  2. Thank you so much! and actually the vehicles are both from Brickmania but I am very happy to hear you like the facial expressions recently I have tried to add storytelling with them and I am glad I was able to achieve that with this moc. Thank you so much! Always so greatly appreciate my friend! Hahah it always is great to give those pesky parts a second life, and I thank you so much for that the base and placement was a bit tricky to get right but I really like how it turned out! Thank you so very much! Thank you ! Thank you so much, I am very happy to hear the story was able to be seen!

[MOC] Old Ben Kenobi's Hut, Tatooine 0 BBY

Thank you so much, I really wanted to base it with the rock work because it always felt so perched in the movie I am happy to hear you like it! I am very glad to hear it! that transition is something that I have been trying to get better at and I am very happy to know I achieved a solid effect with this build. Thank you so much I greatly appreciate it! Thank you! Thank you so much, it truly took a lot of time and effort and I am very glad to hear that it shows!

Thank you so much! and no that beautiful design comes from Brickvault Thank you very much! and I absolutely agree with you but sadly I did not have enough slopes to add any more layers to the dome. I actually used that wookiepedia photo a lot to do the build the third picture was an attempt to recreate the angle of the image

Oh not a bug at all! And sadly I don't have any WIP shots, I never think to take them during my build process.

[MOC] Arrival in the New World, Central America 1500s

It is certainly worth a revisit! And actually those Cuirasses are official LEGO parts they came with a Knights Kingdom II figure that was released a number of years ago. I like them quite a lot, I feel like they work well for some grungy conquistadors setting out into the jungles of the new world.

Hahah so that is Miguel, Tulio, and Altivo from Dreamwork's Road to El Dorado. The environment was too perfect not to include them as that movie was the one from my childhood that really kickstarted my love for the Age of Sail, Pirates, and the Caribbean.

[MOC] Arrival in the New World, Central America 1500s

Hahaha I have been looking forward to seeing the Disneyland one. This was just a build I had wanted to do for a long time. Growing up I had always had to imagine this type of scene with a blue baseplate for ocean and a few tan plates for a beach. As someone with a massive interest in the Spanish Colonization of the Americas I figured once building the environment some Conquistadors were perfect to fill it out, despite it not representing any single event.

I will definitely have to go take a look at michaels I appreciate you letting me know about your system. Also Brickmania always seems to be sold out of the muskets, what I would do is go to the archives and from there you can find the page for them and you can sign up to be notified when they are restocked, they sell out within 1-2 days of restocking so you've got to be really quick.

Thank you so very much! Those Muskets are a Brickmania product, they really do look good and I would highly recommend them. Im curious where you found your roll of paper, it sounds like a much better system than my multiple sheet of paper one. Thank you so much! I so greatly appreciate it!

Of course! And absolutely as much light as you possibly can and also I use a diffuser so that it takes the sharpness away and as much reflection off of the lego as possible. Also I do use multiple pieces of paper where even for this build there was a crease down the middle, sometimes in photoshop you can do a quick ‘content aware delete’ and it takes care of it very well.

[MOC] Arrival in the New World, Central America 1500s

Thank you so much! And sadly that was my attempt to create the hint of a dark and foreboding jungle but the execution was not as good as the idea hahah. Also my set up is fairly simple I use large white pieces of paper, essentially poster paper for a school project, and I tape them to the wall and let them curve down onto a desk which is what allows it not to have the corners in the background, and then I use some Amazon LEDs to put as much light on it as I can. And finally I photoshop out the background for the bigger builds. I so greatly Appreciate it! Thank you so very much! Thank you!

  17. I am very happy to help So I just checked with my own parts and that configuration fits perfectly into the double wide size track, however I am not sure if the perfect fit will cause any friction issues with rolling. I have seen these gears Bricklink part 6542b used with the double wide and roll very well however they are quite visually different than the one you have already selected. As far as V2 vs V3 I think they are probably stronger and roll better just production upgrades v2 have been around for years, visually they look identical and all of my track links are v2 and are great so I dont think you could go wrong with either.
  18. In my experience they run well depending on the vehicle, if the surface they are running on is too smooth they will just slide but carpet and terrain they work really well usually.
  19. Thank you so very much! It really is an area of history that is not touched on too often by builders so I was happy to be able to bring it to life in this way. I so greatly appreciate that! Thank you! Thank you so much and those tracks, as well as the vehicles, are from Brickmania. They really are great and much more realistic and fairly priced than the official lego tracks. Thank you, and that is always my goal with their kits to give them a nice and accurate environment to exist, and be displayed, within.
  20. Captain Harris Screed will do all he can to return the Empire to its Rightful place atop the Galaxy Harris Screed served as an ISB Captain throughout the Galactic Civil War serving under Moff Ubrik Adelhard in the Anoat Sector. Following the destruction of the second Death Star and the fracturing of the Empire, Harris found himself locked down in Cloud City behind the Moff’s Iron Blockade. Using Imperials loyal to him, he managed to escape the lockdown using a Gozanti Class Cruiser, prior to its fall into New Republic hands. With the help of his Intelligence network Screed, and the troops now under his command, avoided joining in the Imperial cataclysm that was the Battle of Jakku. Alone in a galaxy hunting those like him down, Captain Screed and his Imperial remnant have traveled from system to system attempting to grow their strength and once again become a force in the Galaxy. [MOC] Disneyland's Pirates of the Caribbean

I just added a few more photos that I hadn't uploaded previously, I do have one or two super low quality photos of the WIP but they probably aren't too great. Sadly those sets came out during my dark age so I missed out on collecting them, Here's to hoping they are given a second chance like Indiana Jones, but I view the movies and ride as separate entities however I sure do love both of them

[MOC] Disneyland's Pirates of the Caribbean

Thank you so much! I'm greatly looking forward to seeing it! I'm a Disneyland man myself growing up in Southern California, and honestly I couldn't tell you maybe 20-30 times I always made sure to go a few times each time I made my way to the Park hahah
