around 95 AE, they besieged the capital of the Alleenridders, Ximus. The Alleenridders fought hard and brave, but had no other option than to surrender. Every single Alleenridder in the city was slaughtered and murdered. The whole city was sacked and plundered. However, a small group of Alleenridders, under command of Dama Mfalme Edehl of Ximus, was on a mission and when returning, they found everything gone. Ofcourse not all of the wealth of the Alleenridders was being saved in the lost city, so the small band took what they could take, and left. They went north and travelled in the night, hiding for their enemies. Ofcourse they had allies as well, but none of the allies could guarantee their safety against their enemies, as rumours said the dark emperor was destroying everyone helping the outlaws. The refugees travelled further north, but the spies of the Emperor were everywhere. At a sudden night, the remaining Alleenridders had no other choice than to sail into the unknown. In 102 AE, they arrived at the Madrice Empire. They were given a new land in the most southern corner of the Empire. They called their new home “Mpya Stedor”, what translates to “New City of Gold”. Only one year later, the Madrice Empire felt apart and Mardier was now ruling the region. The influence of the Dark Emperor didn’t reach that far North, and as a new Empire, Mardier had better things to do than to investigate who those Alleenridders were. Finally having a home again, the Alleenridders continued doing their duties, helping people wherever their path brought them. Traces of the Alleenridders could be found in Oleon, Varcoast, Corrington, … Some even dared to go as far south as Pan. The number of Alleenridders growed again, recruiting people from all those nations. Lord Dama Mfalme Edehl of Ximus died as an old and notable man, and his son, Gothe Mfalme Edehl of Stedor took over from him. To honour him and to not forget their history, Gothe adapted Damaximus as his last name instead of Mfalme Edehl. Now we are 500 years later and the Damaximus family still controls Stedor and its hinterland. With the invention of gunpowder, the knights became obsolete and the Alleenridders became the military branch of MAESTRO. But still, every child in Stedor dreams of the legends of the Alleenridders, their lost land and the fabulous wealth hidden. In the library of Stedor, there are many books written by Geshi Edeh Nis around 105 AE, and modern scientist of the Stedor University think they found where the hidden treasures can be found. The only problem we got is that no-one knows where exactly Ximus can be found on the modern maps.” Margot was quiet for a moment. She only heard a few of the stories of the Alleenridders as she grew up in Terelli, far away from Stedor. But she loves to read and stumbled across some ot the books of Geshi Edeh Nis in the Great Library of Terelli. - - - - -
  12. I just wanted to do a small scene in Nova Terreli again. A colourful house, a nice balcony, and covered in vines all the way... As MCTC needs to raise some more troops... they just happen to be walking in front of this house in Nova Terreli. As a result: No more story about this MOC. Just some MCTC soldiers marching through Nova Terreli, before being deployed to their destination. Inspiration taken from:

  14. Willem Guilder's personal guards are well known in Weelond and easily recognized across the Brick Seas, with their green capes, knee-high boots, wide hats with plumes, and fashionable rapiers. But they are versatile men at arms, equally capable with the musket and on horseback. Many young men in Eslandola aspire to join Guilder's musketeers. And now the director of the MCTC has decided to expand the size of his guard unit. Here they are seen assembling in the warehouse district of Weelond. --- Just a quick build to raise some troops in Weelond. My temporary photography location isn't ideal; the warehouse in this build is actually tan, not yellow! All C&C welcome.
  15. Eslandolan Mercenaries at the Sea are marching towards the coast near Fuerte Unido on Isla de la Victoria in the Brick Seas. Those veteran mercenaries will soon set sail for Terraversa - neither for glory, nor for their families, nor for freedom. All they are in for is their decent pay. They are professionals through and through, veterans of many battles. Those troops will be licensed by MCTC. I tried to stick with the Fuerte Unido style as closely as possible. Posting Greencoats inbetween vegetation is actually not too easy. I hope the uise of olive green and lime green works out so that the greencoats are still clearly visible... The torsos are custom printed, and have both front and back. If anyone is interested I might share the files.
