Sure but so is a boat. Neither would make a good modular building set. -
Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

Not sure why people want an inverted corner set; the front facade would be very small and you would have a lot of bland exposed sides and back. -
Happy Christmas Greg, great updates as always.

Really great job I think you've captured the architecture well.

I like it. The 45 deg rotated 2x2 tiles or jumpers are clever.

Really impressive, it looks great. I like all the parts you used, like the grey 1x2 curved slope tiles on the hip joints.- 14 replies

This really is spectacular. The colors are excellent, especially all the wood tones on the first floor. I really like the black fabric hanging off the table sides. Also, great accessibility bathroom fixtures.

This is beautifully done. I like the pattern made by the 1x2 plates with the round ends.

I keep coming back to this because it is really very nice. I love the ivy and flowers and the blue dishes under the arches are clever and look great. Colors are top notch. Do you have Flickr account?

Didn't Ghostbusters Firehouse have a 32x DBG baseplate?

Looks really great. I like how the first floor door and window support the two balconies. Clever and interesting.

Ignoring the rarity, I disagree with most of the choices of sets which are good for a city layout. You have very few sets which are things you would find in a regular city and Market Street isn't even a good example of the modular set.

Maybe my intreptation of this is wrong, but...

I mean... it's a plastic toy. So probably not bound by consistent aging rules. -
White ladder pieces for the 3rd floor Venetian blinds. Clever.

Looks like an American-style city precinct but I doubt its based on anything specific.

Looks great and the two side buildings add nice variety to a row of facades. I like the technique for the dark tan corner brick-work.

Really clever parts use and building techniques.

Some really nice wall textures.

Take an emory board or file and sand down the tips of the tan pins which hold the wheels to the car. It doesn't have to be much, ten strokes with a rough emory board worked for me, but that provides enough clearance so they don't catch on any interior irregularities.

REVIEW | Creator Expert 10273 Haunted House

I just built it and the elevator works fine; its a little sticky going up, but I think that's due to the tower assembly not being perfectly smooth on the inside. The fix is to file the tips of those eight tan pins slightly; just enough so they don’t press tightly against the tower inside. -
Very versatile, offers lots of way to integrate it in a town layout.

Very impressive. I think the facade has just the right amount of details and the interior is great.
