There is no advantage of using diffs to couple motors. Technically speaking 9398, 41999 and 42099 have hard coupled drive motors too, with each being on their axles, yet coupled via ground and wheels. With such big and heavy projects keep it as simple as possible. Have every motor drive the tracks in front and rear with minimum amount of gears as possible.

Lego 42110 - LMP Racer

Well done! It's interesting that the rims, though less curvy do actually look good on race cars too. -
Thanks for all the praise, everyone. Enjoy the video of the muscle car in action:

The reason for the notch is for moulding. The notch allows the pin's ridges to click in... -
Technic 9398 has no torque

My suggestion. Take it apart, wash the parts and put it back together. -
That 7L grey beam looks misplaced, I'm 99% sure it should be a stud higher, holding the engine.

What I noticed: Two rubberbands used in the gearbox - one for the 90°selector and the other one to drive the V4 engine from the gearbox output to the crankshaft. The new long shock absorbers have additional mounting holes compared to the old ones. it's also interesting that they are made out of smaller seperate parts. Rear tyre is a new element - I imagine using two rims like in the harley wouldn't look as good, and they couldn't use the Chiron's brake discs We are getting pin joiners in dark metal color.

Might be off topic, but I find this info very enlightening. Maybe you could make a new topic to talk more in detail?

Hypercar 2XV10
Zerobricks replied to Zerobricks's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Found a nice spot to take pictures and video of the finished model: Also made a couple of gifs of the motorized functions: More details in the video: Overall I'm quite pleased with the finished car. Even though it's not perfect it is miles ahead of my last supercar. It has a few aesthetic issues, such as the front end and blocky look at certain spots. Having said but I'm going to keep as it is and use it as a reference for my next supercar. I'm thinking of a large scale muscle car UTE, or an updated version of 8466 - 8466 Neo. -

Depends on the gear. But it runs smoother than the Chiron in my experience. -
