  1. Good looking APC. The working suspension and steering is cool. You've included lots of details and accessories on the flanks.
  2. You speak logic. Cease and desist immediately. Just kidding. You would think LEGO would understand this and have options like every other line. Smaller stand alone sets that hit one price point, then full sized Powered Up trains at another. Too bad they got burned decades ago and haven't forgotten it.
  3. Fantastic vignette. You really filled it with vegetation. The small shack is nice, and I like your use of the collectable minifig plates for the roof. I use them for the same purpose in my train stations.
  4. Great recreation. The improvements in parts selection and building techniques, as well as size really show here.
  5. Doesn't mean it's not the quality work that is worthy of the front page.
  6. Nice diorama. The second I saw the first picture, it reminded me of the cover art of the first book. Best of luck on Ideas.
  7. I had to include a feather for the humor value. Must have some fun. Yes, it got dark, but as I am striving for the DDR/Soviet feel with my nation, it seemed somewhat fitting. I created my version of the KGB/Stasi with the Ministry of State Secrets. As those organizations are not known for being nice people, I won't pretend mine is either. I am hoping to keep this PG-13. If I went too dark, next time, I'll turn off the lights. Just kidding. This is about as far as I'll go. Thanks.
  8. Great MOC. The house is perfect and the landscape wonderful. Congrats on being front paged.
  9. Thanks for clarifying. I try to refrain from questioning rules, but this seemed a bit ambiguous to me.
  10. Commissar Romanov enters the small cell in the basement. He begins placing various tools on the table in front of the prisoner hanging from the wall by his restraints. “I’ll never talk!” the Brotherhood of Soalon soldier vows. Picking up the crowbar, the Commissar studies the prisoner, judging his non-verbals. “Who said I wanted you to talk,” Romanov icily states. “Your comrades already told us everything about you base in the abandoned factory before they died.” The Commissar notes the man’s eyes drop. “Uh, then, uh, what are you doing?” the BoS man asks. “Experimenting,” replies Romanov. “I like to learn new ways to make people talk. See, I used to work for the Ministry of State Secrets. I miss the perks like this.” Hearing the prisoner scream for help, he adds, “Music to my ears. We’re deep in a basement. Nobody can hear you.” ---The following events are censored due to graphic and completely unnecessary violence--- Helping a far luckier BoS prisoner into a seat in the billeting tent, Major Brickinov unlocks the handcuffs. He takes a seat across the table from the man. “Soda?” he offers while picking up one for himself. Engaging in seemingly idle chit chat, the Major pieces together more information about BoS safehouses, weapons caches, and personnel than the Commissar.
  11. Does this mean we can attack a total of 3 squares in a round? The regular build is the first. If this segment has a road, we can continue for a second. The third segment would be a square the faction controlled at the beginning of the round with a road. Example, I attacked G07 to start the round. This square is connected to a road, so could I attack G06 or F07 in conjunction with taking G07? My third conquest (second presently) is D11, a segment connected to KLR territory via a road. Please clarify if I have the option to continue the momentum from taking G07 via the road. Thanks - Feuer
  12. Great scene. Love the pump jack. Playing with bombs near crude oil usually gets a bit toastier. Those troops should go buy lotto tickets after surviving that one.
  13. Great shuttle. I like all the details you crammed on the inside. The base is cool too.
  14. Great diorama. Fair bit of details and it has the American Southwest feel. Interesting way of doing the saguaro cacti.
  15. Great tow truck. It definitely fits the classic Harley Quinn feel. It looks great next to the Joker-mobile.
  16. Hey, that's not fair. I went quite a bit out of the way just to visit the Schwebebahn. Interesting view as you go along the river. But that's me, a train guy. As for a LEGO set though, yeah, they will be disappointed most likely.
  17. Thanks. As mentioned, I was already building the big gantry crane for my railyard setup. Modified it, built a container ship, then filled it with my collection of containers. The road plates are great for making things like this easy. As for the crane, the only thing that is mechanized is the winch. Everything else must be done by hand. I can barely motorize a train. Going into things like circuit cubes and the like would require somebody to help me, in person.
  18. I think we all do that already. Again, congrats on a wonderful design.
  19. Great work. The entries are all wonderful and fit with the theme of small "critters". As noted, @zephyr1934's Katy bobber caboose was a great model and well deserved of the praise. @Ts__'s Köf II is another great one. And the stinkiest, lowliest PoS out there of them all, @Hod Carrier's Port-O-Castle creation got a well deserved honorable mention, no matter how crappy it is. @Daedalus304 Is there a way for us to order OcTRAINber bricks? I wouldn't mind adding one to my collection.
  20. Gracie. I built the weapons to be fairly nondescript. I noticed the big underwater piece when I was digging for the camera bits for the rocket launchers and thought it would make a decent anti-tank weapon. Thanks. I do railroads and have a bunch of intermodal containers. Originally, it was going to be a land crane for a big rail yard, but one cantilever extension later, and it's a port crane. The winch does work, somewhat. I need to redo the cables as they are trapped when the container is attached.
  21. Gorgeous chop top Merc! Who cares what was sacrificed. The ends justify the means here. A great build that looks perfect next to your Ford.
  22. Waterworld! I like the incredible detail work you've put into this. Everything is here, but in the jumbled feel that surviving under the circumstances should have.
  23. That is a proper fortress for the Black Falcons. Great work upscaling the design and morphing it to a more realistic version.
  24. Great work. This beast is a rarely seen piece, but it's instantly recognizable.
