  1. Very detailed and massive model! Would it be possible to see how the driveline is made and some underside photos?
  2. Can you please stop with accusations? Now that we know you are making a moc from 42078's parts, let's concentrate on that.
  3. You could use a 40 tooth gear and the 24/16 linear diff, to make it even faster and simpler
  4. So the new is 3x stronger and can be used parallel or in perpendicular manner AND it can be locked. The only question remainds is, can it be taken apart once mated together? 5,5L axle
  5. Lol, it seems to crawl up a higer grade than 42099...
  6. The new red gear seems to have the axle hole only half the width, which would make sense, since it has to accomodate the 12 tooth gear. I'm afraid it can't be engaged and used in gearboxes...
  7. Powered Up system uses different connectors than Power Functions for which BuWizz was designed. So no, BuWizz is currently not compatible with 42099.
  8. Try inserting a frictionless pin into an older, dark Grey 16 tooth gear and a newer red 16 tooth gear, and you will see.
  9. The new clutch gears are redesigned to allow pins to catch inside them, which means their axlehole diameter was increased.
  10. I'm pretty sure that's the case and that it will also be used in the gearbox of the upcoming supercar - probably as a reverse gear or such.
  11. From my experiences the orange wave selectors are not really suitable for high torque gearboxes.
  12. Wow, that's brilliant! Can you expand the machine and software to sort the parts into even more, detailed categories?
  13. Talking about diffs, maybe TLG introduced a new diff, because the brick-built ones had problems keeping the axles from sliding out. With the setup 42109 uses there's not much space to use axle joiners or bushes to keep the axle one the left side of the car from sliding out.
  14. Here's a photo of them in dark grey and green. Look at the photo of the model in the left. I hope we are getting some 3x7 panels next year
  15. RC motor has a 17:23 gear ratio, so the torque on the inner axle should be around 10,3 Ncm
  16. Nice app, few things I noticed: How do you remove the gears? Torque is set as 14N/cm in RC motor for fast and slow output, which is not correct. I would rename 1 to worm gear.
  17. Sure, as long as you credit the original designer
  18. So many prototype parts! 3x7 flat panels, different rims and different fender pieces. What a treat!
  19. No problem, glad to help Have fun with the beast!
  20. Something is blocking your steering rack from moving all the way. Check what the hubs are bumping into. Wait. You are using 3L axles with studs to hold the steering arms? They are blocking the travel, because they are going through the rack and bumping the triangle brick behind it. Pull the axles holding the steering arms out by half a stud.
  21. Here is your problem, remove the grey 1x1 beam which is hitting the hub:
  22. Sure, or you a website like Bricksafe to host your photos like I do.
  23. Here you go, with the bumper removed:
