Ninjas in tricked out Hotrods? Why not? This wild Ride belongs to the Ninja with the Titanium (and everything else) Heart,Zane. The loud Pipes and the growling Engine might not be very stealthy, but this hotrodded Van is definitely cool like a Ninja. Ninjago-In-ZANE-Van #2 Ninjago-In-ZANE-Van #1 I tried to incorporate some notable Parts from Zanes Bike out of the recent S.O.G. Ninjago Sets and thought about how a mean Custom Car for Zane would look. Well, the Renderings show pretty much how the final Model will look. So,what do you think of it?

The colorscheme is based on the US Postal delivery vehicles, while the overall shape s inspired by classic cars of the 30s.The powerful repulsor engine boosts this hovercar into mindblowing speed. Thanks to it´s quirky handling it can zoom around even in extremely congested cities and tight spots. IMG_20180630_152543_1 IMG_20180630_152614 IMG_20180630_152632 Well, that´s quite a hot rodded engine.. IMG_20180630_152652 IMG_20180630_152717 Hope you like this small MOC,comments are welcome.

Believe it or not, hotrods based on old wild west stagecoaches or horse drawn hearses were a thing. The Stagefright by Jack Keef is quite famous and even used an original 19th century coach. Hotrods are loved and enjoyed everywhere, even the Wizarding World isn´t save any more. Gellert Grindelwald himself wished for a stunning and wild ride, so here he has it now. His old black stagecoach grew fat tires and a huge V8 with an attitude. Inspired by those crazy show rods from the 60s and 70s,i decided to give Grindelwald´s coach from this recent set a little makeover. Magic Hotrod-1 As you can see,the base for this wild ride is still pretty much Grindelwald´s old victorian era coach, but with a few more horses and fat tires.... Magic Hotrod What do you think of it so far?

My latest build matches my passion for motoring culture: it's the MOONEYES headquarters located in Santa Fe Springs, California. MOONEYES was founded by Dean Moon in 1950, the Santa Fe Springs-based hot rod shop was originally titled Moon Speed Equipment. The Moon crew was a prominent group of go-fast pioneers through the ‘50s and ‘60s, working hand in hand with the likes of legends such as Carroll Shelby — in fact, the first AC Cobra was constructed in the Moon garage. Inspired by the Dean Moon’s history I've recreated the MOON HQ, both the interior and the exterior of the building. In the garage there’re a lot of tools: a roller cabinet, a workbench, the pendant lights, a sink, the column drill press and a lot more. Everything in bright yellow of course. Remarkable the American flag hanged on the wall and the electrical outlets and conduits. What about the surfboard displayed on the wall? The exterior is enjoyable and it features many details. The two rolling shutters and the electricity poles are the ones I prefer. To complete the work I've built the well known and famous MOON pick-up, a ’68 Ford F100, and a Hot Rod based on a ’32 Ford model B. More info and pictures on my flickr. Thanks for stopping by.

I made this rat/hot rod from scratch, not an exact replica of any particular car, just inspired by some Hot Rods and Rat Rods around. Rat Rod SB35 by Sérgio Batista, no Flickr Rat Rod SB35 by Sérgio Batista, no Flickr

Hi guys. I did this T-bucket just for fun, I also pay homage to one of my favorite movies, can you guess what is? The white tires were hand-painted by me with acrylic paint and a small brush.

Hello Chevy and Speed Champions fans, The 1957 Chevrolet is a car that was introduced by Chevrolet in September 1956 for the 1957 model year. It was available in three series models: the upscale Bel Air, the mid-range Two-Ten, and the One-Fifty. It is a popular and sought after classic car. Its image has been frequently used in toys, graphics, music, movies, and television. The '57 Chevy, as it is often known, is an auto icon. This model is based on one of my favorite Matchbox as a child. Building instructions are available on the following links: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-87788/_TLG_/57-chevy-matchbox-version Kit is available here: https://buildamoc.com/products/57-chevy-matchbox-version It is a studless model in the new, 8 studs wide Speed Champions style. It can be built either with fixed doors, or with openable doors. I personally prefer the fixed door version (Speed Champions style) as it is more sturdy and there are no half plate thick gaps below the doors. I minimized the use of stickers to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, therefore only two standard vehicle registration plate stickers are used. My intent was to keep the width-length-height ratio of the real car and this size makes it possible. I wanted to build the model as accurate as possible in this small scale, therefore it contains lots of details: for example the brick built flame decoration, the emblematic front bumper with the vehicle registration plate and front lights, the side view mirrors and the rearview mirror, the tiltable seats etc.. Maybe the most challenging one was the brick built number on the trunk. I tried to fill every unecessary gaps and therefore some tricky build techniques are used. The model has space for two minifigures on the front seats. There are some space before the rear seats too, but it is enough only for a minifigure without legs. Hello! Here's my MOC RC Car with GearBox. I picked a roadster body since it's light and doesn't need many parts. This keeps the chassis fast, maneuverable, and the gearbox working smoothly. It's a rear-wheel drive car. Like in my other MOCs (https://reb.li/m/186485, https://reb.li/m/186574), I didn’t focus on detailing non-functional stuff like fake engines or steering. The main goal is functionality, playability, and reliability. Free instruction: https://reb.li/m/190094 . A short video with the bilding and testing of the gearbox and the entire model. https://youtu.be/8Zy2hgXiuh4 The model uses 4 PU LEGO L-motors: 2 paired motors to drive the wheels, 1 for shifting gears, 1 for steering. It uses a standard PU LEGO Hub. Since there's no clutch, the model needs to be under 1.5 kg for the gearbox to work properly while moving (my MOC is about 1.2 kg). This build isn't perfect and might have its quirks, but it works great if you stick to the recommended specs. Gearbox details: 1st gear: 5/9 (9 motor turns in give 5 turns out), 2nd gear: 1/1 (5 motor turns in give 5 turns out), 3rd gear: 5/3 (3 motor turns in give 5 turns out) This gives gear ratios of 0.56, 1.00, and 1.67. The speed difference between 1st and 3rd gear is three times. So, it can move pretty fast on flat surfaces, and the low gear has enough power for any incline with good traction. Low gears are also great for slow, precise maneuvers. The suspension is quite stiff since it has low ground clearance, meant for smooth surfaces. The front wheel camber and toe are set for max maneuverability and easy turning. The turning radius is small, and the different angles for inner and outer front wheels make sense. The rear axle and suspension are complex but reliable. No clutch means you shouldn't shift gears while reversing under heavy loads. It's just how it's designed. You control the model using the Controlz app on your smartphone, which is free on the AppStore and GooglePlay. There are detailed step-by-step instructions for setting up the control profile. Thank you for your attention! I'd be happy to answer your questions, share details about this MOC, and discuss the specifics of how the LEGO gearbox works while the model is moving. And sorry for the many pictures and renders.

When I bought the 42127 set this was the first alternate I could think of. I finally had some time to work on this. I hope you all like it. I used the Forza Motorsport version of this classic Hot Wheels as inspiration. Instructions: https://rebrickable.com/mocs/MOC-176634/A_Great_Builder/bone-shaker/#details

Welp, I intend to enter the TC 29 with this, but I am not 100% sure I will finish it........so I am just going to post the progress and see if I will make it and then change the name of the topic for the contest. The model is roughly based on the ”Major Payne” tank, a tracked rat-rod made for a monster truck tournament. If you want more information about the actual monster ”truck”, here are some build insights: https://info.jepistons.com/its-a-bird...its-a-plane...its-a-blown-alcohol-hot-rod-on-a-tank-chassis- And, something about my model: as most of my builds, it aims to be as close as possible to a hobby RC model. Soo: no interior, no gearbox or other functions; just a simple detachable bodywork and as much speed as it can have. The model uses 2x PF L motors geared up to 1:2.33 (28-12t) and 1x BuWizz 3.0 hub. Without the BuWizz unit, the model has a weight of 407 g /around 14.35 oz. Initially, I was thinking of installing some kind of suspension system and 2x buggy motors, but, due to the size constraints, I opted for 2x PF L motors and just some swinging bogies. Also, the model has a detachable bodywork and fake engine. I will start the build in a few weeks, but until then, here are some images of the digital W.I.P..

