This looks so vicious! I like your idea and you did execute it very well. It gives the dark knight quite a different, properly sinister aspect. Now I am just waiting for Mr. Cobblepot to sue him

Nice combination of colours and design. Really beautiful. So light and welcoming

1920's Sinister DeVille fancy automobile (70911 Adventurers style MOD)
Littleworlds replied to Murdoch17's topic in LEGO Town
This looks great! The arctic roller is by far my favourite set for the batman-film so far (and one of my top sets of 2017 in general) and you really underlined its strengths. A wonderful, fluid and clean design. Looks super-posh. Just the right thing for Sam- 5 replies

Now this is super impressive. I can see some similarities with a star destroyer as well, but since the classic space ships were often wedge-shaped (which its by itself likely inspired by star wars^^), that is totally fine. The interior looks very good as well and transport the busy space-age atmosphere of the exterior perfectly. If it would been minifig-scale, it would been perfect, but then it would likely be car-sized I guess!

I think that expresses it perfectly!

Great review! Very well written and photographed. Doesn't leaves anything to wish for . Personally I have mixed feelings about this set. I was expecting that, if they would made a clayface-set, that it would be simply a hulk-sized "minifig", so this outcome is surprising to me. Then again, the look absolutely works and it also makes sense from the TV-series point of view, where he regularly threw bits of himself and often changed his shape. An additional build would have been nice though, to outweigh they clayness of the set

Your car has everything I am missing on the film-version: It looks fast, has some silly-fun ideas (the lips!) and all parts are nicely harmonizing with each other. Nothing looks oversized or undersized compared to the other elements. Lovely build

I also think having a room which is off limits for them is a good idea. When this isn't possible, I would try repelling spray from the pet store. Its the same idea as using Vick VapoRub, but is perhaps not as sticky. Especially since it appears like your cat is chewing a lot of not-Lego things he shouldn't Also maybe offering an alternative for chewing might be an answer too. I have no idea what to give a cat, but again: pet stores are worth to check out

This speeder looks really hot! And dangerous - just how it should be. A really cool idea. I can almost hear its engines screeching and howling as it races with neckbreaking-speed over the (very well made piece of) racetrack. Just great

Impressive build! The amount of detailing is quite staggering. Especially for this size. There went obviously a lot of time and planning into this. And it really paid off: A spectacular interpretation of M-tron meets Classic Space. I especially like the shape of the cockpit and the rocket launchers. Very elegant. And brick-build wheels: that is something you don't see every day! Simply amazing

Fun looking buggy and the landscape is really well done. Sadly I don't speak russian though!

Ha! Camper goes to space! supercute and elegant (and fun!) design. Love it

I wonder how that would have looked like

I have to say I am not really familiar with chima, but your display is very cute and fun. That's really something to put permanently on the wall as decoration: its really an eyecatcher! Love it

Looks beautiful! The Shire looks like it should be: welcoming and scenic The colours work very well. Maybe you use some rounded tiles to smooth the landscape and the paths a bit further.

Wow! Looks very cute indeed and very clever built. Especially the legs. So weirdly organic-steampunky

[MOD] Black Knight's Castle upgrade 6086
Littleworlds replied to PeroTheLegoman's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
A nice and moderate overhaul. You stay very true to the original material, but give it a lot more realistic appearance with the diverse buildings and lovely rocky base. It looks almost like it jumped out of one of their ideas-catalogue of the early 90s. Just the trees are a bit close to the castle. They would have made a clearance to have free sight and make it harder for a siege-army to get over the wall. But enough of that nickpicking. Its a great build and the pictures are very well done!- 10 replies

Perfect dieselpunk/wastelands style! You literally put a ton of ideas into the least possible space. It looks fast and cazy. Just lovely!

Very impressive! I like the unusual, quite alien looking (and slightly cartoonish) design. It is really striking and appears to me more human than you would expect. I think it is the grace it radiates - that makes it pretty organic, especially the legs. Inspiring creation!

Awesome! Perfect use of SNOT-technique to create the stone texture. Especially the face above the gate. Very clever building! All in all the whole moment is just lovely put into scene and looks super dynamic!

Hello there! Your list looks indeed very good. The Knights Castle was actually one of the very first sets I got (I had the Black Monarch's Castle as well btw), so yeah, I think a lot people here share the same nice memories on these sets I had fun last year restoring the Test Car as well. Taking it apart, washing all the pieces, reassembling it... just a lovely zen-like thing to do And yes, the minifigs (and small sets in general) really got me hooked again as well. They are so cute, its just not fair. Then again, there are worse hobbies for sure!

Very cool photos. Quite lifelike how you set up the scenes. Everything just look right and is overflowing with little details and interesting characters. I bet there are a lot of stories to tell about - say - the white haired sorceress. Some pieces are unfamiliar to me though - did you use custom made ones? Anyway, splendid build & photographing!

Wow, impressive how you pulled oft such a "messy-detailled" design like this batmobile. Especially in that scale! It often happens that practicality suffers a bit by the level of detail, but this is a good example that you can have both: making it look proper and fit a minifig inside.

[COR-FB] Captured War Galley "Carnage"
Littleworlds replied to Bregir's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Quite a rarity indeed. Very elegant construction. Especially bow and rigging are impressively made. Looks very serious, like a proper warship. Good work! -
Looks good! Very interesting how you built the stonework on the ground level. There are some really good ideas in it. I also really like the interior. Very realistic