  16. After La Reya Venenosa II was sunk in an intense battle at sea against those nasty pirates, only two ships returned to port. However as the Eslandian efforts to fight for free trade across all the Brick Seas had once more come to fruition, the local authorities at Salida Este, on behalf of the Colonial Council, decided to immediately build a sistership of the sunk man'o'war, Lay Reya Venenosa III. Lumberjacks went into the woods a bit landinwards and did their best to find strong trees, while ropemakers and sewers were already doing their best in town. The Eslandolan fleet would soon be able to welcome La Reya Venenosa III, and continue to fight for freedom. La Reya Venenosa III will be licensed by Eslandola. I did some experimentation with tree design, to create volume. While I am really happy with the treetops and the scene overall, I am not so happy with the treetrunks... But well, those will be better next time.

  18. Bringing the Brickall back to life After leaving the Colonial Council with Basil de Eslandola, Lady Condora headed towards the MAESTRO Shipwright Bureau (MSB) to bring a ship to a new life under the banner of the MAESTRO company. It was logical, after the loss of the Frigate The Brickwall, the company would like to hire a new frigate and a new crew to manoeuver it. So Basil sent a recruiting agent to search for new crew members. And Lady Condora had to deal the price of the old Frigate waiting to be repaired and renamed. She entered the Bureau with a quite good amount of Doubloons and it seemed it was larger than enough to get back a new frigate that would be named The Brickwall II. Here is a little build just to sistership my lost frigate. Here are some bonus pics : Hope you'll like it ! Lady Condora will be back soon for the continuation of her story...

The council secretary had sent word to all council members that there was business at hand, and members were slowly returning. Two letters had arrived that warranted the action of the council: - The first letter had been forwarded by Eslandola's ambassador to Terraversa, and came from none other than Don Isaac Montoya, Consul of Corrington. In the letter, Montoya states that Corrington has uncovered evidence of a foreign power funding and arming rebels fighting against Terraversan independence, and he seeks Eslandola's help to ensure Terraversa does not fall into enemy hands and cut off the colonies from the continent. - In the second letter, again from Consul Montoya, in response to Felipe de la Manzana's inquiry about the return of Eslandian ships captured from the pirate LeColeon, Corrington seeks Eslandian assurances of increased anti-piracy efforts in the Brick Seas. Guilder sat at his desk and re-read the contents of the letters as he waited for the council members to return to the hall.

It was a long pause (a very long pause - just over two years long, actually... ). ...You- you don't even know what I'm talking about it's been so long. Alright! Well, for those of you who don't remember, the good Captain was just seated in the Dark Green Inn of Port Wilks, telling "a long, thrilling tale of adventure, duels, piratical villains, and rivaling trade companies from the beginning to end!" and he had just lost his Class 2 ship to a Mardierian war fleet and was left in the middle of the ocean on a little tiny raft with his small crew. But it just so happens that he was in that section of the middle of the ocean that is not so very far from the bustling Eslandolan port town of Elysabethtown... (it's not my fault both of those end in town - I didn't name the place.) "And so, after a vast (he said it like, "avast") number of grueling days aboard o' that ol' piece of driftwood," Captain Whiffo was saying, "we finally spotted Elysabethtown in the distance just as our rations of cookies were giving out..." -=- -=- -=- All was bustle and excitement at the docks of Elysabethtown when the famous ETWC captain came riding in that day, his sword glittering in the morning light as he waved it above his head in the crow's nest of the little raft. The docks official and sailors stopped to cheer lustily, and the passersby paused to stare and wave in greeting at the singular sight. Captain Whiffo shook his hookhand in triumph (forgetting, for the moment, that the Mardierians were the ones who had taken his ship away, and not the other way around), and the