  1. NEW Models will appear in replies to this thread Models in this thread: RAZOR CREST RIOT MAR's STARFIGHTER NEW REPUBLIC PRISON SHIP (NEW) RAZOR CREST Hello everybody I thought I would take a short break from building stuff from the animated series and build something “real”. Also what better way to celebrate the launch of the first live action Star Wars TV series than by building something out of LEGO?! Unfortunately being in the UK I might have to wait to actually watch it. ☹ Anyway I present my MINI version of the Mando’s starship ‘The Razor Crest’. And I must say I am really pleased with how this little model turned out. I am especially pleased with how the engines have turned out. At first I was not sure how to attach them and keep them at the right level but in the end I settled on the minifigure neck brackets. The engines themselves are built around a 1x1 brick with studs on the sides and the two ends of the engines are connected with a 4L Bar. I also think those grey ingot pieces give the shape perfectly. The ship also goes from 1 stud wide to 2 and back again so I could use those new triangle tiles for the rear ramp section. I have also made the usual ‘Planets’ style display with the new Mandalorian minifigure. I could go on but I will let the model speak for itself. Let me know what you think. Jon PS. Is it just me or does this ship remind anyone else of the ‘Serenity’ from Firefly?

    Faction: Clan Eldar (CE)

"Brothers and Sisters; "We're done hiding. "Some say the galaxy doesn't need us any more; that the Empire did everyone a favour with its conquest of Mandalore. They say that a warrior culture has no place in a galaxy that's had enough of war. "But I say this; there will always be a place among the stars for those who are willing to fight for it. Those who aren't prepared to let someone else deny their right to exist. "So if you've got the guts to wear the armour, I say you've earned the right to be a Mandalorian. It doesn't matter who you are; where you came from; born or made. If you're willing to stand against the storm with your head held high, Clan Eldar will stand beside you." Faction: Clan Eldar (Mandalorian Remnant) Faction Leader: @Ross Fisher Members: @Merc4Hire, @SodorBricks, @n1majneb, @Lamborghini Waffle Sauce, @jhaelego, @JShortForJay, @PandaQuil, @Moppo Headquarters/Capital: Lantilles (P8) Planets: Lantilles, Gizer (P8) Sectors: None Grid: None Description During the Great Purge, many Mandalorian families and clans were entirely wiped out. Some members of Clan Eldar were fortunate enough to escape by fleeing their homes - a hard act for any Mandalorian. These disparate groups managed to keep in touch and, now that the Empire has fallen, are tentatively making contact again. Soldiers Clan Eldar consisted of Mandalorian warriors that donned Mandalorian armour with black, dark green, and orange color. Nonetheless, Members of Clan Eldar, and their allies, wear a wide range of different-coloured armour, and some wear no armour at all. Times have not been kind to the Clan, and many new members still need to earn their armour. Clan Eldar does not expect its members to follow The Way. Removal of your helmet does not make you any less Mandalorian. Giving up does.
  3. I thought I'd build something while waiting for my E-Wing parts. I don't intend to build this IRL any time soon, but I've not seen many Lego versions of the Starviper, so I decided to see how it would turn out. So I present possibly the most awkwardly shaped ship in Star Wars. :P And a reference. If I ever get around to building it for real, I'll be sure to bump this. :) New version with instructions. https://studio.bricklink.com/v2/build/model.page?idModel=6733

    [P8 - Azure - CE] Hunting Imps | Part I

*Your entry has earned 5 XP* Olen was searching the plains of Azure for an old imperial bunker. Supposedly, since news had reached them of the defeat at Jakku, a small squadron of storm troopers had holed up underground with supplies and credits Olen's employer dearly wanted. So far the imps had eluded him. Luckily for him, his new bike wasn't quiet. It drew the attention of the imps who made the mistake of thinking they had a chance...

