    Chicken Walker MOC

Hello there! Starting with the photo: I wanted to build an AT-ST for quite a while already and now the monthly building challenge on another LEGO forum was about iconic vehicles from movies... well, the decision what to build was not very hard! I hope you like it...
  2. When I saw set 75936 first time I fell in love with this huge T. rex. Then during building it I found big similarity between body of T. rex and chicken I had for lunch. This gave me initial idea: "Is it possible to rebuild T. rex into chicken and use only its parts?" Now I can say YES! I used original legs, modified body, make neck longer, built new tail, wings and head and here is Chicken rex (in short C. rex). It feaures moving legs, wings, neck, head and opening beak. You can find its detailed review here. And by the way it is even life-size - you can see my chicken besides medium sized egg for comparison at picture bellow. Building instructions are available at rebrickable.com
  3. Since this year Easter is almost cancelled, I decided to use Easter related minifigures to illustrate proverb known in many European countries: Where two are fighting, the third wins.

    The Farmer's Van

Please let me introduce you my latest creation, the farmer's van. This car and the minifigure tools will be the part of a larger countryside layout. Despite that, I think the van, the chicken coop and the large variety of minifigure utensils make a whole separately. So I decided to start a LEGO Ideas project. You can check it here: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/81cec135-0576-4922-a198-7b06e7384185 If you like the idea, please support it. If you share it, please use #bringbacktheLEGOgoat hashtag. Provide fresh fruit and vegetables, milk and eggs to the citizens of your LEGO city with this ultimate farmer starter pack! Ensure that everyone can get healthy organic food from you – a trustworthy local producer. This idea includes: The farmer’s car with opening doors and with enough space for two minifigures. A large food supply: carrot, asparagus, apple, cherry, egg and milk in bottle. Two chickens with their house. The farmer and his daughter. Last but not least, a free-range goat, an original LEGO goat. Yes, we really should #bringbacktheLEGOgoat ! Behind the ide: Do we know what we eat day by day? Eating quality food and knowing its source are getting difficult nowadays. As a conscious consumer, I want to highlight the importance of locally produced organic food and promote it with a nice LEGO set. Furthermore, as a LEGO fan, I wanted to create a set idea that contains a lot of food minifigure utensils and the legendarily hard-to-find LEGO goat. The goat in the pictures was lent by my friend – I don’t have one either! :) Thank you for your feedback and support. You can check the pictures in large resolution on my flickr gallery: https://flic.kr/s/aHsmBNeXFn

    Mitgardian Farmhouse

Entry number four into the Colossal Castle Contest XVI. I built this house for another project, but figured I might as well enter it into the miscellaneous category. There is a full interior inside the house, accessed via lift off roof. I'll be using this build in a tutorial covering how to angle buildings on landscapes in the future - but it probably won't be posted until the CCC is done Many farmers have small homesteads in the tundra of Mitgardia. This particular family’s livestock consists of chickens and goats. You can find more images on Brickbuilt. Thanks for looking, and feedback is always appreciated
  6. Chick, you've cheated on me This is a reference to a song by polish band Kury (Chickens or Hens): www.tekstowo.pl/piosenka,kury,chryzantemy_zlociste.html Chorus: "The golden chrysanthemums, In a half-liter bottle after vodka, standing on the piano and nobody megablocking waters them" Note that in Polish it is only one letter of difference between word "kura" (chicken) and "kurwa" (bitch - which is in the original title of this song - "Bitch, you've cheated on me"/"Zdradziłaś kurwo mnie")
  7. Easter bunnies are not so cute... And additional vignettes: Happy Easter and beware of the bunny!

    Animals

Hello! Recently I have decided to enter a contest over on Flickr, the Colossal Battle Contest in the group LEGO War. One of the categories is Beasts of battle, and I was wondering if anyone had ideas/techniques of how to build cool animals that might fit that theme. I already have one entry done, but I still want to hear some ideas and learn some new techniques to apply in other builds as well. I hope this topic will help others too, because I know that animals and beasts are often rather difficult to realistically represent in LEGO brick form. Thanks everyone!

    MOC: Mad Max 2

I made a couple Mad Max 2 vehicles in 4 wide for my photo a day project. The movie came out in 1982 and the LEGO vehicle standard was 4 wide at the time. Max's Interceptor Humungus' truck This highway ain't big enough for the both of us.

    [MOC] Fast Food Machine

This is my new Lego MOC based on some pieces I received in a Bricklink order: Cows, chicken, green spikes and yellow gems. It is called the 'Fast Food Machine'. I've posted the below video on our Youtube channel which gives a commentary about the MOC. I hope you like it. Mike .

    Brickfilm - THE CHICKEN DANCE!

The other day I acquired the collectible minifigure of the guy in the chicken suit. Well, I decided to make this random little thing!
