Decided to take inspiration from fellow builders and put all my past & future builds into one thread, so I wouldn't feel bad about having to create new threads everytime I had something new to upload. The first pictures are the builds that got me started back in 2017, and ones at the bottom are the more recent mocs that I've made. Well 2024 LEGO Speed Champions released 2 last cars (F40 & NASCAR) so came time to discuss about 2025. Somewhere in internet I read LEGO go all in F1 cars in 2025. What's your thoughts?

I made Tow Mater to pair with my Finn McMissile It wasn't easy to get the shape right with limited parts, but i managed I think this might be my best MOC yet. I'm pretty sure he scales correctly to my Finn I didn't manage to figure out how to make guns with the parts in the set but I did include other accessories such as his waiter outfit and the bomb. Comparison with official set Recolor with movie accurate colors

Finn McMissile, British intelligence. I wanted to make something big for this contest so I went brickset and looked at all the set with RRP at $149.99 among the sets I found 10262 and decided why not turn this British spy car into a different British spy car and I made Finn McMissile from Pixar's cars 2. Sadly there weren't enough part to recreate all of his gadgets but I did manage to include a hidden gun and if you replace the black round tile with bar on his wheels with a red one (that is included with the set) you can give him his explosives. I tried to match his proportions as closely as possible. Hidden gun Wheel explosives Comparison with the official set I don't know if its allowed, but below is a recolor with movie accurate colors

Hi, this topic is something different. Here you can share either designs for cars, or single parts of your design. Such as a central column, seats or even a complete drivetrain. If you have something interesting to share, something innovative, stylish or complex, feel free to display it! I'll start off with a center column design of mine. Here's a picture linked via Flickr: Center_Column_Render_202194 | Scoar Sonander | Flickr As you can see, the upper fairing is tilted at a slight angle so as not to interfere with the bottom one. This makes the center column 3 studs wide, it looks very cool and has space for a wire or an axle leading through it.

Hello. This forum is about classic car MOC builds and custom classic car MOC builds. Basically any car from the 90's and below can be on this forum. You can put your classic or custom classic car MOCs here on this forum too. And you can talk about classic cars. This forum is made to inspire classic car fans all around the LEGO space. And here are the things I would like to ask you to do. Do not bully or use profanity. And please do not be hesitant to report profanity. Please be nice to beginner builders who put there builds here. This is my first time creating a forum so if I mess something up or if you have any suggestions on what can improve this forum just let me know.

Hi everyone, So I’ve been thinking and have decided to create a new topic for everyone’s 8 wide Speed Champion Mocs! This is because I find it a bit annoying to create a new topic for every Moc, so hopefully people here will be happy to contribute in terms of submitting your own Mocs or to just share your thoughts everyone’s builds. I am currently working on a Bugatti Chiron in 8 wide so I’ll post that here soon. If anyone wants to start this thread off by posting some pictures, please go ahead and hopefully this can become a permanent topic!

Hi there, I want to share my latest version of my LEGO BMW M3 (E30) with you. I'm interested in getting your feedback. I've also made a video, where I demonstrate the functions and which sows the details a bit better. I hope you like it. I've also made instructions, available on Rebrickable.

Hi guys, I'm addicted to Lego and MOC cars collection, I built a custom-made furniture, hand-made, to exhibit my models, I designed by myself and realized in 3 months (in the free time of course). Now I'm looking for a model to fill the last 1:8 space. I was thinking to Shelby GT500 1:8 that i love, but I already own two Mustang including a moc of shelby made by lego set 10265. As Alternative maybe the Aston Martin GT3 but I'm not so convinced. Maybe I'd better wait for the 2022 Lego 1:8 model? Any suggestion about that? I'm also thinking to replace fiat 500 in the future, when I will fall in love with another 1:12 model PS thanks to brunojj1 for helping to fill two of the spaces

