A show-accurate version of Ninjago's Tiger Widow. I felt the set version was very underwhelming, so I decided to give this cute creature an upgrade. Why they call a six-legged animal a spider is beyond me, but luckily nature has something that fits: ant mimic spiders. The sideways fangs would then be modified versions of faux antennae, which are in turn modified legs. It even explains why it almost, but not really, has three body segments rather than two. Front view: Side view: As far as I know, all the parts are easily available via Bricklink. The spider's legs can move sideways and up and down at the base and up and down at the knees and claw tips. The head, pincers and mouth can also move, for a total of 29 points of articulation. Gallery (will add more pictures soon) .lxf file

Yes, I'm starting another WIP. This time, I'm working on the humongous snake that was the focus of Ninjago's second plot arc. And as with the Tiger Widow, I'm trying to make it show-accurate. The eye. I'm trying to keep this simple but effective. I'm not entirely satisfied with the pupil, however. Any ideas on how to approximate the fang-like curve better? Here's the fang, with a minifig for scale. It's a big snake . Since I'm not going for buildability and instead trying to pretty much make a LDD puppet, it's going to have joints everywhere, mouth, frill and incredibly long and noodle-y body. Ninjago: Tournament is a very fun game to mess around with. While none of it's loopholes help you in a clearly noticeable way, they still either remove difficulty or add fun to the game. I'll post my discoveries here, and add other's discoveries to the list: _ 1.) The gongs. While it's pretty obvious that you can pick up enemies and throw them into gongs to destroy them quickly, it's also a good tactic to continually use to speedrun to a boss (if you want to earn a reward for defeating a boss), or if you want to get to the good stuff. But this strategy also applies to bosses as well. While you cannot grab bosses, gongs are still fatal to them and will kill them immediately. So if you want to defeat a boss quickly and still earn the stud bonus, you need to hit them into the gong, before they block your attack and send you rolling. You can do this by leading them to one, then jumping over them, and do a jump slam in the air (this will stun them long enough for you to get close). Then, attack them into the gong. You only have a few seconds to get rid of them before they use their special ability or counter you. The hardest people to use this tactic on are Invizable and Ronin. This trick will not give you a combo. It also will not fill your special meter. 2.) You can counter as well. You know the thing a boss does to you where they kick you while blocking and send you rolling? You can do it to enemies too, including the bosses. What you need to do is block an opponent's strikes, and attack them at the right time (has something to do with the position of your character). This can be preformed while still blocking, or by letting go of block and quickly pressing attack. It will occasionally activate by just holding block. It works 50% of the time. I do not know if enemies will die immediately if they roll into a gong. 3.) Crates are stealth in this game. You can sneak past enemies undetected if you use crates. When Cole flies in to assist you with items and bombs, the leftovers can be used to mess with enemies. If you hide behind one while they are at a moderate distance away (or if they're on the opposite side of the crate), or stand on one, the enemy/s will freeze where they are, as if they have lost sight of you. You can take advantage of this and double jump out of your hiding place and into plain sight. If you have a range-attack character, they can taken out from a distance before they reach you. 4.) Unique characters. This isn't an exploit, but this is the only Tournament thread here. So i'll give people my two studs on neat characters they should get. What I mean by unique is that their animations are unique to mostly them and not many other people. The only people I know of like this are Samukai and Kozu. Al their moves and animations are completely unique to them. Krazi's melee and Kruncha's golden hatchet twins apparently are as well. So there's all the info I can think of right now, if you have anything to add then don't hesitate to put it down. Because i'd like to know even more hacks...

I've yet to see an accurate moc of Chen's Chair from Ninjago Masters of Spinjitzu. So using the show model and the one from Lego Dimensions as my basis. Hi all, I present to you my second review here on EB! I want to apologize in advance for the poor quality of certain photos in this review and for the lack of play feature shots. Other than that, I won't be very elaborate in my writing, the pictures will partly do the talk anyway. With that out of the way, I hope you enjoy the review! Name: 70590 Airjitzu Battle Grounds Theme: LEGO Ninjago Piece count: 666 Minifigs: 5 Year released: 2016 Retail price: USA $59.99 UK £49.99 GER €59.99 The box Contents Included are five numbered bags, two instruction manuals, and two loose ripcords and Airjitzu flyer propellers. No sticker sheet, only prints! Unfortunately, my instruction booklets were both wrinkled. Bag contents From left to right: top row are piles of bags 1, 2 and the parts that came loose in the box, bottom row are bags 3,4 and 5. Especially the amount of brown and tan surprised me here. There are hardly any bricks to see here with a colour that does not fit the colour scheme of the final build, which is really nice! Interesting parts All of the parts above only come in four sets or less, the exclusive ones for this set being the Dark Azure propeller and the printed 2x2 tiles with Lloyd's and Nya's symbol. I left out the exclusive minifigure parts, but we will get to these in just a moment. Spares & brick separator I'm taking some liberty here to express my utmost gratitude to the designer(s) of the brick separator, it works fantastic and has saved both my bricks and my fingers many times! Minifigures The good guy side gets Lloyd and Nya, both in their Airjitzu robes and exclusive to this set. Lloyd's outfit features bright and dark green energy patterns, golden emblems on front and back and golden sparks on his face. Nya's Airjitzu version is quite unique, as she has a beautiful water phoenix on the front in dark blue, shiny metallic azure and white, against a dark red base colour (whereas all the others get a black one. Her signature symbol on the front and her eyes too are golden. Her dark red 2012 ninja hood is exclusive. Neither of the two figures comes with a secondary face and neither has a weapon. Overall, I am very pleased to add this version of Nya to my collection and Lloyd fits in well with the others. A minor issue that I have is that Lloyds face here does not quite resemble his regular face, something that isn't the case for any of the other ninja's Airjitzu variants, in my opinion. Now, let's bring in the bad guys! Three antagonists are include here, from left to right are Martin, Sensei Yang and Chris. Martin and Chris are in fact identical, only their weapons are different. They wear old school ninja hoods, which are recoloured in Light Bluish Grey here, exclusive to this set. I like the statue details on the face and the torso, featuring cracks and thorns. It's a nice figure that I don't mind getting two of. Yang is a great figure as well. The other set he comes in is the Ultra Stealth Raider, which is much more expensive, but in return he does not come with his lantern in this set. His white robes are very elegant and on the back of the torso is a combination of two symbols that have been previously associated with Sensei Wu, interestingly enough. The completed model I found the build enjoyable, although it was a tad repetitive at some points, most notably the flyer launchers. The end result looks good on display and can be easily broken apart and rearranged, the individual modules are fine individually, in my opinion. My favorite part of the scenery has got to be the blue and tan house, I love the 'ghost town' air that it has, as well as the weapons on the rack. The amount of specialized parts is minimal and even the pieces hidden away in the construction have colours that fit the colour scheme. Where I expected bright yellow, blue or green, I found grey, brown and tan instead, something I hope to encounter more often in the future! Play features Admittedly I haven't taken enough pictures of the play features, but the box art shows them off very clearly. Both features that can knock your figures off the roofs work well and I had some fun with them, the 'stairs slide' (don't really know how I'm supposed to call that) is another neatly integrated function that works does a good job as what it's intended to do. As you can see on the picture above, You can take out the pillars and use them as regular hand-held Airjitzu flyer launchers. However, I am not really sure if I like the side launchers. I couldn't try launching both at the same time, but with one it does not always go as it should. Sometimes it maintains it's angle after the slide (which is neat, by the way) and hits the ground, after which it spins out of control. Nevertheless, even if this does not go smoothly most of the time, the other play features are good alternatives. My verdict Compared to other structure-based Ninjago sets, this one may not be spectacular, but I'd say it's somewhere between 'good' and 'great'. A nice looking model, a desirable selection of minifigs, a very useful assortment of parts and some fun play features are enough reason for me to recommend this set to other Ninjago fans and fans of the more traditional ninja theme as well. Hello Eurobricks. It's been a long while since I actually used a forum board. I used to manage and moderate forums but ever since social media step in I essentially went into dark age of using forums as well. Anyway I am an AFOL. I'm Asian and moving around places due to the nature of my work that's why majority of my collection are minifigures. I started MOCing this year due to a local LUG Star Wars event. The first batch of LEGO sets in my childhood are mostly City, Castle and Space. I mostly like Space and I still have my original Ice Planet set, 6879 Blizzard Baron. :) Then I went to a very long dark age.... then when I resumed my LEGO collection I picked up Star Wars almost immediately and then Ninjago. It's a weird combination but I find myself stuck in both Space and Action category. I may go back to Castle if there is a proper historical theme later but for now I am preoccupied collecting CMF and those SW minifigures that I missed.

Hello, this is my review of the new Lego Ninjago set Jay's Elemental Dragon. Dragons, Pirates - a strange world in 2016 for Jay, Kai and the other Ninjas. :D But I like this set - the Dragon is a fun build. And if you like, you can check out some cool Dragon pics as well. Best wishes Andres

I wanted to display all the ninjas I have collected in their elements so within a day I put together this to parade all the ninjas (except Nya as I am unsure how I can fit Nya in this display) but I am happy how this came out after only spending 2-3 hours for this very simple MOC. Haven't put the stone army Kai yet.... and once I get the 2016 wave I will update this for sure. here's the plate without the ninjas --

The new game in the Ninjago online and mobile series is probably my favorite of the bunch. I love having levels to go through, rather than going through a runner or taking on endless enemy waves. The thing that surprised me the most though, is when the enemy actually blocked my attack and hit back, as that is unusual in a Lego game. Soon, I tried different patterns to try and defeat enemies by using decisive strikes, rather than spamming my katana (spamming will actually make you lose health). But there really seems like there is no right spot to attack, or some timing you need to get right, so I usually end up drop kicking the enemy to save time. If anyone knows how to take on the enemies without losing health, can you share it here? I need to train for the upcoming DLC... -
Hey guys, I was on Reddit the other day, and saw a post by a LEGO designer stating that there was an Exo-Force Easter egg in the MechDragon... I checked and sure enough, there was a sticker of the split Sentai Mountain on the side of the dragon! Did anyone notice this? I think that that is so cool, and hope to see more Easter eggs in the future! legozebra

Hello everyone this is my first review and it's on the Ninjago Knockoff sets known as Ninja Tornado Ninja, I can't show you the boxes because when I have gotten them, they never came with there boxes only the parts in there bags. now let me show you what they look like and hope you like my first review on the knockoff sets. The Price I have gotten them all together is $30 but I don't know how much it is for just one of them. Now this is something new because normally of what I know of, knockoff are mainly copy of a original Hero Factory, Bionicle or any other Lego sets but this is different, instead of making copy of set, they made there own set with a copy of a Lego Theme (that is Ninjago). The only sad thing is that there aren't any Black Ninja (Cole) and the Green Ninja. There really nothing much to say about there build because they are mainly the same build as a Normal Ultrabuild sets. also the sets quality are alright but the feet and one of the Yellow Heads cracked the 2nd time I put it on. Instructionsand and Extra Pieces: I mainly would just say "here the Instruction nothing much to it" the end let's party, at the end of that part but I it's different from Lego Ultrabuild Instruction for Normal size. The Instructions are in my opinion better then Lego Instructions of ultrabuild sets (for normal size), it don't use a Instructions book and it a little better to follow and no need to flip page to page and also put the Instruction for the weapon in one part of the page and not in like 3 pages. Also the Extra Pieces for all four of theme are 4 Red Axle (ones without Notches) and 4 Black Pin. Cards: The card look great and look a lot like the same cards that Lego had made the only thing that is different is that the back of the card have Zane and that it feels a little like sand paper. I don't know if they come in as random but if anyone getting these set's please let me know. New Parts and Recolors: The Body Armor recolor look amazing and looks like the Minifigures but have some things different with Jay they used the Rebooted Torso and the difference is that it's not all in a Blue color, Kai they used the ZX Torso and the difference with it is that the Stars are on the left and not the right, Lloyd they used the Gold Ninja Torso and the difference is the same as Jay. With Zane Torso is that it nothing the same from any of Zane torso but used Cole Rebooted Torso. Another amazing thing is that it have a Red and Blue body armor and Red is a good thing because Lego have shown a Red Body armor before and never made it into a set. The other recolor parts look great for making some good MOCs and we are going to have the Brain Attack Sword in Black from Zane and Gold from Kai plus I am going to love using that Black Brain Attack Sword, the gold one we are getting two in a office Lego Ninjago set in the summer of 2014 but it's good that we can get it before it comes out. Another thing that great about Lloyd I MEAN the Golden Ninja is that it have Golden Hand, so you can give Rocka gold hands and you don't have to keep waiting for Lego to make a Gold Hand (where your Gold Hands Lego), there are also Gold Technics pieces, I don't know what use that is for MOCing but if you're crazy about gold (like Lego) then here your Gold Technic parts. The set's also have Blue and White Size 4 Armor, the White from Zane & Kai and the Blue from Jay, plus the armor would be great for HF MOC makers. Last we also get a Breakout Sword in all Silver, Silver Spike, Black Axle 4 with Stop, Axe/Sword thing in Silver and Flame/Lightning Boltin Trans-Blue. Now my favorite thing about this, the Glatorian Head recolor and Ninja Masks, they look awesome a look like they put more in the mask and they can be great for a Ninja MOC, of what you can see they come in Blue, White, Red and Gold but again the sadly there isn't a Cole and Green Ninja so that there is a Green and Black Ninja Mask. The Glatorian Head in Yellow and have Black Eyes look great but don't like that all four of the Ninja have the same eyes (but that just me). Weapons and Upgraded parts 1. The weapons are nothing new and the don't know the name of some of the weapons, one of Kai weapon is mainly Ogrum Weapon but the good thing is if you have a love for Chain Piece like me then you can get more of those Chain from Kai. 2. Of what you can see, HF Hand, Axle Connector 2 x 3 Quadruple, Axle Connector and Half of a Spiked Ball don't have anything from stopping it from going through the axle connector and to me this is a good thing with the Axle Connector 2 x 3 Quadruple and HF Hands because with a MOCer like me, you can do a lot more with something like that. Backpack Thingy: Here how they put the Ninja Sword (aka brain Attack sword) on it's back and I really do like the Idea of this and that just back it with this... moving on. Gold and White Ninja: Set name: Golden Ninja Set Number: 504 Pieces: 53 Set name: White Ninja Set Number: 503 Pieces: 51 Just putting this out there, In my Opinion these two are my favorite out of the four. Blue and Red Ninja: Set name: Blue Ninja Set Number: 502 Pieces: 59 Set name: Red Ninja Set Number: 501 Pieces: 75 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Riaso: RIASOOOOOOOGO Ninja red: WHO IS THIS GUY Ninja White: I have no idea Overall the set's are Alright set's and I give it a 7/10 if you want to have a Ninja Mask, a new color of the Glatorian Head and a lot of new recolor and if you want to have Ultrabuilds of the ninjago Characters then I do recommend it.

Fire up the Engines! Introduction: January 2013 saw six new Ninjago sets featuring a new type of Ninja suit and the stone army! Let's check out the smallest set of the line today; Kai's Fire Mech, a fiery looking robot, all geared up and ready to go! With two minifigures (Kai and a stone army warrior), 102 pieces for $9.99, this set is an excellent introduction to the Ninjago theme! Product Details: Name: Kai's Fire Mech Number: #70500 Theme: Ninjago Year: 2013 Pieces: 102 Minifigures: 2 Price: USD $9.99 Sources: Brickset, LEGO Shop@Home Paper Contents (Instructions and Box): The box is a fair size, and has a nice background of rock and light blue sky which contrasts well with the bright green and gold of the top and bottom banner. The Mech is shown in a well posed stance, although I'm afraid it would be extremely difficult to balance the stone warrior in such a fashion! Below are the front, sides, and back of the box (showcasing the possibility of the Mech as well as the fire blade), respectively: (Click for a larger view:) The instructions feature the same graphics as the box but without as much information; just the set number: A (more or less) random page: The inventory and a picture of the completed build: On the next page and on the back we get some LEGO advertisement, geared toward the online Ninjago site, the Club magazine, and the traditional back page advertisement. And, last but not least, the Dreaded Sticker Sheet (DSS) - after the removal of all but one sticker, that is. Fortunately the sheet is not that big here, and the stickers do all add to the build. I didn't have much trouble putting them on straight but then I don't generally have problems with that. The Minifigures: As is typical with ten dollar sets, this one includes two minifigures - Kai in a new outfit which many fans have designated "Kimono" (though it seems there is no official name or at best, ZX), and a little midget stone warrior, complete with a crossbow, red quiver, and a red straw hat! Both have back printing, however since the stone warrior's is just a continuation of the front lined gray it is not pictured below. Kai (back and front): The Stone Warrior: The Build: I personally found the build fairly enjoyable (though the arms and legs were a bit repetitive) and certainly fast. I was building in the back seat of a car so that might have made a difference, but it's certainly a neat little set that uses SNOT (Studs Not On Top) techniques pretty well to give it both smoothness and sturdiness. Anyway, the pieces that caught my attention were the flat golden studs and the cheese slope (because I didn't have any of the former and only a very few of the latter), the fire blade - in particular the bottom telescope piece as it's in more of a metallic gold rather than warm gold - and the shorter and longer L plates. After finishing up the build, the extra pieces were a flat golden stud, golden cheese slope, black clip, red 1x1 stud, and, rather to my surprise, an extra golden Katana. The Mech itself has an appealing color scheme and is quite sturdy. The "shoulders" in particular struck me as a good piece use, and the build is very pose-able (as I will be illustrating...). The blaster does look a bit blunt, and I'm not a huge fan of the sudden jump from the body to the shoulders (I, in fact, modified that myself). Front and Back: Can a Fire Mech do a headstand? On one hand? You bet! I'm not quite sure how Kai is liking that position though... There are a couple of other neat details to the Mech that add to the experience. For one thing, the Mech bears several resemblances to the Samurai Mech - though more in color than in shape - and they complement each other well. The second nice detail is that the Mech actually attaches to Cole's Earth Driller. Admittedly not quite in such a small package as it did in the show, still it was an interesting surprise (credit goes to whoever it was that mentioned this in the Ninjago thread, I can't remember who but I didn't come up with it on my own!). Here's how it's done: Ready for the road! Conclusion: Playability: 9/10 - The Mech is sturdy, very poseable, and provides plenty of play potential! Design: 7/10 - As I mentioned the width jump from the shoulders to the body is a bit annoying, and probably the major flaw in the build for me. Other than that though, the colors complement each other well, and the SNOT works very well. Minifigures: 9/10 - I really like the way Kai looks in his new outfit, and the back printing just adds to it! Plus it's all very sharp and clear. The stone warrior also has a nice torso print. I only wish he had something better than a crossbow (or in a different color) and it's too bad LEGO doesn't do short leg printing... Price: 8.5/10 - With 102 pieces it hits the 10 piece per dollar ratio fairly on the head, and though I don't find the robotic style pieces useful for my type of MOCing (My Own Creationing), some of the others will (or have!) come in handy. Overall: 8.5/10 - All things considered, Kai's Mech is an excellent little set, with an eye-catching color scheme and an appealing couple of figures. Given that it's a Mech, a lot of poseability is expected, and the final build doesn't disappoint! The building experience is about what one would expect, and the Mech's ability to attach to Cole's driller is the icing on the cake. The Ninjago nut in me would probably have told me to get it anyways, but even just as a LEGO fan, it's a great little set! And that concludes our look at Kai's Fire Mech! Until next time,

Suddenly he started. “Roger, 3160.” “Roger.” “He’s right up ahead over the next hill. 500 yards, I’d say.” “Zeroing in. You see the Technoblade?” “Right there. Go get ‘em! Roger.” The glint in 3160’s eyes showed that the last part wasn’t really necessary. “Roger.” Kai, in his X-1 Ninja Charger, rolled lazily down the road. Before he glances behind him and picks up speed, let’s freeze the scene for a few minutes and inspect the vehicles… starting all the way back at the boxed up deal! Product Details: Name: X-1 Ninja Charger Number: #70727 Theme: Ninjago Year: 2014 Pieces: 426 Minifigures: 3 Price: USD $39.99 Sources: Brickset, LEGO Shop@Home That Stuff that Grows on Trees (Paper Contents): Fresh off the shelf. Mmm! This Ninjago box follows the typical LEGO box type, with lots of bright, eye-grabbing colors and a satisfyingly speedy, slashing look. The front of the box shows off the set to its best advantage, while the back demonstrates some of the neat functions we’ll be checking out. The front of the larger instruction booklet has the same set picture but on a very different background. The back advertises some of the latest sets. A random instruction page from this booklet shows a nice light blue background with a bit of a digital effect on the corner. The smaller booklet has the same graphics in front, and a Win! Advertisement – this time featuring a LEGO minifigure (a Ninjago minifigure, in fact), Lloyd Garmadon. And a random page from this booklet shows us the same design as the previous one. The inventory is found in the back of the larger booklet. And lastly, we have the sticker sheet, with detail that isn’t absolutely necessary, but does add a lot to the final build. Building the Set: After all that paper it’s nice to get to some good old ABS plastic! Bag one empties out to build the minifigures, Nindroid vehicles, and motorcycle (which ends up inside the charger), which we’ll be looking at in detail later. Bag number two. Those pieces get us here: And bag number three empties out into this: Which gets us this far: Last but not least, bag number four: And that completes the X-1 Charger! The building experience was quite agreeable (barring the fact that I was building in a very hot environment). I did mess up