  1. Introducing Cpt. Jean-Mech Picard! When I came up with this idea, I thought this was probably quite a common concept for a Lego MOC. turned out it wasn't so, but now I also know why... it took me forever to design a mech that could fit into the model of the Enterprise. So here it finally is. Thanks for checking this out. For more pics head over to bricksafe.com and if you're interested in building one for yourself, instructions are available (though not for free, sorry) over at rebrickable.com. Battling Robo for top shelf domination!!! Live long, and prosper!
  2. Youtube Link Under the command of Captain Jonathan Archer, the NX-01 crew answers an urgent distress call only to quickly find themselves deep over their heads on a planet without any land mass. A Pritchard Studios Production. For more information, and to follow the progress of the film, see here. For some time I've been developing the idea for a Star Trek fanfilm. It's finally to the stage where I have something to show off! While the teaser here is entirely CG, the film itself will be mostly stop-motion, with effects shots and scenes of the ship rendered in Blender.

    NX-01 Enterprise

The NX-01 was the first NX-class starship, launched by the United Earth Starfleet in 2151. She was equipped with humanity's first Warp 5 engine. Commanded by Jonathan Archer, he served as her captain for ten years before the ship was retired and placed in a museum. She was featured in Star Trek: Enterprise. (2001-2005) She was 225 meters long, but this model is 8.6" long, 4.7" wide, and 2.4" tall. (That's roughly 1:1030 scale, looking only at the length.) She's got 310 parts, with a Bricklink price of roughly $40-$45 USD. (I intend on polishing the design, then buying the parts for a physical version.) Other than a few tiny aesthetic details, I'm ready to call her complete. Been working on her for about 2 1/5 weeks in Bricklink's Studio 2.0. HMS Enterprize (1774)

[/url] Hi all, this is my first sailing ship in at least 30 years. But I went all-in. This is also the first adult MOC for which I have bought "my own" bricks, rather than relying on whatever (admittedly copious) odds and ends my sons had lying around at a given moment. Anyway, my creation is a fully-rigged minifig-scale (1:38.4) historical LEGO model of the 6th-rate frigate HMS Enterprize (also spelled as Enterprise), launched in 1774. I know that class is a bit "over-exposed," but the size was right (the end result is 5 feet long bowsprit to boom, just possible for me to lift), the plans were readily available on the web, and it's a lovely ship. My intent with it was to meld model and toy--it has a lot of working features and internal play spaces. In this post I'm basically just going to focus on some of my favorite pictures, rather than bogging down in a lot of text. But if you are interested there is more to see: - I have a ton of pictures on Flickr with info in many of the descriptions: https://www.flickr.com/photos/136587164@N02/collections/72157664502401642/ - I have a MOCPages page with more info: http://www.moc-pages.com/moc.php/426851 Also, I'm happy to answer any questions here. And if there are picture angles or subjects that I neglected, let me know and I will snap them while I still have my photo setup in place. I hope you will like my product, it's been about 8 months of work. Throughout that process, seeing what is being done on the Pirates board here has been a big source of encouragement! [MOC] Micro Enterprise

So this is my mini version of the USS Enterprise, built for the "Chibi Micro Contest" on TBB. Once again, the scale is very hard for me to work with but I had a lot of fun building it
  8. Hello everybody! Sometimes the question is raised why there is no Star Trek™ LEGO®. I would like to present a possibility to you how you can go to your local toy store, buy an official set, but go home with a Star Trek model, instead. This works out in form of an additonal alternate model of Creator Set 31006 - Highway Speedster. It's a model from this year, so you will have no difficulties aquiring this one. It consists of 286 pieces. Building instructions can be downloaded of course! When building alternatives I usually have two rules in my mind. - Don't let it look too much of a patchwork - Use as many pieces as possible The result this time was a Starship Enterprise model with clear deisgn lines, and an appropriate stand. Unfortunately it only uses about half of the pieces available. Sometimes that happens but usually the two official alternatives to the main model also use much lesser pieces. So here we go! Building instructions can be donwloaded directly from my homepage: http://st.deckdesigns.de Thanks for your time and interest! Yours Chris.

    Star Trek: U.S.S Enterprise

My first MOC here on Eurobricks, The U.S.S Enterprise from Star Trek I want to make the disc shaped part thinner so it doesn't look so clunky, then I'll be working on a Klingon bird of prey. Thanks for looking at my MOC. Comments and constructive criticism welcome.
