"You are now entering the Blacktron sector! This is the absolute limit of the Classic Space quadrant! You have been warned!" ...sorry about that. Had to get the legal stuff out of the way first! Anyway: Blacktron long-range fighter "Buzzard" Above is the two copies of the Blacktron XL-15, which are now dubbed the "Buzzard" type starfighter. So back in January of 2023, I decided to convert the XL-15 spaceship from the film "Lightyear" into original Blacktron colors. The blue became yellow, and white was turned to black, with all the trans-green removed. I added laser blasters under the wings where some technic pins are and put a different control tile in the cockpit. I was thinking about building a second ship, but then again, getting some of the parts from Bricklink was a total pain due to extremely low quantities in the needed color. (I'm talking about you, 3 x 3 wedge plate in yellow!) Thankfully, I bought one too many of both kinds of the yellow 12 x 3 wedge plates, as they are very rare as well with only one store selling four of each kind in the USA, which made making the second one easier later on. Blacktron command vessel "Executor" In addition to the two Buzzards, I wanted a Blacktron capitol ship. I had no ideas of my own ship, so I spent most of the afternoon of 10/5/23 taking Benny's beloved spaceship from The Lego Movie and corrupting it into a twisted, evil version. I revamped the nose, removed the expanding wing assembly and snub fighters. Of course I then recolored it almost exclusively in black and yellow. (some gray was unavoidable!) I armed it with a turret on the top rear where the sensor array once was, and put the commanders office below where the wing mechanism used to be. To keep with the one-word naming scheme of the original Blacktron, I borrowed the name of Darth Vader's Super Star Destroyer, decreeing this ship the Blacktron Executor. I struggled to think of an engine flame color that fit OG Blacktron, but eventually trans-light blue was selected. Since the wings don't extend anymore, I added a third section for figures with a turret on top in their place. The rear-most section lifts away, but the rest of the roof sections are supposed to fold open. The ship seats seven troops and 1 commander. Blacktron cargo transporter "Vendetta" The Blacktron Vendetta is finally finished! I combined the Renegade with a new cockpit modified from the Blacktron Cruiser GWP, with added parts from a free Rebrickable MOC's instructions for a Cruiser / Renegade adapter . The cargo pod is reverse engineered and modified from one posted in a Brickset article. You can view the Rebrickable MOC by user Brickstertwo here while the Brickset article about modifying 10355 is here. The rear of the vessel. I changed the engines flames from trans-red to trans-light blue to match the rest of my fleet. Same thing with the yellow technic wheels becoming light bluish gray. The cockpit seats one mini-figure, and has two laser cannons just outside the canopy. The removable cargo pod is inspired by one in a Brickset article from late December of last year. It works beautifully with the ship's drop mechanism. The top lifts open on a hinge so you can put cargo inside. Blacktron two-man snub fighter "Avalanche" These ships are Blacktron 1 versions of a classic Star Wars speeder design is mostly taken from set 75204 - Sandspeeder, with portions taken from other snow-based versions of the type as well. All this is wrapped up in a new black and yellow paint job with a trans-yellow windscreen from 75414 - The Force Burner Snowspeeder. I call this ship type the Avalanche class snub fighter, and they will be going with my heavily modified Renegade set and the rest of my Blacktron 1 MOD's. Rear view of the two ships. This type of short-range fighter is usually assigned in massive quantities to defend critical planets with Blacktron bases on them, whereas the much more capable and deadly Buzzard type is usually for capitol ship escort duty, and can take on much bigger vessels with only a dozen or so fighters. The inside seats two figures. Blacktron armored ground transporter "Marauder" The 2021 Star Wars set 75311 (Imperial Armored Marauder) has been transformed into a Blacktron 1 version, complete with revised guns instead of those annoying flick-fire things. I couldn't use space seats inside this one, but there are plenty (four) 2x2 modified tiles with just enough room for air-tanks in the model... at least I hope that will be the case! The rear of the hover-vessel with the laser turrets rotated. There are eight total opening hatches on the all four sides and top to place figures / store cargo. One figure sits in the rotating rear turret, two troopers sit in the main body of the vehicle, while the last fig sits in the drivers seat. Blacktron giant robot "Destructor" For this model, I used parts and ideas from the Eternals line's "In Arishem's Shadow" set 76155 (body / head / upper legs / upper arms) along with claw from the old Agents 2.0' "Robot Attack" set 8970. The lower legs and laser arm are (modified) holdovers from the "Build Better Bricks" Iron Giant instructions. (I need to fix the laser arm's elbow joint but I keep forgetting!) Blacktron "Shadow Runner" space car Recently, while I was on my Blacktron kick, I decided I needed a vehicle for the commander. So, after a few