    Micro Razor Crest

I decided to give a try to build my own version of the Razor Crest during the quarantine, but using my own bricks. Due to limited availability it had to be a micro version, but I'm happy how it turned out. I tried to incorporate some play features as well (doors open, kind of landing gear, "interior" or at least hollow space) and keep it as smooth as possible. I'm proud of the sloped cabin, the most difficult part by far. I hope you liked it. Regards, PaulPrime
  6. *Your entry has earned 8 XP* Ch.1 Mando's On The Hunt It was a simple bounty puck. Just another bail jumper hiding out on Arcan IV, or so Var had suspected. Turns out the bounty had been dealing with an empire cell and Var had just interrupted their secret meeting. Before he knew it, Var was neck deep against an army of stormtroopers. "Drop the blaster. It’s over, we have you surrounded", the stormtrooper shouted. "I’m not so sure about that", Var replied as he reached over to his belt and quickly grabbed a thermal detonator. He knew he would not be able to escape the explosion but Var had no other choice. He resigned himself when suddenly blaster shots came firing from the rear. They all look up to the sight of another mandalorian swooping in from behind, completely catching the stormtroopers off guard. Var sees his opportunity. One mandalorian is enough to turn the tide, but two mandalorians and the battle is won. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey guys, I decided to expand my prior build now that I have re-familiarized myself with my bricks. I wanted to go for a more industrial, rusted look. Tell me what you guys think. Also I would like to make this my official submission to the Mandalorian challenge. Edit: I have swapped out the original photo with an improved one, so you should be able to see the build much better now.

    [MOC] Baby Yoda

Hi, I know that there are a lot of LEGO versions of the new Star Wars star, the Kid (aka Baby Yoda), but after watching the show, I needed to build my own version. I hope you like it. He can move the ears, the mouth and the arms. Thank you.
  8. *Your entry has earned 10 XP* Excerpt from Cdr. Bannon’s log: I’m puzzled by the narrow minds of high ranking ex-imperials who lay claims to imperial property and feel the need to establish their petty kingdoms and sanctuaries. This should be a time to stand together. Since they will not unite and cannot be reasoned with we will bring them to justice. Intelligence reports that a previously forgotten imperial outpost on Hoth is being raided by ex-imperial scavengers. Since Reaper Squad is unavailable, this is the perfect task to test the mettle of our newly reborn Imperial Super Commando unit. The task is direct: Search and Destroy! Show no mercy... Send a message... Loud and clear... Stealing Imperial property will not be tolerated... And of course... Leave a witness alive... /// Oh my... I think I lost it a bit with this challenge. It's just - blood and gore works really well in the white snow... Anyways... A really fun way to work with some mandos kicking megablocks! Let me know what you like and dislike...

    At-St Raider Moc

An At-ST Raider Moc inspired by the recent MOC's created by Lewis Kiwi and previously LDD Model Maker. This is my first Moc created through the Studio program, overall I enjoyed it although it doesn't compare to building with solid bricks. Any Feedback would be Appreciated. Here are two more renders of the model https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o4Z9pesWccasCvVjQHrvW2flYdxDUGDw/view?usp=sharing https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iGkU4qVU8x-u8tRJGNj5tBkmtWDcHXa6/view?usp=sharing

    [MOC] Imperial Troop Transport

Hi! Stay home they said so... this is my new MOC design! Imperial Troop Transport New project ready - this time the Imperial machine, which unexpectedly appeared on the Mandalorian series! The vehicle currently consists of equal 1003 bricks, although it always changes during construction. Inside we have an interior for 2 drivers, 6 stormtroopers on the side, inside an additional 8 or 10 depending on whether we take equipment on board. The roof will be removable, the ramp and hatch open, plus a revolving cannon. The PDF Instructions will be available in April! Full Preview on my Youtube - Edge of Bricks, link below
  11. Nal Hutta was a hot, swampy planet located in the galaxy's Outer Rim Territories that was the homeworld of the Hutt species. The planet was a haven for the criminal elements of the galaxy. We can find here also Bounty Hunter Enclaves, such as this one here. My build to celebrate May 4th. This is my first Star Wars MOC, wanted to build something with my new Mandos. C&C welcome! Sorry for the background, I took them in my store.

