  1. Hi everyone. I'm Sebastiaan. I've made a couple small brick flicks over the past years, trying to mix puppeteering and crude stop motion to illustrate some of my songs. Here they are : the first one is part of my "one song a week" series I did in 2017 where I made 52 original songs & live videos in as many weeks. for this one the live video file got corrupted so I came up with this little setup and the second one is a short story, part of my 2018 album "the flower in my chest" which is a concept album telling a story (the last chapter is set to release before the end of this month) I hope you'll enjoy!

LEGO E.T. The Extra Terrestial MOC

Here is my second MOC. This time I present to you: The E.T. Spaceship. In 1982 the film E.T. The Extra Terrestrial released. It has since been a very successful film, both in children and in adults. So I decided to make a set of the spaceship from the opening and closing scenes. For the interior I based myself on what was shown in the film. Here are some photos... The interior is easily accessible because the walls can turn outwards. The MOC contains 866 bricks. The included minifigures are: Elliott, E.T., Michael, Gertie, Maria (mother). I am thinking of making this my first LEGO Ideas project. What do you think? Would you support that or not? Thanks for all comments! They are more than welcome.
  3. Hi! I wanted to show off my first fleet I build. It's mostly for a game called Mobile Frame Zero: Intercept Orbit. I haven't played the game yet, though. To make it potentially more interesting I added a bit of background fluff. There is also a short Youtube video about this fleet, if you are inclined to rather watch that instead: I made a couple of instruction videos as well: Intercept Orbit Playlist But now to the fleet: Terran Defense Union Fleet GreyFleet001 by Maranar _bricks, on Flickr The TDU values their assets and uses defensive tactics to gain the upper hand in any conflict. Each ship is equipped with defensive systems, based on their shield ring technology. Nevertheless, Terran Command knows the importance of offensive capabilities and tries to balance these within their ship designs. [MOC] T3 Phage

Hey guys, I've built a Spaceship! Or maybe grew a virus... Don't decide yet. But if you are a huge interplanetary organizm, be careful! Or you can build your own bio-spaceship with Golgi apparatus and rybosomes, and found a new genre in spacecrafting. T3 Phage is a type of ships for invasion and integration into interplanetary species. The pilot is highly complicated sentient DNA-form. Unlike terrestial viruses this ship grows from spore, and have several stages of development.
  5. Hello out there, it's amazing how time flies, I'll admit I'm not a super moccer, I was when I was younger, before there was such a thing as "mocs" ;) ha anyway, I'm still dabbling here and there and wanted to share another small moc I made. This is celebration of the 60th anniversary and of classic space which I loved then and still do and wish Lego would re-boot it. This is my mini take on LL918, which I had back in the day. I designed with LDD and just finally got around to getting pieces for it. Even Benny approves of this Spaceship! Spaceship! Spaceship! Some more photos available in my Flickr Gallery Thanks for checking it out and hope you enjoy it. It was a small fun little build. I took a bit of liberties adding the flames for a bit of a fun affect. I like how the wheel turned out for the engine and the light saber handles for the landing gear.