Hi everyone, Here’s my latest MOC: the Red Bull RBX32 “Pikes Peak Edition”, an original build in 8-wide Speed Champions scale. This custom car combines the raw, muscular feel of a Hot Rod with the sharp, aerodynamic lines of a Formula 1 car. It's heavily inspired by the wild engineering seen in the Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, as well as by Aaron Beck’s real-life F1 32 concept – a mashup of a Ford '32 coupe and an F1 chassis. While I used many parts from LEGO set 77243 – Oracle Red Bull Racing RB20 F1 this is not a MOD. The chassis, proportions, and overall concept are entirely original. My aim was to design something that feels fast, aggressive, and believable as a Red Bull-backed experimental racer — blending motorsport fantasy with LEGO realism.

Hi everyone, Here’s a small hot rod I put together recently – I’m calling it the Blaze Burner. It’s a compact build with a bit of attitude, inspired by classic street racers and flame-painted muscle cars. I tried to keep it simple but with a few fun touches. For the wheels, I used the Exo-Force projectile disks in that marbled lime-yellow pattern — they give a cool glowing effect The front grille uses two Barb / Claw / Tooth with Clip pieces to give it a kind of jagged, mechanical “snarl.” I liked how it turned out visually without needing too much complexity. Other small details include: A visible engine block with a blower on top Flame elements on the exhausts Oversized back wheels for that dragster stance Black base with orange and red accents to carry the fire theme It’s a simple build, but one that I had a lot of fun putting together. Feedback and suggestions are always welcome – I’m still learning a lot from seeing what others do here on Eurobricks. Thanks for taking a look!

Hi everyone, Sharing my latest MOC: the Slammed Surf Rod, a lime green hot rod with a beachside attitude. Inspired by the relaxed vibe of California cruisers mixed with some good old-fashioned rat rod chaos. Built for fun, but with a few neat building tricks for the AFOL crowd: The front grille uses a Guide Dog Harness piece — yes, the one from the Service Dog — repurposed to give the rod a sleek, custom front-end. The wheels feature Exo-Force projectile disks in a striking red-yellow marbled pattern, giving a vibrant and fiery look to the rims — like rolling on sunset flames. 🧱 Other features: Stretched frame with SNOT construction Roof-mounted surfboard held in place with rubber band straps Classic open engine bay with exhaust pipes and flame effects Oversized rear tires for that authentic stance I wanted to capture that “drive to the beach with the engine roaring” feel, blending chill aesthetics with bold details. Hope you enjoy it — feedback and questions welcome!

The use of stickers is minimized to keep the flexibility of the used parts in further builds, therefore only two standard vehicle registration plate stickers are used. Homer's Highschool Hotrod is a late 60's musclecar with details from many makes and models from that era. I just wanted to create an attractive hotrod. ^ Remember the fenderbender? Well, Homer asked me to help him fix the dents in his left frontwing, and you know, one thing led to another.... ^ variation on taillighttreatment and engine intakes ^ The Man and his car ^ The Wife and her purse ^ Are you saying that this sucker is nuclear??

Now this one was challenging: G1 HOT ROD I refuse to call him "Hot Rodimus"... HOT ROD SIDE VIEW It's funny that with a motto of "My actions speak louder than my words.", the first thing of note he did on screen was inadvertently offing Optimus Prime... HOT ROD BACK VIEW I used the yellow hinge tops as the mini exhausts he had on the back in car mode. The piece in the middle, with the stud is his gun. Clips on to the back of the torso. BACK WHEEL Yup, he does have back wheels under the exhausts. ROBOT MODE The helmet is from the Star Wars Skyhopper pilot. If there was an aviator helmet in red, I could've given him a visor. Oh well... ROBOT MODE ANGLE He's quite articulate and the exhaust pipes have enough friction not to flop around. ROBOT MODE BACK VIEW The clip just above the bum is where the gun clips in alt mode. ROBOT MODE And a parting robot mode shot. Thank you for watching.