  14. The Gauntlet was a Kom'rk-class fighter/transport owned by the former Mandalorian splinter-faction leader turned bounty hunter Pre Vizsla. Designed and constructed by the Mandalorian starship manufacturing corporation, MandalMotors, the Gauntlet took its name from the Basic language translation of the Mando'a word, Kom'rk. Equipped with powerful engines and twin laser cannons, Gauntlet fulfilled dual roles as a troop transport and starfighter, and was maintained by Vizsla— former leader of the Mandalorian splinter-group known as the Death Watch—as his personal transport during the galaxy-spanning Clone Wars. It was later owned by his son, who used it in bounty hunting during the Galactic Civil War era. The Gauntlet was a Kom'rk-class fighter/transport, and like the smaller models of the Kom'rk-class, measured 52.3 meters in length. Gauntlet possessed broad, angular, rotating wings the rotated to an upright landing position when grounded. The starship was also equipped with dual, forward-facing laser cannons located at the nose of the main body, and powerful engines that made Gauntlet one of the fastest troop transports in the galaxy. (not canon) owner info: After being proclaimed dead (Pre Vizsla faked his death at the hands of Darth Maul), and losing his title of leader of Death Watch to the Sith lord, Pre Vizsla escaped Mandalore on his ship, the Gauntlet. He fled to parts unknown, and had his ship repainted into a rusted colors of browns, grays, and black. Pre Vizsla held out for the rest of the Clone Wars on the desert world of Tatooine, hiding his ship in the bustling space-port of Mos Esiley at Docking Bay 93. It was around this time he found himself a wife, one of the refugees from the further out in the Outer Rim sieges. Her name has never been recorded as she died in child birth, but their son has: Par Vizsla. Around the time of rise of the Empire, the father went into business of bounty hunting, and Pre made sure to teach his son the importance of their shared Mandalorian heritage. When Pre died of old age around 3 years Before the Battle of Yavin ( or 3-BBY for short), Par Vizsla took his father's ship and armor and began bounty hunting full-time. He took this profession as a sort of challenge against Boba Fett, the "top dog" of the bounty hunting world, and another Mandalorian-armor wearing hunter. Their rivalry would go on for some time, until Boba was "accidentally" eaten by the Sarlacc. Par Vizsla then had to fight off several new threats to his "top Mandalorian" status, until finally being lost in the deep core chasing a bounty and was then termed MIA around the time of the Battle for Jakku.... though what truly happened to him and his ship will never fully be known. After all, he was chasing the Millennium Falcon! The cockpit seats two figures, one pilot / owner, and one bounty in handcuffs. The cargo area folds up, (and down) and can store a single crate. The ship, while landed, has the two side arms fold upwards 90 degrees. Builders notes: This model is a color-changed and slightly modified version of set 9525 (Pre Vizsla's Mandalorian Fighter). I liked the model, but not the color scheme, so I changed it to match one of the figures in the new Mandalorian battle pack (set 75267), who is going to pilot this ship. I removed the ability for the ship's cockpit to turn 90 degrees sideways while flying as I didn't like how it looked. The landing function still operates as intended, though. The story I wrote that goes with this model is 100% my own fan fiction. It has been inspired by the Clone Wars TV show and other bits of info from the Star Wars Wikipedia about various topics. Most (but not all) of the ship's info is straight from the Gauntlet's page on that wiki. (This model should be built in real life next year, hopefully by mid-March.)
  15. See the rest of the story: Season 1 Season 2 Junker's Fee Welcome to Fondor Fondor City Nightlife Many Bothans Died... Well At Least One Fixing to Clear the Mind Thermal Detonator Pot-Pie Focus Torturous Trial The Escape The Calamity Star Hyperdrive Repairs Motivating the Troops Kuati Spaceport A Friend of a Friend Coming Back From the Edge After leaving Kuat, it had taken Kale and I weeks to track down the first lead on the Mandalorian bounty hunter that had killed my brother. Turns out there were a lot of Mandalorians who had a beef with the Empire so the list of those who were on record as killing stormtroopers was pretty long. We narrowed that list down to those who had been known to be on Fondor when my brother died. We ended up on Naboo of all places. Turns out the queen there was sympathetic to the Mandalorian's vendetta against the Empire and allowed them to come and go freely from a number of space ports as long as they didn't cause any trouble. Kale went out to investigate our next lead while I went out to get some supplies. When I got back to our quarters, I found a note saying "they" had Kale hostage and if I wanted to see him alive I'd meet them at the attached coordinates. I left in a hurry, taking only the beskar blade I had received from Bryce after I finished my training with him. "We know you've been hunting one of our own," stated the woman with red hair. "Your clumsy attempts to track us have alerted the Empire to a number of our operations." MKJoshA just stayed quiet, waiting to see what their demands were