Hello, Meet my monster truck, a blast from the past inspired by my favorite childhood toy: a '57 Chevy Matchbox car. It's not a copy of any real truck, but it's packed with cool vintage style. It looks right at home with Speed Champions cars and can star in any LEGO City scen, just add a crowd and let the show begin! It’s now submitted to the Bricklink Designer Program (BDP) Series 11: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/designer-program/series-11/4408/Flame-Monster ( and I have submitted two other vehicles too and a castle, you can find all of them here: https://www.bricklink.com/v3/designer-program/series-11/main.page?page=1&s=tlg ) I've added loads of authentic details, like a front bumper with lights and a license plate, headlights, turn signals, a custom grille logo, and more. But the real showstopper is the brick-built flame job, it's what makes this truck truly unique. The set includes 1 minifigure and a spare wheel, and offers plenty of play features: • Working steering (via a wheel under the truck bed, see Image 4) with +/-20 degrees of turn • Openable tailgate (see Image 7) • Pivoting rear axle that mimics suspension. For display, tilt it onto its spare wheel for a cool, dynamic pose (see Image 1). • Removable roof for easy access to the single-seat cabin (see Image 7) The connections of the two flame elements to the exhausts are loose, so they are intended for display purposes only. Hello Speed Champions and City fans, It was my entry to Bricklink Designer Program Series 3 and 4. It has received many kind comments and support, but unfortunately it has not been selected, therefore I decided to make the instructions available here: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-177592/_TLG_/school-bus I always loved American style school buses, therefore I decided to design one to Bricklink Designer Program Series 3. It is not actually based on a real one, but it contains many typical details: the black bumper rails and STOP arms on the sides, the crossing arm, the side and rear doors, the rearview and crossover mirrors, the mudguards, the warning lights etc.. The roof assembly can be removed as one piece and in this case the internal details are visible: there is a driver seat with steering wheel, dashboard, gear shift, passenger seats and even a fire extinguisher. It is 8 studs wide, studless build in minifigure scale and fits perfectly to Speed Champions cars or to a LEGO City. There are many working details: the front and rear doors, the STOP arms, the crossing arm and windshield wipers. I wanted to create a clean build and tried to fill every unnecessary gaps and hide unnecessary studs, therefore some tricky, but legal build techniques are used. The set includes three minifigures: a driver, a school girl with a pen and backpack and a school boy with a brick built backpack. The model has space for 17 minifigures: one driver and 16 passengers. If the passengers are kids with short, rigid legs, then they can stand on the seats. The building instructions guidelines have been followed. It is built from the palette "BDP Series 3", so there are some color and part restrictions. The color "Bright Light Orange" would be a bit more authentic, but the available parts are restricted, therefore I decided to use "Yellow" and I am satisfied with the result. The STOP sign is very rare part and it is not available in this palette, therefore it is replaced by a simple, white, circular sign with a sticker. The door 43967 is also not available in yellow, therefore it is replaced by a brick built one, however, in this case I was able to add some extra details: a black door handle, bottom window and red lights. Hi,happy 2017! In 2014 and 2015 I post 4 cars each year....in a single post, in 2016 I want to make the same, but i, been a little late, so i post it in 2017 XD. Enjoy my 2016 cars, c&c are wellcome. This one is a little red coupe in "futuristic" retro style, 50´s-60´s or something like that..... A sport pickup, not to old not to modern... A classic hot rod pickup....for all ages :P And this summer I buy some old sets from my childhood, and make some reimaginery, redux. or whatever you want to call it... the firs one is the: 6672 Safari Off Road Vehicle, Aaaaand, a bonus one!!!!! Enjoy it!

Hi all ! Here's something i've been working on for the past couple of days, and i wanted to show you some lil' preview. Yeah, you can cal that teasing ! All in LDD right now, as i'm unemployed i got some spare time, but i'm also running extra low on cash so can't buy parts for now. But they'll sur be build, as i've the idea of a complete universe ( cars, town parts, modular homes, ... ) Sorry for the LDD pics, but the rendering technique of mecabricks/blender don't work as some parts aren't available on mecabricks, gotta have povray. Here is a range of cars/"motorcycles" and a huge machine. More to come when i'll find the way to build them. I tried to make those, like my funicular, as realistic as possible yet steampunkish, with gears/engines/boilers/etc. They are minifig scale, width wise, but must be longer than what may be usual ... The huge machine is the road maker, sent where there's no path for cars to make some. I'll do some detailed pics of every one of course AS always, comments and critics are appreciated ! I am a Classic Town nostalgic and sometimes I miss the real 4 studs models :) In fact I think they are still useful for City dioramas. So I've built this tiny ambulance using the nowadays elements except the wheels and the back hinged door. This creation is ispired by the Star Wars universe and condensed in the LEGO format of a Skyline Architecture set. There are a lot of scenes, locations and vehicles recreated from the first two trilogies. If you can't spot them all there is a list in the following link. Instructions There are more than 790 pieces so it's jam packed :) Dimensions 792 pieces cm 37.5x 10 x 19 inch 15 x 4 x 7.5 studs 47 x 12.5 x 23.5 weight 388 gr / 13.7 oz The vehicles design have been inspired by advent calendars and other creations in microscale I found around the web. Most (if not all) of them needed to be reduced in size to fit the Skyline or adapted to be attached firmly and integrated in the little scenes that have been recreated. Hope you like it! I’ve always liked the classic Ice Planet theme that LEGO made, and after looking at Chris Perron’s incredible Ice Inspector and Siercon and Coral’s magnificent Ice Planet Base, I wanted to try my hand at a build in the classy blue, white, and trans-neon orange colors. I’m quite pleased with the result, and it was very enjoyable to build. The micro truck outside the main base is supposed to be a rendition of Chris’s monstrous Ice Inspector that I linked to earlier in the post, though unfortunately I wasn’t able to pack in all the details on it that I would have liked to. Hopefully it is still recognizable as being inspired by his masterpiece though! This build was my first time trying to incorporate lights into a model, which was both fun and frustrating at times. I’m pretty happy with the result, but if anyone has tips or suggestions about ways to improve it, definitely let me know! I also want to give huge thank-you to Graham Gidman for helping me out with the edit, I know it wouldn’t have turned out this well without his help! Lots more pictures on Brickbuilt. I'm Yves from Montreal city, Quebec province in Canada. While I don't consider myself a true AFOL as I don't build big mocs, I still love legos and I love to find out the unlimited creative talent of others. I'm not into castle, themes etc. I'm more into buildings, vehicles, technics (I have many technic sets... not the recent ones). I've been working in the industrial Automation fields (PLC = Programmable Logic Controller) for 30 years and I also own few mindstorms sets :) But I did not really "played" much with them yet. I've been off of the scene for about 10 years but recently, I stumbled on my old Lego Interface B (9751 - 70909) and had an Idea. 10 years ago or so, I did some VB.Net project to control this old baby. Was OK, certainly better than nothing but still lacking of some friendly programming language like we have in Automation. Then I had an idea to revive the Interface B. Hi, this is a collaboration between Fictictious Pasta and me - our biggest installment, completely digital. Build with mecabricks and finally rendered in Blender to completion. Maybe some of you remember the late 80ies and early 90ies TLG catalogues depicting Harbour scenes and Piers with a collection of all sets in the same picture. We tried to do that era some justice by putting that scene together showing vehicles, BURPs, the classic Palm trees and a Paradisa inspired restaurant and beach hut. Enjoy a day at the pier! If you look close, there are a lot of old sets remade in here, including the Sand Dollar Cafe, the Beach Hut, a Town Delivery Van, and so on. There are also two new cars for the collab, a Nissan Skyline R31, and an Jeep like vehicle. Here I'd like to show you two airplanes that were already on display at the exhibitions Bricking Bavaria in Germany and Mondesee in Austria. Both planes were also available as official sets in large scale in 2001 and 2002 – I had now tried to construct them in minifigure size. During the 19th century, steam was the primal and most important source for machinery and vehicles. Besides steam-powered vehicles, mechanics developed clockwork machinery. Interesting and very usefull machinery were the result of the developing. The miners are mining in the Endarmire Iron Mine. They’re searching for iron. The mechanics use the iron to build (mining) machinery. The Endarmire Iron Mine is a large mine, which contains lots of iron and other ores. In the workshop, three mechanics are assembling clockwork drones. The drones going mining for iron. A large mineshaft brings the miners and drones into the mine. The conveyor belt brings the crates, filled with iron, outside the mine. The conveyor belt and mine shaft are motorized. In the center of the layout is a ore-cruncher. There are two docks for flying transport vehicles. While waiting for more building materials for Inferno HQ we decided that it was time the Agents of Godwins Hollow upgraded their vehicles. The first two are some basic MODs/repaints to vehicles from existing sets but the third is a MOC dropship allowing the Agents to get significant numbers of personnel into the fray quickly. The following models are inspired by these sets: 3829 - Fire Nation ship (battle cruiser), 7620 - Indiana Jones motorcycle chase (motorcycle and sidecar), 7622 - Race for the stolen treasure, (troop truck and commander's car) 7626 - Jungle Cutter (Jungle cutter) and 7683 - Fight on the Flying Wing (tanker truck). This Adventurers-style ship happens to be based off set 3829, Fire