  1. Boba looks superb, especially looking at the way they constructed the lower part of his helmet! As for Leia and the Luke/Yoda dual pack, Leia's simple but fair enough, while Luke's belt with lightsaber is a nice touch.
  2. So clean and classical in its shape! I like how you reserved all the grebbling typical of most Neo-Classic Space MOCs to the underside of this craft instead, which is nice to see for a change!
  3. Since he's also seen on the front cover of the game, does anyone think that this jacket-less variant of The Joker (pictured below) will perhaps be included in a potential comic-based set for 2019?
  4. Though we have yet to see other presumed vehicles and locations from further upcoming trailers, I wonder if the potential D2C for this movie may be of this section of Bricksburg seen in the teaser (pictured below wrapped around the Statue of Liberty). If so, I'd imagine that it'd be easily captured as a Ninjago City-like modular.
  5. I feel it may be the latter, and if I were to bet on what that may be in particular, I'm thinking it'll be a trailer-less big rig, perhaps a classic Mack truck. I've always thought that a classic 1964 hardtop Mustang would be a perfect fit for an Expert set, given that its boxy shape would certainly be easy to replicate in bricks.
  6. Yet the car still did turn out to be quite incredible!
  7. For some reason, I'd kinda like to see Samuel L. Jackson take on a voice roll in a potential future movie, perhaps as some sort of caricatured version of himself.
  8. Like I had initially said, minidolls are in my opinion vastly superior to BigFigs for their ability to be mixed and matched, but neither of them come as close enough to the minifigure in terms of System compatible aesthetics and parts reusability beyond minifigures themselves. ...which is just a shame, as I think such identifying characteristics should always be printed as opposed to molded whenever possible, as to increase a mold's lifespan beyond its originally intended purpose.
  9. Thanks for citing that index @Pandora! I hadn't even thought of checking there during my initial search, and I see there are a few interesting discussion topics linked there that I wasn't even aware of before! But, I'm afraid I didn't find the sort of topic was searching for, as I swear I remember in the past finding a more generalized topic for discussion of System parts, particularly focused upon newly introduced molds and/or recolors not specified to a particular year. Under the sub-index Part design and manufacture, there is one topic devoted to the discussion of newly introduced parts for the year 2013, but besides that... Well, I'll keep searching, but thank you so much for your help anyways!
  10. Man, the Dark Orange ornamentation crowning this building is most stunning! Oh, as for those turkey legs and croissants though... All the warm hues making up this creation are just lovely; and, who doesn't love a Tutor?
  11. Saw this was just featured this morning over on the ArchBrick blog! ArchBrick - Who Calls the Firemen?
  12. Congratulations! I've known about that blog for a little while now, but I've only started following it until recently.
  13. Well, in a way, didn't the 2015's UCS Helicarrier and this year's Ultimate Hulkbuster do just that? I know those are more like D2C display models and less like normal retail playsets, but that I feel will be the only time we'll see the theme look back in retrospect at the MCU.
  14. Steve's BrickHeadz set from Minecraft has leaked apparently, and he has a mouth...
  15. It's kind of a shame that 2018 has gone by without at least an Adventurers inspired action/adventure theme, as this year after all was the twentieth anniversary of the debut of the original line. Heck, do you know that both Fisher Price's Imaginext and Playmobil currently have their own playset lines inspired after the genre (Treasure Hunters and The Explorers respectively)?
  16. It's probably too late at this point in the game, as I would've expected a partnership announcement back at this year's Licensing-Con if it were to be, but a DreamWorks How to Train Your Dragon theme would've been interesting to see happen, especially given the attention Classic Castle fans may have given it. Since the final film will be hitting theaters in March next year, I don't believe there'll be another chance after that.
  17. So, in your opinion, the minidoll is worse than the BigFig, and one of the worst aspects of the minidoll is its lack of interchangeable parts? In terms of interchangeable parts, the BigFig is actually worse in those respects, right?
  18. It took me awhile, but now I see why it's called the Hatter's House. Overall, that's pretty bonkers looking! Besides its unique rounded structure and eclectic exterior detailing, my favorite piece of interior NPU has to be the staircase railing's use of black joysticks!
  19. Just saw your creation here was featured on The Brothers Brick blog! The Brothers Brick - Finding Nemo is easy – he’s in his car
  20. I also saw your project featured on The Brothers Brick blog a couple of days ago too! Congratulations once again on your current approach towards a thousand supporters! The Brothers Brick - A classic ride for your LEGO amusement park [Video]
  21. From looking at the teaser once again, I do appreciate how Brickburg's post-apocalyptic citizens all seem to utilize only preexisting parts for their attire and headgear, giving a certain makeshift MOC quality to the city's populace. Therefore, I suppose any playsets centered around scenes from the movie set in Bricksburg will be following suit.
  22. Isn't there a well-established topic for general discussion of System parts, or did I just imagine that there was one? I'm aware of the topic that has been established for the Technic system over at its respective subforum, but I'm pretty sure I remember a similar one for the traditional System that I believe was posted over in the General LEGO Discussion subforum, but I can't seem to find it.
  23. Ah shoot, I had totally forgotten about that leaked image of the Minnie Mouse BrickHeadz set. Never mind...
  24. So, are they "modern" or "vintage" styled, if you know what I mean?
