    LEGO Avengers - Helicarrier

LEGO Avengers - Helicarrier by Adeel Zubair, on Flickr VOTE ON LEGO IDEAS: https://ideas.lego.c...projects/74211 We all know it's very unlikely to get a large scale model of the Avengers Helicarrier from LEGO; so why not have a mini one? It's compact and is a great iconic show piece for your desk or shelve from the hit movie Avengers (2012) This small model only contains 126 pieces; therefore it's an easy purchase and isn't going to break the bank. One day this LEGO Avengers Helicarrier could be yours; click the vote button and share with your friends and make it happen. Custom Iron Man Gantries

Here are two custom Iron Man creations I worked on. I used the basic concepts used in the unofficial bootleg sets to start, then customized from there on out using official Legos. Most of the changes were to add stability to the models as well as increase the overall size. My goal was to build matching gantries using the same black, grey, transparent light blue color scheme as some custom Iron Man Hall of Armor creations others have posted online that I really liked. Thanks to the person who built and posted the MOC Hall of Armor using the black/trans LB color scheme as this is what inspired me to start building stuff other than official sets. Iron Man 2 Gantry Avengers Gantry Hall of Armor Thanks for looking.

    Iron Mans Hulkbuster Suit

In my upcoming film featuring the Avengers, I had to come up with a design for a more compact and sleek Hulkbuster suit for Iron Man to use to take on the Hulk. You can check out the suit in action November 1st on my Youtube channel. I went through alot of stages devolving this. It's pretty sturdy and sleek and I'm happy with the overall result. I thought about using a 4x4 dome and motion tracking it with an Iron Man head decal but it didn't look as great. It would make a great fight against *Hint* Hint* Thanks for looking!

    Batman's Bat-Mech

A frame from some test footage of the LEGO DC/Marvel Crossover that I've been developing for almost a year. And yes, it does transform into a Batmobile. A small sample of it in action can be viewed during the credits . I'll have new photos/videos up later this year on the facebook page. Thanks for looking!

    Iron Man 3

Hi all, I've just posted my first Cuusoo creation, it's the Iron Man Hall of Armour from the upcoming movie. There are 7 pods for Iron Man suit variants, rotating central platform with articulated assembly arms, display screens and storage units. I'd be interested what you guys think and any tips you have to offer. Thanks Ryan http://lego.cuusoo.com/ideas/view/38458

  7. *PLEASE READ* This is a thread for educated guesses on possible Marvel sets in 2015. Please do not make random guesses or type down what YOU want rather than what is likely to be made. Remember simple things like usual set price points and number of figs per price point. No $20 sets with more than 3 minifigs or ridiculous expectations for sets with low piece counts (Ex: a $50 Helicarrier or $20 Quinjet). That being said, I've made a list of Age of Ultron sets based on set photos and film rumors $13 set- Comes with Iron Man mk 42 (new version), 2x Ultron drones. probably a set piece and/or a vehicle $20 set- Based on set photos I think this set will have Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch, and Hawkeye (trenchcoat). It will probably have a vehicle for Hawkeye and some destroyed cars/scenery $30-40 set- Comes with Ultron (I believe there are 3 forms so this will probably be the 2nd), Thor, Captain America, Ultron Drone. This will probably be a smaller, sleaker Quinjet. $50 set- Strucker's base from the beginning of the movie. It will have Hulk, Iron man (in a brick built Hulk Buster), Black Widow (she is dating Hulk so it's a good fit), Scarlet Witch (controlling Hulk), and Strucker. It will include Loki's staff and maybe a chitauri head in a jar. $80 set- Final battle. Last form Ultron, mk 43 Iron Man, The vision, Quicksilver, Cap, Scarlet Witch. What do you guys think? Did I miss any figs? What about non-AOU sets?
  8. In an alternate universe where TMNT and Avengers are the same thing, a new team of heroes has been assembled: The Teenage Mutant Avenger Turtles! Known as the Turtlevengers, they fight against crime, alien invaders, and all kinds of sci-fi threats. TMAT by Oky - Space Ranger, on Flickr Here is the main team of superheroes in a half shell. Captain Leonardo is the leader in (red, white, and) blue and does anything to get his avengers through. Donnie Stark has a way with machines, so he created a high-tech, full-body "shell" for himself. The Incredible Raph tends to loose his temper and mutates into a big green(er) rage monster. Michel-Thorgelo is one of a kind. He loves the food and entertainment that the human world has to offer and he always goes into battle swinging his weapon around and shouting his catchphrase. Turtlevengers Assemble! by Oky - Space Ranger, on Flickr These are the friends of the Turtlevengers. Hamato Fury, aka. Splinter is the dark-skinned man who created the Turtlevengers. He is also the one who trained April Romanov, the red-haired friend of the Turtlevengers, and Casey Barton, who has a relationship with April and whose weapon of choice is sports equipment. TMAT Allies by Oky - Space Ranger, on Flickr Oroku Loki, aka. the Shredder is the Turtlevengers' arch enemy and likes to wear a pointy helmet, a cape, and pointy weapons. He leads an army of Kraangtauri, an alien race of generic soldiers in shiny armor who entered this world through a portal, in a quest to conquer the world. TMAT Villains by Oky - Space Ranger, on Flickr I hope you enjoyed this little crossover.

