Stroke is exactly the same by both pumps, 2 studs the grey one is just half a stud longer. -

Where did you get those parts? Never seen them before... EDIT I see non-lego parts... Well Its gonna be hard to find non-lego parts in lego digital designer.... but you can always group some parts together. -

Front looks good, only thing is the gear ratio to the front steering is too low, you will have a hard time controlling it. I'm not to sure about the rear suspension though. Maybe a live axle would be better? -