Nation Ship from a decade ago. (2006) The ship is 85 studs long, while being made to be 20 bricks in height and 16 studs in width. The ship is modular, with the roof and bridge removable from the war room and each other. The bow, or front, of the ship is tapered to a point much like on my 1920's Tramp Steamship. while the stern (or rear) is pretty flat. The name "Vladek" should go on the exposed studs back of the ship, as that's the vessel's name. The vessel features two funnels and room in the lower level for the war room, complete with a large map table. The upper floor features the wheel and a nautical telegraph. The ship has three turrets with three barrels each that can elevate up and down or rotate left to right. This diesel tanker is a almost a stock set 7638 (Fight on the Flying Wing) model, but with some minor front-end upgrades and better color choices. The vehicle can seat two figures inside under the removable roof. I bought the original set 7626 (Jungle cutter) in Summer 2008. I wanted to make it it in dark gray to match my two trucks but gave up after trying to order the parts from Lego. (I didn't know about Bricklink at that time) Well, now the shoe is on other other foot and here it is, in full grayish glory! The jungle cutter can seat one figure at the controls. The commander's car was inspired by a table-scrap jeep my brother gave to me. I turned the modern jeep into the car seen above with help from parts of set 7622, Race for the Stolen Treasure. This car can fit one figure in the drivers seat. The little motorcycle and sidecar seen here is inspired by set 7620, Indiana Jones Motorcycle chase. These troop trucks are made from 7622, Race for the Stolen Treasure. Since the fabric part is so VERY expensive, I found a solution in the Eurobricks Official sets LDD topic. I took the cover from the trucks built by user ADHO15 and redid some portions to be cheaper (I.E. thinner tires) and better coordinated color-wise. Each of the two vehicles can seat two figures inside under the removable roof sections. When Indiana Jones set 7683 (Fight on the Flying Wing) pictures was first leaked in dark grays, I was impressed... but then they went and changed it to dark green in the final, released version. Well, now I changed it back! I removed the unavailable parts, turned the regular green and dark green to light and Dark bluish gray. The cockpit is no longer hinged, making it much stronger, plus the rear guns no longer swivel, eliminating that weak point. The rear of the plane, with the two pusher prop blades and gun turret. This plane can seat two figures, with one in the pilots seat and one in the gun turret. This set is a modified version of set 7198 (Fighter plane Attack) from the Indiana Jones theme. I enclosed the cockpits and removed the wings-fall-off feature to make this into a regular fighter again. The rear of the plane, which can seat two mini-figures, as one pilot and one navigator. This set is a modified and militarized version of set 7628 (Peril in Peru) from the Indiana Jones theme. I took out the fancy yellow, dark blue, and white color scheme and gave the plane instead both dark and light bluish grays plus a black stripe with trans-black windows. The rear of the aircraft. The plane seats five figures, which you can place after the roof is removed. (the roof section is only held on by a half-dozen studs) The forces of Ogel will stop at nothing to get their prize, and with help from Lord Sam Sinister, they just might win! Title says it all, out of the vehicle sets LEGO gave us during G1's run which ones were the best? "Creature and rider" sets are included, as well as mechs, even if they may not be vehicles in the traditional sense. I apologize for the length of the list, vote on as many of them as you need to. Hi everyone, We (me and my brother) have created a landscape based on the Adventures theme from 1998 and 1999. The landscape was shown at Lego World the Netherlands 2017. The landscape contains a piramide, a temple, a lake town, a village and many vehicles. You have already seen the development of the vehicles and landscape in Various Adventurers Creations The piramide was build by my brother and it contains many rooms with traps, treasures, mummies and action. The Jungle was created by me and for the first time we added trees and more plants to make it look like a real jungle. I am glad that the water worked out fine. Someone told me that the river should be bigger compared to the ship the river is small. He had a point, but it was already expensive to purchase all the transparent pieces. Fill 'er up! My latest build is a jump into the glory days of gas stations, when full service and free oil changes were the rule and the local station was a gathering place for neighbors. My brick-built gas station is inspired to the Shell one located in Tucson (Arizona) and it’s packed with every details you’d expect to find. It showcases an elegant Art Déco architecture completed with curved corners, a tower in the middle, a red outline all around the station and the inevitable Shell writing on top. The build is three in one: the diner on the left, the garage/workshop on the right and the fully-equipped store located in the middle of the building. A look at the back of the station reveals the three locations with many details and the different characters. Outside there are two period gas pump with a beautiful Lego shell on top under a curved canopy. All around you can find tanks, signs, tyres and other stuff. To complete the work I've built a red stepside pick-up truck, a tan Hot Rod and a reddish-brown roadster with some troubles (it's housed in the garage indeed). It was on my wishlist long since and finally I've found the time to built it as I had in my mind. I'm sorry for posting my gas station here with a little delay Thanks for stopping by. Gritter and snowplow attachment, Opening rear hatch should work to drop studs (its abit stiff though), Plow can be used left and right also abit stiff. Hey guys, I wanted to test myself with non-symmetrical building as before my dark ages I used to always build everything symmetrically. Having just arisen from the dark ages about a month ago, I realized that to fit multiple functions and to utilize space, I realized that this skill was needed. Anyways, the Hatchback is actually inspired by French cars with long(ish) bonnets and the Renault clio V6 with it's rear engine taking up the rear seats... Please watch the video and give me feedback, I need to find great spaces for battery boxes in my later creations haha, Thanks
