Love what you have done here...great details and design. Would be cool to see it in a row or on its corner with other similar 'town-house' builds

*applause* Superb work Jerac... your attention to detail and faithfulness to the integrity of the Lego construction is a testament to you and everyone who aspires to create! This should be image number 1 on your CV of 'Master Builder!' *still more applause*

brilliant work eurotrash.. I always like how your builds have a more realistic look and reflect reality than some of the more 'shiny' Lego cities

Excellent work...I love the way you have tied together your own details and design with inspirations from elsewhere

Everytime...everytime you post something it makes me feel a mixture of happiness and sadness... Happiness in the joy that your MOC's bring...I can't even start on how good your work is....one of my favourite Lego builders :D easy!! And sadness in the fact that you have all the lego in the world Superb

Really nice work as usual I really like the 'opening' design that allows full access to the build!
-
Very nicely done...as another Architect here in Glasgow, Scotland...I really like your approach and concept to the design and building of your MOC! You should lay down some nice floor coverings to tie your internal spaces together :)

Very nice...I love a new idea for modulars!

Oooo I like this a lot....can't wait to see it in 'real' bricks NPimenta!!
-
Very nice laka...I love the 'classic' feel you have brought to this build. I don't want to labour the point...but I agree with redhead and kristel...you need to beef up the top of your grey 'grille' arch and match the same proportions of the columns to the lintel. If it matched the frame detail of the windows, it would bring the whole elevation together! great work though throughout and cant wait to see more of your creations!

Review: 60036 Arctic Base Camp (A review in 5 parts)
gazumpty replied to woofmcmoose's topic in LEGO Town
Excellent review and thanks for all the effort you put into bringing it to us. I have to agree with some above and 'doth my hat' to the design of the huskies and the polar bear...very nice! -
I like that idea...I seen a really nice 'Building Site' MOC on here a while ago...really adds to the life of a City Build.

Beautiful work...simply stunning details. You have really captured the look and the spirit of these vehicles :D

Brilliant Modular...simply stunning with the attention to detail and the way you have beautifully captured the architecture of this type of store. I love the upper floor windows....a real downtown, retail sector feel to the build! It was worth the blood and sweat you have put into this and I think you have perfected your design

Excellent work on this MOC...I love the nod to Cafe Corner with your design but your own details really set it apart. Your interiors are really nicely put together too. Gotta love the cheeky drunken sailor!

Hey everyone...first let me just say I'm honestly humbled by the response and all the kind comments received during the entire contest, it's a credit to EB and all it's members that even in a competitive environment, the feedback is always encouraging and affirming! As this was my first proper MOC I never thought I would get close to the top 3, let alone finish 1st... so I'm really appreciative of all those who lent me their support! Congratulations to Galatek and Cara with their fantastic entries, totally deserving of their wins and prizes. Also congratulations to each one of the other 51 entries who have really embraced this contest and given TLG something to consider for future sets. Each one would grace and be a credit to the Winter theme! I would like to thank (starting to feel like an oscars speech here ) everyone that voted, for me and for the other competitors, big thanks and legolove to Rick and Pandora for running the contest and sorting out the prizes. As for my choice, I'm going to choose 10229 Winter Village Cottage, as I missed out on it at the time... and it looks pretty cool! Right enough rambling from me...see you guys later on the forums! As lightningtiger would say..... BRICK ON!

Nice work here on your fire station...it has a real 'comic architecture' feel to it! I would like to see some detail on the white facade, similar to your great work on the red areas :) nice to see Spider-Man at work...or play?