Hello Skoda and Speed Champions fans, Skoda 105 is one of the iconic Eastern Bloc cars of my childhood. It was a rear-engined, rear-wheel drive small family car that was produced by Czechoslovakian car manufacturer AZNP in Mladá Boleslav, Czechoslovakia between 1976 and 1990. Engine sizes were 1.05 and 1.2 liters respectively. The color scheme of this model is based on my father's first car. Building instructions are available on the following links: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-93968/_TLG_/skoda-105/#details https://www.mocsmarket.com/lego-mocs/skoda-105-building-instructions/ KIT is available on MOCHUB: https://www.mochub.com/moc/skoda-105 It is a studless build in the original, 6 studs wide Speed Champions scale and fits perfectly to the new City style cars too. I have minimized the number of the stickers to keep the flexibility of the parts in further builds, therefore only two standard vehicle registration plate stickers are used. I wanted to build the model as accurate as possible in this small scale, therefore it contains lots of details: for example the front ligths, the front grill with the narrow chrome line and Skoda logo, the side view mirrors and the rear view mirrors, the door handles, the black rubber stripe on the sides etc... Maybe the most challenging one was the C pillar solution. I tried to fill every unnecessary gaps and therefore some tricky build techniques are used. The model has space for two minifigures: one on the front seat with small or middle sized hair (the rear view mirror assembly has to be removed in this case) and one on the rear seat without any hair. I prefer the model as it is shown on the pictures, but there are some modification possibilties: a) a rear windscreen can be added (there is a more detailed explanation in the last step), b) many of Skoda 105 cars has side view mirrors only on one side, c) on the real cars the color of the door handles and side view mirrors are sometimes black on the other ones they are chrome. Hi everyone, This is a recent build of mine. After the adventure in the jungle and among the Ancient Amazon Ruins, Johnny Thunder and his friends made it back with the boat. Gabarros had left after Johnny paid him and the adventurers are loading the cars to travel back to the airport. Senor Palomar was killed by Achu and Rudo Villano had escaped with a raft on the river. Enraged by seeing the Adventurers after what happened in the Jungle, he stabs Harry Cane. Johnny Thunder is angered by this and grabs his sword and attacks Rudo. How will this end? Feedback and questions are appreciated.

Hi there! This topic is going to be showing you a few car MOCs in a rather different approach to build small Lego cars. Intentionally building cars for minifigs to fit in, i never could get it right for the cars overall proportions. So i decided to just focus on the overall shape/design and left the figs out. Mathmatically i found out that 1/42 is the scale i wanted and i played around with that ;) I usually used to post some of these type of 1/42 scale cars in the town forum, but on further thought its not the right scale for typical "town" or "city" MOCs/Sets. So simply said, i dont think these should be in the "town forum" any longer... I will just call it "small scale" from now on and not "minifigure-" or "micro scale" as i did a year back, since they dont aim to fit minifigs or their surroundings and are bigger than 4 and 5 wide tiny turbo mocs. However, they happen to look good next to figs, so dont wonder if you will see some figs next to them for scale comparisson. I hope you enjoy this thread if you are into cars, i will frequently add in more models. As you may know, 2019 marks the 20th anniversary of the Lego Racers computer game. I doubt that Lego themselves will do anything to celebrate it (I mean, there's still no word on the progress of The Billion Brick Race) Which is why I want to. And here's a little preview of how I choose to start the celebration.... Yup, as you can see, I have created a modernised version of Rocket Racer's car. I've also done the other 7 boss cars too which will be revealed on January 2019. Also, I can finally reveal that over the past couple of years, I have commissioned MINIFIGS.ME to create custom minifigures of both Rocket Racer and Veronica Voltage. (As you can tell by the helmet.) I hope you will enjoy the other racers as they come. And don't worry, the final photos will be in much better quality. I just wanted to make a flashy teaser image with my blue lighting, that's all! I also want to host a contest themed around this wonderfully unique kart racer! Would anyone be interested in entering if I started one?

The following creations were built to commemorate the 20th anniversary of the 1999 Lego Racers computer game. Pieces new and old have come together to form these newly revised versions of the 8 boss cars. Please enjoy! 1) Captain Redbeard As you can see, Captain Redbeard's new ride uses the microbuild of his ship from set #40290 as a base for this off-road beast of a racer. But it still retains the large exhausts and rear mounted pirate flag from his original car. The sails make this the tallest vehicle in the collection so far. .