going to be. He could tell Kale was bad off and didn't want to say anything rash that would lead to more harm. "We've already taught your friend the dangers of being on our bad side," continued the woman. "Leave us alone, never try to track us again, and we will let you and your friend go." Josh looked around and could see he was vastly outnumbered. But he had come all this way and it seemed like he had finally stumbled onto what he had been looking for so he decided to press his luck. "If you've been watching me, you know why I'm here. You know I want vengeance on the Mandalorian who killed my brother. If he is here, I challenge him to single combat!" The Mandalorians on the ground looked at each other and the woman spoke again, "I don't think you understand your position here. You don't get to make demands. Leave us or you and your friend die." Just then a Mando flew down from the roof top. "I'm the one your looking for," the blonde one said. "So," thought Josh, "it wasn't a he, it was a she!" "I killed your brother" continued the blonde. "He died without honor as all Imperials should. But you, you show honor by seeking to avenge him. I will give you the privileged of dueling me and dying with honor." Josh could tell she didn't expect him to be a match for her. But she didn't know he had trained for this moment with all his passion. Their blades locked and the combat began. Again and again their swords met and just as often they released and each combatant twirled away looking for a weak spot in his/her opponent. The Mando slashed wide and Josh took advantage of it, twisting her blade out of her hand and driving her the ground. The other Mandalorians quickly raised their guns and trained them on Josh. "Do it," she said. "You've beat me fairly. Kill me and take your vengeance." "No," replied Josh. "Killing you won't bring my brother back." Josh wanted justice, and he still wanted to turn the Mando into the authorities to answer for her murder. He knew he and Kale wouldn't be allowed to leave if he demanded this though. "One bridge at a time" he thought. "I just had the chance to kill my brother's murderer, and turned back from the edge. Now I need to figure out how to get out of here alive." But he still stretched out his hand to the blonde Mando to help her to her feet. But as he was pulling her up, a blaster shot rang out. Josh saw the Mando falling backwards, clearly dead before she hit the ground. He dove out of the way, not wanting to be the next victim. The ensuing firefight between the Stormtroopers and the Mandalorians left a number of dead Mandos and put the rest to flight. Josh was helped to his feet by the Imperials. "Are you alright sir?" asked the lead Stormtrooper. "We received intel that there was Mandalorians in the area and we were sent to erradicate the problem before any civilians were hurt. Looks like we got here just in time." Josh couldn't believe his luck, the Imperials didn't recognize him as a Rebel! "Tha... tha... thank you!" Josh said trying to sound sound like a worried, loyal member of the Empire. "Think nothing of it sir," answered the trooper. "It looks like your friend here needs medical attention, would you like me to call in medical support?" "No, you've done enough" said Josh, "I'll get him to the med-center myself." "Very good," said the trooper. "We'll continue our eradication of these scum." As the Imperials moved out, Josh reflected on what had just happened. His brother's murderer was dead, but not by his own hand. Kale was okay and would be back on his feet soon. And they had both just narrowly escaped another run-in with the Empire. Josh didn't know what this all meant, and he didn't know what was next. But he felt like this chapter of his life had closed. He may not know what was next, but he was pretty sure the Alliance would have something to say about it.
  16. Meet the Assassin Probe -- Tal Merrick's frightening war droids. Appearing in the "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" TV series S02E13, this frightening droid was tilized in the Death Watch's mission to assassinate Mandalore Duchess Satine Kryze. Ultimately failing in its mission, the droid nevertheless succeeded in surpassing the terror and frightening nature of the other Separatist Alliance droid machinations. This droid has not yet been produced by the LEGO company, so my MOC is, as far as I consider, the perfect design. My MOC features all of the characteristics depicted in the actual droid. It features a head that can rotate across 360 degrees horizontally. In addition, the legs are built so they can be flexed and repositioned as the builder chooses. All of the playability features the droid has. If you want to recreate this droid yourself following my design, I have the LEGO DIGITAL DESIGNER file for this model up for sale on Etsy and eBay, both of which are available now. Click here to purchase the instructions on Etsy. Click here to purchase the instructions on eBay. Please let me know what you think in the comments section below.

    [MOC]: Mandalorian Hideout

Mandalorian Hideout My 2nd creation for the Clone Wars community build is a mandalorian hideout, which is in a hangar. (maybe on coruscant) /It's one of my older MOCs, but this is the perfect place to show it./ In the background a mandalorian is repairing the speeder and there are the guns: Other views:
