[GBW] E08 - Vislania - Liberating the town
Feuer Zug replied to Brickwolf's topic in The Great Brick War
Nice street scene. The shopkeeper seems pleased to be under the protection of Vislania. Great use of the old Star Wars planet for the roof dome. Is that Dagobah? -
[GBW] Presentation - Vislania - Brotherhood of Soalon Technical

Nice truck design. I like how you made the side SNOT. The brackets are an ingenious way of getting the fenders done without studs. Plus they make it easy for the front grille and rear lights. Adding a quad mount on the back turns it from civil to menacing. Good work. -
Good build. The details are well thought out and placed on the first level of the pillar.

If I had to guess, the new train station will include the road plates out front, increasing the price considerably for them.

Welcome back @electropie If you're still building gorgeous train layouts, head over to the trains forum and show us what you've built lately.

And my work here is done. The ship hull was interesting and horrific. The few redeeming qualities of anything associated with Jack Stone and that size of figure are few and far between.

[GBW] D10 – PDSRE – Foiling the ambush

Thanks. -
Thanks. Yes, the plates do. Might have to get more. Thank you. The oil tanker was fun to build. Getting all the piping at the right interval of studs with lengths took some experimentation. WOOT! Big payout! The glorious members of the Ministry of State Secrets will use the funds to further their endeavors.

This is a nice modification, makes a good design out of what's available. @WhiteSmok I don't think your request is appropriate nor going to be seen. Please review the forum rules and etiquette before bringing up an old post. The creator hasn't been seen in over a year as well. Additionally, judging by the design, this is a fairly straight forward redesign. Best of luck with your trains.

Nice setup for the factory. The AGVs are recognizable from any auto manufacturing plant and it is easy to see them used in more applications.

[MOC] The Captain's Daughter (reimagined interior)
Feuer Zug replied to VaneStream's topic in Pirate MOCs
Great pub design. Gorgeous detail work. It does have a hipster meets ship interior feel. -
Excellent ship. Nice detail work with the rigging. I like the fun you had with all the minifigs too.

This version should take off. Sadly, it's about as vulnerable to damage as the main Vidiyo theme. Great build.

Jack Stone. I'm going to run and hide now.

Thanks. We'll see. Thanks, it was fast. I was expecting it to take a lot longer as noted by my comment about the dock. Not having to build a major support structure and tile it really helps.

A shipping company with a debt to the KLR has repaid it by surreptitiously carrying members of the PDSRE Ministry of State Secrets. At sea, the operatives boarded the small crude oil lighter S.S. Tiny Petro before it entered Soalon waters. The Tiny Petro docked at the transfer terminal and began taking on her cargo of crude oil. Three sailors descend the gangplank, joking with each other as they head for the security checkpoint. The guards were expecting papers, not pistols. Quickly, a role swap occurs. More heavily armed sailors go ashore, taking down other security teams as they consolidate control of the oil terminal. ][/url] All the while, the Master of the ship watches and sips his coffee. He’d been chased by pirates on the high seas before, and did not enjoy it. Watching these operatives in action, he smiled. It was fun to be on the giving end for once. ***** Side note: After thrashing about, working on the dock facility, stealing every last grey tile I can find it seems, the wife ask, "Why don't use use those grey plates over there?" pointing at my ambush creation. Road plates, runways, and now docks. Wow, these new road pieces are really turning into multipurpose pieces. Maybe build some bunkers out of them next?

Excellent recreation of the AEM-7. You captured the design perfectly. Those grill tiles work wonderfully to recreate the sides.

@Celloguy Regretfully, this thread is nearly a decade old. Over time, Flickr and other hosting accounts tend to fade away. In this case, that has happened. Additionally, the original poster of this topic hasn't been seen online since 2015. I doubt you will get the pictures from them. Good luck on your search.

I like the M-Tron rover. Magnetic forklift idea is cool. And I completely see the need for the boat weight in the back for stability.

Time to rename Technic bricks?
Feuer Zug replied to Tube Map Central's topic in General LEGO Discussion
By the same token, we should rename the "headlight" brick. It hasn't been used as such since the 90's. Just kidding. I think at this point, the name is a near permanent part of the lexicon and should stay as such. As @TeriXeri mentioned, the design is still the same. 45 years of having the name probably means its stuck with it, whether it's used for its original purpose or not. -
