Quite unusual shape and construction, but at the same time good looking and quite like what you would see in lego space of the early 80s. More please! Especially if its Blacktron!

[MOC] Parasaurolophus
Littleworlds replied to General Magma's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
They look really good. Especially the Parasaurolophus has a nice shaping and beautiful colouring. Just too bad the pictures are so dark!- 18 replies

Welcome to eurobricks! Nice to hear you are able to actually play with Lego as a job

Very impressive! I was looking, at your deviant art page, after seeing your Santiago de Compostela build and wondered when you would post more of your wonderful creations. The dinosaurs looks very, very good and show quite some attention to current reconstructions. Superbly done, as are the backgrounds. The only criticism I have is hat brachiosaurus wasn't a tail-dragger, but thats just a tiny detail really

This wasn't an easy decision. Quite a number of flamboyant characters But in the end, the conquistador conquered my sympathy

It is absolutely stunning what you got together in so short time. I wouldn't have guessed that by seeing the picture alone. Amazing work!

Beautiful! I saw this build on Brothers Brick (I think) the other day and shared the link with some friends. I'm really taken by your choice of motive (I had no idea its an actual real-life building) and the way its executed. Looks really brilliant with an impressive level of detailing. As it is, it could wander straight into an official set, if you ask me

MOC hosting site frustrations
Littleworlds replied to astroknight's topic in General LEGO Discussion
seems you can't escape them! Imgur and Google should be alright though -
A really beautiful ship! I like the sloped sides. They give it, together with sails and supersturcuture a proper, authentic look. Very well done and a great way of landing your first post here. At this occasion: welcome! About the pictures: yes, they are a bit blurry and have artifacts. What equipment are you using? You can already get very decent quality pictures by using a tripod and long exposure times with relatively low ISO setting. The camera doesn't has to be expensive btw. Standards today are pretty high. Ideal would be also a light tent (at least for smaller builds) and some spotlights for a neutral background and proper illumination.

I am not really a fan of Flickr and stopped using it years ago. I was never really happy with it. And since it is owned by Yahoo, who knows how long it will exist anyway! There are a couple of other options around I saw people using, like Imgur or Tumblr - and Google Photos. I think all of them are free; at least the latter two are for sure. So... there are options -
So cool! I am not the super technic fan but even I know and love this car and you made an outstanding miniature version of it! I think I will have a go building one like yours as well. After aquiring the neccessary pieces. Well done!

Fun idea. Could be something for an ad-campaign. Very neat!

Very cute! With its balloon tyres it looks like a martian F1 car very clever building and lovely shaped car! For the ground I would consider using orange and dark tan with just a few speckles of red though. And maybe some visible studs to create different surface textures.

Two beauties! I always liked the look of the Y-Wing with its no frills (but lots of greebling!) approach. Very well done representation. The A-Wing - what can I say: its the space-counterpart of a race-car and you got it perfectly! Clean and smooth. Just like made for darting around. Superb builds!

Looks good! The castle reminds me a lot on the forts dotted around the landscape ih skyrim. The interior is especially well done!

Really great combination of classic castle (yay for forest men!) and modern pieces. It has a ton of lovely details and just makes me want to play with it

Very nice! Good to see some Trek-content! I won't be so concerned about the scale though. Minifigs are just weirdly proportioned compared to humans. Or humans compared to Minifigs - depends who you ask

I can't figure this dating site out.
Littleworlds replied to Leviathan Bricks's topic in Hello! My name is...
Yeah, that was quite a downer. What a start into 2016. Then again, I think he was most surprised to get that old actually. I saw them live in 2006. Motörhead is for me one of the quintessential rock bands. Fast, hard, raunchy (and lyrically more intelligent than many realize), always a bit dangerous. Like driving too fast and not knowing if you make the corner or not .Makes me always happy to listen to them! -

Now that gave me a laugh. Welcome to eurobricks! Also: nice avatar picture. Thats one of my favourite bands! -
Lovely looking build. Very friendly and genuinely happy. A store where you really enjoy buying groceries A couple of pieces are a bit off coloured though. I would replace the roof tiles and some of the dark red pieces on the walls don't quite work well too. Maybe some sand or light grey bricks instead. The drainage pipe looks good to me though, but I would try making one with some of the new pipe pieces instead. Rounder shapes might work better with the style ot the building as a who!e. More organic than rectangular. Anyway. Just some input from me. Cool store!