crew leapt up in delight. "Finally!" exclaimed the Lieutenant, with a cheer, "Captain, we're home free!!" Suddenly the raft underneath them began to tremble and quake, and the beams, battered and old, started to give way and float apart. Captain Whiffo turned to him and shook his fist. "Look at that, Lieutenant! Now you've jinxed us!" But nothing could ever faze Captain Whiffo - and it probably helped that he was on top... And so he rode victoriously, just the same... ...Right up to the dock... ...And landed amidst the stunned observance of all present. ...In a most singular and original unrolling of events totally not stolen from some other famous pirate captain (dear, Captain Whiffo nearly had my head for that "other"...). Anyways, to get back to the story. "Good day sir! Captain Whiffo, just sailed in from the middle of the ocean, if you need that for your records." "Yes sir, thank you very much," exclaimed the official, making a quick note of it. "And that'll be 7 DBs in tax for docking, if you please sir," he looked up from his pad of papers. Captain Whiffo stared at him until his eyes almost popped out of their sockets. "Taxes! Tax, in an Eslandolan colony! What are the Brick Seas coming to - have I been at sea so long? I never thought I'd live to see the day...!" "Right, 7 DBs sir," remarked the officer, with a grin, taking a half-step back. It was Captain Whiffo's turn to smile. He leaned toward him and extended his hook... ...And the official, losing his balance, tumbled off the docks. And off... Into the water... Captain Whiffo leaned over with a wide smile. "That'll be 7 DBs for docking sir, if you please!" he exclaimed, "and so there we are equal, my good friend!" -=- -=- -=- "Cap'in-" interrupted the first mate again - "Cap'in, there aren't any port taxes in Elysabethtown." "What?" exclaimed the Captain. "Ah well, must have been some other rascally Maestro port that that happened at then," he grinned. "But to get back to the point..." -=- -=- -=- "Actually, that pretty much was the point. And then when all o' the crew had made it up (the official hadn't yet - "He wasn't there!" interrupted the first mate...), had made it up," the Captain repeated, "I headed off to buy the inn and warehouse where we'd landed for the ETWC to commemorate the event. But after that..." "That was when things really started happening..." But sadly, I'm afraid that'll have to wait until next time A few more pics (hoping y'all haven't got tired of them yet ) sans minifigs: The dock: The street: And the citizens of Elysabethtown: Well, it's been way too long since I've last posted something here, and it's been like forever since I last built for this storyline! Hopefully I'll be getting better on both those points in the next couple of months though! This build has been a long time in the works, and I had a lot of fun with it - got to use a bunch of my old grey on the warehouse too! - hope y'all enjoyed it and the story as well! The buildings were based off these two inspiration pics, though both ended up getting modified to a decent degree (and I personally think my in looks better than the other one, but anyways ) More to come from Captain Whiffo soon, Lord willing! Thanks for viewing, C&C welcome as always! Check it out!
  23. I've been promising my fellow MCTCers a fort for a long, long time. But at last, here she be! I hurry to say that the brick separator roof was @Garmadon's idea. Credit where credit is due and I'd hate for Captain Nordau to feel like I'd robbed his designs. But on the other hand, I don't recall him crediting me for those lamp posts he totally ripped right off my desk... As you can see, this fort is totally ready for a prolonged siege by any number of Class 10 pirate ships. No false front here. And it was nice to have this one wall going straight up. Fortunately the soldiers here are able to get their hands on a newspaper or two once or twice a year. So the angled stuff was actually pretty complex, but I'm very happy with the end result. And always happy to show off my light aqua... ...and my light yellow... I tried to go detailed in keeping with my previous Salida Este MOCs. Would have been nice to use some vibrant coral somewhere but I stuck with the pastel colors. Anyway, now we in Salida Este can finally rest secure. Maybe... C&C welcome! Edit: Forgot to mention that there's a build log on my blog.