false starts with other models, I dusted off this old TRON Legacy Light Runner model and went to town modifying it. The model originally was made five years ago (was 2018 really that long ago?!?), and is based off the two-seater TRON set 21314 MOD that was made by BrickBrosUK and posted on Brickset here. The name Shadow Runner is a play on the Light-based vehicles from TRON. Blacktron minifigs 1x commander 4x officers 19x troopers 1x robot (E.D.G.A.R.) (Thanks to my brother for giving me ~10 of his unwanted Blacktron torsos from the old GWP that were purchased from Pick-A-Brick back in 2023.) Blacktron robot "E.D.G.A.R." This model is recolored and modified from the E.R.I.C. robot from set 76831 - Zurg Battle - from the Pixar film Lightyear. I call this one E.D.G.A.R. which stands for: Electronic Data Gathering / Assimilating Robot Blacktron space base "Outpost 13" This sandwich-looking model was built from an 2002 Alpha Team set 4795 (Ogel Underwater base and AT sub) but heavily modified to fit into the Blacktron I theme. I had to fill in the spots where the flexible plastic "window' pieces were, replace the skull logo with the upside-down Tri-Force logo of Blacktron I, find ways to make the model almost totally "air tight", and add on a radar dish instead of a harpoon gun. I also made the building a lot deeper - about eight studs. The rear of the model. I took out the fancy spinning wall of the original set and replaced it with a bank of windows. The radar installation and it's tower are my own design. As on the original set, the logo folds down, where it can be used as a ramp. Also as on the original set, the MOD folds open to access the inside details. Special shout out to Jon Mo who designed the brick built Blacktron logo I used on my model (thanks also goes to EliteGuard01 for finding that logo design and recommending it to me). The inside was very hard to figure out, as most space furniture is for me. I decided on six computer stations and a desk for the commander. Another source of trouble was to make the building open cleanly and close without holes. The original set struggled with this, and it failed miserably - however I feel I managed to fix that issue. Inside of the rear with the commander's desk front and center. Blacktron hover tank "Havok" I modified 25 year old Star Wars set 7155 (Trade Federation AAT) into Blacktron I colors. Before that, the original set was very much a mess of too many colors, but now these two look elegant and refined in my opinion. Here is the rear of one of the tanks with turret rotated. Initially, I only slightly modified Dennis' Talbot T3 “Einheitstaschenwagen” Sdgms Source: https://open-l-gauge.eu/talbot-t3-einheitstaschenwagen-sdgms-4-color-versions (available under Creative Common License CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0/). But I was not satisfied with the result. So I rebuilt the frame, but took over many details from his wagon: I copied the lettering from a photo of an original intermodal wagon, only the length dimensions were converted into studs: This wagon needs a minimum radius of 104 studs and a maximum kink angle of 1°26', which corresponds to a plate on a rail length of 16 studs. If there is a larger kink in the track, the frame can rest on the rails. I used „n“ as length dimenson, as „Noppen“ is the German translation for stud. Now I think I should have used an abbreviation for stud as this would be international. The letter„s“ can´t be used as this is already an abbreviation for second. What about „st“? „st“ is an abbreviation for the weight unit stone, but this unit was removed from the list of units permitted for trade in the United Kingdom. The stone remains widely used in the United Kingdom and Ireland for human body weight. Should I use „st“? Or should I use the original dimension in meter although the wagon has not properties to scale? A single container on a 60 feet intermodal wagon? I decided to built two containers. I only needed to build the LEGO containers in duplicate, but I couldn't simply copy the stickers. Each container has an individual label consisting of 3 letters for the owner/operator, a fourth letter as a device identifier, a six-digit serial number and a check digit. For the second container, I increased the serial number by one and recalculated the check digit (there are websites for this). I then created the stickers for the second container on this basis. The Battle of France, also known as the Fall of France, was the German invasion of France and the Low Countries in 1940 during the Second World War. In six weeks from 10 May 1940, German forces defeated Allied forces by mobile operations and conquered France, Belgium, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, bringing land operations on the Western Front to an end until 6 June 1944. Italy entered the war on 10 June 1940 and attempted an invasion of France. I wanted to start creating some mocs with WW2 theme and Brickwarriors with their amazing new figs, gave me the inspirastion !! I created a diorama with the Germans after a fight.. in the roads of Paris! The main moc.. The squad.. The buildings.. I hope you like it!! C&C are welcome!! P.s. The Panzer IV Ausf. G Tank is a design from Brian Fitzsimmon with a little upgrade in some parts from me for stability and to move turret around and up-down.