    [MOC] NCS Micro Spaceship

Over seven years ago, I made my way out of the last of the few LEGO dark ages I've had in my life. I discovered SNOT and micro building, and I put together this little spaceship dedicated to my favorite LEGO theme of all time: Classic Space. It was simple, but it was also clean and it shifted the way I thought about building with LEGO bricks. I was proud of it, and when I discovered Eurobricks (and Flickr), I decided that it represented me more than a typical minisigfig, so I made it my avatar. I never took it apart and it sat around in my collection undisturbed due to how fond I was of it. Recently, however, I started to feel that it deserved a bit of an update, especially since it represents me as my avatar, as I think I have grown quite a bit as a MOC builder. And so I set about the task of one-upping one of my favorite personal MOCs and this is what I came up with: I am very pleased with build and I believe it better reflects my current building level and style; and thus, it has become my new avatar. Here's a pic of the old one and new one side by side for comparison: And here's a pic just for fun: Additional pics are under the spoiler tag, and as always, comments and criticisms are welcome!
  7. Here is a new moc presented at a recent lego fan show. Builder, my friend Fabrizio Panini. The work required about three years of design and installation. The number of pieces used is about 170,000 pieces (of which 4,000 are trans-yellow only). Many moving parts. 10 XL motors and 10 custom LED cards were used. We do not know the total weight but we used about 15 kg of Technic pieces. I hope this sharing likes you. I will soon upload more videos on the channel. Good Buildings at All!
  8. Hi all. I'd like to share a MOC I made over a year ago which I only just got around to photographing recently. Our fearless heroine on long range patrol, will she make it back? 919 CS Spaceship Right Side v1 by Magma Xenoliths, on Flickr Of course she will! Classic Space Welcome Home - Front On by Magma Xenoliths, on Flickr Close up Classic Space Welcome Home - Close Up by Magma Xenoliths, on Flickr Angle shot of base Welcome Home - Left Side by Magma Xenoliths, on Flickr And I also had a bit of fun with photoediting... so here is an attempt at some box art. 919 CS Spaceship Left Side Box Art by Magma Xenoliths, on Flickr And here is a photo of the various sides of the spaceship itself: CS Spaceship Multiple Views by Magma Xenoliths, on Flickr I had a lot of fun building this. I wanted to do something with the new trans yellow windscreens (well new at the time anyway!) and built that area... and then built the engine... and then had to figure out how to connect them together! I like how sleek it ended up. I confess to swooshing it a few times... ;-) I also played around with greebling on the underside and that turned out to be surprisingly tricky to do, my hat is off to those people who make it look effortless. I referred to it as 919 mainly because it is closest to 918 -"One Man Spaceship", which is the largest Classic Space ship I had as a kid. But I didn't set out to make an update to 918... I just wanted to build a Classic Space ship... :-) Larger resolution pics available on flickr for those who like that kind of thing. Hope you enjoy, thanks for looking.

    [MOC] Endurance - Interstellar

Hello there. Ever since I saw the movie Interstellar, I fell in love with it and now it's currently my favourite movie of all time. Back in November after watching the movie in theatre, I scoured the internet for a Lego version of it and I found Posh_hammer's (https://ideas.lego.com/projects/85221). Being so inspired by it, I decided to make it my own. First making it on LDD (http://puu.sh/gTN2Y/a628731dea.jpg), then fast forward 5 months and multiple bricklink purchases, I put it all together. It wasn't all easy of course, lots of structural problems I did not anticipate but at the end of the day, it is finally something I can call my own and I wanted to share with you guys. Enjoy. https://www.flickr.c...06/16962127002/ The Endurance - Interstellar by HwangMiHee1, on Flickr

    Kel Corona (SHIP)