I've added new foto's of my Ghostbusters headquarters addition! (11-3-2014) I've made some alterations to the hearse. Mostly on the tailfin area. The red from the fins isn't touching the rearlights anymore. Also the equipment on the roof is slightly different. It sort of 'belongs' ther now as opposed to be just an 'add-on' like before. I've also made it structurally better. (see post #2)

7 stud wide Icecream Truck. Based upon a 7 stud version of my modified Vampyre Hearse. As you can see I've used the icecream-decoration from the new Lego Movie Flying icecream machine. That is a great set to get some of the icecream decorations I needed for my hotrod icecreamtruck I wanted to build right after I finished my hearse. I took me a while to collect all the parts I needed for the truck. Hope you like it. And yes, it's got enough groundclearance to roll on a flat smooth surface... ^ Lovely Icecream ornamentation comes from the Lego Movie Icecreammachine set. As are the roofspeakers. ^ Thought it would be cool to pimp the truck with a gold capped tooth in the grille... No question about it this icecreamman comes from the wrong side of town... (A ring from a Lord of the Rings set) ^ The before and after-shot... ^ Garage scene. The old hearse getting it's makeover icecreamtruck-camouflage... So... Would you buy an icecreamcone from this guy...?

MEANWHILE... In Gotham City... OOPS!!! I just noticed the links to my project stopped working after Lego CUUSOO changed to Lego Ideas. Man that's a bunch of time I've lost collecting supporters. So, I've fixed the problem! Click HERE! So if you like my project, please follow the link and give it your support. The project is doing great, but still needs a lot of votes! I'm happy to anounce that I consider my Batmobile (dis)playset finished and that it's aproved on Cuusoo/Lego-ideas. If you like you can vote for it on Cuusoo by clicking right HERE! I present to you 'The Cartboard Crusaders' A random 1966 Batmanscene in GothamCity invcluding the Batmobile, to Celebrate the 50th anniversary of the television series that's coming up... Description: The car is relatively small with it's 7 stud wide build-up, yet big enough to hold 2 minifigures. Those figures can be placed and removed without taking off any part. I build this car with loads of playfeatures the original car also had: Atomic Turbine Engine, Bat-Radar, Rocketlaunchers, opening decklid to reveal the Mobile Crime Computer, Bat-shutes, Chainslicer in the nose, as well as a Bat-a-Ram, Aluminum dashboards, and last but not least, the Bat-Phone. Many have followed the Batmobile here on Eurobricks but haven't seen the newly finished display scenery. So here goes: The backdrop. (a short story) I picked a scene I instantly remember when reminiscing about the show: Batman and Robin walking the walls vertical yet very horizontal, in kind of a creepy very close together choreographed manner... But that's what made the show so fun to watch. Always a citizen in an open window. This time it's the beautifull Catwoman. Or is it... It happens to be a mannequin disguised as Catwoman to lure our Caped Crusaders into the Jokers trap. The Joker is standing on top of the building ready to cut the line... Because of this fake building (in this MOC, and in the tv series) I gave this project the name: 'Cartboard Crusaders'. So here it is. The one and only Batmobile. Let's take a look at some of the details... I've tried to cram as much in as possible: But I think this is the best part: It's fits two minifigs side by side which can be taken out of and put back in without taking off any part of the car. And I think the 7 stud wide size is perfect for minifig/city/town/modular-scale. Now all you have to do is VOTE on cuusoo, because you know you want it to be available in an official exclusive collectorsbox! Thanks in advance. And if you don't..? Well, Look what's bound to happen to mr. Joker... Please make a childhooddream come true and vote for my Batmobile HERE!
