  1. Thanks @JopieK! I actually have a regular red Hogwarts Castle one constructed (waiting to finish the passenger cars) that predates this one. Dark red doesn't appear to be possible yet... But then again, this is the first year dark green was possible to build so there's that. Thank you @Feuer Zug!
  2. Thanks @Daiman! Sorry, I'm using LDD until it runs into the ground. You can find the LDD file for this streetcar at this Bricksafe page here.
  3. Thanks @Daiman! There be worse things that can happen to a steam loco, like what happened to 4920 Dumbleton Hall... sent to Japan for use in a WB studio tour, impersonating 5972 Olton Hall as the Hogwarts Express loco!
  4. Thanks @Modeltrainman! If somebody want to try doing that, I can provide the LDD file. It has almost everything in it, minus the BBB wheels and lattice window panes.
  5. This 1910s interurban streetcar MOC was digitally designed on a whim for my brother by me in green and based off set 10308 (Holiday Main Street) and another MOC I have of a real-world streetcar. Sadly, my brother didn't need / want that version as he has other plans for his LEGO town layout. I really didn't mind, but rather than let a good model go to waste, I built it for myself in yellow and tan! There is a movable trolley pole at both ends of the car on the roof. The car is designed to be bi-directional, but is sadly not able to be motorized due to the XS sized Big Ben Bricks wheels that are used and the design of the MOC. Inside view of the streetcar. The model features interior details and a removable roof, with seating space for six passengers and standing room for one driver at either end. Thoughts?
  6. Yep: A bunch still around, and a few of the latter 'Modified Hall' class are out there too. Thanks for stopping by @Shiva!
  7. Shrek looks like nightmare fuel to me.
  8. This is my MOC of Great Western Railway (GWR) number 5909 'Newton Hall', a 4-6-0 'Hall' class steam engine, based on the real loco with the same name / number that was built in June 1931. (Sadly, the real 5909 no longer exists, having been scraped in July 1962 after a working life of just over 31 years. ) My LEGO version of 5909 is basically a recolor / MOD of my model of the Hogwarts Express loco - 5972 Olton Hall. The MOC is a hodgepodge of different Hogwarts Express sets and ideas I've had over the years... you might be able to spot some of the sets I used as inspiration. The rear of the loco. The middle axle of the tender slides back and forth to go over switches and curves. For those wondering, I chose the number 5909 because I had 99% of the numbers already - I had everything except a single number 5, which is why it took a while to complete this loco. Thoughts?
  9. New Patrick is an abomination, and I'll bet Classic Patrick heads are gonna skyrocket in price soon!
  10. VERY nice work @JamesBuildsBrix on these MOCs! It's hard to believe 7775 and Aqua Raiders 2007 is gonna be twenty years old next year.... it doesn't feel like it!
  11. ...and in the end, the bricks you take are equal to the MOCs you make. ... TIE Avenger's is a pretty nice ship But it doesn't have a lot of sway TIE Avenger's is a pretty nice ship But it changes from day to day I wanna tell it that I love it a lot But I gotta get a belly full of wine TIE Avenger's a pretty nice ship Someday I'm gonna make it mine, oh yeah Someday I'm gonna make it mine (sorry to infringe on @CloneCommando99's territory, but I saw an opening and had to take the shot!)
  12. Welcome to Eurobricks!
  13. @The Reader Thanks for your ideas - I'll keep them in case I ever modify the ship in the future as I really don't want to tear into it right now.
