  1. Do you love Lego? Pirates? Monkey Island? Beautiful MOCS? Yes? Then go read this fantastic story on MOCpages. It's very funny with lots of references from the very first Monkey Island (the three trials, vegetarian cannibals, "I want to be a Pirate!"...), but don't let it distract you from looking at the pictures, it's a wonderful MOC with really nice technics and light effects! [MOC] Viper WIP

My first attempt at a Battlestar Viper but I don't have all the needed parts.
  3. Mark of Falworth

    CCCX The Palace of Lorean.

Deep inside the city of Dalmunutha, capital of Loreos, stands the proud palace of Prince Lorean. Built after he conquered the petty states and founded the principality of Loreos. He constructed this domicile to endure the test of time and stand as a monument to the triumph and glory of the Loreesi. My first entry to the Medieval Architectural Detail Category in the CCCX. For the Glory of Loreos!

    Room at Toberg

This build was inspired by the great work of eilonwy77 and Sirens-Of-Titan Room at Toberg by bentoft, on Flickr

    [MOC] WIP Modular Townhouse

Hey guys, I'd like to introduce my WIP Townhouse MOC. With a complicated financial situation ATM, I turned to LDD to start creating something on my own. This is at the same time my first LDD and first modular MOC (but It's 4 story high). The outside is pretty much done, but I'm still not happy with the roof. I'm working on the inside (furniture is OK, but need some more stuff). I'll be glad to have your feedback on that, I do plan to build it for real when I can afford to. The pics are so-so, I'll try to do it better tonight.
  6. Shine

    Veiny Slab

Built sporadically over the course of several months. Kept losing interest in the design.
  7. Creator set 5867 (Super Speedster) is such a great set, isn't it? All three models are really detailed, inspiring, and fun to build. If you are like me, and you have a weakness for Vintage Roadsters, The Lego Club bonus model instructions make the set even better. I rebuilt that model one afternoon, and pondered one aspect of its design - it makes use of some of the spare black and light bluish grey pieces from the kit to give the impression of a lowered soft-top roof. What would this model look like, if the roof was raised? I had a few spare bits that could be put to good use, so I decided to create a raised roof within the limits of my tiny bit bucket (and similarly-sized brainial gland). Here is the result! Now one doesn't need to consider British Precipitation when debating whether to take part in this year's London to Brighton Run. Huzzah! I'm quite pleased with the overall look, considering the limits of my available pieces, and the constraints on the geometry. The roof assembly actually tilts forward by a few degrees to allow the hinge plates at the back enough clearance. I love it when a plan comes together! The roof's tilt really complements the look of this mod - but it was a "happy accident". The windscreen's connection allowed it to be moved back, which created a gap below the black plates used for the top of the roof. The forward tilt for the whole roof assembly was now possible by using the spare red hinge bricks (and plates) from the main Super Speedster model. Just to make sure that what I was making didn't violate building conventions, I recreated it in LDD. The only thing I couldn't place was the black 1x4 tile below the rear windows. Download the LXF for yourself, you dastardly bounder.

    MOC: Streamline moderne shop

Hi everyone! Here is a quick build I made after returning from the US in the summer where I got a little inspiration. It gave me a chance to use some techniques which I wanted to use a long time ago. I wanted to use lots of classic streamline moderne elements and styles. Its a shop selling clothes for ladies. I mainly wanted to concentrate on the fascia of the building so didn't bother making it completely modular like previous builds. There is a few more pics on here http://www.flickr.co...s/52656812@N04/ Comments welcome!

    [MOC] Bowling, (WIP)

Hello all, Just wanted to share my latest (first) MOC....Bowling! I was playing around with LDD for the first time today and whipped this up real quick. Very simple and I plan to add to it. I used SNOT for the lane itself, but I want to add a seating area. I'm having a little trouble trying to figure out how to transfer from the SNOT lane to a regular studs on top seating area. Comments, criticism, questions are all welcome.
  10. Hi everyone! Having a day of (literally) nothing needing to get done, I decided to take advantage of the time and build myself a new modular building. I've incorporated some design inspiration from the Fire Brigade set. As a matter of fact, this building is made exclusively of parts from the Fire Brigade (save for the masonry [brick] bricks). So far this is only one floor. I'm not sure how high I will make it, but this is what I have for the time being: There is no interior. I don't do interiors. Locutis

