  1. I used to have this MOD with power functions in it but my tram has since been lost in the endless buckets of parts :( Great Job! -RailCo
  2. They most likely will not but a friend of mine is trying to get it out there on LEGOIdeas! (In signature) The reason is that lego trains are not as popular as they used to be plus they aim most of their trains at an age of 6. So Train side structures (I'm guessing) are not as popular with little kids so they don't make them even though many other older kids and AFOL's would love to see them. I wish they would make them but I do not think it will happen -RailCo
  3. This looks Great! I love that it has a matching Loco! One thing to point out if you were going to build this is if you look at the piston rods the grey connectors that are there for looks will actually jam the rods actually connected to the wheels so you may need to slightly modify that. Other than that Great work!
  4. So this will allow a controller on your phone tablet etc. to act like the 8879 Speed controller?
  5. Good to hear enjoy your new set!
  6. This is all supposed to happen the knob has 7 speeds in each direction, If you keep turning after the 7 speeds it will do nothing and it will still go back the way in 7 speeds to a stop till you got the other way. The red Button under the knob is to instantly stop the train (or whatever else you may be controlling) that is under that knob. The small black switches are to invert the knob so if you turn it clockwise and it goes forward, if you flip that switch it will go backwards when you turn it clockwise now. The switch in the middle with the numbers 1,2,3, and 4 are the channels that match up to your IR Receiver and I think that one is straight forward :P Hope that helps you on how this controller works! Enjoy your train -RailCo
  7. I Like the design of it! Very compact!!! Nice to see a team locomotive in monorail for once :D Hope to see more :P -RailCo
  8. All I can say is WOW Perfection I don't know what else to say!
  9. Looks good I want it! Only addition that would be cool it ballast! Good job! -RailCo
  10. Turns out I also have 4 notched small wheels with tires and 4 notched big wheels with tires so i may have a big started set... This is so confusing
  11. Ok peterab That is a GREAT idea i never thought of thank you for these links. I was wondering how better I can describe the Motor and battery box or how I can tell myself what it is. Motor: SEALED black base to the Blue top. pin holes at the top and one of the ends along with connections at the bottom of that point. 1 Hole centered in the top of the motor showing what looks like a motor. 4 bricks tall, 12 studs long, and 4 studs wide. Battery Box: Blue with grey base, grey lever, and grey screw. 2 pin connections on the bottom and on one of the short sides (looks like it is one that the pins were not connected (so you have to put each pin in separately 1 by 1) and the wires screw into the pin connectors). About 3 bricks tall, 11 studs long, 6 studs wide. I hope that helps everyone more and I really Thank all of you for your troubles trying to help me
  12. That would make sense I may have the version without the wagons but i cannot be certain as i do not know what parts have been lost or broken over the years. Can you see what the words are on the 2nd wagon?
  13. It is not the battery wagon it is just a normal battery box on those are spoked wheels not studded flanged wheels thanks for trying! :P I believe it is 1972 or earlier and it is a blue motor with a black base, grey tires, blue batter box (not battery Wagon) Thanks for looking :D
  14. Hey Guys does anyone know what sets have a Blue SEALED 4.5v motor in it with studded train wheels and a battery box (also in blue) It would help a bunch to see what set i have Thanks, RailCo P.S. I also have lamps, and a blue signal to stop the motor but i do not know if that came with a set or not