This project started last December and progress were averaging at one bot per month. After 7 months of gruelling yet challenging efforts, Liokaiser is finally done. However , back then (end of June) ... I was given a chance to showcase my LEGO transformers at a local store , so Liokaiser was whisked there for a month (video link below). After a month , he was put in storage as I was busy with another LEGO TF project. I'd guess I better put a closure to this now .So there :) >> As a LEGO combiner of this size, (more than 1.5 feet tall)... he is top heavy, so he can't be posed in more elaborate manner. Too much stress were imposed on the hinges . :| >> Due to complexity of individual bot , merging them to form Liokaiser caused a few weak points in connections. I'm forced to apply extra scaffoldings in a few areas to reinforce these connections, so that posing him about would not topple him over . >> Yes, it's SEVEN breastforce members I mentioned just now. In the original cartoon, Deathcobra was the 7th member of Breastforce (forming the arm) but was killed early in the show. So here, I decided to pay homage to this character by having him as a helicopter that transforms/separates into components for the combiner: Hands, head and a gun. Hello, this Space Tank is a "small class" unit inspired by WWI English tank Mark I. Colors and style are clearly based on LEGO Classic Space series. Named "Blue Bull" due to the stocky shape, it's equipped with a huge long-range gun and with a little gun machine right below the rotating turret. I particularly like the loader's hatch and the details featured both on the turret and the side. The crew is composed by 3 crewmen: the commander, the driver and the gunner. Here the Tank is at the maintenance hangar where the staff is taking care of it after a moon mission. Below the Space Tank in plain sight Even if Classic Space is not my comfort zone of building, and some friends of mine were surprised seeing this new build, I like this theme since I was a little boy. Moreover having in stock a lot of CS pieces pushed me to build the tank and the space hangar. It has been really funny building this MOC and for sure won't be alone for a long time. Breastforce is a team of 6 Transformers from Japanese Transformers: Victory Series, with the ability to merge into a super robot named Liokaiser. Each member has a minion of sorts that can be deployed from their chest. These robotic beast minions can become hand held weapons to their respective masters too. Team members: - Leozack transform into Tomcat fighter jet, partnered with Lionbreast. - Guyhawk, an MiG fighter jet, partnered with Hawkbreast. - Hellbat, a Dassault Rafale fighter jet, partnered with Komoribreast. - Drillhorn, the drill tank , partnered with Hornbreast. - Jallguar, the Baja buggy, partnered with Jaguarbreast. - Killbison, the Gepard anti-aircraft tank, partnered with Bisonbreast. I actually spent weeks in deep thoughts on how to make this work (how each limb combine with each other sturdily with articulations to boot) before I started this project last Dec. The efforts were incredibly tedious (especially Jallguar and Leozack) yet rewarding. I shall use this thread to update more reveals in the coming weeks, and of course... the combined mode. I'm almost done with all of them (99%) except the combiner head. This one needs delicate treatment and I'm taking my own sweet time here. KILLBISON In my quest to fulfil last year's vow of building a Transformers combiner , Killbison is actually the last MOC I started work on (from the team of 6 breastforce members). This is because I have difficulty finding the needed brown parts , Just like his original toy, Killbison transforms into a Gepard Tank (below) with 2 turrets. But the original toy has 4 tank treads instead of 2 like in many typical real world tanks. I choose to follow the latter. Trivia > Initially this MOC was suposed to be a "remold" of Drillhorn I started much earlier, but Drillhorn's drill tank mode is chunky looking. I decided to build Killbison from scratch using a new transformation method. > When I started building this guy about 2 months ago, I used many black parts as a placeholder.In the quest to procure more brown parts quickly (this means not from ordering online), My routine scout in a mall yielded me Mixadel (A Mixel set) . This set has 4x c-clips I needed to complete this MOC. What a stroke of luck! > Some sacrifices were made for the robot mode aesthetics to ensure Killbison form a sturdy looking combiner leg. Although I'm not fan of Nexo Knights I was asked to built something else out of bricks from set 70321 - General Magmar's Siege Machine of Doom. Since this set contains 6 wheels I've decided to build something like american truck. It has three axles and long nose with maw full of teeth. There is also disk shooter over its rear axles. I've used just bricks from set 70321 so it can be called alternative model.