Hey there, just noticed the scaleres finally got their own forum which is great news When it came to my small scale of 1/43 its always been kind of on the edge of being somewhat "good with minifigs" yet not really made for them, so i mainly posted into town forum despite them not being the standard town cars apporach. The figs mainly serve as a size relevance here. 6 studs is 2m. A minifig is 1,7 m high. Now onto some pictures of my recent ones, i hope you enjoy :) Ferrari on model stand by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr Ford Speed Champions by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr Familia Lamborghini by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr ambulance US by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr Vintage Racing Porsche by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr Sports SUV by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr T3 German Ambulance by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr A Smart choice 1 by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr VW T1 redesigns by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr

Modulars are the big player in the category of "AFOL" aimed sets and we all have seen probably several displays online/on conventions. It has always bothered me how TLG doesnt really include more cars to that line or a car based buidling (garage etc). Its either that City is the series for that (to save some expanses) or that they dont really agree on a scale there (one must admit, the Cinema limousine is fairly poor designed and doenst match the City line designwise). Perhaps they just know we will find our own solutions ;) Therefore i ventured out last year to analyse and calculate sizes of certain elements, such as windows, doors and their standard measures (also comparing world wide) - since those are the only standards we have regarding the "modular scale", fixed elements. Everything else can vary (height, length etc), as it does irl. Thats why its not easy to say which scale we are actually getting here...which would in return be necessary to "agree" on a car scale I brainstormed it all into this old thread, which led me to 1/42 scale. ...and i've been updating the scale and ideas since, currently arriving to a 1/43 scale (the difference is quite huge in this micro scaling!) Now i know this is certainly not the usual approach and we will never know the "true scale" of modulars, leaving quite a lot of scale options possible. Also the following builds are rather "scale models" than "minifig cars" - but perhaps this is to somebodies liking here, so i just post the second run of vehicles for the fun of it. One of the main things i really like of working in this scale is the "puzzeling" of parts in several directions in SNOT, just like the modulars have it done in their detail areas. The other thing is that the size of vehicles lets the Modulars appear a lot bigger then when city scale/ Speed Champion is being used. So this car in its design principle is quite modularish, but if it blends in well i leave for you to decide ;) Nuff talk, pics: Modular context, sundown by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr scale universe 1:43 by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr Pickup by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr ambulance US by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr Sports SUV by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr Vintage Racing Porsche by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr VW T1 redesigns by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr Car collection by Ron Dayes, auf Flickr

Hi friends, You know me for my big scaled one of a kind ship models that i build in commission for ship onwers and shipyards and have build many of them, but the most time i create and design and liver very exclusive construction kits for my clients. The last 3 year i have created more than 10 different kits and sold a couple of Thousand of them. My designs with the construction kits are nothing, without the great work from my great friend JunkstyleGio for all the renders and instructions and Jaap Technic for his sticker sheets. This year is a very busy and the first 4 sets are ready to deliver out and here is the first sneak previeuw of the first construction kit that is gona be deliver to a client in Brasil this week. It's a Tugboat that is build at the scale 1/87 and have 1457 pieces and is for my client a new build tugboat that is liver by Damen shipsyard design 2412, build in Brasil and is sailing in the second week of August. Here are the first pictures of the construction kit and later on more news of her. I hope you like it, and this is a set and not a one of kind model where i can go mad in details. And JunkstyleGio and me make a joke in the disclaimer and the client must laugh very much on it and have to stay in the final printart. Regards, Edwin

Creating Tiny Turbo MOC is a great way to design a LEGO Car, it's small and you can add so many details on it. I've done some Tiny Turbos MOCs, so here it is... Let's start with my very first Tiny Turbo creation, Orcar: Orca Car: Orcar by Kamal Muftie Yafi, on Flickr The second one, a Hatchback Racer: Hatchback Racer by Kamal Muftie Yafi, on Flickr Then get low with this Slance, Slammed or Stanced Car: Slance by Kamal Muftie Yafi, on Flickr Got into a concept theme, a Concept Buggy and it's ready for Off-Roading! Hello AFOLs, I have been working on a project recently that will commence in an instruction manual for all cars and figures included in Lego Racers, the PC game. I have just finished up the manual section for circuits 1 & 5 and am willing to share that with the community. The complete manual will require a small fee to obtain once it is done ($5-$10), but I am willing to share the first part of it with everyone. I am going to work on getting a bricklink list together for these individual circuits, and will share that when it is done.