The Kel Corona is a deep space scanning station. Lacking almost completely in both defense and weaponry, it is the definition of a support SHIP. Among other things, it is able to precisely track distant vessels, locate a mass variety of materials and pulses, and amplify ally shields. Also, when in a pinch, the command module can break off and jet the crew to safety. At 110 studs, this is my first entry into the madness of Shiptember. *the inner halo is lined with leds and lights up a light blue* :) here are some detail shots, as well as a video showing the 4 day time lapse of our respective ships side by side :)
  11. The Twi&'lek Bombshell by Veynom, on Flickr The Twi’lek Bombshell The Twi’lek Bombshell is a Slayn & Korpil B/SF-17 Starfortress heavy bomber belonging to the Cobalt Squadron of the Resistance movement against the First Order. This bomber is immediately recognizable through its distinctive nose art. Indeed, a ferocious dune lizard mouth is painted on the nose under the cockpit canopy, but the most noticeable part is a striking blue-skinned Twi’lek female sitting on a heavy bomb and painted on the bomber downward wing. Some people reported this was some kind of tribute to the defunct Jedi Master Ayla Secura. However, several other sources indicate this Twi’lek was only one of the numerous one-night bomb-run of one of the crewmen. Mystery will remain as the Twi’lek Bombshell was destroyed – and all of its crew killed – during the bombing mission on Q’Dar resulting in the destruction of the Mandator IV-class Siege Dreadnought Fulminatrix of the First Order Some archives could be retrieved. On one of them, we can see the Twi’lek Bombshell flying alongside another Starfortress from Crimson Squadron. This photo was probably taken shortly before its last run as 8 bombing kill marks can be seen and resistance records indicate the raid against the Fulminatrix would have been the 9th one. The Twi'lek Bombshell in space by Veynom, on Flickr Another picture shows the Twi’lek Bombshell during a bombing mission above what looks like a First Order cruiser of some kind. This one cannot be the Fulminatrix as we know all but one S/BF-17 were destroyed before reaching it. The Twi'lek Bombshell on a bombing run by Veynom, on Flickr (the above story is pure fiction mixed into canon elements from Star Wars VII: The Last Jedi .) The Twi’lek Bombshell is therefore a heavy MOD of the 75188 Resistance Bomber official set. The following modifications can be listed: The vertical wing has been made thicker by 2 plates and tiled; Nose arts (shark mouth & Twi’lek) and kill marks custom water transfers have been applied; The bomber body length has been increase by 8 studs while the hight was increased by 1 plate in order to better match the original model dimensions; The top turret has been moved backward, detailed and can now rotate; Rear guns and turrets have been detailed, taking inspiration from [URL=https://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?/forums/topic/154310-mod-bsf-17-heavy-bomber/]Gudetamago[/url] The bomber’s top received extra-detailing to closely match the original model. Forward wings have been rebuilt using SNOT. Cockpit and body inside have been detailed. It can still bomb (and the panel can rotate to be opened and reload the bombs) and it can still land as the 75188 model. Special thanks to Muad’Brick for the original concept art of the Twi’lek Bombshell and the edited pictures. [MOC] Unknown Planet Discovered

Hi everyone A few weeks ago, I've made this small MOC. The story behind this MOC was easy: 'A new planet is discovered'. I wanted to build a micro-scale space ship with a few pieces, this is the result: 01_Unknown_Planet_Discovered by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr 03_Unknown_Planet_Discovered by Mathijs Bongers, on Flickr Pictures also on Flickr: https://www.flickr.com/photos/mathijslegofan/albums/72157694219332374

  16. Wind jets are commonly used by the federation council in Dearghtaigh galaxy. Made in Sanaria by sanur specialists. 3 antennas on the front creates electricity with wind like wind turbines. And when fully charged it releases the electricity from the front antenna.
  17. Since first time I saw brick no. 27255 (Plate, Modified 6 x 6 Hexagonal with Pin Hole) I knew I need to build something sci-fi with it. Nexogon (part named after Nexo Knighs theme where it appears and heaxgon shape) was used here to make pilot's cockpit, massive engines and some greebling on the top of the spaceship. [WIP]My bad try at an MOC