MOD - Nick Fury's Flying Car

This is more like a "mod" than MOC :) I have finally got the 76004 set with Nick Fury, Spider Man and Venom (I love Venom!), but the green car does not look right in my setup which contains the original Quinjet, original jeep and my MOC Avengers truck. So I just turned it back to the official blue color... And now everything is all good and ready for battle!
  13. Hi Eurobricks gang. I'm fairly new to LEGO collecting, and wondered if I could enlist the help of you who are in the know. I've bought the Avengers lego minifigures, but it bothers me that Black Widow didn't come with a gun. I'd really like to buy the one she (and Nick Fury) is holding on the Avengers LEGO poster, but I've yet to find this gun anywhere. Do you guys know if this is an existing gun, that is available to buy anywhere, or was it a one-off especially made for this poster? Any tips would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks! :-) Snoozle

  15. To celebrate the upcoming release of the Iron Man 3 movie, I created minifig designs for every film suit. (If I left any out, let me know.) Comments and criticism are very much appreciated. This is the official minifig design, with an improved minigun. For those interested, it's made out of a neck bracket, one 1x1 clip, a space gun, and some binoculars. I've got a version that has missiles too; expect pictures soon. For some reason, the helmet angle makes this guy. I also liked the leg detailing on the film version, so I tried to pull out the details there and Lego-fy them. Doing this guy was fun. I'm not sure what he does in the movie, but his repulsor looks like a Roman collar. I imagine him as the chaplain of the Iron Legion. ;) The official Extremis armor, with gold arms. (The three actual minifigs of these that I own have gold arms, so I went with that for the CG version.) Identical to the official minifig. Identical to the official minifig. This was probably the hardest to design in terms of torso detailing, but the end result looks official. I'm not 100% satisfied with this guy, but it's recognizable. This is basically a recolored Mark III with rivets slapped on. This one is easily my favorite. This is a slight redesign of the official LEGO version. This was the longest one to design, especially with the complex torso plating. I actually just finished a Gemini suit render for Solid Brix Studios, but this is a separate design that fits my own tastes a bit better. Whew! I hope you enjoyed them!

