This idea seems to be unpopular now days. The number of display pieces seems to be increasing daily (Optimus Prime). I do a fair bit of MOC work and that "Only the best is good enough" statement is one I always seem to be chasing. MOCs are never perfect. A new part or concept means I'm constantly messing with them.

Welcome to Eurobricks. This is a wonderful MOC you've built. Building for R40 does involve compromises, but you've managed to create a good recreation of the 29000 class. You've included doors and I like the use of the panels on the nose to get it to the proper 7-wide look. As a fan of brick built solutions, your work on the arrow is great. Can't wait to see what else you've built.

Great work on all levels. Lots of fun details and having the obligatory Stan Lee cameo is perfect.

I'm not a fan of these bricks either. I have a large collection of them. Nearly every one is warped and doesn't line up properly with the ABS bricks. The white CA bricks do retain their color well though.

I enjoy the Friends theme because it offers more city related builds than the City theme itself. It's not all police/fire stations and burning buildings and bank robberies. Friends has added a wide variety of options for buildings, colors, hairstyles, and more to LEGO. I might not use the minidolls often on the streets, but they do have their places. Oh, and the wife loves the dolphin mold. I've been able to get a number of sets merely due to it having a dolphin included.

Your brick built fronts for these three passenger locomotives are great. They all closely resemble the real trains, but still retain the LEGO feel.

Welcome back, and quite the pair of commuter engines you've built. The details you crammed in are superb. Getting them working on R40 curves and not having to put the battery in a car behind them is even more impressive.

But rows of cookie cutter suburban tract housing would be so cheap! We could all build the same LEGO city landscape for our dioramas world wide. (Sarcasm mode off)

Superb work. Definitely retains the classic feel of the 4.5v and 12v eras, but with enough modern sets to spice it up. Great display.

Well I'll be. With the added SEP package, it does appear that way. Well done.

Great MBT. I'm not quite a fan of the open brick bottoms on the side skirts, but your detail work is top notch. How you managed to stuff internal areas is amazing.

Great crane. The functionality is superb and really makes it a good piece to add to a layout.

Nicely done. The levity of time off and enjoying one's self in a combat zone is good to see. -

The glorious People's Democratic Socialist Republic of Eaststeinovania (PDSRE) will be present, fighting alongside their KLR brethren in the patriotic battles of the proletariat against the capitalist pig-dogs of the imperialist war-mongering PSIC. -

I like this. It looks nasty and well armed. Rotary cannons and short range missiles. -
People’s Democratic Socialist Republic of Eaststeinovania (PDSRE) – Capital city: Geilenbeck Allied with: Kriviyat League of Republics (KLR) Military Dictatorship - Leader: Field Marshal Baran Igor Galkin Population: 5,383,000 minifigs Temperate Plains / Forest Polluting lignite coal and peat are the only major natural resources in East Steinovania. What the nation lacks in the ground, it makes up for with its maritime presence. Capitalizing on the broad coastline, it has claimed much of the northern seas as its exclusive economic area because it managed to capture the islands to the north during the messy Steinovania Civil War over 60 years ago. Massive wind farms power the factories of West Steinovania while the fishing fleet brings in the mackerel, cod, and herring. Mining crypto currency has become a new Brick Buck endeavor that words well with the expanding wind power system. The military rules with an iron fist and has no compunctions about detaining people by using its extensive Ministry of State Secrets apparatchik. Recent acquisitions in the Soalon conflict have provided new technologies to advance military systems. Coupled with the experiences gained by engaging in modern combat operations, the PDSRE Air Force is confident that it can succeed anywhere in the world.

Thanks all. I figured an awards ceremony was appropriate as this campaign comes to an end. Besides, how often does one get to create their own medals?