I present these are the summary of the passions that characterized Leonardo: the technological innovations in the military and civilian spheres The Hammer, the Tank and the Ornithopter The hammer was created as an aid to the blacksmiths of the time, thanks to a rotating mechanism, he was able to deliver powerful blows with the hammer that rose and fell on the workpiece The tank is on top of my preferences regarding Leonardo's machines... together the helicopter ... Pushed (manually) from 4 independent wheels positioned inside that allowed to rotate on its axis, was equipped with cannons on 360 °, was equipped also have an observation tower and accessible by stairs. As regards the model the wheels are functioning and are equipped with handles for easy rotation. Protection is totally removable to find out what is hidden inside. Good Evening All, What happens when you smash your 60098 red cargo train into a vintage 7725 then rebuild it as one train? I have been trying to work out what to do with my new 60098 red cargo locomotive as it is just not, well, how can I put this kindly? Coal fired enough. It was a great little loco but those curved red 2x2s on the roof were crying out to be turned into a red 0-4-0 saddle tank engine! I used the same basic layout as my dark blue engine but gave her a sturdier (in appearance but not structurally) smoke box, new bunker and static side rods. The side rods are a compromise as I need her to run reliably at Brickexpo in Canberra in July. The added benefit is that this is all unmodified bricks (this time)! After Brickexpo I will look at moving side rods… Fans of 7777 may identify the culprit wielding the spanner. Thank you to Bricksmith, Rail Co, Paperballpark and Chromeknight for giving me the motivation to complete this project. It would be great to have all our little shunters running together one day but I fear they are all a shade too geographically dispersed. Hi This my MOD of Brickmania's Renault FT tank of World War 1. The Renault FT was a French light tank introduced towards the end of WW1. Previous French tanks had followed the British idea of a large armoured box on tracks with the main gun(s) forward and machine guns protecting the flanks /rear. The problem with this idea was that the resulting tank was heavy, slow and expensive in materials and men. The solution that the French came up with was a small 2 man vehicle with driver in the forward hull, a gunner in a rotating turret (cannon and machine gun version were produced) and the engine at the rear. The idea was a success; with 5 FT's being produced for the cost of one heavy tank. On the battlefield the tanks would operate in "swarms" to overwhelm the enemy and their small size/weight allowed them to operate in woods and narrow lanes (essential once the stalemate of trench warfare had been broken). Over 3,000 were produced before the war's end and the basic design became the norm for tanks right up to the present day. This MOD is the command/communication variant, the T.S.F which stands for "Telegraphie San Fil" (wireless). Around 200 of these were built and they were used to improve communication between mobile units and for observing/reporting back on the enemy. The hull was unchanged but the turret was replaced with a fixed box-like structure containing a morse code radio and space for the operator and a commander/observer (increasing the tank's crew to 3) Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr Untitled by g.nat, on Flickr I kept the Brinckmania hull (built using instructions from their" Great War" instruction book) and added my own superstructure. It's not perfect (the observation cupola should be half a stud wider) and the front should be sloped (I tried using cheese slopes but they looked too steep!) but overall I think it's pretty good and reasonably in scale (the tank itself is too tall but that's LEGO for you!!) I'm still trying out hatch ideas - didn't want it too bulky but I did want to be able to pose it open. I'm also planning to replace the Lego tracks with Brinckmania ones. The recent Brickmania magazine featured instructions for a Type 97 Ke-Te Tankette from WW2. I did a bit of research into this obscure vehicle and discovered it spawned a couple of variants which I decided to try and recreate using the chassis of the original vehicle. The turret was removed and the engine relocated to beside the driver freeing up the rear to carry troops/cargo. It also had a towing hook and could pull artillery pieces. The troop/cargo section was equipped with radios and a rangefinder could be mounted on the engine deck. Hi guys! Recently I bought a bunch of blue pieces to mod my 7676 gunship but ended up selling it. That left me with a lot of blue bricks so I modded Lego 75151 Clone turbo tank in to a 501st version and the AT RT that came with it. Enjoy! This version of LAV-25 is equipped with a very accurate and fast laser cannon: the ATHENA Laser System, a super weapon in development by USA. Has been developed to face the threat of missiles, aircrafts and drones. It's very effective and fast to tack the threat (thanks to his in-built radar) and delete them with a powerful laser ray. Actually ATHENA is only a prototype. Hi Guys, This is my first post here so tell me if I am doing things wrong. After a long time of not doing anything with lego I decided to start up again, a bit older and wiser (so they say) I started to get interested in making some more difficult