    MOC: Marvel Racers

Since it is Comic Con weekend, here's my follow-up to my DC Superheroes Racers: Marvel Racers! In order to be able to compete with DC, all the Marvel heroes and villains built racers for themselves too! First up, we have the racers of three of the Avengers. Since the Hulk is a larger than life hero, his racer is equally as big and strong. It's a military jeep that has been turned into a monster truck! Hulk gives a whole new meaning to the term road rage, so other racers would do best to stay out of his way unless they want to make him angry, and you do NOT want to make Hulk angry. Thor's racer in the colors of his costume while Captain America's racer is an American flag on wheels. Cap's racer has a clip on the back that allows him to attach his shield there, giving him ultimate protection from the back! Meanwhile, the Hulk has a spare tire. Here we have the fourth Avenger Iron Man together with a friend and a foe. Much like their armors, Iron Man's and War Machine's racer are very similar aside from their colors. The Mandarin's racer is a smaller version of his flame-throwing bumper cart from the Ultimate Showdown set. Even from the back, Iron Man and War Machine's Racers look very similar. And just like in the Ultimate Showdown, Mandarin has a flame thrower on top of his cart. Rounding out the Avengers team are Nick Fury and his shield agents. Hawkeye's racer is inspired by his truck from Loki's Cosmic Cube Escape. Fury's racer is a smaller version of his hovercar in the Spider-Cycle Chase. And Black Widows kart is, well, black. While Black Widows racer is sleek and fast, Hawkeye's is powerful and heavily armored. Fury's car can't transform, but it's still made up of state of the art SHIELD technology. Look out, here comes the Spider-Racer! Along with his friends, Iron Fist and Nova, they make an unbeatable racing team! Spidey's racer has the same patriotic colors as his costume as well as a big spider logo on the front. Iron Fist's racer is partly shaped like Shou-Lao, the dragon he slayed to get his powers. And Nova's is in the same colors as his costume. Iron Fist's spoiler even has the shape of dragon wings! Hot on Spider-Man's trail are three of his worst enemies! Venom's racer, much like his appearance, is a black and white version of Spidey's. Doc Ock's kart is a smaller version of the vehicle he had in his Lab set. Green Goblin's racer is made of the same Oscorp technology as his glider. As you can see here, Green Goblin's racer has a similar exhaust as his glider and Venom's spoiler is a bit more spiky than Spidey's. Here we have a few more, somewhat obscure villains. First, there is Thor's brother Loki whose racer is made out of Chitauri technology. Doctor Doom's racer has the same colors as his plane and bears the Latverian symbol. Riding alongside him is his henchman, the Beetle. His racer's headlights resemble big bug eyes. The Beetle's spoiler is made out of the same material as his wings and Loki's racer has the same exhausts as the Chitauri ships. Wolverine is the best at what he does, and what he does is make his rivals eat his dust! His racer is made out of adamantium and has the typical X-Men colors. That makes it indestructible, but also susceptible to his main villain, Magneto, whose racer has magnets mounted onto it of course! Meanwhile, Deadpool is just in it for the prize money. His racer has his signature colors and a big "D" on the hood. Magneto's racer even has a magnet in the back. Wolverine's spoiler resembles a certain haircut. And Deadpool's racer has his logo on the back. Let the race begin! Vote for your favorite Marvel racer above and let us know who you think should win, Marvel or DC? As before, if you like these, please support them on Cuusoo: http://lego.cuusoo.c...deas/view/42554

  20. As the title would suggest... Avengers! Here are my custom (purist) versions of Earth's Mightiest Heroes! But wait, there's more! Avengers, disassemble! Here's a shot of the group in their downtime. Still... something's missing... Nick Fury? Agents Hill and Coulson? SHIELD? That exhausts the minifigs for now, so on to the titular MOD, the Quinjet. First, I added a chin-gun. It's connected in two places, simply because the connection style swiveled too easily and wouldn't stay in place. Still looks good, though, in my opinion. Secondly, I nudged the wing-hinge so that it's centered, 'cause it looks better, and added little rocket-y pieces to the flick-fires so they didn't look as out of place. Wait, didn't the original set have a hatch there? Oh, right, bigger and better. Plus a cleaned-out interior! And lastly, another view of the inside- I should probably add benches. The Quinjet with my custom Chitauri Chariot (I have two, identical, built mostly from pieces from the Avengers sets.) Didn't take a picture specifically of the Chariot, but this one has a decent overview. Mostly just wanted to try that shot of Nat flying the chariot. And a close-up of Loki riding his chariot. Wielding his staff. (No, the idea wasn't originally mine- I'm not sure who's I saw, but I liked it enough to cut up one of the several staffs I got :P) And now I'd like to close with a couple of little scenes I made from the movie: "I need an eye." And: But not only did I make Thor and Loki fighting... Ta-da! That's really it for now. I plan on making at least one fairly detailed scene at some point, seeing as neither of these took very long to build, but my pieces are unfortunately invested in other projects currently. Comments and criticism are definitely welcome. I do realize not all of my 'figs are very close to the movie, but I'm happy with them as representations of the characters themselves.