  24. Adventure MRCA : The second part of the map Adventure Introduction : It is now well known that Felipe de la Manzana is looking for the Golden Apple. It is well known that this treasure has been hidden by the Gods and can provide Knowledge to the one who bites it. It is well known that Felipe and his faithfull First Officier encountered Native tribes that helped them to find an incomplete map that could lead to this treasure. Well, if this treasure is real... The Adventure begins : For now, Felipe de la Manzana is more than sure the Golden Apple is at his reach and he is just lacking the second half of the map he managed to collect in the Lost Golden City. He sent over many ships (and even, a phlogisphere...) to finally have a lead to where to look at... He is now sure the Pirates brotherhood called the Old Beard Caliquot Gang, in Low Town, Charlatan Bay, has the second half of "HIS" map ! It's not tolerable ! He has to act ! So, he sent his most trustfull man, his First Officer, Basil, to a secret meeting in a tavern in Charlatan Bay. - Nice to meet you, Tezclatipoca. Said Basil sitting at the table of the native. - Heyrr ! snarled the cannibal swallowing an apple and a glass of rum. - I am here today to talk to you about an opportunity ! A great one ! You'll never lack anything to eat ! The last sentence hit the glouttonous native strait to the stomac. - Never lack food ? Ever ?! he spit with some projections from the previously eaten apple. - Yes ! I assure you that my boss will provide you all the food you'll desire at any time and any cost... Added Basil, strong of the intel he's got about the greed of the cannibal. - And what d'ya want in exchange ? Carefully asked Tezclatipoca now curious and with an empty plate. - Let's get inside, and I'll explain you all our plan in front of a good meal I am offering you ! - Ok ! Hope yar wallet is well rounded... And the native followed the lead of Basil. Once downstairs, on the main room of the tavern, the cannibal ordered a Pantagruelish feast ! The kitchen of this little inn of the Low Town suffered of the glouttonery of Tezclatipoca while Basil extracted from him and its lack of attention the main information he was sent to collect. - So, my dear friend, Now I bought you this promising meal, can we discuss... - Yar ! Shurre ! Spit out the native engulfing the pies, apples, chicken legs and other delicious food he had at his hand. - I would like to know something... Something your captain may know... Something about a map... - Arh ! The half map of our captain ! It's not a secret ! Ahah ! You paid me such a meal for that ! Laughed the cannibal. - Yes, because I don't want to know where he is hiding it, but I'd like to know where it leads... And I'd like to know the secret he is hiding with his first officer. I know the actual first officer of your captain was not the first Dreadfull Bill but I'd like to know who was the first. - Arhh... that's an intel ! Yelled the native cannibal. Ok, so, with your garranty of having all the food I want and, not being armed during your raid, I can tell it to you. - You have my and my boss words on those two points. I can garranty this to you. Ensured Basil. - Ok, it is rummoured that the old first First Officer of the Captain was an ancient Eslandolan guy named Juan de Hespérida. He would had been cast away by the captain because of the map you're searching... So be careful ! We arrrh supposed to sail towards Eslandolan coast around Nellisa to catch nice preys this run... But I didn't tell ya ! - Juan de ... Basil spit out all his cider hearing this name. It is the outcast Felipe and I... Oh ! That's astonishing ! Once back to The Brickwall Frigate, Basil explained the conditions and the course of the Old beard caliquot Gang to Felipe de la Manzana. - Well, my dear Basil, it is simple ! We need to catch that pirate ship ! Steal the map and, if possible, save the native who sold you the intel. Strange that we found the former first officer of this pirate crew as an outcast at the beginning of our journey... The gods have strange moves sometimes... Let's set sail north west ! So this is my run for the Adventure MRCA ! Summary : * Participating ship : The Brickwall * Locations : heading from Charlatan Bay towards Nellisa. * Departure port : Charlatan Bay, Inferno Pordejon * Arriving port : Nova Terrelli, Nellisa * Goal : Chase and intercept, with the Brickwall frigate, the pirate vessel called the Red Nose Deer lead by captain Old Beard Caliquot. Board it and rob the map to the Pirates. If, possible, the side quest would be to save Tezclatipoca from the pirates to hire him. * Characters : Felipe de la Manzana, Leading the Brickwall and the mission. Basil de Eslandola, First Officier on the Brickwall. Captain Old Beard Caliquot, Pirate captain, captain of the Red Nose Deer, a pirate predatoring vessel. Tezclatipoca, the glouttonous cannibal, sailor on board of the Red Nose Deer, betrayed Old Beard Caliquot.
  25. I recently came across a seller on Bricklink who was selling just the ship from the ship in the bottle set (for only $10!) so I snapped it up. But I wasn't entirely happy with the design of the ship ever since the set was announced. So, I decided to build a MOD rather than build it straight as designed. I simplified the gun ports, gave it some galleon-like styling, elongated the bow, reworked the stern, changed the sail plan, and came up with what I call El Genio ("The Genie") since I have released it from the bottle! Because I won the class 3 competition in the PA Cup minichallenge, I have a free class 5 license that can be activated with a microbuild, and so I will use it here. Some other views of the ship: "On the water": Additional pics "on the water": Thanks for looking. All C&C welcome.
