If you're thinking Classic Space, then this box looks like it could be a waste of $$. Most of the colors wouldn't fit the style. Maybe look through the parts inventory pages in Space sets instructions and check for common parts used throughout the sets. Brickset.com or something like that has an online catalog that contains TONS of instruction for download. Then PAB or Bricklink the hell out of them.

Oh my G-O-S-H. Ankylosaurs are my favorite dinos! It would be swell to have one Lego-ized.

Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion
Colossus replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Well, it's a simple equation: The Sinister Six (of which we have 2 already) + 3 rehashed minifigs in one set = one helluva costly set for only 4 new minifigs and 5 repeats. -
That's one slick build! The detail is phenomenal. Not just greebling, but the use of trans-clear parts and Chima zipcords to add accents really takes it to another level. Plus, those are some damn busy minifigs. Too cute.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 12 Rumours and Discussion
Colossus replied to Rufus's topic in Special LEGO Themes
This is a good point. I'm definitely being more selective when buying with this series. Hell, a $20 Lego set usually includes 3 minifigs. $20 spent on minifigs just leaves me with 5 minifigs.- 1,109 replies

Hot diggety damn! I love this build, and I know the piece count is astronomical, but I'd really like to get this. If I had instructions, I'd consider working overtime to pay for the bricks to build it. And that's sayin' something.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Colossus replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
Welcome, G! I really like your record shop idea, especially the part about the jazz pit. Actually, if the next modular is a 1940's style detective bureau, then I'd love to see the first floor as a jazz club more so than a Chinese laundry or whatever as has been postulated by others. -
Beautiful work! I bought this set for my daughter for our trip to Virginia Beach a few years ago, so it's a special set for me. What you built made something great into something spectacular. Thanks for posting.

Hey! Build that Charger with orange bricks and you'd have one helluva General Lee from The Dukes of Hazard!

I agree. Lego needs to set up the designs on the lower half of the Super Heroes minifigures. We get a nice torso, maybe printed arms, then...generic legs. Cheap.

Those are in pesos, right? -
Has anyone seen these custom arms that fit perpendicular to the Minifigure torso? They fit so that archers holding out a bow look more appropriate. I saw these arms being offered by a customizer a few months ago, but lost the bookmark. I can't find a pic, unfortunately. I'd like to know who makes them. Thanks for any help!

Palpatine's not only the Emperor, he's also a client! -
I think a limited run of a CMF line a la The Simpsons is a great idea. Something to generate some more excitement for the Super Heroes line. There are so many heroes and villains from which to draw a small stable of figures. I haven't picked up a DC comic since the 52 shenanigans so i don't even know the current JLA roster, or who any of the popular heroes are presently. I imagine we're receiving those members in this upcoming DC wave of sets. But like Rinzler commented, DON'T use the DC heavy hitters in a CMF line. Maybe include The Atom, Vixen, I dunno. A character like Blue Beetle (Jaime Reyes) just lends itself to Lego, considering all the armor attachments, wings, etc.

Thanks for trying, though. However, I don't think my mind could handle any more reveals today. I also gotta figure out how I'm gonna be able to afford all this Lego. Construction sets, Super Heroes, Ultra Agents, Top Gear, a new modular...2015 is gonna be a good year!

Say...did anyone see the prelim photos link over in The 2015 City thread? There's a new Chima set for the phoenix tribe that looks to use new flame pieces. It may be a small thing to note, but it looks like this Chima set would make a helluva backdrop Phoenix Effect for uh...Phoenix. I'd link the thread, but I'm on my phone here. -
I pray that a motor is included with the speedboat.

Angels and Beasts and Goblins. Oh my! Hmmm...carefully considering which body part I'd be willing to sell to get each of the these characters in Minifigure (and maxi figure) form! -
Now, THAT Batmobile is super sweet. The kind you can hug with yer arms AND legs n just feel the beat when the dawgs bark!
-
Damn, that's sweet, brah! Boards as far as the eye can see, tasty threads on the hangers n bitchin' colors just ooooze surfer style.

Thanks, man.