A family playing Pong in the 70s

A small MOC showing a family playing Pong in the 70s. I got the inspiration to build it from an old Nintendo advertisment.
  13. In my ongoing Heroica RPG Quest, The Light That Reveals Everything, the heroes have made it to a convent with a large sanctuary. It's dedicated to the god of Light and Justice, Ennoc, protector of the Paladin Order. From the beginning I was just planning to make a small set piece but well... it turned out a bit bigger With the heroes. Stained glass window technique is of course inspired by eilonwy77, the Queen of cheese slopes. Thanks for watching!

    [MOC] Ma.K Tank

I can't say I really know what else to call it. The build was quite fun though. It was really nice to be able to have all of the parts I wanted on hand to build with. A snow scene just seemed fitting, I can't really say why. Be sure to check out the Flickr set! Built October 2012.

    Santa's Workshop MOC

I've tried putting this up on Cuusoo but they've rejected it during 2 stages of completion, but that's OK, here's my Santa's Workshop which is part of a larger Diorama. I'm happy to give anyone the link to the draft page (if that'll work) if you're willing to tell me what I'm doing wrong haha So... what you AFOLs think?
  17. I built this Lord of the Rings MOC last week and brought it to an event with Swebrick, the Swedish LUG, this weekend. First I had planned to do a build with all of the fellowship, but I didn't come up with anything good at the moment so I settled for this idea. I think it is a really iconic scene for the first movie. Sorry for the non-clean background. The trees got a bit demolished in the transport home and I'm not sure if I'm going to rebuild them so I took the photos from the event. Hope you like it!

    Chinese Junk

[pid][/pid] 142A This is my first Moc post on Eurobricks, but it is certainly not my first Moc . This is my newest ship. I built it after watching POTC At World's End, having been inspired by the Junk in the movie. I also wanted to have a try at custom hulls, something I have not tried before. They didn't come out too bad, did they? I'm sorry for the bad quality, this was taken on an IPod. Here is the full ship, with crew on it. Without Crew Gundeck/Midsection Stern area/poop deck Instead of using a steering Wheel, like most ships, I thought a tiller would add more of an Asian and exotic feel, so here is my tiller. It doesn't actually move the rudder, though Bow/Front Area Head on shot. Anchor. Its not the best designed, and probably not very realistic . I could probably make it better, but I like how it comes over the front. Stern shot and Rudder. Here is a little bit of how I did the hulls. Not really sure how much you can get out of it, though . Front small sail. Back Large Sail. Finally, The Crew. Captain First Mate Pirate Pirate Pirate Pirate Pirate and Ship's Monkey And, that's it! I hope you liked it. Any and all Comments and criticism are very welcome

    [MOC] Mini Modular Apartment

Hi, I'd like to introduce to you my first ever modular MOC. I'm fairly new to Lego so my collection is small. Therefore I think it's only appropriate that my first modular MOC is in the mini modular scale. Please note the studs on the roof (rear view) represent a rooftop garden. I'd appreciate any feedback as I plan to add new creations to my 10230 set over time. Additional photos can be seen on my flickr account http://www.flickr.co.../in/photostream

    MOC: SD Batmobile

So, I made a Batmobile but it was a little too big, so I gave it a go. What do you think?
  21. Pandora Panda got a brand new Roadster for her birthday! Here she is cruising along, ... ... showing off the dark red leather interior and folding roof, ... ... opening doors and uhm... steering wheel, ... ... shiny front, ... ... and (headache-inducing) sloping rear and spare tire. Of course Pandora Panda had to really test the performance of her new Roadster, so she challenged Ricky Raccoon to a race through the streets and forests of Fabuland in his fast Hot Rod. All the Fabulanders came to watch the race and... see Pandora Panda win. Let's see if you can spot the obligatory Fabuland frog.
  22. After more than 30 years of loyal service, Billy Goat finally decided to replace his old tow truck. Look what the cat goat dragged in.
  23. Fabuland's Ricky Raccoon has a new ride. He has replaced his scooter with a fast new hot rod. Bigger versions of these pictures on flickr.
