thanks you all for the votes! but most important congratulation to all the other contestants for the great entries i've seen in this contest!

i was running a program to calculate scores and i can confirm the results (but i was sure there will be no error here!) i made a couple of graphs that i hope you like:

in this one you can find the name of the entry and (from the bottom to the top) how much 1s,2s,3s,4s,6s,10s they received on the contest with a dot that is larger more votes the entry has taken

in the second there  is a spimple graph with names and scores so you can understand better how is the point distribution, some names are overlapping but i think they are readable, sorry for the inconvenience

Good to hear. I'm sorry there's no 3rd prize in this scheme. At least you will  get the bronze medal tag

Next contest will be a single category again.

PS I can send you an R3-M2 minifig if you are interested :classic:

Well maybe next time then  I've had fun building, so I got something out of it regardless.

Posted (edited)

I am truly grade full, in november I bought 3 used LEGO sets to get started again (after 4 years of not building) and joined this forum. Since then I've read a mountain of interesting topics, learned a lot, got inspired, got re-addicted, made friends and now this!
The vibe on this forum and the people here are amazing, and I'd like to thank you all who voted for me, and also the people who (mostly) constructively criticized my work and made me push my own limits.

I've been a LEGO technic builder for 16 years, but I was never member of a LEGO forum until last november, and In retrospect I wish I would have been. All this inspiration and motivation would probably have prevented my recent 4 year "dark age".

This contest has seen a lot of great builds and has been a great experience and challenge so thank you to all who participated, and thank you Jim and Milan for organizing and managing it and Vengit (creators of SBrick) for making available these awesome prices!

And last but not least, a HUGE thanks to my girlfriend for her support:wub:

I look forward to the next competition:sweet:

EDIT: That last graph is almost rude, it makes me look like the middle finger:laugh: LOL

Congratulations to the winners, and to all contestants actually. Also, thanks for the many votes, I'm surprised I did so well (sixth place overall)! I really enjoyed the competition, and got to build something unusual. Thanks to all for participating, discussing, voting, etc. And of course thanks to the staff for organizing everything, you did great! I'm looking forward to TC12 :)

But remember you are 3rd of IR category! And more over you were first for the first 15-20 votes, planning on making a better graph that shows how votes evolved for the first 6 entries but quite difficult with  my actual knowledge
