  1. Great to see what you did with that baseplate, that's quite hard to do actually. Also like the way you covered that cannon. Well done!
  2. Great to see the cotton being shipped around. I love the variety of ships, great to see we don't only have those huge ocean-sailors. Superb execution, I really like it.
  3. So much to love here. The outside has a unique yet amazing style (perfectly fitting Ruad; btw. great to see you keep your Ruad Guide up-to-date), I don't think I've seen the golden bricks used that way before. The bedrooms are really well done. My favourite part surely is the bathroom, which is just perfect. The floor, the buckets, the water-tap, the small benches, the two guys in the water (one with shoulders looking out, the other with shoulders under water) - just wow!
  4. Super creative idea and amazing execution. Nothing more to say.
  5. I like the boat a lot. I like that it presents some normal scene, not a special event, just everyday. And I love this water - how do you make it look THAT good?
  6. Great build, and as usual with some great backstory to it, filling BoBS with even more life and variety. The roof is really cool. What I also love is that it really fits the style of "not built for eternity, not very old, but also not built in a rush within the last few hours", which is exactly what I'd expect of a colony such as Arlinsport. What disturbs me a bit though is that the same tone of purple (which generally is a great addition and gives lots of life to this building) is used in many different spots for obviously different purposes (Lord Peter stands on it, so some kind of solid floor; it's above his head, so some kind of lighter ceiling; it's along the wall as ornaments; it's at the lamp-post; it's Lord Peter's coat).
  7. Now this is some real Hobbit-atmosphere, you hit the nail on it's head with it. The cobbles and the roof stand out for me, but the whole build just works out super nicely. Only "disturbance" presentation wise is that the background has the same colour as the big doors; I think having the background in any other colour would emphasize the beauty of those doors even more.
  8. Great build, this machine is amazing. Also the exterior creates a perfect atmosphere for a factory of the BoBS-age. Surely your best work so far, keep it up! (If I weren't Esl myself you'd surely get my ...) And I guess it's about time for a trip to Bardo for the Román Fontonajo now... :-)
  9. Great ship. Very much Corrington yet still a real ship of that age with the wooden style. Unique approach to the sails, great work.
  10. You definitely have a nice and distinct style for your builds, I really like it. To me the foliage is definitely the highlight, the trees with the angled leafs in the first build are very well done, as is the "melting" of foliage and minifigures in the second build. I also really like how the tower is integrated into the rock with the underground-access. While I think the tower is really well-built (especially the round top), I would suggest to use only three different colors instead of four. Tan, dark tan, grey, dark grey all equally used really seems a bit too much. Also a nice approach to the category, and I really approve that you went the extra mile for two builds.
  11. Stunning work! While the execution is great, what truly makes this an outstanding entry to the category is the atmosphere you created. The dark and somewhat moistly looking cobbles at the bottom, those few leafs at the wall and that one lonely flower, these green windows (beauftiful!) and that single lantern which for me is kind of the hidden highlight of the build - all those just create some kind of "depressed" atmosphere, which is exactly what I think it feels to be defender against the Algus these days. Amazing!
  12. Great execution on the ship, looks really fine! Presentation-wise I think some more crew would not have hurt, and maybe some "bricky" water around the ship (like some light blue transparent 1x1 round flats) could have added a nice touch. Aside from that really nothing to criticize. I really like the wooden style, it's quite astonishing how well the three different sails harmonize, and the hand-built cannons show some love for details and are very well executed. Definitely
  13. An inspiration to all other wild west MOCers - lovely build, thanks for sharing!
  14. Wow! The towers themselves are quite amazing already (especially making them round probably was not an easy task), but the vegetation makes it truly beautiful. I also like yout love for small details like the fish jumping/swimming in the front part of the water, or the food on the table inside the second picture. The boat is also really cool.
  15. So much to love about this build. Flawless execution and presentation overall. My favourite parts surely are the wooden roof of the bridge where Uridius is standing, but also the indication of the roof above the dining table, and surely the icing of the wooden wall in the interior, what a lovely contrast. I also love the freezing water and your approach to building the wall - both work out superb. One of the best entries to the challenge for sure.
  16. Great build - you matched the colorscheme of Corrington while still letting it look like a real ship. Also a lovely idea selling shares, unfortunately I dont think I have the money for it right now.
  17. Quite likely the best beach we have seen in BoBS to date. The grass stems work out so beautiful.
  18. Neat idea, that machine looks quite impressive. Great job on the minifig posing as well!
  19. Nice and lovely idea, flawless execution and that oven definitely stands out the most!
  20. Some fantastic techniques for both micro and close-up combined with flawless execution of photography - that is really impressive! I love the style of that house and hope to see more similarly-styled houses in BoBS.
  21. The posing of the figures and the canoe itself is excellent. The underwater part adds a nice touch as well - great build overall.
  22. I really like the looks of it. Considering it's a pirate fort I would suggest adding some dirt, irregularities, fractures in the wall/floor, broken wood of the stairs etc. to make it look a bit less shiny/clean. Aside from that great work and lots of nice details and capturing of action.
  23. I have added all I have and only need another ~200 (I have counted). I look to add them to my next BL order and will surely post an update afterwards. :-) Thanks for all the kind words, glad you like it.
  24. Such a clean execution, amazing tower!
