  9. DarthFargus Customs

    Greetings!

Hello! My name is DarthFargus Customs, otherwise known as aaroning on Flickr. Although I had already joined this community last year, I am only now beginning to post. I am best known for my customization of Minifigures back on Flickr. I am also known for making Lego stop-motions, otherwise known as brickfilms, which I post on my Youtube channel, known as DarthFargus Productions (as of 9 April 2018, my Youtube channel is unaccessable. I will try my best to get it back online). I mainly focus on military builds and minifigure customization, and I am especially addicted to Modern Warfare and World War II, although I do occasionally do some Star Wars or other themes. I have plans of making my own custom shop to sell my custom figures and the opening of the shop would probably come in early June 2018. (the date is TBC) That's all for now Hope I have an enjoyable time in this community! Aaron Please feel free to follow me on Flickr for constant updates! [MOC] Knife

Hello, something very different this time... A lifesize Ka-Bar knife. I chose this knife, just because the shape is convenient for Lego. It has got a rubber hilt and the blade fits the sheath.
  11. Completion date: 29/12/2017. Size: 39 units/width 14 units/high 9 units. scale: 1/15. Weight: 1.478 kg. Power: 2 x L motor , 1x return motor. Number of parts: 1500. Control: IR Receiver. This is my work last year, in fact, this is the first work of my contact with Technic, and the F1 racing is the second one, I hope you will like it. The Sd.Kfz. 250 (German: Sonderkraftfahrzeug 250-'special motor vehicle') was a light armoured halftrack, for use in World War II. The basic troop carrier version was used as an armored personnel carrier for reconnaissance units, carrying scout sections. This basic variant usually mounted one or two MG34 machineguns. Several special-purpose variants were seen early in the war. The 250/3 and 250/5 were command variants, with fewer seats but equipped with long-range radio equipment. These were used by battalion and higher commanders as personal command vehicles, most famously the 250/3 used by Erwin Rommel in the North African campaign. It could attain 76 km/h (47 mph), but the driver was cautioned not to exceed 65 km/h (40 mph). Most variants were open-topped and had a single access door in the rear.
  12. Hi! I'm working on a new cockpit canopy and wonder if this is something people would buy. I've been building fighter jets for many years now. However for a long time the cockpit canopy isn't the best for the different ways it works in reality. Brick 30384 and 92279 So I've been doing a 3d model of them and they have now been printed. Working with a plastic company to get a prototyp. So the pices are made to fit most of the "modern" fighter jet canopy. Like F18, F14 etc. So first you have a shorted 30384 that will remain fixed on the aircraft, like F18. And a extended 92279 by 3 studs that will be the canopy that opens and closes. Another version (not printed) is the F16 version canopy. So my question for you guys are. Is this something of interest? They would be made as close to lego's as possible. Many of the minifigs in this MOC were used by @paintballman in his CP5 MOCs and then mailed to me, in order to have the same level of details and a solid storyline. The container on the side of the building is hiding a power functions battery pack which powers up the lights in the hardware store! It took me a total of 3 days to make this MOC. I was at about 70% when I realized I had forgotten to install the hidden power funcions cables.