    MOC: Bifröst Battle

A simple creation depicting the Bifröst Battle at the end of the movie Thor. I rather like how the rainbow turned out, and I think it's the coolest part. “What you seek is a bridge.” “Like, like an Einstein-Rosen Bridge?” “More like a rainbow bridge.” Enjoy ~Nemo

    MOC: Marvel SHIELD Boat

I loved the film Avengers (I mean who doesn't!!) and was so exited to find out they were making lego sets of them that I bought them the day they came out!! I loved the sets but I really wanted to build some extra vehicles and building as well as characters (which I will post on another topic) to play with and put on display with my other sets. This is the first MOC that I have made that (I think counts as most of the other ones were a bit... well... rubbish) and I hope that you enjoy my work. It didn't take that long (20 mins + time to sort out decals) as most of the pieces that I used can from LEGO Agents so most of the Dark Blue pieces were there for me. I was originally making a submarine but I ran out of time. So here it is (I understand the decals aren't that fantastic but the printer that I use isn't that good!!) Side View: This is the best view (in my opinion!) as it shows of the whole of the boat and the shield logos on the side. Top View: I tried to show all of the interier. This is still a WIP (work in progress) so the interier will be improved!! I decided to write a little story to go along with the set (like the description in the lego catalog): The evil members of H.Y.D.R.A have stolen the secret information about the Avengers! Chase them down with the high speed S.H.I.E.L.D boat. Use the jet at the back to propell your self into the enemys base or chase them down on the waves. Who will win? You decide.
  23. This topic is for people to discuss what people would like to see in the avengers 2 sets (I mean why wouldn't they?) What figures will finally be made into the official category? Will we see LEGO Wasp, Ant-Man, Black Panther or Ms Marvel? Obviously we can't know for certain but we can always guess!! Also this is also a place for people to display some of the avengers mocs they have made of scenes and figures both from comic, the first movie or even made up scenarios!

    MOC - Avengers Commander Truck

Some of you may have seen my Avengers Truck, and so I will make a little post about this MOC which was made quite some time ago :) Seeing the whole set of Avengers vehicles from Lego having only a plane (Quinjet) and a jeep (and now Nick Fury's car which I turned it into dark blue color to join the original color scheme), I feel it needs something a little more solid to complete the line. So I had the idea of a mobile command center, a truck. And it is coming! The truck built is actually quite easy, borrowing all the techniques you may have seen in different "great vehicles" from Lego City line. The back is built like in 7733 set. You may notice that the built of the truck head is different because of the height of the doors. I took them from the original Avengers jeep, and so the doors cannot be fitted in under the windshield normally. I therefore reverse the construction to make it work. The tail is a little different. I feel that the back bumper area of many Lego trucks are not well done. After many experiments I came with this 7-stud wide approach, giving it more solid protection and a more sturdy feel to the truck. Inside we have a a little command center with computers, and a gun rack at the back. No idea why Tony Stark always occupies that space for his suit transfer, but that can be the second use of the truck. (note the foot stand for Iron Man, the pointed piece indicates Mark VI suit which has triangle core at the chest; the other one is for Mark VII) The gun rack can actually be taken out (a little different you see here from above because recently I modified it :) the picture above is more recent). One can change the rack for different arrangements and types of guns as long as the width and height is maintained to be kept in the truck. I also modified the jeep as you see, because the original is just harmless! Now, the firepower is back for the Avengers! Hope you guys like my set!
  25. It is Chinese New Year here and so I have a little holiday. With the free time I finally have the chance to clean up my Lego shelves and the superhero sets. After that, I think maybe it is a good time to take a record photo for them :) It is just my humble share, and I believe some of you may probably have a bigger setup! Have you guys read the comics from Marvel and DC? How many of them do you recognize in these photos? Full image: http://d.pr/i/Xdin Full image: http://d.pr/i/zsbW Full image: http://d.pr/i/i0HQ Actually I think the villains in Marvel sets are overlooked. Dr. Doom is a huge villain who is just impossible to die, and so is the upcoming Mandarin. Therefore, I am MOC-ing something for the armored Dr. Doom, a Viper or something, after completing a Freeze Boat for Mr. Freeze. How about your setup? Let's share it!