models that don't exist from Lego themselves. I started snooping around and eventually bumped into Sariel & Tommy Stryvoky 's MOC's, one thing led to another and I am currently designing a MK V tank. I started using the photo's from Sariel's MK V as a reference but quickly decided that I can use other parts or design it differently. The first thing I did was another color, the original one was a dark tan color but since Lego doesn't have a lot of pieces in this color, this one went to the trashbin. Finally I decided to go with the standard tan color as this resembles the real paint job better than just standard grey. THE HISTORY: The British MK V was an upgraded version of the MK IV. It was first deployed in 1918, used in action during the closing months of World War I. The tank was improved in several aspects, chiefly the new steering system and engine, but it fell short in other areas such as mechanical reliability and its insufficient ventilation.However, the Mark V was a great improvement on the MK IV due to the use of Wilson's epicyclic steering gear meant that only a single driver was needed. -wikipedia The base model: Where am I with the project: Cosmetically the tank is finished, still finetuning the design and changing parts that can be made stronger. mechanically I need to change a lot! at the moment I am driving the wrong gear and thus not functioning as it should when I turn. Tommy Styrvoky helped me a lot with the clutch drive system, this will be similar to how the tank moved in its day, thus no 0° turning circle. So this is my latest tank. It is a development of my previous tank, the Blacktron Liberator. The Liberator is very fast and fun to play with, but it also has plenty of shortcomings. With this build I tried to eliminate those shortcomings and at the same time be a little more purist: the only non-LEGO item in this build is a Buwizz brick. However this tank is not controlled by the Buwizz app. Instead I've tested @imurvai's BrickController app with this MOC (see video). And that proved to be a very positive experience. Ever since I've been playing around with Sbricks and Buwizz bricks one thing (well more than one thing to be honest) has bothered me, and that is the lack of any physical feedback. When I am playing with a MOC I am usually looking at it, not at the app on my smartphone. And so it can easily happen that my fingers lose touch with the controls without meaning to. This is totally not an issue when using a gamepad :). The MOC is powered by 2 XL motors for drive and 2 M motors for rotation, elevation and shooting. Functions: - Working torsion-bar suspension - Shooting; - Driving; - Turret rotation; - Gun elevation; Very roomy tank for minifigs :) Of course I've also made a video: Hope you will like it!

The T-90S Bhishma was essentially identical to the Russian T-90. It was given a more powerful engine to cope with the new armour and equipments, a jamming system a laser warning receivers, while still relying on a powerful 2A46M 125 mm smoothbore main gun with a thermal sleeve and muzzle detector that can fire a whole range of ammunitions including HE, Frag, HEAT, APFSDS and ATGMs which were developed in India. The improved night sights allowed to detect and engage targets at 700m to 1100m in pitch black darkness, fog or sandstorms while on the move and the gun is fully stabilized. The armour protection level rests on the hardened steel hull of the T-72 with inserts of composites in the turret front, and a layer of ERA bricks (KONTAKT 5) explosive armour. Secondary armament comprises a roof-mounted 12.7 mm and coaxial 7.92 mm machine gun. Mobility is assured by two planetary gear boxes for the transmission and two final drives, plus a snorkel allowing 5m of immersion with a 20 min. preparation. The limited weight of the tank 45 tons, compared to the Arjun allows this tank to be air-transported and compatible with most bridges in India. Blacktron is back! Hello from Italy! Tonight I share my latest build: a big, bad and totally black armoured personnel carrier. It's based on U-59 Explosive Truck from Joe 90, a 1960s British science-fiction television series created by Gerry and Sylvia Anderson (the same producers of U.F.O. It's called B-59 where B stands for Blacktron, in fact this six-wheel APC is the new and lethal groud vehicle of Blacktron. The little ATV on the right is based on the Amphicat, a six-wheel-drive, skid steer amphibious all-terrain vehicle manufactured in the '60s by Mobility Unlimited Inc. of Auburn Hills, Michigan. The Amphicat was also used by Moonbase Alpha personnel in the television series Space: 1999. Back view and tank entrance. The interior with many details. This one being my second rendition of it since 4 years ago, when I started building MOCs. This is ASSAULT3R, a Lego Mindstorms EV3 Assault Vehicle. After getting a second Lego EV3 set, I knew that I had to build something awesome. Features RWD and Steering Ultrasonic Sensor Infrared Sensor Two Color Sensors Dual Ball Shooters Gullwing Doors Detailed Interior and Exterior The ASSAULT3R's front sports red lights that will strike fear in enemies and their machines. Its dual ball shooters will shoot a total of six Lego balls, three for each side, high or low. That's twice the weaponry used by EV3RSTORM. The gullwing doors allow easy access for operators and it makes the ASSAULT3R look futuristic yet sinister. I had a lot of fun building this, and I'm very happy with the result.
