  1. It is starting to take nice boxy shape (like it should be). Nice from you to make belly shots. One cylinder engine, hm perhaps it would be less unusual to make V2 engine? Please do not use chains as LEGO did with their mining truck.
  2. Old school style, I'm really impressed Hm, now Ingmar has serius competition
  3. He meant that you managed to raise quality level with each your new creation You are making better and better models on every next attempt and constantly improoving your (allready) soffisticated qualities
  4. Andre this is the only right way to make proper moc of real thing but starting point is tire
  5. If she is atractive you have a good reason. Ingmar has some cool ideas about U.S. trucks; specially Kenworths
  6. Yust one comment, usual truck tires on 22.5" wheels are tires like very common 315/80R22.5 on european trucks (Arocs, Econic, DAF XF...) 1100mm overall diameter and U. S. trucks usually have 12.5R24.5 which are about 1150mm overall diameter. Please read Michelin or Continental truck tires brochures as example and you'll see that U.S. trucks in order to be represented by 62.4 Tire should be made in 1:17.5 or 1:18 scale. For 1:16 they should have smaller tires... Even new Kenworth K200 (successor of famous K100) has some 115cm tires...I can tell something about that relation LEGO tires to real tires due to years long calculations for my models. Even my last finished moc; Unimog U423 had some 6-7 month delay because of correct tire dimensions and proportions ...no hard feelings but please use mentioned brochures and recalculate. Since all trucks are (more or less) some 2500mm wide (chassis) they should be some 18 studs wide as mocs When looking those cabovers blue and white is my favorite
  7. Nice to have short wheelbase Peterbilt withouth rear tandem axles for a change. Only cab colors are not my choice but it is artists freedom
  8. White is not that bad, with red rims it could look interesting. Crane solution is really good
  9. @suffocation IMHO this is true flagship (not flapship) for this year ...and if you could make it with black rims and gray bodywork?
  10. @Madox003 first of all Wellcome to Eurobricks. As this is your first entry I admit very nice attempt and as @AkiyamaWataru said it looks like modern indycar indeed. Very nice shape and sticker organization through bodywork.
  11. I had different experience. For my Xerion Saddle trac I bought 42057 set mainly because of seat and what a surprise missing parts (when I opened the box) were among some pins and this two parts: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=27940&idColor=85 https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=24116&idColor=85#T=C&C=85 Few months ago I have contacted Lego Customer Service and no response so far...In previus occassions they sent me all missing parts correctly
  12. Well done, it looks more like some inspiration based on Mustang for Mad Max theme / movie...
  13. IMHO it is apsolutely OK that each model have each own topic. Both models are nice
  14. Gearbox idea is not bad at all, but keep in mind that Mercedes has only one reverse gear
  15. @Aventador2004, I know that that you live far away, but with "modern" technology (photoshop and other manipulative software) we can make them be side by side...of course this requires some playing (with yourself) but it is dooable (after some hundred trial and error circles of (bad)luck ) Understanding and respect do not have borders (or limits). But also (is sad) you can not find them next door Even Jezus could not preach in his willage, so he had to move on
  16. @efferman I really dont know, it does not look fat, but what I know Unimog tires look better than Xerion tires on this vehicle
  17. It is to high, but it always depend in which country you live...
  18. @Aventador2004 I did not forgot about sprayer, but I have to make prototype sprayer parts in another colors and then order more green because I do to want to dissasble this one http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=535335 When I was thinking about yellow I meant on other maker JCB.
  19. Good model for first entry here. Wellcome to Eurobricks By my calculations this is some 1:22 model? Real AST 1X has 17.5-25 tires (1375mm in diameter)