Hi all, I'm like totally new here... And well not really a good of a builder but being a huge fan of the lego "clunky" Spachips... I'd really love to create some of my own to fill up the empty spaces in my displays :D Well anyway here is my very first try at something it's a total WIP but to get an idea of how awefull I am xD (Put in Bluerender to get the real picture): And here's my first update... Needs a lot more details... But the clunky part is getting along quite well: Anyway I'd love some feedback, positive or negative... And tips are always welcome too :D
  19. And here is my latest MOC, a Gozanti-class cruiser modified for deep-space exploration of the fringes of the known Galaxy. (/U version) Gozanti in space by Veynom, on Flickr First, a quick introduction to this Gozanti spaceship. It appear briefly in the prequels and can be more extensively seen inside the Star Wars Rebels anime series. I've chosen to built the latest from SW Rebels. The most visible difference is around the wings and the reactors but also regarding the color scheme based on 2 shades of greys. However, and let's be blunt, whatever the subversion, this ship is plain ugly and by far not the most elegant from the Star Wars universe, except maybe for those (a bit like me) who consider that because it is ugly then it must be an attractive ship. TLC has already released a set about this hip under reference 75106: But, without any second thought, we may agree that this is not their best rendering of a Star Wars ship. In short, it is just ugly and the only few sections where it could have been sleek have been slaughtered by an horrible greebling. Thereofre and because it was so ugly, I decided to make a nicer less ugly version of it. The main idea was to make a model more or less 3 to 4 times bigger and thus multiplying all dimensions of the 75106 by a factor of around 1.5. The final result is this model: Gozanti/U-class Cruiser by Veynom, on Flickr A small ship of 109 studs long (89 studs with the probe). As I built it during the month of September, I decided to add a forward probe in order to reach the mythical lgenth of 100 stuffs and participate to the SHIPtember contest. It results in a version which is a bit less canon but still probable within the Star Wars expanded universe. The resulting asymmetric forward body helps in breaking the otherwise monotonous aspect of the Gozanti without crippling the ship with excessive greebling. I could have also easily added the 11 missing studs to reach the 100-stud's length but as I worked without any detailed schematics (and online pictures are often contradicting each others). And in the end, basta, you will see many Lego Gozanti without a probe but mine is unique. Gozanti nose by Veynom, on Flickr I have integrated the playability features from the original set, except the shooters and springloaders that I despise in an very imperial way. Gozanti - Zoom on the central engine section by Veynom, on Flickr When you turn the black section of the central engine, both turrets will rotate. Absolutely useless but quite fun during a fair. The TIEs can be launched exactly like in the original set. I should make larger TIEs as well. There are 7 opening panels of all kinds: cockpit, forward port side, lateral sides (port & starboard), forward roof, main body and Ackbar hatch. A friend of mine felt quite inspired by my model and created several renderings. All of these are pure digital rendering and my original MOC is indeed grey. Those pictures are just for the sake of having fun. Gozanti WIP - Opening panels by Veynom, on Flickr 29th of September: the Gozanti is completed (Just in time) Gozanti-class Cruiser by Veynom, on Flickr Done, it has been exposed to BrickMania Seneffe (Belgium) already and will also be present during BrickLive Brussels (Belgium) in a couple of weeks.

    [MOC] Portal Spaceship

Portal ships are used to create instant connections with distant regions of the galaxy. Such ship can open a large quasi-stable wormhole and travel to the destination point, where it establishes a stable link with another ship in the point of origin. Since quasi-stable wormholes are dangerous, portal ships are fully automated. The ship is also capable of sublight flight in normal space. Here we can see a smaller ship appearing from subspace: Front view of the ship: Rear side of the ship with 3 groups of sublight engines: Close-up view of the portal: Close-up views of the engine pods: Larger photos can be found on flickr. Thank you for your attention!
  25. After getting reinvested into the LEGO Blacktron theme with the Scouttrax, Trooptrax and Liberator ground vehicles, it was a given that I also had to build a Blacktron spaceship, Spaceship, SPACESHIP!!! I wanted something big like a command ship but not so big that I would have to spend a small fortune on Bricklink. So I opted for a frigate class ship. This is the Blacktron Blackbird a Blacktron C3 (command, control and communications) frigate. Designed to act as a forward HQ for an AO (area of operations). As most ships in the Blacktron fleet, it is fast, heavily armed and cool looking as hell. It has two modes of operation. It's standard cruise mode in which the ship is one long sleek craft. And then it has a battle mode in which the front cockpit detaches and acts as a multipurpose fighter/bomber. The fighter is called the Wasp it has a variable-sweep wing which can be completely folded backwards. When the fighter detaches the main ship is controlled from a secondary cockpit slightly farther back. It is not difficult to see where the inspiration for this build came from, I think. It had two main sources of inspiration the first obvious being the Lockheed SR-71. The second is a bit more obscure but I hope fan of the Star Trek universe will still notice it. Have to say I had a lot of fun making this build and also making some of the images. All my other MOCs since my dark age rely heavily on LEGO Technic, all of them are remote controlled. This is quite the opposite. Hardly any technic involved here. Nor any complex mechanisms so I was able to fully enjoy the design process, which was a lot smoother than normal. Still planning to expand my Blacktron forces further. BT4EVER!! For more pictures please check my Flickr page: https://www.flickr.com/photos/33425520@N07/albums
