  1. Yup, it's sad. We have a dedicated topic on the matter btw.
  2. We know the details....unfortunately. I have to remove my own tag as well. Edit: I have removed you from the group.....and removed my tag. He probably knows
  3. Over 180000 registered accounts is indeed what we have in the database lol, But those are spam accounts, banned accounts and inactive accounts. The number of active users is way lower obviously. Somewhere between 5000 and 10000. We don't have all the demographic information
  4. Thanks. Yeah, that's the most logical conclusion.
  5. Like most people do lol. The frontpage can be worth your while to check out every now and then To be compatible. That's not illegal or lazy. That's smart. Why would you create a proprietary brick format if you can connect with other brands.
  6. I am not trying to pursuade anyone I agree. The discussion has derailed imho
  7. I think we always allowed links to other sources, but I am not even sure. It's been a while apparently. Embedding them is a different subject. The main issue what that on numerous occassions the leak originated at Eurobricks. At least, that is what TLG was claiming. Obviously, it never started here, but always on Reddit or Facebook etc.
  8. Nice to see you also building a CaDa set. I still have the grey Merc sealed in box. I might give that one a go once we start the new forum. And I am actually thinking about making an exception for CaDa and creating a separate forum for it.
  9. This thought crossed my mind as well, since CaDa has had a fairly big presence in Technic for a while now.
  10. This probably won't be an issue. I know in Technic this is already happening for years, to some extent. Not sure about other forums of course.
  11. For me the poll is a clear indication that the majority somehow thinks that allowing other brands on this forum is acceptable. Even people who voted for 1 state that they can live with option 2. Therefor, I think simply starting with option 2 and see what happens is the most logical course of action.