a couple times but that very likely was because I have a tendency to skip steps, and rely on spotting the other pieces on the next step… which doesn’t always happen! There are quite a few extra pieces including an extra mask. The Minifigures: Kai and two Nindroids make up the minifigure count in this set, and they muster up pretty well. Only one of the Nindroids has leg printing, which is a shame, but both of them have very detailed torsos. Kai also has a very nice torso, but the lack of leg printing really spoils the look. Nevertheless, he cuts a dashing figure with his crazy hairdo and ninja mask! Removing the three masks gives us a nice look at the faces. Who would have thought that Nindroids had teeth? The backs are all printed, which is a nice treat. Both Nindroids have printing on the back of their heads as well. I could see those prints coming in handy on a Sci-fi build! Nindroid Vehicles: What has teeth and goes round and round? A circular saw of course, and that’s what I’m guessing this Nindroid Vehicle is based off of… or perhaps I should say, based on! It has a pretty nifty look, and while simple enough, still uses some nice pieces. The second vehicle is also an airborne one, but looks a bit more maneuverable and more of a scouting affair. The last Nindroid vehicle drops the nin and is just a droid. It’s pretty neat, but has a perverse desire to lie down! X-1 Charger: You can’t catch me! I’m the gingerbread man… ahem. I’m in an X-1 Charger, that’s all. This vehicle has quite an eye catching color scheme, and a very sleek race car look. The curves and angles are almost perfect, and the little gold highlights set the red off to best advantage. Kai has a neat little (stickered) control panel up front. The Charger has several sweet functions. For one thing, there are a pair of flick-fire missiles that can be pulled out! It also makes use of the new spring loaders: The darts can be put in either side of the loader and click easily into place. To release them, all you have to do is push down slightly on the back end. The entire affair is mounted on a swivel, and, besides turning around, can also be aimed up or down. In closed position (completely down), the swivel function is locked, but the dart can still shoot, so be careful! If Kai’s inside, an accidental shot will give him a wake up tap on the back of his head! The coolest function, and the one that really sells the set, is the ejecting motorcycle hidden inside. A casual look at the X-1 Charger does seem to suggest that there’s a little more than meets the eye, but it’s not clear what, until after opening the hood (which can be done by pushing on the two black stickered levers located along the sides). After opening the hood, all that remains to be done is to push the convenient button located on the back of the Charger. And, voila! You are now ready to escape! Or… not. Conclusion: With such a striking look and such slick functions, it probably comes as no surprise that I found this set to be quite enjoyable. Building it was a good experience that kept up plenty of variety and didn’t lose my attention. The final set was rewarding, especially with the built-in motorcycle eject function, which really adds to what would otherwise just be a cool sports car, but is now a nifty ninja vehicle! Overall, I was suitably impressed and pleasantly intrigued. Playability: 9.5/10 Given the motorcycle function alone, this set has huge play potential. Add the fact that it has two different kinds of vehicles and three little Nindroid sections, the X-1 Charger becomes a set that will be sure to provide any youngster with hours of fun! Design: 8/10 I’m sure fitting the motorcycle in there without incongruity was not easy, and the designers did an excellent job of that, besides using some nice pieces and techniques to liven things up. Minifigures: 4/10 This was the only let down part of the set to me, I really would have liked some leg printing. Kai could also use a new face (or another side), but that’s a minor point in comparison with the other one. Price: 7.5/10 Of course, we’d always like the price to be cheaper, but given the amount of pieces and the ultimate size of the build, it really is worth the money, at least to me. Overall: 7.25/10 In summary, this set is a fun one to build and also provides a good play experience afterwards. The fact that there are three Nindroid vehicles means plenty of ‘bad guys’ to help mix things up and make the odds a bit more even for play, something I’ve often felt to be missing in other large sets. For the more (what shall we say?) reserved fan (no swooshing desired), the set is an eye-catcher. Either as a standalone build, or as part of an extensive Ninjago collection, this set will look great on display, and provide visitors with a nice ‘Wow!’ when you demonstrate the ejection function! Overall, it’s a great set at a good price point that won’t disappoint!* So go ahead and take the X-1 Charger for a spin… but do be sure to look behind you! *if you are reasonable in your expectations, etc., etc.
