[CONCEPT] Heavy Duty Tracks
braker23 replied to syclone's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Looks very cool and sturdy, suitable for a huge Ripsaw, but the sheer amount of parts that you need in order to get a decent amount of track, is too large for a normal Technic collection. Looking forward to see what you build with these :) -

That's fine, what miguev probably wants to ask is if the tires are soft enough. Please compare them with PP wheels, those are ok in terms of softness, while 94.8mm tires are harder. Also, what I would like to know is their grip, for the same purpose, Truck Trial :) Testing traction is not really possible unless you build a crawler and test it on rough terrain. Testing slip is possible, just grab the tire and try to rotate it on the rim. Thanks for your help, I can't wait for your review! -

Blastyphon creation

Awesome mech with lots of firing options and truly an amazing design, thx for the post. -
Now this was a fun race, I can tell ya that. Weather was pretty horrible, but the participants were dedicated and in a joyful mood, I really enjoyed this TT. My lime KRAZ stood up to the challenge, but sadly my white Tatra was too heavy and slow for the chosen tracks. Also, I was very pleased that I could finally meet truly awesome builders like Zblj, Lipko and Agrof. May we all meet again soon :)

[APP] BrickController2
braker23 replied to imurvai's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
So, I've tested this better today, it seems that generally, it disconnects only when you use it, if I don't touch the controller it stays connected. Upon using it, after a variable amount of time, usually between 5 and 15 seconds, it disconnects. After closing and opening the profile, it connects again, the pattern then repeats. Sometimes, it connects but only to disconnect instantly. I currently have Android 4.4.2 on my phone and there are no official Android updates, for now.- 1,316 replies

[APP] BrickController2
braker23 replied to imurvai's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Thank you for this amazing app! My sBrick control was never as smooth and easy :) Although the app disconnects quite often on my Evolio M5, on a Samsung Galaxy S4 it works flawlessly. I will test it also on a 7" tablet soon.- 1,316 replies
